Marissa helped me get my gums back in good shape by telling it to me straight 3 months ago my mouth health. I am grateful for her commitment to me as a patient. My dentist is always there for me. I cracked a tooth and he made it beautiful again. I was very happy leaving the office yesterday. The front staff helped me as they always do. I am pleased to call Gentle Dental my dental office.

The doctor and staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me after a bad accident to fix 4 broken teeth. The receptionist I had the pleasure of dealing with did everything in her power to make sure my treatment plan was affordable, correct, and that I got the best price possible. The doctor stayed late, comped work that I could not afford after paying $3,200 out of pocket just so he could save a tooth that didn’t need to be extracted. I will always come back here and I highly suggest you give them your business and trust. Absolutely love you guys for helping me.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a little over 10 years, and I was pretty worried about what they were going to find/tell me. However, it was actually a pretty fast, painless experience. After getting x-rays, and a few questions Dr. Mohamed came in and gave it to me straight, and it wasn't so bad. I was able to set up the cleaning and fillings the same day. Marissa performed the cleaning and it was an excellent experience, and I can't believe how much better my teeth look after that. - Smoking and drinking black coffee over those past 10 years without professional cleaning had me doubting that it could look that good so quickly. She just did a fantastic job. When it came time for fillings, Dr. Mohamed was careful and made sure I was numbed up as needed, and that was over in no time. Of note - it seemed like they all worked really well as a team, from the front desk, to the assistants, to well, everyone. Very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend it.

I highly recommend Gentle Dental for your dental needs. I have always hated the dentist due to hygienists being too rough with me. Marissa went above and beyond today to not only make sure that I was comfortable during the process, but also making sure I knew everything she was doing before she did it! I cannot recommend Marissa enough!!! She is hands down the best hygienist I have ever been to!

They are great here! I had a root canal done, took about two weeks or so to get the permanent crown, I told them that I was nervous about dental work and they got right into it, they even got me a juice box mid-procedure which was pretty cool. The whole procedure was done quite literally before I even knew what happened. I will be making this my permanent dental clinic :)

Dr Amer teamed with Marissa were phenomenal, very gentle and thorough. I was in and out in reasonable time. I have never been treated so well by a dentist team before! Marissa did the best cleaning and dr amer went above and beyond. I will go back to the elm street location from now on!

On time / kind welcoming / very friendly / clean facility/ sterile equipment and very accommodating when it comes to your comfortability / staff are courteous and down to earth so they help you understand on a level what their big words mean when they speak to each other .Marissa was my hygienist and is straight forward when it came to my teeth . General dental did not try to upsell or come up with an excuse as to why I need other dental procedures performed . This was my first time and I couldn’t believe when I walked out how wowed I was from the service I just received . Would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an upscale dentist experience.

Was seen by David and Dr.Amer today. It was incredible. I have been so self conscious of my lips being small and crooked. He took the insecurities away by injecting filler into my lips! They look incredible! So happy and my husband is to!

Everyone from the front desk to dental hygienist was friendly and helpful. Right on time. Had a regular exam/x-rays and they were able to fit in a cleaning right there, very appreciate and did a great job on my cleaning. Only wish they had there own parking lot, was worried about a ticket for pay meter Downtown.

Finally got in and the staff here were fantastic, taking time to explain everything they were doing, making sure I was okay with certain actions, providing reassurance about our plan moving forward, etc. This was a much better experience than my last dentist and I can't recommend them enough.

I don't normally write reviews but this place is so worth it! First I've been to a million dentists office trying to find one that truly delivers personalized patient care and boy have I found one. I'd like to personally call out one of the hygienists, Marissa. She is AWESOME! I had teeth whitening done here before my wedding and absolutely love the results. The rest of the staff is super personable and very flexible if you need to reschedule. Not only do I come here but all 4 of my children come here as well and they are great with kids. Definitely sticking with this office for as long as they are around!! 😁😁

OMG. These people are amazing. I have been there 3 times and every single experience is just amazing and pleasant. I usually dread any form of medical appointments. There is relatively no wait time, easy check-out, affordable prices, and just all of the staff are amazing. The staff names I remember (although ALL are great) are my hygienist Whitney, love the rainbow hair, Krystal the manager, and one of the lovely ladies at the front desk Lauren (my name!). They are just so accommodating and friendly. I recommend anyone use Gentle Dental :)

The staff is super nice and friendly here. I had two teeth pulled here and it was so fast. I have went to three other dentists before here for tooth pulls over the years, including the Elliot Oral Surgery and Amoskeag Urgent Dental Care. Only lidocaine works for me and I was significantly more comfortable here. No stitches were done which ended up being preferable because they irritate my gums. Their oral surgeon is very friendly and quick. I was able to get in with him in under a week. They do have their own in house insurance which is an interesting option.

