I always have a very pleasant experiences at this office. Dental appointments are definitely not my favorite thing but the staff are so kind, informative, and efficient that I don’t dread my annual appointments. I am always greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation throughout my visits. The staff also take the time to get to know their patients so it feels more like a family environment. As long as I live in Indiana, this will be the dental office I will choose!

First of all I am not a fan of the dentist, but coming to 21st century dental could change my mind. The staff was very kind and informative. I loved the fact that I felt comfortable to ask any question at anytime and didn't feel as if I was a burden on their time. They took their time in showing me qualitative care. The staff are very pleasant and caring. I got the feeling that they really cared about my care and wanted to my experience as pleasant as possible. They took the time to form a plan and gave me ideas on how to pay for services. My only complaint is that because they are experiencing a staffing issue, I was unable to get my teeth cleaned. Although I’m glad the did the x-rays, I felt like my time was wasted. I didn’t leave the facility in any better shape then I left. It’s a bit frustrating. Other than that I had a decent experience.

It has been too long since my last dentist appointment. We moved here awhile ago from Virginia and finding a new dentist isn’t fun, or productive. My family has been going here for awhile and my finally convinced me to go. There is no reason for concern. Clean, professional and thoughtful. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was back getting X-rays by 1:35. The staff were amazing. I found my new dentist!

Absolutely love Dr. Ashley and all of her staff. They are friendly, punctual and gentle. I went in the first time for a routine cleaning about a year and a half ago. Prior to coming to this office I've always suffered from severe anxiety when going to the dentist, 21st Century has changed all that and my changed my smile too. I've since had invisalign and crown lengthening. I highly recommend this office to everyone that asks me.

I think this place is awesome. I had full set of dentures made somewhere else. Well they messed them up and they were to big for my mouth. 21st century dental were able to fix them with a permanent liner, they did a great job. they fit great and I can eat with them in. Which I could not do before. Thank you so much.❤

Went in for my first check up in about 7 years. They gave me a good evaluation on my dental health and also set me up with a good plan on how to tackle a few things that I have going on. They were also able to talk to me about all the possibilities of what they can do for me without trying to sell it on me, which personally, I thought was very comforting. Kind staffing, well mannered, and excellent customer service. This place should set the standard for how other dental offices should run. 10/10, would recommend.

They give info about billing up front and are very communicative about scheduling by sending texts, cards and reminders so that it becomes hard to forget. They really keep the patient in mind.

I love 21st Dental. They're always friendly and all my appointments have been pain-free. This most recent trip, the dentist performed a lazer procedure for teeth sensitivity. When we tested my sensitivity levels at the dentist, not much had changed but by time I returned to work, twenty minutes later, the sensitivity had 100% healed. I can eat and drink normally without pain shooting up my nerves. So thankful they took the time to explain and perform this new procedure on me.

Devon, the hygienist and the Dr. are great. The young lady showing the costs of procedures seemed a bit short when being asked questions. I almost only want to go to the dentist when I experience a problem or pain. There doesn't seem to be any guarantee on the procedures or the cost. I wish there was because I dislike the pain and price involved.

Even when I wasn't prepared with the correct documents, they always go above and beyond to assist. I have to be honest my 1st impression of this clinic was not a good one. My 1st interaction was via phone call when I had to make several calls, one to advise I was running 5 min late and the other to get better directions on where they were located. Both times I spoke with Emily. The 1st interaction wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the best. She just seemed a little brash, but I chalked it up to maybe it was just her personality (no harm no foul). The 2nd call I had with her was much more unpleasant. Emily’s tone really was unhelpful and she gave me short answers when it would’ve been really simple to just assist me and give a clear answer so I wouldn’t have to continue to ask the same question. I was only asking for directions to find their clinic because I had never been there before and I don’t live on that side of town. Emily made it very clear she wasn’t interested in helping me by continuing to give me a street name they were located on. I had to continue to ask probing questions like are there any stores near by? Any other businesses that could help me recongnize the location? Only then did she provide me this info when I feel it would’ve been very easy for her to provide this information on the on front of call. But it wasn’t just her lack of assistance it was also the tone of her voice that was quite nasty. I told my daughter I would never come back but after dealing with everyone else in the office my opinion quickly changed and realized that Emily did not display the values and service that everyone including Dr Ashley displayed. Everyone else is was so helpful and warming and at the end of the visit I quickly changed my mind and made another follow up appointment. Sorry for the long comment but I think it’s important to note how great customer is still very important! So just a little note to Emily maybe you were having a bad day that day but hopefully if we have to communicate again the interaction will be a much more pleasant experience. Thank you to the rest of the staff for making my daughter and I feel welcomed!

I absolutely loved the place. 🤗 It’s clean. ALL the workers were super friendly and knowledgeable. From front office to back office, including the dentist Ashley. 😁I wish I got the front desk lady name. She was lovely. And just the over all service they provide. They use lots of different equipment to see what’s really going on with your teeth. They did not rush me, and when I felt uneasy they quickly reassured me things would be fine. Geesh the price of a crown though 🙄. I was even 10 mins late, but they didn’t treat me any differently. This is such a huge step up from other places like Pippin Dental. So much so that I’m removing my children from their old dentist to come here as well. Definitely made my visit a breeze. Highly recommended.

I chipped my front tooth a couple months ago, went to my dentist, got a clunky patch. A month passes, the patch breaks off. I have new insurance so I look for a new place and it all worked amazing. Call these people. They fixed my tooth perfectly, I can’t even tell it’s not real. They also fixed two cavities faster than ever before, and accommodated my sensitivity to numbing medications. They are kind, fast, and effective. Couldn’t have asked for better.
