Contemporary Family Dental does a good job at dental care. They have stayed on schedule for my appointments and the administrative tasks are streamlined. I liked that the hygienist asked me if I wanted all the stuff in a bag that previous dental offices just handed me, resulting in drawers full of unused tooth brushes and small tubes of toothpaste. I have had a couple of different hygienists, so I'm not sure about the turnover at the office. The annual plan is an attractive option that helps with scheduling payments. I should note that I know I am weird because I actually like to go to the dentist.

I called the office as I was having a dental emergency the young lady who answered the Phone was very helpful and polite. I was able to get a same day appointment. All of the staff was very kind and friendly! The office was very clean. Safe to say I had a great experience and will be returning. I highly recommend Contemporary Family Dental!

I was called to fill a slot open due to a cancellation. I was happy to go because my regular visit had been cancelled due to a staffing change. I was greeted well by the front desk. Tricia was my new hygienist and was very good. She was extremely gentle with clearing some accumulations from my teeth. She described what she was doing in plane language. Dr. Yared was prompt and professional. He answered my questions completely. Overall a very good experience as usual.

It was my lucky day !! I walked in with no appointment to ask "did they take walk ins .I was told" no. When they saw what pain I was in; they gave me an appointment that day for a couple of hours later. I had a bad infection and a couple of broken teeth. I'm terrified of Dentist but" everyone was kind, Polite and was very patient with me. I sit around for a few years not going to Dentist because ' of bad experience's . So grateful for the Medical Staff and Receptionist who helped me fill out my medical forms.

In the last month I’ve had two visits at Contemporary Dental. Each time the staff was pleasant and very professional Dr Yared did a great job and made sure I was pain free. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you have a thorough understanding of your insurance and your responsibility. It was a bit more than I had planned for but it was not because they didn’t tell me at my initial visit. All in all I was very pleased with my visits at Contemporary!

I had a urgent dental issue and was not able to see my usual dentist because of the holiday. Contemporary Family Dental was able to get in me right away. They treated me as if I was one of their regular patients. The staff was very professional, friendly, and attentive, especially Ester! Dr. Ben skillfully tended to and resolved my dental issue. They are reasonably priced and provided an estimate before the dental procedure was done, so there were no surprises at checkout. I highly recommend this office!

I had a cracked tooth and CFD fit me in emergently to get evaluated and fixed my tooth. I was not a patient of theirs regularly but they were more than willing to help me in a very painful bind on a Friday late notice. Dr. Yared is excellent and very efficient. Their entire office staff is friendly and very up front about their billing process and they are great communicators. Last but certainly not least their dental assistants and hygienists are the nicest people I've ever met. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and explain everything along the way so that there are no surprises. I was most impressed by them. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend their services without reservations.

Amazing staff, as a new patient, i had their New patient coordinator Arnela speak with me briefly of what they thought was recommended for my care. She took her time to walk me through everything and answered all the questions I had. Next, I was assigned Dr. Yared whom I call AKA DOCTUH Yae. By far the best dentist I've ever had in my 26 years of life. Did an amazing job on the work my mouth needed all in a timely pain free manner. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10.

My first visit was this past November at my husband's recommendation. He's been going there for years and has always been impressed with his care, and I could quickly see why! The staff is INCREDIBLY polite and accommodating, I received a welcome gift bag, & a tour. My hygienist asked about my family and what I do for a living and made me very comfortable. They continually talked to me about what procedures they were doing and why. I was fitted for a bite splint and the technology was incredible! They even provide a Comfort Menu of services like a warm blanket or massage chair, which I took advantage of! I had a filling done in December and it was truly quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend!

I really hate going to the dentist, but I know it's something I have to do if I want to maintain good health. This was my first visit to Contemporary Family Dental, and I must say they are amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My dental hygienist was very good, and paid close attention to every detail. This is the nicest dentist office I have ever been in! Everyone was so nice and professional. I was given a tour, all the procedures were explained to me and they made me feel super comfortable. The dentist chairs were also massage chairs and they give you a "complimentary menu" with sunglasses, pillow, chapstick, etc to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Best dentist appointment I've ever had. I'm excited for my next visit.

Dr. Madala is wonderful! Even as a grown adult, I’m not a fan of going to the DDS. So needing a root canal made me want to vomit. She is the absolute best. Highly recommend

Contemporary Family Dental is very fast and professional. They have good bedside manner and are always sure to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions you have. Their fillings use a resin substance that is more flexible than metal - much better than previous experiences.

They are outstanding. I needed to be seen ASAP and they got me in the next day. Referred me to get a root canal done the next day. Came in a week later and had my filling out in. I love this office! My wife and I both come here for care, and our kids go to the pediatric office in Hudsonville. Everyone I have ever worked with there is friendly, professional, and courteous. When you arrive at the chair, you're met with a "comfort menu" with several complimentary offerings just to make you feel more at ease. Billing is always handled quickly and accurately, I've never had to wait at an appointment time, and scheduling appointments has always been easy.

For me, a dentist is a dentist and a doctor is a doctor. As long as they do their job, I don't care much about the differences between them. At least, that was the case until I went to Contemporary Family Dental. Like many folks, going to the dentist makes me very anxious. This last Sunday, one of my molars chipped off so I looked for a dentist that is covered by my insurance. Contemporary Family Dental was able to get me in the following Monday to look at my tooth and then was able to get me in for a root canal the following Thursday. Very nice office, good location, friendly and professional staff. I didn’t like that they did not mention that I was out-of-network with my insurance going to their office. I should have asked instead asked more directly than just do you take my insurance. Like I said, the biggest thing is not letting me know that my insurance was out-of-network. If I known of course I wouldn’t of gone there but I would’ve saved a lot of money over the past three years! I suppose the blame can’t all be on them but they could see that information and didn’t tell me.
