I went to the office as a new patient. I appreciate the staffs for making my first visit very welcoming. I didn’t know if my insurance will cover for all treatment but the Doctor was kind enough to give me some discount.

The guys here are amazing! I broke a front tooth and we sat down to tackle what the finish product could be and we ended up crowning my front 4 teeth. They worked with me and got me a great deal on all 4 after insurance. Everyone was sweet and delivered great service. Glad to have them as my permanent dentist.

7 days family dental has lot of options for procedures with or without insurance. Dr usually always tried his best to help out with giving discount. The staff and front desk are so helpful and friendly! Cindy, Esther, Olivia helped from checking me in, helped me with the new patient forms and explaining the treatment plan the Dr has for me.

I highly recommend this place. It has been two years since I stop going to dentist. It was hard to find good place near my house. One of my friends recommended this place. The staff and Dr.sheth was really nice. You can get same day treatment and walk in any time if you have any pain. They are really flexible/ hours. Definitely recommend this place.

The service is decent but have lots of room to improve. They take things so fast and seem not really care about how customer feel. They won’t take time to explain things in detail like they already been doing a lots so they get bored to go over again. The worst thing is that they will not allow to take your wisdom teeth with you after removal. According CDC & OSHA Quote “Extracted teeth may be returned to the patients upon request, and are not subject to the provisions of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard.” So dentist is legally free to return my tooth to me. But they didn’t. For me my teeth have very high sentimental value as it’s been with me for past 25+ years. But like I said they don’t care how customer feel or want or take time to explain the WHY. Therefore, if you going to go to them for make sure to ask every details until they answered. Don’t trust them completely until you get answers( more better with paper so all are in same pages without confusion).

If you are not satisfied with your dental doctor or just the helper or even the front desk, you must go try to see this 7-days Family Dentist. They are the best. All the workers are super nice. Especially Marem(or Rem) and Doctor Sheth. You won’t regret going there.

First time here as of 6/28/22 and I am thoroughly impressed! We were a walk-in and I had my four kiddos with me and all needed cleanings and fillings and was able to get all work done within a reasonable time period! Every one helped me out with the kiddos and made them feel safe and relaxed! It was so heart warming the way they treated us! Thanks 7 days family dental! Definitely recommend!

I was late due to a directions mishap and the staff still took me right away, was incredibly fast and kind, and was very reasonably priced. I am so very happy that I found the southside office. The staff is wonderful and I'm a huge fan of Dr. Sheth. I've been scared of getting dental implants for years but finally found a dental office that didn't make it sound medieval torture. I've only been going less than a month but have already had two dental implants with bone graft and both have been virtually pain free. I want to give a specific shoutout to Kristen, who I saw 3 times in a short amount of time to work on a root canal/crown placement. I was in a lot of pain the first day I went in and she was so sweet and compassionate throughout the entire process. She made the entire process easier and was someone I could trust to take care of me. I can’t thank her (and the rest of the staff) enough for getting me treated so I could start feeling better. It was a long process and I am grateful they didn’t hesitate to take the time needed to make sure everything that needed to be done was done. Friendly and professional staff can make a nerve-wracking visit much easier. My experience with 7 days family dental was amazing. Everyone in the office is very kind and made sure that I felt comfortable. They really do a great job at listening to your concerns and knowing what you would like to be done and doing all they csn to make sure you get the best work possible and helping you be pain free and answering any questions you have. I am a new patient with Dr. Sheth and I am quite pleased with this dentist office. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and I don’t miss my old dentist at all. Today I dealt with Crystal who is in charge of the informing patients of costs and procedure options and explains things so you really understand what you are getting. Crystal is very good at her job and deserves a big raise (she did not ask me to say this). The others are great too, I just don’t know everyone’s names yet.

My husband had a dental emergency that came about in the middle of lunch on a Saturday. Uh oh! I quickly started Googling who could see him. Having already been downtown, this office wasn’t too far. Upon calling, they agreed to see us ASAP. We got there and the facility was easy to find, clean, and very well decorated. It had a warm and inviting feel instead of the normal sterile feeling a dental office gives off. The front desk staff were just “okay.” My husband was taken back and a few minutes later they invited me back to sit with him. Folks were nice but Crystal really went above and beyond! She explained what needed to take place, our options, pricing, etc. She was so reassuring, relatable, and overall pleasant to be around! Other staff members were nice too, including both dentists, but Crystal was our go-to. I would recommend this place in a pinch or even as your regular dentist, especially with the convenience of evening and weekend hours.

They did an amazing job on my 11 yr old sons filling. He had broken 1/2 of his front tooth over the weekend.They fit us in last minute on a Sunday and they made it look like it never happened. They let me go back with him. They were also very quick and had no problem answering the many questions I had. They even called the orthodontist in to give him evaluation for braces which we will be coming back to get put on.Love this place all of the staff very friendly!

