I lost a tooth from my denture and they redid it in an hour. My other place would have been 4 days. With Thanksgiving it would have been difficult. The young lady that assisted me through out is a perfect 10. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel important and not just another client. She’s a keeper. I’ll be back. Well done.

Starting with the receptionist who was helpful and informative to the Dental assistants who were informative, and funny, respectful to my anxiety of the upcoming procedure. Dr Donnie Rivera is highly skilled, explained my options, and was accomodating to my schedule. He is also considerate of the decisions I had to make. He gave me a plan to move forward with the healthiest mouth I can have. They are timely, and transparent in the packages and costs. They also helped guide me with my Dental insurance needs. Dr Rivera and his crew helped me out on 10/21 .I have been a denture wearer since I was younger with partial lower.It was time to ditch the partial lower because i know my teeth it hooked into were bad. They are empathetic and not judgemental .The technician and Dr were great to work with. All cost are clearly on the board along with a clear warranty and written after care instructions.The technician checked fit ,the dr did also .They did bite tests and got rid of my underbite. This new pair is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They are completely worth every penny! I like many others am not very fond of going to dentists and can honestly tell you it why I have only been in one of their chairs less than 10x and why I would need dentures 2 years ago. I reluctantly went and upon meeting some of the staff and the dr who explained everything that was going to happen I manned up and went through with it. I didn’t think much of it until today when I had to go back for an adjustment but found out I was going to have to pay out of pocket. These past couple years have been anything but happy or even given much to smile about. My mom has been battling stage 4 terminal cancer and is going to dialysis 3x a week as well. As a result of her medical issues I neglected to acknowledge my own. I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer which they removed it as well as half my stomach causing me to lose over 200#. To add to this I found out I have a Trapped lung that would require an extremely painful and lengthy recovery to which I’m still in the process. The weight loss caused my lower denture to become useless and again I was reluctant to make the appointment till today and after not even explaining everything to the Dr. I just knew the only way I could swing this was buy making payments and I despite my horrible credit rating will do everything I say. I’m usually trying to help others out and I mean anyone. So many others have it worse than my mom and I have throughout our lives but today they reversed the tables on me and I sat in my truck for a few minutes after the appointment in tears. How do you show your appreciation or how often can you say Thank You. These people are the finest ones in life and if you’re in need of dental care they are the only ones I would recommend because you can hear their care in their voices, see it in their eyes and don’t deprive yourself of being treated by such kind, compassionate staff and it starts at the top and goes through every member of the staff. This place is the REAL deal, Dr Rivera and his staff of professionals really go above & beyond to take care of their patients. I needed to get at least 7 implants due to an accident years ago. I currently have 3 implants that Dr Rivera did for my top front teeth, they came out better than excellent. I am now getting 4 more implants in place of my lower molars. Not only is Dr Rivera one of the most kind, and humble doctors, I can tell he truly cares about his patients. He and his staff go that extra mile to remember your name, to ask about my work, and life. The greatest attribute that Dr Rivera has is that he will explain exactly what he's doing, in a way that is very easily understood... And when someone is digging in your mouth with a scalpel, cutting your gums, or drilling holes in your jaw, I find that knowing exactly what is going to happen to be very important. I own a business myself, and Affordable Dentures and Implants is the kind of business that will make sure you're actually satisfied with the service provided. If you need dentures or implants in the Milwaukee area, this is the place to go, I can assure you will be 100% satisfied.

I had a10:30 appointment and finally saw the dentist at 11:15. Lower partial. I'm on medicaid.. It was suggested to get a cleaning before I could get a lower partial. Just had a cleaning in November. And that my gums had to be in near perfect shape to be eligible for medicaid to approve. Can't say if this is true or not but I do know that dentists I have seen were concerned about tooth movement. Would think it would be a concern without a partial to medicaid.

Very favorable experience at Affordable Dentures and Implants. Entire staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Dr. Donnie Rivera was extremely considerate of my comfort levels, especially during multiple extractions. Everything was explained thoroughly. The entire facility was very clean and overall it was a pleasant visit. The one issue I would mention is the waiting room outside of reception was very cold.

The office itself is great, very happy with the dentist and assistants. However, after having my initial appointments last spring I needed to setup my next appointments. I called not once, not twice, not even three times to get a call back- nope, four phone calls before the receptionist put me on hold and connected me directly with the appointment maker. So, great medical staff, but really unfortunate follow up/customer service. It’s not negatively impacting my care so only eliminated one star.

