My search is over. I have been looking for a new dental provider since moving to Carmel and I have found the one that feels like home; that's not an easy task. The front office lays the groundwork for the rest of the great experience I've enjoyed from Dr Seth Hall & Dr Bryce Chambers; they've built one heck of a team!From asking & listening to what is most important to me, the assurance, compassionate atmosphere and making you feel like family... they passed the vibe check and made a patient for life. As a new patient, I was very impressed when Dr. Hall called me to introduce himself and welcome me as a patient. At my first appointment Dr. Bryce Chambers and Sarah were amazing. They made me feel at ease and were friendly and professional. They explained everything they were doing. We made a plan and I went back today for my first dental work. Although it was extensive, Dr. Chambers and Kaylee were kind, patient and did excellent work, keeping me informed about what was going on and what was next. Tina helped with a glitch at the pharmacy too! I can't thank everyone at Hall Family Dentistry enough! I'm looking forward to being their patient for a long time.

Hall Family Dentistry is the most friendliest, welcoming and fun practice I have ever experienced! The phone calls leading up to my first visit were personable and non-intrusive. I was greeted by a warm and attentive staff and felt very comfortable. The examine/cleaning was thorough, gentle and transparent. Not once did I feel rushed and was encouraged to ask as many questions as necessary. Love this office so much! Front office is very helpful & informative. The dental assistants and hygienists are all very sweet and kind. You can see them helping eachother out, being an overall great team. They make sure your experience is everything you want it to be. I’m not one who loves the dentist but I love this office. They make you feel comfortable, at home, and heard. The doctors are awesome. My last office wanted to charge me ridiculous prices and told me I needed things I didn’t need just trying to get money out of me. This office works with you, gets the time to know you and your needs. Definitely going to refer everyone I know here.

I can't even begin to express how great my experience was at Hall Family Dentistry! I've been insecure about my smile my whole life, and Dr. Hall took my hopes for my smile and made it a reality! The staff was very friendly and extremely informative when it came to discussing what options were best for my teeth personally to achieve the best long-term results. Which I'm so thankful for their expertise as I thought that 1 thing was what I wanted, but upon receiving more information, I realized that there were way better options for my teeth that would achieve the same result I wanted! First off.. Seth & his staff are UHHMAZING. Seth called me the day prior to my appointment and introduced himself and asked a few questions about me. I get there and everyone is all smiles and welcomes me to their office. The dental assistant Sara was such a kind sweetheart. We talked and talked and got to know each other pretty well for such a short visit. Then Seth formally introduced himself and we spoke about many things besides my teeth which was refreshing to do and made me feel comfortable. The office is clean and the music is wonderful to listen to while getting your teeth looked at! Highly recommended 😁

I had been at my previous dentist for 15+ years and I thought they were a great dentist. They are subpar in comparison to my first experience with Hall Family Dentistry. First off Dr. Hall called me the day before my visit and introduced himself how awesome is that! They also called me same day to see if I could come in early as they had a cancellation and that worked better so I could go into work earlier. My hygienist Shannon was very personable and got to know my and how I like things presented to me before we even got started with the cleaning. I then met my dentist Dr. Chambers and he was very personable as well and actually showed interest into the things I said I was passionate about about the beginning of the cleaning. I needed to have some sealants done and a crown as well and they were also able to perform those same day which my previous dentist was never able to do. A few hours after the procedure Dr. Chambers texted me to make sure everything was doing well how awesome is that! I will definitely recommend Hall Family Dentistry to everyone I know!

5 stars isn’t even close to what I would put Hall Family Dentistry! 10 stars if it was available!! Not only is it an extremely clean facility but the staff makes you feel more like a family member rather than just a patient. Dr Hall was extremely helpful with calming us down about the work to be done as well as explaining a ton of options at a great price as well! I had been to 2 other places in the area and was quoted a RIDICULOUS price and Dr Hall not only blew them out on the lower prices but with amazing customer service. When it comes to teeth there is nobody else in the area I would trust more than Dr Hall!! THANK YOU FOR THE SMILE!

BEST DENTIST AROUND! The entire staff is extremely courteous and professional. They make you feel like you are their only patient by taking their time, stopping to make sure you are ok, and explaining everything to you in lay terms. I cannot thank Dr. Chambers and the entire staff at Hall Family Dentistry enough for all of their help today. I needed to have a tooth extracted and I deal with some pretty major dental anxiety. They were able to help calm my fears and Dr. Chambers went over the plan and let me know everything that was going on since I like to be informed of what is happening. I cannot recommend this staff enough to help you ease your fears and to help you laugh throughout the process as well. After all, they do say laughter is the best medicine. Dr. Chambers even text me about an hour after I left to see how I was doing. 10/10 recommend!

