I went to PhD Dental because one of my inlays broke and they made the entire process so simple and affordable. First setting up an exam/consultation was extremely easy and even though I don't have dental insurance it was still reasonably priced. I called PhD Dental and they were able to get me in that week and actually wanted to take me the same day but I wasn't available. When I got to my appointment they were kind and helpful and got me in and out quickly, which I especially appreciated because I have two Littles under 3. They even offered to fix my teeth later that same day if I wanted to leave and feed my boys but I declined and scheduled a follow-up for the next week. I can't speak for their work just yet but what I can say is if they take care of your teeth half as well as their customer service then I believe I am in good hands. I am looking forward to see what they can do.

Dr. Sage was great with the dental work of my 12 year old son. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly, kindly, and had all my thousand questions answered patiently by the receptionist, financial staff, and back office Dental Assistants. Dr. Sage explained my son's procedure pre and post in detail and also my options. He paid close attention to any discomfort my son experienced and ensured he had enough sedation to make the procedure as painless as possible. Thank you Dr. Sage! This means a lot to a worrying mom!

This dental office has been by far one of the best I have ever been at. The staff is very friendly and the whole dental office is always super clean. I have been one of their patients for about 15 years. Ever since I was a kid I was afraid of going to the dentist and when my mom changed me to this dentist when I was ten I absolutely loved it. Great staffing all around. 10 yo & 6yo come for orthodontics and general dentistry. They do everything they can to make it a comfortable and fun process for the kids becausewho likes going to thw dentist. They explain the procedure so they know what to expect. Everyone is friendly and happy to answer any questions. In house financing is a plus and monthly payments are easy and taken care of at the time of visit. Everything is always clean and sanitized. They are quick and efficient, longest wait may have been 10 minutes. Sometimes they are already calling in patients as they are signing in!!!! Waiting area is small but that's easily manageable considering you hardly spend any time waiting. Definitely would recommend to friends family.

I like to schedule my appointments early so that I don’t spend a lot of time waiting. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment but had to wait to be let in through their back door due to construction. The back entrance stairway lacked lighting and cleanliness. It didn’t appear as if they had a system in place to ensure we were let in in a timely manner. I also think they might have over booked appointments which, considering the pandemic, didn’t make me feel comfortable.

My son and I had a pleasant time at this location. The girls behind the desk are very helpful and accommodate my future appointments without any hassles . Once inside a room for my sons dental treatment there were 2 assistance and a Doctor working on my sons cavity and during the entire treatment they kept my son at ease by constantly talking to him and asking him silly questions :) . AMAZING. I am extremely happy with the overall visit to this place. I walked into PH Dental not knowing what to expect and walked out impressed by their professional staff. I was welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked in and to my surprise I was seen by the dentist even though I didn't have an appointment. Marisol was the person to make my visit extra special. She took care of my every need to get me ready to see the Dentist. She did it in the fastest and most professional way I have ever seen. She even kept me calm since she seen that I was nervous about it being my first visit. I got a deep cleaning on my second visit and a future appointment for a tooth I need to get extracted. They accepted my insurance as well as many other insurances. I didn't even have to pay 1$. I definitely recommend PH Dental to everyone of all ages. They are well equipped with the latest technology. I had the most awesome and professional experience at Dr. Shayefar’s office yesterday!! Alejandra was so very helpful looking up how much $ coverage I had to use before the end of the year. I chipped my front tooth on Xmas day and called Dr. Shayefar’s office the next morning and he was able to see me right away after work. The office was so very clean, which is obviously very important in the dental industry. Dr. Shayefar was extremely professional and super nice. His dental assistants were too. His dental work is top notch! He fixed my chipped tooth and even filed my teeth at my request to make them look even more dazzling after he performed a thorough deep cleaning!! I highly recommend Dr. Shayefar’s practice for anyone looking for the highest quality dental office!! He deserves 5 stars plus!!!

Sorry this is for the phd dental in pico rivera. I was unable to delete the comment so I edit it. I like it here staff is friendly and doctors do a great job. The only thing I've had problems with, not once, but twice .. I come to my appointment and they tell me that I dont have insurance, that they are unable to see me. Once again today I've missed work. I worked at a dental practice in the past, and we checked insurance a day before anyone's appointment. This way, people dont have the inconvinience of coming to an appointment and then getting it cancelled because of no insurance. I come in today, miss work for my appointment for some crowns, and once I'm here they tell me the approval of the crowns has expired on Dec, 27 of 2018. I either have to pay for crowns or they need to resubmit my referral and I have to wait up to 6 weeks to see if they get approved. I think it's very unprofessional that they weren't able to call me a day before and they wait