Totally petrified of going to the dentist until I found Gentle Dental. Very pleased with all their services from the moment I walked through the door on my first visit. All of the receptionists, the dentist, the assistants and the hygienist have been so helpful, supportive and caring throught my entire experience, walking me through my procedures step by step!! I went in for a dental emergency and was in so much pain.. from the lady at front desk to the guy that did X-rays to the dentist their first priority was getting me out of pain.. they were so nice and walked me through everything they were doing. I had issues with filling a prescription and the lady at the front desk reassured me and pointed me in the right direction to make sure I got what I needed to be comfortable until my next appointment… I highly recommend this office!

Thank you so much Gentle Dental! At short notice we were sent to Gentle Dental by our local dentist. Yesterday my daughter went in for a consultation and on the spot had all 4 wisdom teeth out. The team was amazing getting all the paperwork and insurance submitted in a flash. I had an expired insurance card and the office team was able to look up my current info and find my current coverage information. I was totally stressed out, they were not! We were not the normal office visit by far, but the staff handled us with ease and smiles. Thank you all so much for your professionalism, compassion and overall wonderful experience!

Honestly, I’ve had a life time of bad experiences at the dentist throughout my life and I have been terrified to trust dentist or even go in the office lol! I’m happy to share my big life events and having I trusted Jordan and his crew up in the front office welcomed me with such kindness and compassion that I was compelled to feel comfort with my surroundings . David went above and beyond boundaries of a job but a real human being and the dentist and David did-incredibly difficult work and I had all my teeth surrendered!!! They put in 6 implants but not before they completely prepped for this with bone graphing and cement. And then 6 implants instead of 3 because it was what was best for my successful transition and for perfection , they not only worked perfectly but we’re absolutely professional and also real human beings who I couldn’t help but feel welcomed and understanding all of what to expect was told to me every step of the way !!! I recommend gentle dental to everyone who needs work . I cannot say enough see for yourself see gentle dental when it’s 2:30 lol you will be happy that you did!!! Thx I’ve questions that will get answered about cost of work done ! When told the cost split 50-50 with myself and my insurance. So with that in mind if the total monies accrued in service is $42,000 then $21,000 is half so if my insurance covers 21,000 and I borrow the money at CareCredit and credit card for the other 21,000 why would my insurance company all of a sudden send me paperwork saying that 50% of their half is my responsibility how does that work does that seem right to anyone else because it doesn’t seem right to me and now that I am already $21,000 extended how is it that I can now cover 75% of a 50-50 Insurance death I cannot it seems to me I said it’s a inappropriate way of alluding the truth together or separately both businesses must have known the outcome pitch me a dream and let me blind to see the end result for myself while all the while that total is 75% mine doesn’t seem right to me it seems as if I was misled misinformed miss guided misdirected and taken advantage of all with the cost of money not put the betterment of my medical necessities more to come as I know so are you bye for now

They are 100% professional and treat you like your family, the facility is exceptionally clean and everyone is wearing a mask! I was greeted by Jordan Hotchkiss, he answered all my questions about the special they have going on and got me in the same day. I must say my Dental Hygienist Marissa Leach is on top of her game, fast and efficient. The best experience I ever had at the Dentist and I would highly recommend them to everyone. I had a horrible experience at Spindel in Manchester that seemed to aggravate/catalyze my ongoing dental issues. A few weeks after leaving this office in massive pain with bleeding/swelling from a “cleaning”, I developed a dental abscess and nasty infection. I went to Gentle Dental, who took me the day of my emergency for an appointment and quickly got me scheduled for surgery to remove the infected molar. Everyone in this office is incredible!! They are all so sweet, caring, and extremely clear about your treatment plan. I’ve essentially been living there for the past month, returning weekly for more work and have met many of the employees through the various kinds of work I’ve needed. With or without insurance, they do their best to educate the patient on their financial responsibility and deliver top notch care at an affordable price. I also love that if you have some complicated problems, the dentists communicate with each other to come up with the best plan for you. I can’t rave about this place enough! I have had a lot of dental work done by various dentist and have always been sensitive to Novocain, 2 weeks ago i went and saw Dr. Park at gentle dental in manchester for the 1st time to have 2 teeth removed. Not only did i not notice the Novocain but she removed 2 teeth without me realizing they were out. I don't often write reviews but since i had such a hard time finding a good dentist i hope this will help you. She also had both teeth out in what felt like less then 5 min. And the front desk helped me figure out a way to have my insurance cover most of the cost while keeping my out of pocket expenses at a minimum. I'm sure not all results will be the same as mine however my experience was excellent. -RB-