I came into Dr Hall after I broke a tooth on Saturday night and contacted them through the web that night to have a call back that next day to be seen on Monday! My point of that story is they will call even on the weekends to help you for me that’s over and beyond! But they do even better when I seen I am terrified of dentist but every single last person in that office is amazing I had Dr Hall and Heather and they were the best I mso blessed to have found them. I have neglected going to dentist for several years due to being scared of going. These folks are definitely a blessing!

The kids and I call this place the Chick-fil-A dentist and not because they serve chicken but because they're that kind of polite. My kids will tell everybody they know they ought to go to this dentist and I agree. And it's not just the dentist the entire staff is a blessing. Great experience! The staff is very kind, courteous and accommodating. They made us feel welcome before we even walked through the door. I easily requested appointments on their website, and a staff member called promptly to schedule us for routine cleanings and exams. Dr. Hall called prior to our appointments to welcome our family to the office. These gestures went a long way to ease our anxiety of visiting a new dentist. Upon our arrival, each staff member introduced themselves and welcomed us to the office. They asked us questions to get better acquainted on a personal level. The staff did a fantastic job explaining their process of x-rays and cleanings, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. After an unpleasant experience at another office, these gestures eased the fears of our 11-year-old son who dreaded dental visits. Our son typically struggles with x-rays; however, Ashley did an incredible job of talking him through the process and encouraging him along the way. Her patience and kindness with our son left an extremely positive impression on him, and the idea of x-rays no longer invoke fear within him. Dr. Hall, Dr. Chambers, Megan and the rest of the staff made our visit an incredibly positive experience. Our son thanked me profusely for choosing Hall Family Dentistry for our family’s dental needs. He has gone from fearing the dentist to calling it “a lot of fun!” We are thankful for the staff at Hall Family Dentistry, and I would highly recommend their office to anyone looking for a new dentist. Caring, accommodating and an all around amazing team. Not only did they settle my fears of the dentist during my first visit, they called to check on me later. Then when there was a predicted winter storm coming, Dr. Hall & Tina stayed late so I could rush my daughter in after she fell and chipped her front tooth; not a medical emergency, but an emergency to a 10 y/o girl who is still working on her self confidence. I've been going to Hall family dentistry for about 6 months. I always see Dr Chambers. He and the dental assistants at HFD are gentle. kind, patient, attentive and good humored. Though the office may not have the "latest tech" and lacks cable tv around every corner, it offers scenic picture windows top watch passing wildlife and the dental work is top notch. Compared to other dental practices, HFD is easier to reach, more flexible and more affordable. They take time to explain your care plan and answer any questions. My experiences there have been painless and this is the first practice that gave me a temporary crown that didn't crumble the same day. I recommend them to everyone!

I had my first appointment today with the intent of only getting a basic cleaning. I knew my teeth weren’t in top shape and was quite nervous going in. I actually have quite the fear of dentists. After my X-rays it was determined that I needed a deep clean and a cavity filled. Which also meant being numbed up. Needles and myself do not get along well. The gold crown rattling around in my mouth wasn’t a welcome sound. My buddy and I were on day two of eight, riding our motorcycles through Indiana to visit his family and friends that he hadn’t seen for twenty years. We were outside the Indianapolis Motor Speedway museum making lunch plans when my thirteen year-old crown released. We made our way back to our lodging and started making calls using Google Maps to locate nearest dentists. My first call went to an “emergency” dentist who advised they were not interested in helping due to liability. My third call I got Tina and I could tell by her voice that she was invested in rapidly managing my dental issue and saving this trip. She consulted with Dr. Hall and called me right back inviting me to their office. I wasn’t even done with the paperwork when she met me in the waiting room and graciously led me to a station. I was impressed that the equipment was fresh, clean and state of the art. She chatted while taking full dental images and soon Dr. Hall was at my side examining my tooth and providing options. It is important to note that there is a “positive vibe” that accompanies people who are competent and who genuinely care about others welfare. Dr. Hall affably chatted about his impressive service and love of dentistry. He re-adhered the crown and they smilingly sent me on my way. Our trip was successful and we owe that in no small part to Dr. Hall and his compassionate staff.

