Listen, I DO NOT leave REVIEWS!🗣️ however, I HAVE to leave Two Rivers one. I’m a local here in the metro area and I have experienced shingles at a very young age. There are studies of dental work reactivating shingles and other things that are a high concern when treating me as a patient especially with my facial nerve. The doctor and his staff were outstanding when I came in after chipping a tooth before Christmas. While expressing my concerns not only did the doctor do some research and study for my unique situation but also assured me that he could do my filing and crown work without numbing near the nerves i am extremely worried about being effected. The front desk worked with me for weeks on my insurance and quote. Each call back and fourth was outstanding service and patience. I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! 02/02 was the day of operations and I am home in no pain, no facial drooping , and feel positive about my second follow up for my permanent new crown/tooth! They made me feel so safe that my husband even made a appointment and that speaks VOLUME! I will update once the actually work is complete and will let you know how the overall job went but so far I have been so satisfied with choosing two rivers and the staff at this office!! Thank y’all for today!!! Y’all were awesome!!

Two Rivers gave me the best dental care experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff (from the front desk to the dentist himself) was incredible. Kaitlyn was my hygienist, and I will be requesting her from now on. Not only was she incredibly kind and reassuring, but she was also both efficient and gentle. She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Fruchey explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I cannot recommend Two Rivers enough.

The staff is so amazing and friendly! They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the information/choices and never make you feel pressured into doing any services. Dr. Fruchey and his team are very knowledgeable, and take the time to listen to what’s going on and any concerns you may have. They truly make you feel welcomed from the moment you enter the door. I travel almost two hours to come and see them so that is saying a lot! They are worth it!

LOVE this place and so thankful to finally find a dentist that listens, cares and knows what he is doing when it comes to oral health! Went in for a new patient cleaning appointment this morning and Dr. Fruchey took care of a bite issue I’ve been having for probably a year now from a crown that was placed from my former dentist/employer without hesitation. My bite feels amazing and the hitting that tooth/pain is gone! He is very transparent when discussing your dental needs and you can truly tell he wants the best for you and your teeth. His team is also wonderful, and friendly; such a warm environment when you walk in. His hygienist, MY new hygienist, Kaitlyn, was SO FAST and thorough! My teeth feel amazing. I can’t wait to bring my son here for his first dental appointment, ever, because Dr Fruchey even sees little ones; as long as they have teeth and he has two with more on the way! So thankful to have this group of experts taking care of myself, my family and our oral health! HIGHLY recommend!

I took my two sons here today for the first time for routine cleaning/exam and we had an excellent experience! Both hygienists were kind, patient, and accommodating to one nervous kid and one enthusiastic energetic kid with all the questions! Dr Fruchey took his time with the boys and explained their X-rays to all of us in detail. The hygienists took extra time to talk about good cleaning practices and made both boys feel at ease. We are so happy we gave them a try and we will definitely make this their dental care home!

The team at Two Rivers is spectacular! I had an issue with an existing crown that they fixed straight away. The staff is friendly and the dentist actually takes the time to speak with you one on one. I was feeling lost at the much larger dental clinic I was going to previously but I definitely didn’t feel that way at Two Rivers!

Fruchey. So they made sure to help calm my fear and anxiety and reassured me that they are here for the public comfort unlike big corporations who just see money. Happy to have changed to a new dental office 🏬 at Two Rivers Dental Care ~ what a wonderful staff who have worked out some issues I had ~ got in for a deep cleaning (both sides) on consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday) with Madelyn - she was very entertaining and was very thorough with all details ! Also had a temporary crown 👑 put in on Tuesday with the first cleaning 🙃 ... Heather made that procedure seamless along with Dr Fruchey ~ just a little drilling and all was good to put in place the temporary crown in place ~ the play list of music in the background was great !! 🎊✨️🎉🎶🎹🪗✨️🥁🎸💚📻 !! Great personalities abound in the office ~ Laci, Lindsey & Morgan up front were all helpful with information and answering any questions I had about any subject 😀 ! Had a permanent crown 👑 put in Thursday afternoon ☆ - very quick procedure and those 3 days went very smoothly.... Today was my first visit and it was by far the best. Everyone was super friendly, the dental hygienist took the time to listen to my concerns. She did exactly how I asked and was careful while cleaning. The dentist was very knowledgeable and nice! He also listened to my concerns and gave me his opinion and options on what we could do. We all know how stressful having to go to the dentist is especially if your someone that has had bad past experiences, (like me) which can add to more stress and anxiety. Well, Dr. Higginbotham and his team alleviated all that fear and apprehension away. Just got out of an almost 3-hour surgery from having a bone-graph procedure and Dr. Higginbotham and his team were extremely attentive to my needs in making sure I was not in any pain or discomfort. Prior to the surgery he explained everything in detail to make sure I was fully aware of what was going to happen and what to expect. Though, I was in a lot of pain after the surgery, which is to be expected, Dr. Higginbotham and his team as well as the office staff were outstanding. The care and communication is top-notch. If I could give them 10 Stars I definitely would. 👌💯

