It has been quite some time since I've had a cleaning and I was excited to get back on track. When I arrived I was greeted and then sent back to the room for my exam quite quickly. My hygienist was extremely friendly, kind and caring when it came to my appointment. She was very skilled at her job and gave me lots of helpful information. The same feedback goes for my dentist as well. Before I left I scheduled my following visits and also had a pleasant experience with this staff member. I think I've found the dental office I intend on using for the rest of my life! I went here because my husband has anxiety with having his teeth cleaned and he loves going here, too. They've been great!

Love love love Hadley Dentistry. Everyone is so nice and easy going. Never feel pressure. They are amazing at making sure you’re aware of what needs or has to be done vs what can be put off. They make sure you’re comfortable and understanding every step. No questions are ignored and always clearly answered. I came here for a cleaning and Lindsey was the best! She was gentle, thorough, and so sweet! Hailey took my X-rays and she was very gentle and so nice! Then Dr. Hoover came in to look at my teeth and I didn’t have to wait around forever. Erika, up front, was able to schedule my appt and took care of everything else for me. It was all around a great appointment!! Highly recommend :-)

Absolutely love everyone that has helped us on our dental health at Hadley Family Dentistry! From the moment we check in with the friendly staff, to the dental hygienist who are so extremely kind and knowledgeable, to our favorite Dentist Hoover! The entire staff is phenomenal! My 5 year old begs to go back to the dentist on a regular basis and always comments on how relaxing and easy it is. :)

Hadley Dentistry is super professional yet very personable. First, going to the dentist makes me very anxious. Your staff helps with their friendly approach.. Karee has been my hygienist for four years. She is outstanding in doing her job and yet being sensitive to any pain that I have. Even though I would prefer to be anywhere other than a dentist office, since it is necessary for my health, I choose Hadley above all others. Thank you Hadley. Thank you Karee.

I feel like I'm part of the Hadley Family again. There was a time I felt like it was a factory and it was move them through, next, and next one. I talked to Dr. Sloan about this almost a year ago and he Must have done something to make me feel so comfortable and feel not afraid to say anything. I truly love this dentist’s office. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. They are super flexible and accommodating. They genuinely care about the patients. I had a medical emergency at the office (unrelated to anything with dental) and the staff took care of me and made sure I was safe. They also accommodated for me to be able to come back in later after I got done at the ER. Dr Hoover is phenomenal. She is wonderful at pain management for procedures, she’s gentle, and she’s comforting. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does.

This isn't your normal dentist! I've been going to Hadley's for a while now and they are nothing but professional, kind, and thoughtful of their patients. I used to hate going to the dentist but with Hadley, I actually enjoy going! They clean your teeth well and are very helpful when it comes to choosing the right things when it comes to your dental health. Dr. Hoover is my absolute favorite! If you ever have to have a cavity filled, root canal, etc, she's the go to! Also I can't say enough about my hygienist, Elizabeth! Absolutely my favorite hygienist 🙂 I highly recommend Hadley!

After years of putting off some major dental work, a dental infection finally made me brave enough to decide to get it done. After searching, this place was at the top of my list due to reviews and the location. I have a phobia of dental work and knew I'd picked the right place when their intake paperwork not only asked about how nervous I was, but what they could do to help. They've been kind and compassionate on every visit. Today was the big day. I had 8 teeth removed while awake on nothing but laughing gas and local anesthetic. Dr. Davis and his assistant, Ryan, were amazing. I felt nothing. Plus, I was in and out in 90 minutes. I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. They have been amazing!

I booked an appointment for my children for the first time at Hadley Family Dentistry. I had no expectations, but was pleasantly excited about there love for Christ. We did not wait long before they called us back. I was thankful they let us all go back. I was able to walk back and forth between my twins as they were in two different chairs at the same time. This is a small yet very important detail for me. Liz and Lisa were so so gentle patient and respectful to me and my twins. They whole experience was relaxing comforting and truly displayed a love and respect for each person they were caring for. I plan to book appointments for my husband and myself in the future. I had been putting off going to the dentist for literally 20 years due to a bad experience as a child. After cracking a tooth very badly and needing immediate attention, i was left with no choice but to finally go in. This place was so caring, straight forward, and relaxing. I felt silly waiting so long to back to the dentist after seeing how great everyone here was. I had a tooth pulled and was in-n-out in under two hours. I’ll be using Hadley for the rest of my life now. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff is nice and friendly, person that cleaned my teeth was nice and I feel she did a good job. However I feel they are too expensive though! My insurance pays for exam and cleaning twice a year, but they said I needed perio cleaning which my insurance does not cover. $290 per side so $580. I was there 45 minutes per side and that was setting up talking etc. so maybe cleaned my teeth for 35 minutes for $290. Then says I have to come back in 6-8 weeks to check and make sure they didn’t miss anything for another $92.

