After my dentist of 20+ years retired, I was super nervous about finding a new one and building a relationship with the practice. I am so grateful the Google led me to the Centre for Exceptional Dentistry and Dr Hamilton. You get exactly what the sign says! The facility is gorgeous and sparkling clean, with state of the art equipment and diagnostic/treatment practices. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with on the phone or in person has been kind and efficient. Dr Hamilton takes the time to communicate extensively about every aspect of the care journey, both before and during the procedures. His technical skills are world class. I’ve recommended this practice to everyone I know.

Dr. Bruce is EXCEPTIONAL! My daughter is 21, although she is in an adult… my daughter is on the autism spectrum. She has a fear of doctors and dentists. She has high sensitivity and She does not like to be touched. Sadly, she has a whole lot of anxiety. Dr. Bruce and his team are truly amazing with her. They go at her pace…. And they always make sure to explain exactly what is happening next and how each instrument is used and what it will feel like. They continue to talk with her the entire time to ensure she is doing ok. Although she is an adult, They allow me to be close by to offer her a sense of security as it’s not always easy for her to verbalize how she’s feeling especially if she’s scared. I've been a patient at the Center For Exceptional Dentistry for over 11yrs. Dr. Hamilton is the best dentist in the Inner city and maybe the state. He is that Good! I'm in my mid 60's and with Dr. Hamilton guidance and patient care, I still have 30 out of 32 of my original teeth. I believe without his care and concern for my dental health, and his gentle approach to my patient care; I might not have been this blessed to have my original teeth in my mouth, strong and ready to take on my next good meal. Exceptional Dentistry is exactly what I receive at every appointment! The ladies that work up front are always kind and warm. They keep the office inviting and clean with beautiful plants and floral arrangements. I appreciate the Covid safety precautions that are being followed with limited capacity in the small waiting area, hand sanitizer use upon arrival, temperature checks on arrival, and require they that everyone wear a mask up until the point of your dental service. Furthermore I have anxiety inducing fear of dentists from a long history of less than favorable interactions or flat out traumatic experiences from other doctors. The services and the care that I have received from Dr.Hamilton and everyone in his practice has been trauma- informed. The listen to me as a client, and they address my concerns and fears. They explain in great detail what they are doing and why before and during procedures so to make sure you are comfortable and aware. Dr. Hamilton provides a pretty comprehensive treatment plan, and they do there best to make sure that you are being scheduled in good time. He additionally provides referrals when necessary and I’ve had only positive experiences with the surgical center I was referred to. This black dental practice is making history and healing communities. I00% recommend the Centre for Exceptional Dentistry!

Very meticulous and thorough! Chue is my hygienist and was caring and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing. Dr Hamilton is very kind, nice and offered me different treatment options based on my financial situation (but no cutting corners). An added plus is the location, and not just because it's close to where I live.