I have never had a bad experience at this dental office and would recommend it to anyone. Kaylee is always super helpful and doesn't get frustrated when I have to inevitably call and reschedule my appointments a million times (my job is crazy) before I can get them to work out. Carla is the orthodontist assistant and she has been extremely helpful throughout my Invisalign treatment. Even when my dog ate one of my trays recently (whoops) she knew exactly how to help without having to pause my treatment. They are all truly amazing people and I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new dental office.

When I moved here almost three years ago I needed to get in to see a dentist. At the time I worked really odd hours so finding someone who could accommodate. I drove by Smile Dental and decided to check them out. Their hours were a perfect match and they were close to my home and work!! I made an apt online which was also great since I hate taking to people on the phone. My first visit was easy. Lacey who was my hygienist was so super nice and welcoming. The entire staff was great. I've been back for my regular cleanings and some other issues and Doctor A and crew have been amazing. Friendly and professional. I know when i go there even if it's for something other than a regular cleaning I will leaving knowing I got the best care ever!!

This place was awesome. Every time i go i have the best greeting from the front desk staff which are Miranda and Tabitha. I never have to wait long to go back to a chair which is amazing. My last visit i had the pleasure of having my Hygienist be Andrew. I loved him the moment he opened the door. He had a great smile and he was very friendly, Not to mention he smelled amazing which was a plus lol. He seemed very knowledgeable about his work and i could tell he took pride in that. The assistant i had was Tasha who had me laughing which i love because going to the dentist can sometimes be nerve wrecking but this staff had me calm in no time. Dr Atkins was there too and she awesome as well. She checked me out with no problem she even had a joke or two. The Staff Members were very friendly, Dentist was very knowledge offering a well thought out treatment plan and the Hygentist Andrew ROCKS!!!! He cleaned my teeth so well they look like a whole new set of “pearly whites”! They took care of my Son’s dental needs and was able to squeeze him in for a whiting treatment while we were there. Awesome staff!!! Very friendly and professional!! I walked in a few minutes before my appointment time and the waiting room was crowded so I was afraid I would be there quite a while but I barely had time to crack open the latest Life in Chenal magazine before I was called back. My hygenist was very thorough and made sure I had the most comfortable experience as possible (this is a dentist, after all). Dr. Atkins is amazing and very professional! This staff truly cares about my oral health and doesn't treat me like "just another patient." The financial coordinator was very professional and took time to explain everything very well. I was greeted as soon as I entered the office and immediately began my twice yearly visit. Pens were available, which were marked sanitized and non sanitized. My waiting time was at a minimum and social distancing was evident in the waiting area, sanitizer was available and all employees were masked. My cleaning went great with extra care given to an area of concern. I then got casted for free whitening trays that I will pick up next week along with the whitening agent to last for 6 months. Appointment was scheduled for 6 months at a convenient time for me. I was walked to the checkout desk and again greeted very quickely and courtesly. I felt very comfortable and at ease with my care. So glad I found Higginbotham Family Dental for my dental care. I believe that they are the most caring, well educated, efficient, in all the dental offices I have been to in the last 50 years. The dental hygienist is caring, competent and thorough. The female dentist I saw today examined my mouth and found two suspicious lesions on my upper gum. She made a referral to an oral surgeon for a possible biopsy. I have not had such a thorough exam since I moved to Little Rock 25 years ago. I am so pleased with her exam as this was my first appointment with her. Naturally I hope the lesions are negative for carcinoma, I pray they are not.

Update: Feb 6, As usual the staff at front desk was very nice and welcoming, and Makayla was very sweet, comforting and helpful. Dr Sunday came in and did an initial assessment discovered the problem and was ready to tackle it immediately with a plan. She offered the Nitrous oxide and I said yes...fixed the problem with no anxiety or pain. She was fast but really professional. They were great and I got to see my wonder hygienist(dont know her name its not on my card). So with all that being said gotta give them a 5 star....still think that question on the application should be deleted. 😁 Mrs Pierce, I had a wonderful experience the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star because the application is long and it ask my race. I just think that question should be taken off application but that just me. Also my hygienist was wonderful and the doctor that pulled my tooth was wonderful. The other reason I didn't give the 5 star is I am a real nervous person when it comes to getting teeth extracted and they didn't offer or don't have gas (nitrous oxide) to make you relax. OH ...MY.....Goodness, did I need it to relax to have that tooth pulled. But the were really good in telling me to breathe and relax. Over all Good staff and fast.
