I am from Japan where the government takes care of the people’s health with the fracture of what costs in America. That part never improves but the camaraderie in this office is undeniable and since everyone is in good spirit, it will naturally lift you up! I was pleasantly surprised at how organized everything and everyone is. I also love the fact that predominantly it’s women owned, mixed ethnicity, and some awesome gay doctors (confirmed by some of the staff). They work with your payment plan (ouch still), I love everything about it, I’m so grateful that I found this place!

Very nice people! Came in for an emergency situation and they took me fast and made everything easy. Dr. Raj and Monica made me feel so relaxed and made a trip to the dentist better than I have ever experienced. My son was really excited to go to the dentist and Dr. Serrari and dental assistant Trey made it even better for him. They gave him a toothbrush and even though my daughter wasn’t there they gave him one for her as well. During the short waiting time they played cartoons just for him. Overall great experience.

I can say that this is my favorite dentist office. After almost not going to the dentist for 10 years(due to anxiety) they made me feel so comfortable. Jessica (the woman who took my X-rays and etc)is amazing. She was so friendly , compassionate , and empathetic I felt less nervous and anxious and more relaxed. And in addition the dentist(sorry I forgot her name) was so helpful. She explained everything that needed to be done and she was also so nice and professional. When I take my children for their 6 month checkup, I always call ahead to make sure that trey the pediatric assistant will be working that day, because my children are the only ones that let him take x rays on them. 5 STARS AMAZING ASSISTANT.

My experience wasn't good. Had scheduled appointments cancelled after I showed up. It took 6 months, from 1 July to 15 November 2021, to have a complete set of dentures made after being told it wouldn't be longer than 6 weeks. The final product came out nice but I had no teeth for 6 months. It appeared to me that prority was not at the top of the list. What made matters worse were my dentures had been paid in full the first day of treatment. That didn't seem to matter. If this experience was business as usual I could not recommend this particular dental office to my worse enemy. Bad bad bad experience. In their behalf the staff and dental doctor were polite but not professional.

Mixed feelings about the ladies at the front... but I love the doctor, dental hygienist, and one of the female dental assistants there (she was absolutely wonderful and such a caring ball of light!!) None of them judged my teeth even though they had years of neglect and they never made me feel any shame. One of the billing ladies made a comment about me having periodontal disease and how serious it was when I did not have periodontal disease, I only had a minor gingivitis problem, so that kind of freaked me out. But I would go through all of the little inconveniences I had at this office to see the actual dental staff here again. This location definitely has its pros and cons, but if you're willing to deal with some possible office messups in order to get your teeth fixed and cleaned by some people that are caring and unjudging, this is a good option.

At first wasn’t too sure about the place, the girl that checked me in wasn’t to happy or probably lacked customer service but then having to chat with Kayla the hygienist made me feel sure about staying. She has wonderful customer service she made sure to explain everything to me while still having a great conversation. She made me feel comfortable and not make me feel like just another $$ in her eyes compare to the last dental office I went to. The girl that checked me out (not sure her name) but she was very helpful as well! She even help me with the cost of everything as far as what my insurance company will cover and all to where I pay very little! She answered every single question I had and I really appreciated that! Will definitely continue coming here!!

I stopped in to get information on implants, as well as deep cleaning, root canal, fillings, crowns, extractions and partial plates. The two employees who i spoke with were extremely helpful and provided me with detailed information and estimated prices. They welcomed my questions and gave me treatment options, without pushing me to make a hasty decision. I was impressed with their honestly and openness. I felt comfortable to pursue and explore the choices further in the future.

The treatment is good and scheduling isn't a problem once you get past the longer than normal wait times on the phone (because of the pandemic). The staff are friendly and courteous. I would recommend it under MOST circumstances. However you will want to give yourself a good time window for your appointment because you will very likely be waiting in the exam room for a long time before you actually receive treatment from the dentist.

Randy Jackson, a dental assistant, opened the door ( pretty swift from the time we arrived) with a smile on his face, this didn't feel like the regular dreaded trip to the dentist. I was scared. So scared that I rescheduled twice. When I finally gathered my self and couldn't bare the pain in my mouth anymore, I slowly walked in and walked back out. The office staff came out and kindly guided back in. They were extremely comforting and welcoming. They gave me some info on my procedure and also offered me counseling on my insurance. I was amazed by how smart they were and I couldn't help but notice how clean the place was. After my procedure I was literally dying in pain. Like literally. But they called my spouse to have her pick me up and I was good after a few days. I highly recommend them and will be back for more services.

Absolute Dental was a great place to work. I hope it will be again. Right now there is a toxic person in a management job. This person is driving good workers out the door. Pawning their work off on everyone below them and complaining they can't keep up. Hiring friends and giving them special treatment. Treats people nasty in private/2 faced. Leaves early when the big bosses aren't around. Flaunts pay raises and brags about drunken nights. Complaints to HR go nowhere. The big bosses need to open their eyes!

This was by far the best dental experience I’ve had at a dental office in Las Vegas. From Brenda at check in to Tiffenie taking painless xrays. Dr Browne did a great job explaining what was going on and my options to treat my discomfort, I loved that he gave me options. My final step and usually the make or break deal When it comes to my dental treatment was meeting Katrina. Her customer service was incredible, her knowledge when it came to breaking down my insurance benefits was impeccable. My technician Tiffenie and hygienist Kayla were outstanding, I don't like going to the dentist but the staff along with doctor rash really make my visits pleasant they're very friendly and helpful. They are VERY clean. Ive seen them actually wipe everything down and put disposable plastic on equipment and they steralize their dental tools. I got Oral Surgery and it couldnt have gone better. I did not feel a thing. It couldnt have gone any better for my first surgery. Although, WARNING: the wait can be a little long sometimes due to length required to treat other patients. Your wait can end up being as long as 45 - 60 minutes, but honestly its worth it because they treat you so well and the dentist are very educated. Also DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING before going in or else you will have to reschedule your appointment.

This is till now the best clinic I have visited. Doctors are so friendly and the services are even better. Dr. Raj, Dental Assistant Bhavin and Adriana assisted so well that it doesn't feel like visiting a doctor. Perfect service and that too very fast.