Gentle Dental fit me for two crowns when my teeth cracked and chipped. Dr. Amer did a wonderful job taking impressions, making a temporary and fitting the permanent crowns. Richie in the front is awesome! He always dresses really nice and is polite and courteous. He helps make you feel more comfortable which is helpful if you're like me and have a lot of anxiety at dentists. Dr. Sagar has done both extractions of my wisdom teeth ( I only had two). She did a wonderful job, I didn't feel either one at all during. I wasn't swollen too much afterwards and my recovery was pretty quick for the first one, I just had the second one today.They always make time for me in urgent circumstances. I can usually get an appointment the same day or the day after calling. They truly are caring and compassionate and I would highly recommend. I was reading other reviews and I was never coerced to change my treatment for the more "expensive" plan. All my appointments haven't broken my wallet even when I chose to pay extra for nitrous it wasn't much at all. Highly affordable, friendly and kind :) I always tell my friends and family to go here.

I normally do not write reviews and due to my shyness typically do not express how pleased I am verbally with an experience, however I had to make an acception in this case. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. Chenely at the front desk was friendly and so easy to talk to. She was fast and efficient! I had broken a tooth unexpectedly and needed an appointment as soon as possible. Chenely got me right in and taken care of! Mayra and Dr. Marco Amer where such a wonderful team. I have had horrible dental experiences that have caused me to have a fear of going to the dentist. Immediately Mayra calmed my nerves with how warm and nurturing she was. She was friendly and comforting and made me feel as though I had known her for years. Dr. Marco was very gentle and highly knowledgeable and trained. I had to have a root canal and crown put on and I did not feel a thing! Both Mayra and Dr. Marco where very fast and efficient, along with being very aware of how I might be feeling. I Highly recommend Gental Dental I am so thankful for the team of extraordinary people who truly care about their patients. I am one that avoided dental offices as much as I could due to negative prior experiences with another practice. A few months ago, I had tooth pain that wouldn't quit even with over-the-counter remedies. I made an appointment at Gentle Dental and I'm so glad I did. Drs. Gass and Mohamed are consummate professionals with my dental care. My dental issues were fixed with minimal pain and no issues. The dental hygienists and office staff are also very knowledgeable and provided great support. Gentle Dental really went above and beyond my expectations and I look forward to continuing my regular dental care at this location.

This is as good as a dentist office gets. I walked into the office in a pretty bad situation with my teeth. I needed a ton of fillings, wisdom teeth removed, and braces. Gentle Dental has done all of it, and has been wonderful. They are great about working out payments if your insurance pays less than expected, and they work with you if you need to see a doctor in another office. I had my impacted wisdom teeth taken out at the Nashua office in order to be put to sleep for the procedure. I had a few complications after that, and the office was always quick to get me in when I was in pain. When I have questions for my orthodontist, he always takes the time to answer them to my satisfaction, instead of rushing off like some doctors do. I've had a few cleanings in this office as well, and the hygienists are always professional and understanding.

This is my new dentist office. I can not even begin to tell you how great they all are there!! Dr. Marco Amer is a magician. No pain with getting Novocaine, he created a work of art on my temp and they are just so kind, so nice and Kari- Ann is a pro. They young lady at the front desk, all of the assistants were awesome. David is Dr. Amers assistant and he too is patient and kind. The oral surgeon there is a master at his craft, he just did a titanium implant for me and it was easy, he too is one of the best I have dealt with. I went into gentle dental today to get a deep cleaning done and to be honest I was alittle nervous.. but I can honestly say i walked out extremely happy and satisfied. Great customer service from the ladies at the front desk. When I was in for my cleaning I was numbed up and in no pain at all. Took about 45 minutes for the whole thing. This Office really lives up to it's name. I had a root canal done without ANY pain. Over the years, I've had several great experiences with their Doctors. They always explain what they're going to do in advance, and ensure that you remain comfortable during each procedure. Also, this place is spotlessly clean, and the staff is professional and always friendly. I can't say enough good things about this Dentist Office, and would refer anyone to them. I have been going to Gentle Dental in Manchester for approximately 4 years, and I have always been impressed with their service team members. In fact, I've already written a review since going there. However, this review is pertaining to my dental hygienist, Whitni. Whitni is just beyond amazing. She clearly knows her craft, and she always extends her passion to her patients. The last time I visited and had her cleaning my teeth, I asked her current dental-related questions to see how much of an expert she was in her craft, and I was not disappointed. Not only did she answer the questions, she did so passionately and with confidence. She even knew some answers that the elder dental hygienist was stumped on. She has always been courteous with me, and I could not ask for better service than what she provides. In addition, she remembers her patients and their cleaning history, and she offers ways in which her patients can improve their oral hygiene and help their overall dental health. If patients ever get nervous or need distractions while visiting, ask Whitni about her beautiful new born baby, and you'll be wrapped up in such loving stories you'll forget you're even in the chair. My experience with Gentle Dental has been awesome so far. As soon as I arrived, they were almost ready for me to take me inside the treatment room. I just signed in, filled in the paperwork and was taken for initial x-rays and exams. Later on when few cavities were found, I was completely made aware of how critical it is to treat. There were some cavities that could wait a little longer and there was no pressure from their side to get them treated right away. Dr. Sagar was pretty good in explaining the reasons behind each and every procedure she was about to perform. It was evident that she has a lot of hands-on experience based on how she handled my case. I was given enough instructions of how to take care of my teeth in future so that the visits get reduced. I would definitely recommend Gentle Dental (Manchester NH) to my friends.