Honestly this was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and greet you with smiles as soon as you enter the door! You will feel right at home. The dentist has done such an amazing job at making sure you feel like you know what's going on. They will ask you a few questions to best understand how you feel about your dental experience. For example they will ask you what's most important to you about your dental experience (I.E. Cost, Longevity, Aesthetic and so on). Finding a new dentist can be intimidating but my shiny teeth and me knew we needed some routine cleaning. Pulling up to this establishment felt like coming home for Christmas. It’s a small building, obviously family owned, with a welcoming parking lot and cozy interior. The experiences the patients have are consistent and similar. Dr. Hall and his team truly are friendly, personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring. The environment is comfortable and welcoming with an upbeat energy that puts almost anyone instantly at ease. But, I also found them, so far, to be professional and ethical. Their effort in learning me as an individual is evidenced by not only their recall of the information on my forms (indicating they had thoroughly reviewed my new patient forms prior to my arrival this morning, so no duplicate questions), but also in the time and effort invested in assessing my daily activities and concerns. The intake even included factors that might impact or prohibit my comfort in progressing with any needed treatment, such as Cost, Fears, Trust, etc. When was the last time your dental office asked these questions of you upfront... Opening the door for dialogue at the beginning instead of the courtesy "Any questions?" at the end of the appointment. I had a great appointment today, but after reading the reviews of countless other patients, sounds like it's just another, typical day in this dental office. Exceptional service is the norm. A final note: I received a personal call from Dr. Hall on Sunday evening before my Monday morning appointment. Again... Typical, but their attention to the person makes it a superlative experience.

His office staff is super friendly and, so far, I have not had any problems getting an appt when I can fit one in to my crazy, ever-changing schedule. Taylor is the kindest, most gentle, caring hygienist. She makes even the most apprehensive dental patient feel ok. I especially appreciate the special approach and attention the entire staff gives my young children. My almost 4 year old was scared to sit in the dental chair so Dr. Hall sat in the chair and let my son do a pretend exam on him. It totally worked, too! He sat right in the chair after that. I started seeing Dr. Hall shortly after he took over the practice. I was taking my children to a different pediatric dentist, and my daughter developed severe dental anxiety. I decided to bring her to my dentist. Dr. Hall saw her once and recommended another pediatric dentist because of her anxiety. Thus again, no luck. They said they would only work on her if she was under full sedation. I still continued to take my other 2 children to Dr. Hall, and they actually looked forward to their dental appointments. After my daughter saw her other siblings enjoy going to see Dr. Hall she decided to let him do some work on her. After her visit today my 9 year old with severe dental anxiety said "I like that dentist. I will never trust another dentist". This coming from the child that was told by other dentists they would only work on her if she was asleep. Today Dr. Hall did the work without putting her to sleep, and she has raving reviews about him. He always checks on all of us if we have any procedures. I was involved in an accident over the weekend that left me in some discomfort. I was desperate to find someone who would take me in quickly and work out a payment plan with me. Dr Hall’s office met both of these expectations and far exceeded any other dentist’s visit I’ve had. The fact of the matter is, nobody enjoys going to the dentist. We have heard all of the horror stories of cold waiting rooms, impersonal staff, and worse yet, sticker shock that may be associated with dental work. All of the stereotypes were shattered. I was contacted first thing the Monday morning following the incident and was scheduled for a Tuesday afternoon. The staff here are all kind and treated me like they would a member of their own family. Dr. Chambers has been thorough and courteous in his follow ups. I was able to be put on a payment plan, and staff walked me through everything concerning my visit. I’m glad I made the choice to go here. Not only is it conveniently located, the care I’ve received in the last week is second-to-none. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who may be looking to make a switch!

I needed a new dentist in Indianapolis after moving up here. My hair stylist recommended Dr. Hall and I'm very pleased. I went for my first appointment and felt well informed and taken care of. Plus I didn't need any fillings so I happily skipped out of there while humming a tune. I plan to return for my bi-annual cleanings. Downside is that it's pretty far south of downtown and I was late to work that morning but it would be great for someone living in that area. I've only been for my first appointment so a 5 star rating might be hasty - but I'm optimistic that Hall Family Dentistry will continue to provide the same level of care and service that I experienced. First time to the dentist in about 5 years could be longer. I thought I would be scared and in pain. Totally was not the case. From calling and making the appointment to completing the appointment everything was seamless. Totally felt welcomed and at ease. No pain. Everything was easy and the staff was amazing very welcoming and great at getting to know you and your needs/wants. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t wait to sign my 4yr old daughter up. Our family visited the office for the first time on yesterday, March 28th. Our family was in need of a new dentist after our previous dentist retired. The dentist that took over his office was a total complete let down, to say the least, so we needed to find a new dentist quickly. So after searching the web and reading countless reviews I decided to call Hall's Family Dentisty. I'm big on customer service! I was impressed from the first conversation. We have two teenagers, 13 (Micaiah) and 14 (Ellesha) years old. The 14 year old has a real fear of the dentist, and as it would be, she's the one that needed the most work done. Lol... So we prayed on our way there, and walked through the door trying to keep her calm. We felt a sense of calm from the moment we walked in. The front staff is absolutely wonderful! Ellesha was still a little apprehensive about how it would go once we got to the back. The back office staff and Dr. Hall were just as wonderful! Ellesha had a brief freak out moment when it was time for the numbing to begin. I was so impressed how the staff remained calm and talked her through her meltdown. They showed so much compassion! The appointment was a total success! Dr. Hall is great! Ellesha is still showing her new smile 24 hours later! She's ready for her next appointment. Everyone at Hall Family Dentistry (HFD) does just that, makes you feel like family. And not in that commercialized Olive Garden slogan type of way. Whenever I walk in for an appointment I'm greeted with a genuine smile and authentic interest in how I've been. That's just a bonus as all I really request in a dentist practice is to have excellent dental work performed with the least amount of pain possible. Seth and his staff do an amazing job to ensure the patient is comfortable every step of the way no matter the procedure. It's important to point that out because pain thresholds vastly vary from person to person. Where a particular procedure might not be painful for 99% of people, it might be painful for that supplemental 1%. Family Hall Dentistry makes sure to account for the 1% that might be left behind at other practices. Seth & company also do an excellent job of explaining the process of the procedure before, during, and after. IE) This is what we are going to do, this is what we are doing right now, and this is the summary for everything we done during your visit. It's very important for patients to understand explicitly what the visit entails and this is relayed very well at HFD. The previous points are just additional advantages of the practice. Receiving fantastic service still goes unnoticed if the end result of the work being performed is not substantial. Hall Family Dentistry does amazing work. Expect top of the line results every time you sit in that chair. For instance, I have a gap between my main two front teeth, allowing them to get chipped on average about once every 12 months over the last decade. That's $200-300 a pop for each repair. The very first time (2014) I visited FHD Seth repaired the chip and I've had zero issues since. I recently decided to proceed with a massive cosmetic overhaul on my smile and am already extremely satisfied with the prep work done for the 8 new crowns I'll be receiving. My next appointment is on 2/8 and I'm sure the results will be nothing less than exceptional. I will update this review then. Thanks FHD!