Up visiting from Florida for a few months, lost my retainer, found it next day broken. On 3/6/20 I was so fortunate to call and get an immediate appointment with 7 Days (so few Dentist are open on Fridays anymore). I was greeted by Esther and serviced by Feliz. I was treated with kindness and had only the best experience. Everyone at 7 Days was direct, courteous, very accommodating and provided a very clean and welcoming environment. I have been to Seven Days Family Dental a few times now. They have always been very kind and helpful as well as careful in treating my gum problems. I particularly liked Laura the new dental hygienist as she explained my condition with a picture book on gum disease. This encourages me to take better care of myself. I also liked the X-ray equipment as it made them comfortable. The office seemed very clean also. I would recommend them to anyone as I am very pleased with my experience there

I came in there terrified of having to have to go to a dentist. Starting from the beginning the person who helped me with making my appointment was very nice and understanding. When I got there everyone was amazing. All of the staff made me feel more comfortable and I even stayed and started getting work done. And surprising I am not worried about going back. They got my daughter in for an emergency root canal and crown. The office staff was great. The dental staff was as well. She’s a young teen and hasn’t had a big procedure before, and was scared. They made it an easy experience. The place we’d gone for her toothache two weeks prior chose to fill two lesser cavities (one wasn’t even a cavity) instead of treating this tooth, and used up a bunch of our deductible. 7 Day Dental made sure I could understand exactly what was going on.

I came to 7 Days Family Dental after a few years of not seeing a dentist, but I had some teeth that needed immediate attention. From the very start the entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease, the office environment is very welcoming and friendly. I ended up needing a bridge for my front teeth, Dr. Sheth was wonderful every step of the way. From the temporary bridge to the permanent result, he made sure that not only would everything be functional, strong and long lasting, but also made sure that I was happy with my smile aesthetically. He, and his entire team, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. My daughter had a bracket break off of her braces the evening before we were to leave on a vacation. Her normal orthodontist was already closed for the day. Lucky for me I looked this office up and called. They got us in immediately and fixed her braces within minutes. The dental assistant was amazing!!! Their prices are fair. It was my first visit to the office. I was so impressed. I was a walk in on a Saturday before Christmas I was experiencing severe toothache pain, my dentist who I love was unfortunately closed for the holidays. As I went into there office they were currently booked for that day but due to them being open 7 days a week they said they could schedule me first thing on Sunday morning,so I agreed but asked if there was something I could buy over the counter to help with pain. The young man at the desk said he would ask the dentist as he was taking to the dentist he wanted to know if I was there he said yes he’s said he would look at me right a way. I was so grateful. They took me straight back took X-rays, he came in and examined my teeth, gave me treatment and rescheduled me for a follow up. I felt so cared for and so thankful they understood my situation. I will follow up with them even though I have already have a great dentist. But I would so recommend them at the top of my list as a number 1.

Went here after the 24 hour place didn’t take my insurance. I arrived at 4:45 and they closed at 7 and was pressed for time. I had a tooth crumble a little bit about a week ago then break in half last night and needed to do something fast. They took me in as a walk in. I waited approximately 6 minutes until they got me in. Only 6 minutes!! They looked at it and in 10 minutes we made a plan and a financial agreement. At first, Dr. Sheth said he was going to try to cap it and if he couldn’t do that, we’d have to do a root canal then crown it. I hoped he could cap it but had a feeling the tooth was done for and when he got in there he determined that he would have to do the root canal. I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they all worked. All the girls in the office, the girl who took my initial x-ray, the Dental Assistant and Dr. Sheth were absolutely amazing! They all worked great together as a team! The only thing I felt was when the Dr numbed me up and after that I didn’t feel anything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wish I remembered all their names so I can give them each their due credit but all of them were great. I’m going back Monday for my permanent crown. I highly recommend this place! They are awesome!

Went in today to have a tooth looked at that I had a root canal done to about 4 years ago at a 24 hr place. The tooth was sensitive to heat and was hurting. After a quick exam it was decided to have the tooth extracted and an implant put in later. Dr Sheth and the staff all wonderful. They explained everything as they went along with the cost. Always making sure I wasn't in any pain. Dr Sheth was so slick in taking out the tooth that I didn't even know the tooth was out. I had to ask him if it was out. His asst. was so wonderful also. She was funny and could joke around with her. So glad I went here a year ago after not seeing a dentist for about 25 years. After a bad experience with a dentist, I didn't trust dentist. But 7 Day has changed that.

the time finally came for dentures. wow what a humbling experience it was after my extractions until my teeth were ready (i chose the wait until gums heal method). but I wish I could show you guys the final result. the color suits my complexion perfectly and the front teeth are boxy rather than a 'V" . there are other tiny little things that make them seem real. the canines fall a tad longer and the two teeth next to the front are just barely turned in. it made for an awesome set. the doctor is really cool and the other front and back staff greet you with great big smiles
