I was referred by the Racine location for a impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Scheduled a appointment. Unfortunately for me they told me I wouldn’t qualify since I needed a oral surgeon. The staff was very polite and courteous to us. They gave us the correct information for a oral surgeon elsewhere.

This is the best dental experience my children and I have ever experience. The dental Dr Melissa is so gentle with my kids and explains every thing she does before she does it. The dental assistant are wonderful and take their time to answer any question you may have or may you for comfortable during the whole visit. They even let your children use the restroom before the appointment if they need to!! Which is wonderful to us parents. I think the receptionist are very responsive and respectful and make sure stuff gets down. They also responded to my text message within an hour which was ver my convent. Already set up the next appointment!

Absolutely amazing care. I've been dealing with teeth issues and a really bad overbite and the dentures I had previously were so big and didn't fit well I couldn't wear them, then they were stolen, I know ridiculous who does that? But after 5 years of having no teeth in a matter of 2 months they have gone above and beyond to get new dentures that not only fit amazing but he even made them angled so I would have a perfect bite even with my overbite. He listened to what I had to say and took me seriously. I'm so very grateful and definitely recommend you come here for all your dental needs. Everyone is so nice and caring, totally different experience and I'm so happy I was able to get in here. Thank you everyone for all the help you gave me!!!!

Gratitude & Patience is Very! Very! Important to me. Dr. Melissa is the Nicest and Patience Dentist I Ever Went to in my Whole Entire Life I Am 52. I'm so Happy that I look on the Internet for a Dentist Near Me I just call was able to get in right away as well She ask me all the Needed Questions. I was Hesitant at first I said to my Husband the Best is All around us this Area. I know Alot goes on in this Area. We just have to continue to support our Community and Dentist As well Doctor. I was 1of those individual who felt like I get Treated Better going Far out. Yeah! 👍 I Got Treated In My Neighborhood Wayyyyyyyyy Better. You come here it's The Greatest... Only issue I did have was you to the Call Center instead of someone in the office. Dr. Mona is the best dentist I've ever had. She is so kind and caring, which really matters. Even better yet, she's great at what she does. She's fast, yet efficient and always asks how I'm doing when she's working on my mouth. She has made my visits here worth it.

I found their website and that they accept badgercare+, so I called them and talked to someone. I needed a wisdom tooth surgery done, and the lady said they could do it over the phone so we scheduled a consultation. Then when I got there, the professional (I never got their title) that I talked to said that they could pull the ones that came through but they couldn't actually do a surgery for me. So there was just a bit of miscommunication and they couldn't help me with what I needed but besides that I didn't have a problem with them. The building is a bit small including work stations, but their equipment looks like any other dental equipment. Like it wasn't janky.

I have gotten all my teeth pull out it's been since may it took about 1 month a 2 weeks to heal they. Reschedule my appointment two times then I had appointments they forgot I was there and the chick told me go downstairs to see what's going on which it's her job not mines then they fit the gums they didn't fit right they had to send them back now every time I call they tell me the lab is backed up it's been 2 months front desk customer service is the worst they are rude and don't know how to talk to folks and if they don't want to come to work they shouldn't come to work after this experience I will never deal with them again ever the dentist was cool his assistant was cool with me he help alot front desk I would never ever again they are rude

Well, outside of having a cavity filled, that resulted in prolonged healing for whatever reason that I still find myself dealing with seven months after the fact. l think that the office is efficient as well as proficient, despite it's overwhelming deluge of urban based clientele on a daily basis. As they are still efficient enough to squeeze in non appointment emergencies, and I highly recommend them to anyone between dentist. However,in an update to the previous glowing review, it would seem that after a filling in 03/21 that felt faar deeper than an ordinary filling should have went; that allegedly caused tinitus in the ear over the tooth. Where upon return to the same dentist a month later, to address this issue.Would be told that the original dentist that done the work was no longer there, and no further information could be obtained. I would suggest after an exacerbating experience try to address this nonessential issues, that is believed to be a part of other mitigating circumstances.... I gladly share my regretful experience with others seeking dental services;in hopes that it will better guide you're search lol .

I have state insurance and have had nothing but negative experiences with dentists that take state insurance so far except here!!! These dentists and assistants are so friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and treat you like a real person not a low income nusense. I highly recommend this dentist for anyone who has been treated poorly. They will restore you're faith in dentists!! There definitely 10/10 in my opinion!

I scheduled and appointment because I thought I needed a root canal. Got there 30min before my appointment and they took me right in, the staff and Dr.H where very welcoming. The place is small but clean Dr.H was able to review my x-ray twice and inform me that I did not need a root canal. Dr.H seem very knowledgeable. !!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I suffer with a lot of tooth sensitivity and unfortunately needed a root canal on one of my teeth. It was honestly the fastest root canal I have ever experienced and it was done with zero discomfort during and after the procedure. I usually dread going to the dentist because a lot of times I leave with more pain than one I arrived. Milwaukee Dental Group group did a phenomenal job and had such kind workers as well.

