I came here following my dentist move. I'm so happy I did. I already knew Mt dentist was amazing but this new staff and location is even better! They treated me so well went over everything, were very understanding of any financial situation to which they were very accommodating. Very reasonable prices as well they quoted me for 2 fillings, an exam and cleaning under what I was previously quoted for one tooth. I traveled an hour from Plymouth to go here and I always will now. It's worth the drive! Also the receptionists are so nice the office is clean and welcoming I was just so happy to make the move to this new office.

Dr. Vachon's practice is absolutely amazing. I've been going there for over 6 years and they have never been anything but personable, welcoming and efficient. From the waiting room to the exams/treatments, everything is done with so much care and compassion. I recently got my teeth whitened after my cleaning and the results are INCREDIBLE! And the price wasn't outrageous at all! I'll never buy an at-home kit ever again.

I can't say enough about this office!! Specially in this Pandemic,they just go that extra mile . Every time I come in, Dr Jeffery Vachon and his crew go above and beyond. I just recently came in and I had Virginia and she was so so nice and caring of what my fears were. Bobbie is also amazing!! Jeffery took that extra time to see how things were going and even asked how my business was going through all this, that just tells you who they really are! I own a business and the first thing I look for is the connection you would have. They are very focused on helping people with a lot of fears and they been awesome with me. This is always a good place to get your teeth taken care of, and feel comfortable around the people who are taking care of them. I have been going here ever since I was little and I have never been disappointed. They pay attention to fine details, use special equipment, and talk to you like family. Not to mention that they focus on limiting any possible pain (or poking) that a normal cleaning could have to practically none! I’d recommend this place to anybody. They are so friendly here I don’t feel like I’ve gone to a dentist, and yet I leave with clean teeth!!!!

I was embarrassed and somewhat apprehensive about going to the dentist for my broken tooth. Dr. Jeffrey Vachon was so encouraging, professional and concise in his manner, my issues soon fell away. The staff is so friendly and engaging, it belies the fact that this practice is successful and very much in demand. Recommendations by a prior dentist were refuted as not necessary.

I came to Vachon Dental for my 5-year-old son after reading the many wonderful reviews. I cannot recommend their office enough. From the first visit to the multiple fillings my son needed, they were extremely welcoming and professional. Options and procedures were explained thoroughly and there was never any pressure to choose from the available options. Dr. Jeff and his assistants were phenomenal with my son and made us both feel comfortable right away. We definitely found the right dental practice for us! I needed a new dentist, and it has been awhile since I went in for a check-up and cleaning, I’m talking a long time. The receptionist was great on the phone yesterday and I asked to be put on the short-list for an appointment sooner. 10 minutes after I got off the phone I got a call back about an appointment the next day (today) because someone cancelled. I do think that is rare but that already put me in a good mood going in. I only had to wait about 3 minutes to be seen when I got there, my dental hygentist was so thorough, I had many x-rays done, a cleaning, check-up, etc. She must have spent 45 minutes with me or more going over each tooth, showing me how to floss behind my permanent retainer, cleaning and patient education. I am a nurse but can’t say I know a lot about dental hygiene, she was excellent with patient education. I honestly felt like I was among old friends to the point where I had to stop talking because her and I were quite chatty. Dr. Jeff was also very nice, funny and professional. Every person I encountered was excellent. This is so imperative and important in the medical community because then they make you less intimidated or afraid and you’re more likely to come back before things reach the tertiary level. I’m a nurse and often avoid medical appointments so I can imagine what it’s like for those not in the medical community. Thank you for a great experience! :)

as someone who has pretty bad dental anxiety, i appreciate that the staff always accommodates me despite my nervousness. everyone communicates clearly, and i never feel like my dental health is being pushed in a direction i don't want. i really like dr. vachon's office, and will recommend them every time.

Amazing experience! Originally had an appointments at 2PM, for myself and my 7 year old who was extremely nervous about going to the dentist. After figuring out they were not back to back appointments, rather at the same time, I requested to change his to after mine so I can be with him. They were able to accommodate me that same day with back to back appointments. It turned out, it wasn't even necessary, they were extremely gentle and my 7 year old was even giggling through his cleaning! I would absolutely recommend Vachon to anyone looking for a great family dentist!

The staff here are amazing! I already love this office. Virginia is funny and accommodating! Very gentle. Been looking for a good dentist for a long time now and this is it! Update: i just had 2 fillings done and i am in no pain! They were very patient with me. My body doesnt take anesthetics very quickly and instead of forcing me to sit through it they gave me more and time for my mouth to get numb. Everything went perfect! I couldnt be more happy with this office!

