Dr.Fines examined my x-rays and informed me that everything looked great. They both made me feel very comfortable the whole time. My experiences with my hygienist, Jessica, and the dentists are always wonderful! (even when I have to have a crown or root canal!) I have never experienced pain in this office, which makes it very easy to come back every time. I can't say enough about the quality of care that I receive in this office... From the gals at the front desk, to the dentists... They're all wonderful. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends!

Just switched to this place and had my checkup and cleaning today and was very impressed. The office was remodeled recently and looks very clean and modern. They were easy to schedule with as a first time patient; got me in the same week. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and the dentist was the most impressive. Dr Schmaltz took the time to explain things about my teeth that other high-volume dentists never had time to explain. The TVs above the chairs were a nice touch too. Will recommend.

Excellent staff here!. I have been going to Jessica (dental hygienist) and Dr. Fines in my recent visits but have seen other hygienists and dentists and they have all been fantastic! My 7 year old son has been going here and has had great experiences as well. Another nice thing is when you do have to make a schedule change, you can find another appointment easily.

Our family loves Evergreen Dental! Callie is our hygienist and is very gentle when cleaning our teeth. I never have to cringe in pain :) Very friendly staff and I love being able to watch TV while my teeth are being worked on. Evergreen Dental is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Dr. Fines was very kind and caring. He has a great staff, Britta, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was very professional and a wonderful person to deal with, not to mention my teeth felt amazing after she was finished, unlike other cleanings where I still had the gritty paste left on my teeth, and Katie at the front desk was very welcoming! I started going to Evergreen Dental because my husband has gone here for years! When he had his wisdom teeth removed they were very kind and friendly! Since that day I also have been going to Evergreen Dental. I recommend it to anyone that maybe looking for a fun and good atmosphere to be in while getting your teeth fixed or cleaned! They will always explain what they are going to do before they start- they also explain any problems you may have with your teeth! I don't have any complaints for Evergreen Dental! -Jessica Jensen is a dental hygienist who is very outgoing- she is good at explaining the different things. She has a fun and caring personality! -Chris Schmaltz DDS is a very nice and calm dentist. He takes great pride in what he does. He will never tell you anything other than positive things to better your teeth health! He is great at explain anything that they may do to your teeth such as fillings, crowns, ect. I highly recommend Jessica Jensen and Chris Schmaltz at Evergreen Dental- I haven't had the chance to meet any of the other Dr's or Hygienists but I am sure they are all great people to work with!

I had a cleaning appointment today and as usual it was done professionally and friendly. Office personal greeted me as I walked into the office. Jessica the dental hygienist is so nice always asking if I am comfortable during the cleaning. Last month Dr Fines put a cap on one of my back molars. That tooth had a large filling from many years ago and it actually broke apart when I was at work. I called the dental office and was able to get a temporary cap placed within 2 days The new cap fits perfect. My 6 month appointment is already scheduled.

I love getting my teeth cleaned! Jessica is so sweet and always does an awesome job. Any time there are additional charges than normal, such as X-rays, she goes over each cost with me to make sure I know what to expect. She is also very good at answering any questions. Dr. Fines does a great job as well and makes your visit personable, which says a lot when living in a town the size of Fargo. All of the staff are very friendly and the facility is very clean and welcoming. And hey, they have tvs on the ceiling!

I've been three times so far and the staff is amazing. So cordial and polite. Couldn't recommend this place enough even though I'm 2 hours out of a complicated tooth extraction and was in a lot of pain. Brush your teeth people! And have them cleaned at Evergreen every six months! I'd give them six stars if I could.

From the phone call to make the appointment to the first time walking in the office, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Bright and clean welcoming office. They know what they are doing and they explain what and why there are doing things. The style of there office is different so you can hear the other clients(Not see them). I have heard children experiences and there were absolutely no crying! They are patient and work with the kids; showing what there using and how they feel so its not traumatizing to go to the dentist.

I love Evergreen dental!! I have been going since 2007 and consider them a part of my healthcare family! I've had nothing but professional care, expert work (had a root canal and crown), and top notch patient care- when I lost insurance they were able to help me get a care credit line to afford my emergency dental work. Dr. Fines and Dr. Patel are excellent and very kind and I love all the hygienists, especially Callie Sinner, she is great and takes time to get to know me as a person and talk about world travel and wedding plans... I'm not just a number when I go to Evergreen dental! Also ladies at front are so friendly, and Michelle is a familiar face and I love to see the same people time after time, it helps me know they take care of there employees as little turnover of staff! Did I mention that there is a TV on the ceiling and they give you a remote?? And most amazing of all when I came in with questions about teeth whitening after I got engaged... to my AMAZEMENT they told me that they give FREE teeth whitening to brides-to-be as the dental office gift to the bride!! WOW!! I felt so valued as a long time patient and just reinforces the family feel environment and love I have for my dental office! I can not say enough about Evergreen dental and believe it or not I look forward to going to the dentist! Ps I'm moving to Omaha after my wedding and still considering if I can keep Evergreen Dental as my primary dentist... they are that good! :)

Great dental practice. You are able watch TV while you get your cleaning. They have a 3D dental X-ray machine which makes that process go much more smooth. The dentist even told me about spots that aren't worth filling now, but may need to be in the future. Very honest and friendly staff.

I called on Monday to set up an appointment for a very over due check up. I was thrilled to be able to get in the very next morning. After finding out the Hygienist I had been seeing had retired, I was a little nervous of who I would see. Jessica was very kind, gentle and thorough. She answered my questions about electric toothbrushes and even showed me how to properly use one. I also appreciate how they can tell you what is covered by your insurance and what isn't before they do anything extra. Dr. Schatz was also very thorough and kind as always.

I called to book an appointment due to some pretty painful tooth pain. The person who took the call was very professional and friendly and was able to squeeze me in a week later which is pretty fast. I arrived and explained I would rather be hit by a truck than have anymore tooth pain. They were careful and considerate. I overestimated the cost due to previous experiences at other places. I was surprised with how cheap my dental plan is compared to what I thought it would be. You guys are awesome and I look forward to finally having a healthy white smile! 15/10 if it let me!

They are my favorite dental office in town. I have been going to this practice for 10 years. I have visited other offices and believe that this is the best practice in town. They are honest and when you have things that could turn into cavities, they don't recommend to drill unless they know for sure it is needed. For my situation they gave me instructions on how to improve those spots and six months later they advised that those troublesome spots had improved and cavity drilling wasn't necessary. They have helped me with my flossing technique and my gum health has improved significantly since I have changed the way I floss. It is observable in my visits and I am thankful to Dr. Fines and the staff for their help.

However when I look for a fordable dentist on the net it look like this one was very cost affordable and it was not Not only was it not cost affordable according to the ad that it was under but there dental plans were just not all that for paying for them I will continue to search

Wow I have never had my teeth cleaned so well before! Trista my hygenist uses the perfect combination of water and suction. She always explains everything to me and is very gentle in her teeth cleaning approach.They have tvs on the ceiling so you can watch tv and take your mind off the fact that you are at the dentist. My dentist Dr. Schmaltz is very thorough and even commented that I have a class 1 bite! I googled that, and that's a good thing lol. Free Chapstick. Michelle at the front desk is always so nice and friendly. Awesome location right off university and main avenue. Did I mention free Chapstick!!! It's a no brainer people, Evergreen Dental is the only place to go in the Fargo/Moorhead area!