They emailed me the forms I needed to fill out prior to my appointment, so I was able to get right in as soon as I arrived. I was treated by Dr Sloan and the assistant, Then. Both of them were very knowledgeable and communicated information in a way that I could understand. When deciding on the treatment plan, Dr. Sloan laid out several options and explained the benefits and detriments of each. Based on information gathered--x-rays and first-hand examination of my mouth--he gave his recommendation and the reasons why he recommended a particular treatment plan going forward. When it came to the financial side of things, Shelby was very helpful explaining the cost of different options. I'm happy to have finally found a dental practice that I can trust.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to and everyone is so friendly. Alyssa Hoover is my dentist and she is very personable and goes above and beyond make things right. I first came this dentist due to a tooth that needed a root canal on a Friday morning and my prior dentist wasn't open on Friday's. I called them at 7 AM as soon as they opened and was able to get in. While there it was found I needed a root canal and they worked me in and I walked out hours later with a completed root canal and no pain. I was overwhelmed by how friendly they were and how well they worked together. This a very well run office. You will not find a better place to go to!!

Today was our first time at Hadley, and it was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff was very helpful, the hygienists got to know you and made you feel like a friend, and the dentists were very thorough and knowledgeable. Best of all, everyone was super friendly! I was there July 16th 2021 for a routine cleaning. I mentioned to my dental hygienist that I have an anxiety disorder that causes me to be very claustrophobic and when she put the chair down she noticed how much it bothered me and without me asking she said she would raise up the chair and do it standing up. I'm sure this made cleaning by teeth more of a challenge standing up and she did a great job not only cleaning my teeth but making me feel at ease. The dentists are great and the staff is very friendly. I had no problems with the actual services as everything went smooth as expected. The only issue I had was the billing process. I had two insurance's that covered most of the expenses. In order to receive services I was asked to pay over $300 up front which I did. Both insurances paid their portion and 60 days later I am still waiting for the billing dept. to finishing reviewing the account since I have a credit. I recommend to get an actual cost of services submitted to your insurance rather than an estimate before services.

This afternoon was my first visit to Hadley Family Dentistry. In fact, we didn't have a family dentist until I called to ask if they were accepting new patients. This was the best call I've made in quite a while. Not only were they accepting new patients, but because of a broken tooth I had, they had me in a dentist's chair by 1:00! The service didn't stop there. Dr. Sloan, his assistant Pam, and the Dental Hygienist went over my teeth, made recommendations on how to proceed, both in the immediate and in the future, and then quickly fixed the broken tooth problem! I understand why it's called Hadley Family Dentistry - as from that first call through the testing, explaining, and the procedure itself, at all times did they make you feel like you were already a part of their "family." I couldn't ask for anything more than that!!

I have been going to Hadley Family Dentistry for a number of years. I have never had my blood pressure checked at any Dentist Office before , or had any Health issue's in the past. However on my last Appt. in Dec.of 2020 the staff checked my blood pressure before any work had begun.My blood pressure was higher then normal and was rechecked a few minutes later. My thoughts were, could I have been stressed or rushed to get the appointment? Why was it higher then normal? I decided to track my blood pressure the next few days. I continued to have higher readings then normal and called my Doctor. After scheduling an appointment with my Doctor and wearing a heart monitor , it was determined that I had high blood pressure and was diagnosed with A Fib. If left untreated would of put me at a high risk for a stroke. I can't thank Dr. Hadley's Office enough. I doubt I would of tracked my blood pressure had they not alerted me on my visit. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT HADLEY!!!! I would highly recommend Hadley Family Dentistry...

Dr. Hadley has been my dentist I have seen since I moved to Indianapolis. In that time, everyone I have met in Dr. Hadley’s office has been accommodating, welcoming and friendly. This kind of atmosphere is what gained my trust. Trust, which prior to moving to Indianapolis, was to a dentist in my family. I did not believe I would be able to find an office that cared for my needs and health like when I grew up but Dr. Hadley and his staff have definitely set that bar at the same level if not higher. Dr. Hadley is definitely one of the good guys. He is honest and tells you what you need to hear in order to keep good hygiene and a healthy mouth. My first cleaning I came to realize what the entire dentist field has to offer! Dr. Hadley’s office has some awesome technology from TVs to watch while getting a clean to pictures that track your oral health and tons of stuff in between. The staff will answer any questions you have and trust me when I say, I ask a lot. I had a few cleanings with his office before I decided to commit to Invisalign. As anticipated, I couldn’t be more pleased with how they have conducted themselves throughout. Dr. Hadley made sure to inform me of all aspects of the procedure and his staff has bent over backwards to make sure that the best results happen, that I am promptly taken care, and most importantly am comfortable with everything. I couldn’t thank the office enough for all that they have done for me. If you are looking for a small town, family-feeling Dentist office in a city that has tons of options, I would definitely recommend Dr. Hadley’s office without any apprehension. Dr. Hadley and his staff will take care of you the way you deserve to be treated whether it is regular hygienic cleaning or something more in order to keep you in top health!

