Dr. Oh is wonderful. He did a great job with a broken tooth I had and called later on in the evening to check up on me. I’ve never had that happen in my whole life from any doctor or dentist. You can tell he truly cares, as does the whole team at the clinic. I am generally very anxious about going to the dentist, but felt very reassured thanks to his friendly team and comfortable waiting area. Mahalo Dr. Oh!

Dr. James Oh has been my Dentist for the past several years, he and his staff are the best!! I hadn’t gone to the Dentist regularly for years before I met them, and now I go every 3 months! I really appreciate how everyone there is so kind and caring, and they give the best service! Can’t say enough good things about them! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My dental assistant did an excellent job explaining the process of cleaning my teeth and was sensitive to my comfort. Dr. Oh and his staff are wonderful. He has helped me schedule emergency services with his staff to get X-rays and tooth extractions done while he was on Vacation. Dr. Oh is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to. He has corrected things with my teeth that dentist in the past had done completely wrong. He also is very empathetic to your situation if you can’t afford a procedure right away and works with you to maintain your dental health until you can have your procedures done. Dr Oh, Mrs Oh and the staff have been my dentist for over 30 years and have no complaints. I do not like needles or the drill so they make sure if I have to get a shot I do not feel it or see it. That is AWESOME.I recently needed some dental work because I broke a crown bitting into a pretzel. I called Jackie and they were able to get me in right away.. Dr Oh explained my options to fix my broken tooth which consisted of placing a pin in my tooth or a root canal. I chose pin in my tooth. The day after my procedure Dr. Oh gave me a call to check how I was doing and if I had any discomfort or pain. If you are looking for a dentist and staff that is AWESOME in every aspect don’t look any further than Dr.James Oh. They have taken a dreadful necessity to a no longer dreadful necessity.

Going to see a doctor or dentist has always been viewed as a hassle - despite being a doctor myself. I switched my dental care to Dr Oh several years ago and Dr Oh and his staff have changed my impressions completely. As always, the staff here is so professional, respectful, caring and helpful. They will even work out a payment plan with you. With Covid still here, safety is a big concern: doorbell entry& masking & you’re the only one in the waiting area. Parking is available in front.

Dr. James Oh and staff are GREAT!!!. Super fun and very easy to talk to. The hygienist is very thorough and explains what she's doing next before she does each step to clean your teeth. Dr. Oh is also very thorough. After seeing all the x-rays and checked on my teeth, he had some concerns but not alarming but made sure I'm aware. Best part about this office, the location...I live right across the street.

A lot of difficult work was done. I think Dr. Oh did a great job with all the challenges. Very responsive to my comfort. Nice to give a reduction on my bill I’m retired and insurance doesn’t cover the cost of the work that I needed. I would recommend my dentist to my friends and family!

This office not only provides thorough service but also a friendly atmosphere. Jackie at the front desk is very flexible and accommodating. The dental cleaning I received was the best I ever did and Dr Oh makes a point to clearly explain the findings of the oral examination and their impact on long term which is very helpful in the decision making.

Always per usual the BOMB! Dr Oh and staff is the bombz. I don’t seem like I am but big phobia but it’s they have been so good to me And the BF ❤️ I also don’t ever feel my numb shots bcuz Dr Oh is the bomb. Dr. Oh and his staff are always helpful. My appointments are easy going and I never worry about anything because of how accommodating they are. I used to dread going to the dental office before but with Dr. Oh I actually look forward to my cleanings. I also appreciate how technically up to date they are with their equipment. I've been going to Dr. Oh for over a decade, since my collage years and still now, I fly to Oahu from the Big Island just to see him. He's very knowledgeable, he answers all my questions and concerns. It's good to know that he still keeps up with new procedures and certifications. His staff is amazing as well very nice and welcoming. I refer all my friends to him even though I live on a different island that says a lot.

Excellent service. I had my teeth cleaned and Joyce is the best. My teeth look 100% better, plus the coating of flouride providing more protection. Dr. Oh's office has very good PPE, for his staff. Questions are asked about your health prior to visit in regard to covid19. When you arrive to his office you ring a buzzer + the door opens.On the top of the reception desk you walk over to a temperature monitor,and there is sanitizer there. Once in the room they have you swish a solution in your mouth. Then they proceed to.... This is the very best place to take care of your teeth. I never had any pain in any procedure. I have alot of sensitivity. Dr. Oh, also has the latest technology, very caring, sensitive to his patients needs. I was just at Dr.Oh office for a procedure 9/9/21. Yes, again, as above outstanding service. The staffs service was above and beyond, including Dr. Oh. 😊 All covid protocols were taken. No pain, just smiles. Another visit to learn +try ora care trays. The staff very nice, helpful, excellent service. Dr. Oh checked everything+gave advice. He was very thorough. A happy visit!

To be honest, I have never been one to "love" going to the dentist (bad childhood experience), but Dr. Oh and his team really do deserve 5 stars. They are a cheerful, kind, attentive, and professional staff whose consideration and compassion for their patients is evident from the moment you walk in. Dr. Oh has done great work on my teeth and I am amazed that he is always on top of where we are in my "repair and maintenance" schedule. I appreciate that he follows up with me the day after he works on my teeth to make certain that I am doing fine and to ask if I have any questions. How awesome is it that the dentist himself recognizes that people may be hesitant to call about any after effects from a procedure and takes it upon himself to initiate a conversation? This is one of those rare dental practices where you can see that everyone in the office is on board with their philosophy of service and care for their clientele. Without exception, each person is competent and professional but, beyond that, they are genuinely kind, friendly, and caring individuals. I recommend Dr. Oh and his staff without hesitation!