I just had my yearly teeth cleaning and check up and it was a very nice experience. The receptionist was very cordial and they took me to the examining room in no time. The dental assistant checked my blood pressure and inquired about my medications. She then took x-rays of my teeth before the cleaning. Dr. Vachon them came in and checked me. They even gave me a toothbrush and floss before I left.

I have had a great experience with them time and again. Both dentists, father snd son, have a warm and caring attitude. The dental hygienists are excellent as well, personally Bridgid, Virginia and Melissa have all cleaned my teeth. Each has her own personality for sure! Bridgid will distract you from the work she is doing with friendly conversation (has a great memory!), and Melissa gets straight to work with minimal chitchat, and Virginia is in between. I had an experience with another provider - had moved to another town, who recommended getting two cavities taken care of. As someone who didn’t have a cavity prior to, I found this odd. Instead of doing the work the other company’s dentist recommended, I waited until my next time to do a cleaning and went back to Dr Vachon, who told me I didn’t have any cavities that they could see (x rays were taken,). Still don't have any cavities 10 yrs later! You guys are the best!!!

There were a couple of administrative issues with my Dental Provider. The Vachon staff fixed the problem, and called me back to rescheduled me. They didn't drop the ball. The staff are knowledgable and professional and Dentists are accurate and efficient. All make you feel welcome and it is easy to relax and trust they will take care of you. Great staff and great service! One of the few Dentist offices that accept Medicaid and they are wonderful with my son who is on the Autism Spectrum. Being a family-run business (father and son) with a small staff makes it familiar and comfortable. And they have all the electronic upgrades like digital x-rays, computer screens to see your results, ipads to do your forms on, etc. I 100% recommend this place and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I've been going to Dr Vachon's office for 30 years. I love their dental hygienist Bridget, who has always been my hygienist for as long as I can remember. Ann the office manager has been with Vachon Dental for over 30 years and always takes care of scheduling, billing and updating my records. These women are amazing. They always treat me with respect. Last but not least, Dr Richard Vachon is a wonderful dentist. He is also committed to helping in our community. And ever since his son Dr Jeffrey Vachon has joined the practice, he takes care of my boys teeth, since age 3. (Ages 7 and 9 now) I couldn't be more happy with their service and care, and would never think to go somewhere else. They are like extended family to my family.

Friendly staff! I felt like I was visiting old friends. How nice. :) Efficient service. Latest technology from what I could tell. A separate display let me see everything the dentist was doing with the xray images while he talked about them. Modern digital X-rays were ready immediately and at lower radiation levels than the traditional film. Dr. Vashon did my cleaning and was very skilled. It was probably the most comfortable cleaning I ever had. I will be back here for my next cleaning.

We visited the Manchester, NH office of Vachon Dental Facility on Tuesday. January 19th, 2016 @2:00 PM for both of my sons Kaiden and Landon Proulx for dental check ups and cleanings. I just want to say that your office and dental staff are both the most efficient and well-mannered people I have ever met. They were very nice and courteous to me, my fiance, and mother; but especially to my children and they made my kids both completely comfortable and calmed their nerves down right away due to them being nervous. Especially my older son Kaiden , he doesn't particularly like the dentist much at all, it scares him he says; and they made him feel right at home. He didn't even as much as squirm in the chair even once! I can really see us going to that facility for a very, long time!! That's exactly what we've been looking for! Thank you so so much! I visited Vachon Dental today for the first time after five days of severe tooth ache. I called them in panic, and they were able to fit me in right away, the day before a major holiday (when everyone else was closed). I'm 34 weeks pregnant, so on top of the pain I was worried about the baby. Dr. Vachon, his assistant and the secretary Ann went above and beyond to calm and inform me. Ann worked extra hard to find an endodontist to fit me in same day. I'm finally feeling pain relief. I've never been to better, more caring dental practice and won't go any where else from here on out :) I am so extremely thankful to them!

I have been going to Vachon Dental since 2016 and they have done an abundance of dental work that have improved my dental health exponentially. My last visit was on April 25, 2023, and Bridget worked on my teeth who is an Excellent Hygienist and one of the best I have ever been too. She is articulate in her pursuit of perfection in cleaning your teeth and detecting anything wrong. A definite expert in her field. Melissa at the front desk is a pleasure to work with in reference to my medical insurance and how it works in respect to what my Dental Insurance will cover. She is extremely knowledgeable in this aspect, and she will research your concerns or requests. Dr. Vachon is a Great Dentist who has worked on my teeth since I have been going there and he is at the top of his field in Dentistry. Vachon Dental is a very clean and sanitized dental office. I never have concerns about the hygiene of the office. I recommend Vachon Dental for your Dental needs.