I just want say to anyone concerned about the covid 19 and dental offices, because I was, please dont be concerned. The support staff and Dr.Hadley have taken so many extra precautions especially the ozone cleaning done here, to insure ours and the staffs quality of care to health and safety. I came with a couple problem areas and my routine cleaning which everything about the procedures were executed to perfection, including Karee deep cleaned my teeth and my mouth felt 100% when I left the office. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but Dr.Hadley care and concern and execution of services is definitely 5 Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've hated going to the dentist ever since I was a kid (and I've never had a cavity), but Hadley has shown me that the dentists I saw as a kid, really just weren't awesome at their job. Hadley's goes above and beyond to create a positive, comfortable environment both in the wait and procedure areas. I had to go when I was 9months pregnant because I thought I'd cracked a tooth. They were able to see me only two days later and then were able to assure me I hadn't done any damage and that no x-rays or costs were needed. 6 months later, my newborn was able to come with me to my first actual cleaning. The tech moved him out of harm during the x-rays, and the cleaning went fast and painless. 100% recommend them for any dentistry needed!

This place is absolutely amazing! My 5 year old started going here a year or two ago and they were so gentle with her and made her feel so comfortable with the dentist so I decided to bring my 11 and 13 year old here as well. My older kids loved them too so I decided well, its my time to finally over come my anxiety of dentist because every experience I've had with one was horrible... Well my first initial appointment was xrays to see where I was with my oral hygeine, Madison was my hygienist, she was so patient with me and answered all my questions in a "dummy" form because lets face it we all didn't go to dental school... We set up another appointment to get a deep cleaning done and I left with high anxiety about this appointment and had it everyday leading up to it. Fast forward to the day of, I contemplated canceling the appointment many times but thought of al things Madison told me and went anyways, sat in my car having panic attacks went in with cold sweats and freaking out. Then Madison assured me everything was going to be okay and in lighter terms that i was being a 32 year old baby. (Haha) let me tell you the love and passion Madison has for her profession that she has choosen is above anything i have seen... She is so honest and nurturing without even knowing. I felt like she was my bestfriend, sister, family.... When she got done with half of my cleaning we took a break and I was literally almost in tears because it had been years since I felt my teeth as they are now, all because of my fears that Madison took away... Also, I absolutely refused to do injection numbing which she supported either way but was on board with my plan even though it seemed I was being a pain in the behind. Here is the most amazing part, I DIDNT NEED THE NUMBING AGENT!!!! Madison is so amazing at what she does, i felt very little to no pain during a deep clean for 13 years of build up and staining... Mind blown! If you're still reading this review, is there really any uncertainties left? They are amazing with all ages get you an appointment and find out for yourself, heck Im anxiously waiting for my next appointment in April!!! I am no different than anyone else terrified of Dentist. I had many horrific goes at it. From not being numbed and dentist not taking the time to explain things to me before procedure. Dr. Hadley took not only the time to make a relationship on a personal level and share his experience he had that makes him terrified, he gets it guys. He went through all options to get me through this from gas to sedation options or my favorite to work slow and just get me numb and move forward without any of that. I had a giant hole/cavity in my tooth that was boarder line root canal material. He felt confident if he could get me to calm down he could fix it with no problems. I scheduled the filling apt on Monday and he took its slow. Explained everything. Made sure I was totally numb. He kept a good story going during the process. FINALLY were done right. I go home completely wore out from being worked up and crashed out, when I woke up four hours later I was in some pain. My husband called the dentist office to get some relief for me. I was swollen as my gums hate dentist as much as I do. THE DENTIST TOOK THE CALL not a nurse, not a go between, not the assistant THE DENTIST HIMSELF GOT ON THE PHONE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. I was worried sense we were so close to the nerve it wasn't swelling it was the tooth itself. He knew this. He reassured me he thought it was the swelling. Some Ibuprofen and Tylenol later im feeling a ton better and actually eating again. I push on my tooth NO PAIN NO PAIN NO PAIN. My gums still swollen a little bruised which I bruise easy. I have another filling Scheduled and although I will be worked up from the mental fear, I have no doubt Dr. Hadley will work slow and get me and my teeth through this. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM IF YOUR TERRIFIED OF DENTIST. THANKS DR. HADLEY.

I went in this morning for a double extraction, which had me nervous from the beginning. Once I sat down Cheryl could tell I was a little uneasy. Without hesitation she lightened the mood. Between giving me all the info on what was about to happen, in a settling way, making jokes and just a calm sense about her I was finally at easy. At 4:30 I bit down on a popcorn kernel and broke a molar, exposing the nerve. I was at the office within 10 minutes. At 4:45 (15 min. before closing) they take me back to look at the tooth. I was expecting pain meds and a next day appointment or a trip to an emergency dental office. Dr. Sloan decided to stay late and fix my tooth. I was prepared for a root canel however Dr. Sloan was able to do a pulpectomy, which left my tooth stronger. Dr. Sloan gives shots that are quite painless, effective, and over in moments (my least favorite part of dential work). The procedure was so painless that I just relaxed and almost fell asleep . Dr. Sloan is by far the kindest, most compassionate, and truely catering doctor. Dr. Hadley has also seen me and answered an after hour question on a different date. He made sure that I was taken care of and like Dr. Sloan he's above and beyond the best . Look no further.... This is the best dental team in Indy.