After a bit of research, we came here and it has been a wonderful experience. The folks are caring and very professional. Just had our cleanings and checkup. I'm surprised at folks who would blame a dentist for his or her findings after they have neglected their own responsibility for their own dental health. Usually dental offices are places that I am not comfortable going to (in fact, who is?), but this office makes you feel at home.. I have a four year old and they had toys to keep him busy too, while I got my dental work done. Dr. Ekta Sagar, who worked on my case, is terrific, super friendly and an expert. It was a pleasant surprise to get dental work done without too much trouble. After my visit, the staff even gave me reminder about my next visit and had me all set in the system. Two Thumbs up!!

I needed new dentures. I asked about getting them, The doctor recommended getting 2 implants to hold the bottom plate tightly in place, as I never had a good fit to start with and I had barley a ridge left to put a denture on. When I went in to get the impressions made, their mold didn't fit my mouth right. Dr P. had a custom mold made at no extra cost to me. OMG I am so happy! I never had such a good fitting denture!!! If you need a dentist... Gentle Dental is the place to go! Everyone is so professional and thoughtful! I got the most beautiful best fitting denture I ever had. Worth every penny ($). I love Gentle Dental. I would highly recommend going to them if you need a dentists. Dr. Parella is Awesome!!! Everyone is Awesome!! The reason I need dentures in the first place is the Fear of dentists, very bad experiences as a teen. I wish places like Gentle Dental would have been around 30 years ago. I would probably still have my own teeth.

The friendly staff, short wait times, and the look and feel of the office are a great first impression of the practice. All I can say is that they treat you right here, and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Sagar does a great job, and explains each procedure so I know ahead of time what is going on. They don't leave you in the waiting room forever, and Stephanie at the front desk is friendly and very helpful. Their dental assistance Cassie is so kind and comforting. She anticipates my needs while Dr. Sagar is working in my mouth. They both seem able to read my facial expressions and knows instantly what I need. Going to the dentist is never anyone’s favorite thing, but they make it almost pleasant.

Doctor Labib is seriously one of THE most kind, caring, gentle, compassionate, straightforward, and genuine dentists I have ever, EVER encountered. I mean it. The fice star rating is strictly for him as a person and as a healthcare professional. Doctor Labib is skilled, quick, and has the ability to even handle someone as anxious as myself in an exteemext calm and professional way and really explains everything. If you're scared of novocaine; even as a full grown adult, he is quite an expert at making his patients feel not only safe from harm in a very scary scenario (for people like me who hate going to the dentist..) but very well informed of what's going on. I was not pressured into having unnecessary work done to my teeth (as ive heard other offices do to people I've known) and I was educated by the extremely knowledgeable Doctor Labib. Their oral surgeon is fantastic as well. Getting wisdom teeth removed was not as awful as anticipated. Maybe bad communication on the reception side of things which could defodefini use some work. But the prices; super reasonable. the services; quick, relatively painless, and done well. The providers; absolutely amazing. I would 200% tell anyone who needs work to go to this location because everyone (even the receptionists, though tbh awful, terrible communication...so just make sure you reiterate what you need when you need to schedule ..otherwise you may run into miscommunication... :/ ) I cannot give a lesser rating because of that though because I am just amazed, over the moon about doctor Labib and Doctor Gass (oral surgeon) and the way I have been treated throughout my procedures done by this facility and the Concord office too. PLEASE GIVE DOCTOR LABIB AND DOCTOR GASS A RAISE!! I mean it, and I will call corporate to make sure this happens too!!! ❤❤❤❤

I’ve been to Gentle Dental quite a few times now. I always see Dr. Parrella. I think this place is amazing. The staff is always very friendly (friendlier than any other dentist office I’ve ever been to) and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with Dr. Parrella or the work he’s done (which includes 3 root canals, 3 fillings and rebuilding a severely broken tooth….Floss, people…..trust me!!!!), on the contrary….I find him to be delightful and his work on my has been amazing!
