This dentist office is great. I recently moved to the area and needed a check up. The entire staff is professional, kind, and even funny at times. Admittedly I don't have a lot of dental issues, but they took the time to give me a full examination and located a potential problem. The dental hygienist Christine is awesome. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She is a "unicorn" in the profession. Cannot recommend this office enough. Thank you all!

I had such a great experience here at Absolute Dental! We came here for a braces consultation for my stepdaughter & the staff was so friendly & helpful! Front office was very informational about the process of her braces and how much it would cost and was able to answer any questions we had. The dental assistants and dentist made my stepdaughter feel comfortable and we are very happy with our experience here 10/10 :)

Today's visit to get my temp crown replaced with the permanent one went so well! Fits perfectly thanks to Melondy, probably spelt her name wrong! I absolutely love Absolute Dental. It can be scary to go to the dentist but everyone has been so warm and inviting. I really felt at ease in this office. Freddie was a gem, and really made sure I was comfortable throughout my x-rays. You can tell he really cares about his job and the people he works with. And don’t get me started on Madonna! I just went in this morning with an incredible toothache on the recommendation of a friend, and the staff here was so polite and accommodating, it really took away a lot of my "dentist anxiety". The receptionist was so nice and professional, I had a minimal wait after completing my paperwork. The back office staff and the attending dentist were so kind and very gentle, and they listened to my concerns and made sure to do everything they could to work with me. The office manager Reina is awesome! I've been to another location in the past where I didn't have the best experience, but my faith has been restored and I will be returning to this location for myself and for my family's dental needs.

I went there as a walk in and was helped with an extraction. I had been dealing with the pain for a while and it was a bad situation because it was a cracked molar and so I couldn’t deal with the pain anymore. From the moment I got in they greeted me asked me to fill out paperwork, in Return verified insurance info etc. Which was great very efficient and to the point. The front desk receptionist was very sweet and laughed at my jokes so you know she was extra nice 😊. The paperwork was a little lengthy but it was my first time as a patient there. Then when I got inside the lady explained everything we needed to do and was also very pleasant. They have a TV in there so it helps calm down your nerves. I was watching Martin lol I was dying from laughter lol. But again it helped. Melony and Dr.Hyunh we’re amazing. They walked me through the whole process, especially the painful parts so I knew what to expect, she even held my hand. I appreciate how experienced and personable they both were. My experience was absolutely wonderful. Thanks guys!! 😃

I had to go to the dentist in a pandemic and this particular dentist was able to get me in. When I went to Absolute Dental on Cheyenne in Las Vegas from beginning to end the service was EXCEPTIONAL! They worked with me on a payment plan, the dentists and dental assistants were very knowledgeable in what they were doing and they made sure I was aware of what would happen every step of the way. They make you feel so comfortable and let you know that you do have choices. There isn’t that pressure to do anything. I can’t speak for the rest of the dental offices under the Absolute Dental umbrella but the office on Cheyenne exceeded my expectations. I would like to tell them Thank you for making me feel comfortable around dentists again. I highly recommend this office.

