I went in for a root canal today. Everything went good with the procedure. Dr. Webb and his dental assistant Megan were both very helpful. Megan was a delight she was very nice an caring. You can tell she genuinely cared. Dr.webb did a great job an got my tooth feeling so much better. Hopefully I won't have to have a root canal again for a long time. They definitely aren't fun. I am beyond pleased with this practice. A veneer on one of my front tooth came off and they got me in the very next day to put on a temporary veneer until my permanent one came back from the lab. Now this is what makes this office great! When the veneer came back from the lab, the color was way off and Dr. Webb and his team were adamant about sending it back. So we did, not once, not twice, but three times. Each time they insisted on getting it right. Dr. Webb even took pictures of the veneer in my mouth next to my other teeth to give the lab a visual. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable entrusting this team with my dental care!

Absolutely great! Was in and out in about 30 mins. Waited in the lobby for about 2 minutes before I was called back for my cleaning. This was my first appointment at GCDC. They took me sooner than my appointment. I had the best thorough cleaning than I have ever had. Dr. Sutton and staff are pleasantly friendly. They let you decide if you want to return for a 6 mo or 1 yr cleaning. The instruments they put in my mouth for x-rays did not hurt my mouth when I had to bite down like at other offices. On my 2nd visit, I had fillings put into 2 cavities and they are the same color as your teeth, not silver, so they are not visible. They are high tech with beautiful paintings on the wall to look at and a TV to watch while your teeth are being worked on. I definitely recommend this office. I returned 8 months later for a cleaning, no x-rays this time because they said my insurance would only pay for x-rays once a year. To my surprise Dr. Sutton came by anyway and did a quick survey of my teeth to make sure everything looked OK before I left. I will receive no extra surprise bills and left knowing my teeth are in good shape.

I haven't been to this clinic since 2011. The renovations are fantastic!! I wasn't greeted when I walk through the door, so there was quite an awkward moment at arrival. My hygienist was able to provide me with new information to care for my teeth. She was everything a hygienist should be and more. He did not try to make suggestions about other issues that I was not there for so, another words, he was not trying to push for procedures that didn’t need done to make more money like some other dental establishments do. Having a dental emergency during all this was pretty frightening, but they managed to fit me in last minute and swiftly take care of the problem. Having just relocated from the only city I've ever lived in (where I went to the only dentist I've ever been a patient of) I was curious to see how easy it would be to find a dentist I liked/trusted. I first visited to get set up as a new patient, and the lady that handles insurance for the office actually printed out my insurance info and came to sit with me in the lobby to go over what was and wasn't covered so I was pleased from the get-go. At my appointment, they offered my water or tea (I love tea so brownie points there) and had HGTV playing in the lobby (double brownie points). When I got called back, my hygienist (shout out to Felicia) could not have been ANY nicer. She listened to my concerns and could not have done a better job while helping me. When the dentist came to my room, he was equally as kind and seemed very happy to have me as a new patient. I didn't have to dentist-shop long, but I think I hit the jackpot as far as dentists go. If you haven't picked it up by now, I HIGHLY recommend this dental office!

Everyone was attentive and courteous. My procedure was handled in a timely fashion. The tooth that I had pulled was a bit more difficult than anyone expected, but it finally came out. My only concern is I'm still in a good bit of pain 5 days after the visit. I am worried that my jaw bone is bruised from the roots being around the jaw bone. I have very low bone density, so I have to be careful when dealing with my bones. The place where the tooth was taken out is healing well, it's just the pain in my jaw.

I was very pleased with my visit this morning to GCDC. Ms. Hong cleaned my teeth very well, and i was happy to hear that I don't have any cavities. That's the good news. The bad news is that I have broken enamel and fillings in three molars, so the dentist who analyzed my x-rays said I need three crowns. Fortunately, I have Humana dental insurance, which helps a lot, and we're going ahead with the crowns starting next month. I recommend this group. They're cheerful people, and the exam rooms are painted bright colors and have pretty flamingo and sea life paintings 😃.

If you don’t know, myofunctional therapy is like physical therapy for your tongue and all the things it does for our mouths. Went to have tooth evaluated and was told it probably would be best to have it pulled.Since I am on Plavix the doctor needed to consult with my cardiologist about what to do and he would get back to me.Still waiting on that call a year later.While everyone was nice and professional and was given an antibiotic that relieved the pain it would have been nice to have gotten the call from the doctor to see if he had consulted my cardiologist.I need another tooth extracted now but guess I won't be going here.