This was by far the best experience I've had at a dentist in many years. Donnie and his staff are amazing people who honestly treat you with such good care. Being a young mom and very nervous they made me feel very comfortable and took very good care of me. Set up a new denture plan and took care of me the entire year with my temporary dentures. Had my first appointment today for initial visit for x-rays and consultation ...I was very nervous... As I have the all dreaded dental fear....I found all the staff to be kind, courteous. Meeting with Dr. Rivera was informative.. giving me his expert advice. I thought I needed a full partial or full dentures...his advice..after my exam was... my teeth in fact were in good condition and that I just needed a few fillings and some restorative work ..with extraction of only one tooth and then a partial to replace that one that will be removed..with no need for dentures. For a person fearful of the dentist...it was a great experience and I would definitely return. So glad that I chose Dr. Rivera....Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Rivera for making this a good experience ❤️

This was the absolute best experience! They listened to me and they worked hard to get my dentures ready. When I saw them I was overwhelmed at how perfect they are!! They are beautiful!!! Everyone was so nice and treated me so well and helped me when I needed it. I would recommend this office wholeheartedly! Dr Donnie is so skilled and thorough. The only thing that disappointed me was that they don’t accept any insurance. Instead they leave you with a receipt to give to your HR person. But I wouldn’t let that keep me from going there.

Very good experience, staff was kind and welcoming. They were very informative regarding what I had to look forward to with my new dentures. There were a couple of painful spots on my gum line and the doctor was very sensitive to my pain. He made the needed adjustments and the trouble spots were removed. I highly recommend them.

I've only had my no cost evaluation. The people are great. I like the atmosphere, no frills, but actual sincerity. There were no unexpected, gimmicks. They have a wide range of services, products, and possibilities. It's all handled in one location. I've been trying to get help with my teeth, for years, as they became worse. " I CAN DO THIS! " And, I will have temporary teeth in about ten days. It will take longer to finish the whole process. Just to be able to look in the mirror and not feel the guilt, and shame, of my own regrets. I was very impressed with the experience I had here. Dr. Rivera and his staff were very knowledgeable and polite. I called all the offices in Milwaukee that make dentures to find the best price because they are not cheap. Not only was his office at least a few hundred less than any where else, I was also able to get my full set of upper and lower dentures the same day! I found Dr. Rivera to be very informative and clear. This location does not perform ANY restorative dentistry. They made a referral to the dentist across the street, but personally I would avoid that dentist. I was told that Dr. Rivera would be able to remove teeth I needed, perform a bone graft, and have a temporary removable denture the same day. I appreciated that he made things simple for us.

I know I was a tough patient due to being so scared such as crying and literally shaking and he kept so calm and calmed me down as well. The great experience started on the phone with a young woman named Dominique. She was super friendly and was able to locate an open appointment that following morning. The woman at the front desk was very nice as well as the hygienist. The dentist was very personable and super knowledgeable! I hate the dentist mainly because MOST of them try to belittle you and tell you how bad it is that you havent been in awhile. Donnie didnt make me feel bad or even belittle me. I went to Affordable Dentures to just get molders pulled that were causing me issues. Dr. Rivera listened to the issues, seen potential future issues, and made great suggestions on what I would like to do and planned for possible future work. He had no issues extracting both molders, even with extra long roots. I had no pain during the procedure, and very little discomfort when the Novocaine wore off. The staff was very professional, they seem to all work well together like a well oiled machine! I took my uncle to get a whole mouth extraction along with a new denture fitting, and the experience was great! Everyone at the office from the receptionist to the staff and the dentist were very professional and courteous. They took the time to allow for the patient to be at ease, and stop every so often to ask if patient is feeling ok. If not, they give them time to recupe before starting again. The whole experience wasn’t rushed.

I was getting upper and lower dentures. They explained my choices quite well and had examples to look at. The dentist Dr. RIVERA was very nice and was committed to making sure I had a good fit. His helper, CHRISTINE was also exceptionally friendly and pleasant. She was kinda new from what I observed. She did put a little too much stuff for making impressions and so I kinda gagged but the dentist came immediately and had me put my head down to avoid choking. But Im fine and got my teeth today. I have been back for adjustments and Dr Rivera and the head of their lab addressed my concerns and corrected them. I got the Basic Plus dentures and they look great.

Affordable Dentures went over and above to take care of my 85 year old mother's new dentures. He even came out to the car to do a bite test instead of having her come back inside since she has broken bones and is in a wheelchair . She has very little bone left for the dentures to sit on. He took great care to give her the best fit that he could possibly give her. I have already told a few people at the nursing home about the great customer service and prices at Affordable Dentures.

Got them later in the day, after the intial consultation and impression, then a wax fitting a few hours later, and my dentures were ready later in the afternoon! Very impressed! They were without teeth for over 4 months! I found AD via internet not only did they give me an appointment right away but they got their dentures the same day!!! We are so grateful! Having drove 3 hours and spending a night in Milwaukee to get my partial the next day was a problem so the technician heard my dilemma and said he would have it for me the same day.