I went in to this office during the "Day of service" free dental day. It was my first time going to a dentist in 20 some years and it was my first time going to Absolute Dental. They were very pleasant and helpful and I will be back again for another procedure in a few weeks. My dental assistant and was really friendly and reassuring during the filling procedure as was my dentist Dr. Capello. Definitely will continue to use this dental office for future dental visits. I highly recommend their services! My previous dentist was very rough on my teeth and it prevented me from wanting to get work done for a while. At Absolute Dental Cheyenne, they’ve been great! Dr. Huynh has taken care of me a handful of times now & he has made me feel comfortable during every visit. He really made sure every procedure is done properly. The assistant, whose name starts with an R, was super friendly and worked well with the dentist. There’s another assistant, I forgot her name, who took my x-rays on my first visit & she was so upbeat and personable as well. With the pandemic, I advise to schedule in the mornings when it isn’t busy. When I did this, I was in and out in about an hour. I’m glad I found a great place & I’ll be continuing my services here. I have been going to this Absolute Dental for abut 5 years or so. The staff there has always been helpful and I know I can trust my dental care to be done well. I had an excellent experience today for my biannual cleaning with the dental hygenist Laura and dental assistant Freddy. Both provided wonderful conversation and helpful tips for my dental needs. In the past I've had dental emergencies happen where a crown popped off, and the staff got me in within minutes to help out after I arrived. The only problem I've had over the last few years is trying to call and get assistance with mostly trying to reschedule appointments. I know with COVID everyone is short staffed. However, it's always problematic to get anything done over the phone. First the lines are busy, then they give you an option to get a call back. There is where I end up having problems, getting a call back. Next thing I know, a few days have gone by and nothing. I usually end up having to go into the office to do what I need to do. Or I am able to get through to someone, and they can't assist me over the phone, resulting in the person forwarding a message for the office to get back to me, which again, doesn't result in a call back and causing me to go into the office anyway. And unfortunately, these are not difficult things, it's usually just needing to reschedule an appointment. Please note, this all was happening before COVID. So all in all, this office is great for dental care, but know that the phone lines can be a mess. Thank you to Laura and Freddy for a pleasant dental visit today. Edit: I just recently went in for a dental emergency. The staff was very helpful on allowing me to come in same day, which I greatly appreciate. I had assumed to help me with the issue at hand, I may need a xray done. However, what bothered me was they were trying to get a full panel of x-rays for my whole mouth. I had just had my cleaning less than a month prior and 110% was sure they just did a full xray panel then. I had to insist to three separate people, fearing that they may turn me away if I didn't cooperate, when they finally found them. It's instances like this where unfortunately I just can't give them 5 out of 5. I know that I have to pay very close attention to my visit and billing, because I've been overcharged for unnecessary things before. Staff is still great. I always enjoy speaking with Laura the hygienist. Thank you again for helping me with my dental emergency!

The general dentist is so funny and I can tell that he is an ethical doctor whom really cares about his patients! I came in with an urgent situation only to find out that my dental insurance doesn’t pay for major dental work until after 1 year but I was accommodated, then the work I needed was to much for me to pay out in 1 month but saved again by the lovely Jessica who told me about Care credit which is letting me spread the payment out as long as 24 months interest free! Yay! I really felt that Jessica cared and she did not pressure me at all. Dr. James Huynh and assistant Yaddi gave me my comprehensive check up and when the Dr. finished his part for my crowns Yaddi put extra attention to detail in my temporary crowns and gave me follow up advice so I don’t wreck them before the permanent ones come in. I’m very pleased with the total experience.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The doctor was polite but during the procedure (extraction), he pricked my lip and my tongue. Both were sore and he didn’t acknowledge the mishaps. When I left, there was blood all over my lips and mouth which could have been cleaned a little better. Other than that, I was grateful to be able to get in quickly (scheduled the day before).

My daughter had a not so good experience with another absolute dental location but she walked into the Cheyenne office and they instantly jumped into to help her get her teeth done and started the work the same day. I walked into pick her up and was telling the super friendly front desk that I had an appointment at the end of September but I had broke the tooth about a hour before, the lady at the front desk told me I shouldn’t wait til my September appointment and got on the phone and found me an emergency appointment for the next day. They staff at this location are very friendly and helpful.

I had been waiting an hour for a procedure on a day that was very busy for me and couldn't wait another hour/ I told the assistant while he went about setting up for the procedure and he said "oh, you know how it is. Sometimes you have to wait. We're doing our best" instead of "I'm really sorry for the delay. Let me check and see what is going on. I understand you have a lot to do today" That it's true that there a times a person has to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see a medical professional--much longer than they would ever wait for you--was irrelevant. It was the wrong day and I never complain. And the one time that I expressed frustration, I got a mini lecture, not sympathy or an apology. That one of the dentists I had seen here recently recommended this procedure --and another I had seen did not, did not help. It undermined my confidence in this place and the dentists employed there. Left after one hour..getting another opinion.

Dr. Huynh and Erik (Erik is the dental tech) are incredibly awesome at what they do. I had to have a tooth pulled and I was emotional because I already have had to have most of my teeth pulled and I wear partials. Erik was very compassionate, understanding and reassuring of my situation. When Dr. Huynh had to administer the injection (it's not the one most of us are used to when having minor dental work done, it's a beast and hurts so much more than the regular numbing injections. Erik saw the horror and severe angst in my face and immediately was by my side reassuring me, he let me squeeze hand and he even wiped some of the tears off my face as Dr. Huynh administered the medicine. After that Dr. Huynh puleed the tooth out with one tug and he was so awesome and gentle working with me as well. I highly recommend this office and location. I moved to the other side of town and still will only go to this location. Thank you Erik and Dr. Huynh and also to the staff for being so nice and caring. You guys rock!