I was driving home and realized I cracked my tooth! I called Hall Family Dentistry at 4:40, they said I could come in at 5, they assessed my situation and took photos quickly. They informed me I would need a crown! I was surprised when they said they could put on the temporary one that night and I'd have the permanent one in two weeks . I was home by 6:20! . I went to Dr Hall today as a new patient. After xrays we had to have a little talk. This morning I had a filling fall out of my tooth and I was worried about it. Dr Hall said he was able to save the tooth with a crown. Well the tooth beside that one had a spot at the bottom. So he recommended a crown there also. I said ok let's do this. He is so funny I about wet myself. He gave me several shots that I never felt a thing. I'm 61 so I've had several of these shots. He numbed 2 back teeth and ground them down for a temporary crown's. I stll never felt nothing. I really like going here. There mood is very pleasant. All the girls are so nice and I can't say enough about Dr Hall. I'll be going here forever I hope anyway..

So we all have to go to the dentist, and although some dread it (I have never been one of those people, fortunately), Dr. Hall's office makes your visit as painless as can be (both literally and figuratively)! I had multiple issues taken care of (annual cleaning, multiple cavities filled, xrays, etc.), and the entire staff checked on my well-being throughout my entire visit. They played a local, fun radio station that'll keep your feet tappin' (I couldn't sing thanks to my pal, Lidocaine), and every patient room has a large window out of which has feeders for the local fauna - Deeonn can tell you all about the duck family and the big, bad blue jay (and I love animals, so this is especially nice to see that they do, too). You will leave smiling, not only to show off the awesome job the entire staff did on your teeth, but because they are all genuinely nice and fun people, which I appreciate just as much as their obvious expertise. I actually got one of my front incisors fixed from a tumble I took in college (ice storm of '09 and alcohol do not mix) - it looks so good now that my mom and I couldn't figure out where the chip in my tooth even started. The only fault Dr. Hall has is his inclination for Kentucky basketball, which he will someday come around about, but do know that he received his degree from IU School of Dentistry, which is at least a small step in admitting IU's superiority. All in all, you will not mind your visit to this dentist - Tina, Taylor, Deeonn, Denise, Dr. Hall and the gang will take good care of you (please note: it is not common for me to remember the names of my dentist's staff - they are seriously just that wonderful)! Never will you meet nicer people. Truly the best. But my rating is mainly for the services provided. They push you on bringing new patients, chances to win a TV, and it feels a little like network marketing. Or a Bingo parlor. Old equipment, X-ray equipment is newer, but control panel from the 60's. laminated exam room furniture is delaminating, impossible to properly sterilize... Worse yet, I was sold on a dental procedure that I didn't need, got a second and third opinion to confirm this. It was just a thousand dollar sales pitch. It pains me to be so honest for such super nice people overall, but I feel a three star is pretty generous. I bought a truck from Skillman recently, got a free TV, pressured a little in to things I didn't need or want. But when it comes to dental healthcare, I want the straight talk and no misleading gimmicks. No up sell. I was 100% mislead here. Plain and simple. But maybe that's what they feel they need to do to quickly build up a clientele? I can't say. But I'm not going back.