I had an infection in my back tooth because I wasn’t able to see the dentist due to covid starting. My friend recommended I go to this dentist. They booked me the very next week. They were able to pull my tooth ASAP. It was very painless but I was scared at first when I seen that long than needle. They numbed my gums & got me right on my way. It’s very clean & my 1st time here. Great shout out to the entire staff!!!

The office staff and the dentist and hygienist were all excellent. I am a coward when it comes to the dentist but I felt more comfortable than fearful. I have found my new dentist and I would recommend them to all that ask or need. The only thing I would change is their location. Because the property manager needs to cleanup around the building so it makes it more inviting. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Yes, this is a very good place to come for all your dental needs except braces. This place has the best dentists. Its not a long wait and they don't mess around. I had a toothache and they got me in as early as next day. U an feeling much better refer everyone to go here and most of it's takes most insurance including badger care plus (Medicaid). I went here for the first time yesterday. I had never been to the area before so I was a little skeptical. There was garbage all over the streets, lots of road construction. Once I got to the office, then there was a For Sale Sign on the building. But also a HUGE SIGN THAT SAID DENTIST. Well that was what I came for so I got out of the car. Walked through a broken up parking lot, broken glass all over. I went in up a flight of stairs. Got a few looks, went to the window gave them my name. Everyone behind the window were girls, one was on a cell phone but everyone smiled at me, they were very attentive got me in immediately went to get xrays. Then went to a room got in the chair. I met with the Doctor, she was extremely friendly, which calmed my nerves rather quickly. I described to her what I wanted done, of course cried describing how my daughter was getting married in a month. So I didn't have much time. So she looked in my mouth and explained what they can do. I started with tears again as she gave me options. One was getting a signed clearance from my Doctor which was fine. Get it back asap, so I went to Aurora Mayfair talked to receptionist who expedited things very fast for me. She personally took the paperwork to someone. A gal came out and said she had it approved and signed by Denise Alexander but she said she'd like another CBC done to make sure of my red and white blood cell counts to make sure I was good to go. But the overall treatment I received, besides all things that made me skeptical, were for nothing. I commend the staff the Doctor everyone for your excellent care. Forgive me for having any doubt. Can't judge a book by it's cover! God Bless and yes I will be back.

I had to get a root canal done on one of teeth. The doctor sent out for a crown. I had the crown in 4 days and it chipped. The doctor ordered another crown and that crown chip as well. The doctor ordered a different type of molding for my crown and it was perfect. Thank you for making my mouth look better. I really enjoyed my first visit I didn’t have to wait long, the assistant and doctor were so Awesome and showed a lot of empathy towards me when I got the shots for numbing. I live three and a half hour's outside of Milwaukee. We do not have many dentist up here that take my Dental Insurance so back in April I went to Milwaukee Dental Group. Had a option of getting my teeth cleaned and tthen also had a tooth pulled. Was fast to get in and out very little wait time. It was amazing. Will definitely go back in the future. This was my second visit, and I really love this place. Those of us who aren’t wealthy often have to deal with dirty medical facilities with staff who really don’t care about you. This place is different. Here I am treated with care and respect. It is a very busy clinic, so yes, you do have to be patient.

I came in as an emergency walk in appointment, I chipped my back molar and need an emergency extraction. I was seen by Dr Syed. He was wonderful. Fast precise and personable. He had it pulled in less then five minutes. Would definitely recommend

Dr Patel is awesome, and deserves a 5 star review!!! I had an amazing dentist in Madison that was so amazing and committed to making my teeth look amazing and giving quality dental care, which made it scary to find a new dentist when I moved to Milwaukee. I found Milwaukee Dental Group while searching online. When I went to my first appointment, I was a little weary because of the location and the building itself. I ended up needing a root canal on a molar tooth, with 4 roots!!! After the root canal, I got a temporary cap, then a permanent cap for my molar tooth. All in all, it took 5 appointments and I was very happy with the final result, and all the staff assisting Dr Patel were fantastic! Thank you so much!!!

They are quick when they aren't tending to other patients. But they are a little too quick. I went for an exam and x ray. The nice thing about this place is if they see something wrong, they take care of it right away. But I got some cavities filled, and I can still feel all the extra filling on my teeth, teeth that didn't need assistance. but hopefully it will just fall off cuz this is annoying. But very friendly workers.

They have such beautiful bed side manners. Everyone was so nice to me. Hardly no pain in the treatment. No snarling faces because I was in pain. Then I noticed that they were treating everyone like that. I will never go to another dentist. They won me over and I've been telling everyone. 😁

I made an appointment and it only took only 3 days to be seen. I went in was there for 15 mins and took an x-ray. Saw the dentist directly after. I had to get the tooth extracted. The dentist gave me a shot of novacaine and extracted the tooth. It only took him literally less then 5 minutes to extract it. I didn't even know he took it out. I was very comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend Milwaukee dental.
