Went in for an evaluation on a lost crown for a tooth that I assumed would need a titanium post and crown and Dr. Chan listened to my concerns and sent me away with several options. He and the staff were very nice. I plan on letting them do the work too. They are a one-stop full service dentistry for the most part.

It’s definitely made an improvement in my snoring and my husband is much happier. I appreciated the text reminder I received a few days before my appointment and the easy electronic check in upon arrival. I felt a warm welcome from the woman at the front desk immediately upon entering. The hygienist was very personable and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable even though it has been quite a while since I’ve visited the dentist. This practice was transparent with their pricing and took the initiative to show me the expected cost for recommended services without being asked. I have been going to Wellspring Dental Group for three years now and just recently moved to the Bedford, NH location. At first I was very hesitant as I truly liked the team in Nashua. I couldn’t be happier with the team and the service I had at the Bedford office! I can’t say enough good things about Jess, the young woman at the front desk. She went above and beyond helping me with my insurance – even taking the time out to call them for me to be sure all of the information I had was correct. The dentist, Dr. Chan, is great. He put me at ease and made me feel comfortable even during my root canal which I was extraordinarily nervous about. His assistant, (another) Jess, was awesome too. She joked and chatted with me before and after my procedure. I’d recommend this team and office to anyone who asked!

The people here are awesome. Jess greets you with a great smile and disposition. She also handles billing & insurance very well! She breaks down everything in a way that is easy to understand. My 5 year old grandson is very comfortable with Amanda, she gets him to cooperate while she cleans his teeth...and Dr Chan is awesome with him! He has created duntures for my husband and replacement teeth for my daughter and me. I recommend Wellspring Dental.

We followed him over to Wellspring, after hunting for him as he was not allowed to tell his patients he was moving or where to, and have remained there since. Dr. Chan is like going to see family. Trustworthy, patient, kind, gentle, peaceful, and very friendly. He has always taken his time with my large crew and has never made us feel like a number he's rushing to get through the door. Everyone at Wellspring is very personable and professional. Our family (including 3 small kids) has used them for 3-4 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences and dental care. I work for a small non profit and we do not have dental insurance. We pay out of pocket to come to Wellspring because it has been a far greater experience than the last 2-3 dentists we would use. We obviously highly recommend them.

I know I can go to the dentist and not expect to be told that I need work that actually isn't needed. He is one of the most honest and trustworthy people you can go to. Very pleased with everything about this Dentist Office. I am usually very anxious when it comes to any and all doctor visits. Today, I had a cavity filled and a tooth prepped for a crown. My original appt was later on in the month, but due to a cancellation, I was seen today. I'm stoked that the permanent crown will be put in place before Christmas! During the procedure, Dr. Chan and his staff took every precaution to make sure that my anxiety was eased and that I felt comfortable under their care. They were patient, took frequent breaks and administered extra novocaine when I asked for it. They told me next steps and gave a percentage of work left to be done. At 75%, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you Dr. Chan and team for taking such great care of me!

He is very accommodating and works with you to achieve the most pragmatic approach to treatment. I was able to avoid a root canal because of his perseverance. If I TRIED to find fault with this office, I couldn't. I had my 4th visit here this year and each experience was exceptional. Like another reviewer posted, I no longer dread going to the dentist. Nicole, Amanda and the Jessicas are a pleasure (I'm sure the others are too, but I haven't had the opportunity to interact with them). Dr. Chan is sensitive to my dental anxiety and makes sure I've had enough NO2 and numbing shots before we begin. To top it off, they all have a great sense of humor! I've never laughed before while sitting in a dentist chair until I came here. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

I never feel rushed and Dr. David Chan always has time to talk to you not only about the state of your dental health but also about life in general. Bottom line: a really down to earth nice guy. I wish that they had better hours. Their hours aren't all that great for working people and the Bedford office is closed Fridays and Thursdays (or something). Again I wish that they had better hours and more options. Also not overly impressed by the receptionist either. The dentist is wonderful and the hygienist is nice. This is one of the better dentists office that I have been to in terms of dentist/hygienist.

I went to wellspring after being referred by my mother who had a great experience. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years and was beyond nervous to find out what damage I had caused to myself.I normally hate cleanings for one simple thing..I hate the scraping feeling on my teeth. After an AMAZING, gentle and thorough cleaning from Amanda. The doctor came in and explained my situation and treatment plan, answered any questions I had and did not pressure me to pursue anything I wasn't comfortable with (unless medically necessary). I left feeling as though while it's never ok to miss the dentist for 10 years, it's more important that I'm back and doing what I'm supposed to going forward. Not once did they make me feel terrible or speak down to me, or even lecture me. I am SO pleased with their service that I am convinced they will treat my children great as well. We are excited to have a family dentist!
