I was given paper work prior to arriving for my appointment which I completed and sent back to their office. I arrived early per their request and was seen a few minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment (which is never heard of) so that was nice not really having to wait once I got checked in. Bethany did my teeth cleaning and was very gentle! She often checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Jones reviewed my X-rays, asked if I had any questions and has a great bedside manner! I was in and out in about an hour. Great friendly atmosphere!

I needed a deep cleaning and got the royal treatment! I've been using Dr Jones for a reason. His staff calls me by name makes me feel like family. The procedure had lots of scraping etc and my nurse was do awesome that I didn't need any numbness. She's like a friend. Dr. Jones is the best dentist of my life!

I was treated with respect and very welcomed on my first visit. The front desk staff really can make or break a business because of the tone set from walking in and those ladies were so kind to me. I think the tech that took care of me was Bethany, unsure, but she is only there once a week and she was very friendly. Being a new patient, it's nice to be treated well, but you can tell when someone is genuine. Dr. Jones and I did not get to converse very long, but he seemed caring enough for me to return and continue care here. What really sold me is the THANK YOU card they sent in the mail after my visit. I’ve been “shopping around” for a new dental practice and finally found my match at Jones Family! My new patient experience was excellent. I think the Kevin G Jones DDS is a great dentist office. From the time you walk in the door you are great with a friendly staff. I have never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen and when I go back with the dentist assistant I still experience a friendly atmosphere. You can tell the staff really enjoy their work environment and you will feel it throughout your whole visit. If you are looking for a GREAT DENTIST you should give his office a try. Dr. Jones is absolutely the best dentist I have ever encountered. What's more is that my daughter absolutely loves going to the dentist. I was scared, I was nervous and never thought I would have to go through this. The first time I sat in Dr. Jones chair, I wasn’t nervous or scared. He made me feel comfortable and assured me I would never feel any pain or discomfort.. and I HAVE NOT! I’ve had 3 root canals, 2 extractions and several several fillings.. I have a beautiful smile now and I’m forever grateful and will continue regular check ups! Because of what I went through, I also take my son every 6 months to show him how important it is to go regularly and not wait u tik your in “pain”.. highly recommend Dr. Jones!
