Able to get in same day to get denture repaired. I was given a good exam. The explanation of costs for a replacement set was thorough. I believe I will take one of the payment options and get a much needed new set. The staff was very friendly and patient with this old lady.

Amazing staff. Have had nothing but bad experiences my whole life with dentists, which caused me to put off necessary dental care for too long. It all finally caught up to me and they were able to help me out when no other place could, all while being completely understanding. Definitely will be going back to get on a normal dental care routine so I hopefully never have to experience something like that ever again!! :)

Even though we are in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, Aspen Dental accepted me as a new patient. I desperately need and want new dentures. So far the experience has been wonderful. No accusing questions, no patronizing attitudes. I've been treated kindly and with respect. They have explained everything that is going to happen so I have no questions. I have never been treated so well in a dentist's office. Over all, I am very satisfied and would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Their prices seem quite reasonable too.

I had to have two teeth extracted, it was necessary that it be done A.S.A..P. I have always been terrified of any work that had to be done anywhere around my head but the staff put me at easy immediately. They tell what they are going to do before they start and what it will cost and make sure that you agree. I have teeth that have roots that hook under the jaw so it needed a bit more work to remove them and all the way they asked me to let them know if I felt any pain. They are my dentist for life. Their office is clean and professional and the staff is kind and understanding. I have already recommended them to my daughter and my sister.

I was nervous going to Aspen because I had been with the same dental office for almost 40 years. My reason for looking for a new dentist was because of my insurance and Aspen was in my insurance’s network. First I had to find the office (check); when I went into the office I filled out a long questionnaire (check); I was then called back to their clinic area - had many x-rays, dental hygienist checked out my teeth and then the dentist examined my teeth and gave me the analysis of what should be done to continue to save my teeth. I need to go back for the cleaning (I thought that would have been done at this appointment) the first part of November and then I need to have a tooth capped sometime after the cleaning appointment. So far, I am very satisfied with the care.

When I got there i was told i owed almost 300$ and i said for what and since i paid what i owe every time. Then i proceed to wait for 10-15 minutes while they figure it out and then bring me back there saying “well everything cost money” and gives me a break down of how much everything is that is getting done.I don’t care about the break down if you walk in and the first thing they say is you owe 300 bucks to me that comes across as a past bill. I don’t have insurance anymore so i guess they want you to pay upfront which is fine. Just say “hey since you don’t have insurance we do require you to pay upfront” everyone that worked on me was super nice though.

They are one of the few dental offices open on Fridays, which is one of the only days I can go in. They work with your situation and walk you through all treatment options and offer payment plans. I've had nothing but good experiences at this office despite having let my dental care slack to the point of needing gingivitis treatment. All of the staff are friendly and do their best to work with you and schedule appointments that work best around your life. If the treatment needed is beyond what they can offer, they contact the best places on your behalf so that they can contact you directly (I went to Face and Jaw Surgery Center for my wisdom teeth removal on their recommendation).

I use this service a lot and enjoy Aspen dental. Used it for routine cleaning a for couple of years, as well as for different procedures. The receptionists are always polite, the doctors seem to be knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. The manager consulted me on finances multiple times and was overall very nice too. I also bought philips zoom there and it was a nice whitening kit. Overall, I’m pleased with the location.

Went in for some work. Planning was fine well. Options were gone over and reasonable. I'm not yet completely done healing, but so far I'm comfortable, look good (er than before anyway), and I've no doubt that the high praise they get from my personal acquaintances is well deserved.

Raising 6 children, their needs came first. It had been 25 years since I had seen a dentist, so you can imagine the embarrassment and anxiety!! They were absolutely the BEST!! I was treated with compassion, dignity and understanding. They took care of all the paperwork and payment issues, with grace and professionalism!! My dentist was courteous and kind. They are absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. They also shared inexpensive insurance to cover cost. My exam and xrays, as a new patient was provided at no charge!! 5 star service from the moment I booked my appointment to the time I left the office, Dr. Johnson and her team are the best! I was ushered into the office on time and in a safe manner regarding COVID-19. This was my first visit to Aspen Dental in Fargo and the dental assistant and dental hygienist were lovely and very thorough. Went in for a counsel and x rays. After they saw how bad my teeth were, they went to work and got a plan in place. Started the procedures the same day and saved me an 80 mile return trip. I have crooked, broken teeth and they said no problem. Invisalign will fix it. Excited to see before and after pictures.

My family and I have been going here for a few months now. I think the staff is awesome. All are friendly and answer questions. I love that with our insurance we get a nice discount from going to Aspen. As a child, I had a bad experience with a dentist that traumatized me for a long time. It´s nice to know that my children all like this place and dental care is not something they need to be anxious about. I would recommend this dentist office to all my friends.

I wanted to rate 4.5 but it wouldn’t let me. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the place seemed pretty clean. Only reason for not rating 5 stars was the wait time. I had an appointment scheduled and arrived about 10 minutes early but had to wait about 20 additional minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. As I understand things happen, I will be keeping them as my dentist.

1 star Fair warning, just because you schedule and appointment for a painful filling and wait a month to get in for it, it does not mean that you will actually get that appointment. It may be affected by a schedule change with extremely short notice. I'm extremely unhappy with this change and would not recommend this dental office to anyone who is on a tight schedule. Updated to 3 stars since I understand sometimes things come up and I'm happy that Aspen Dental responds to all reviews :)

I cant say enough about my treatment from Krista, Samantha, Kara and the rest of the staff at Fargo ND Aspen Dental. Professional and top notch treatment by the whole staff, they act as a team and treat you like family. Its always very comfortable experience when there. Keep up the great work and a very satisfied customer, hope you stay here in Fargo. The staff has changed somewhat since my last visit in January 2018, but still the same great friendly atmosphere. Thanks to Dr.Miller and her awesome team. I had terrible toothaches and my dentist didn't have any immediate openings. I scheduled my walkin appointment online with Aspen and was seen the next day which was a Friday. Was prescribed antibiotics due to my tooth being infected and was rescheduled for Monday to have the extraction done. Went in on Monday morning and I had the best extraction ever! Fast, minimum pain and very gentle. She talked me through the procedure making sure I felt little or no pain with minimum anesthesia cus I was 26 weeks pregnant at the time. I will definitely be returning for the rest of my dental issues. Thank you Dr.Miller and team. Everyone's welcoming and friendly.

I Am a over the road truck driver I was in Fargo ND when I came down with a tooth infection I searched for a dentist that had took walk in’s Aspen Dental is what I found. I was there first thing in the morning. I was greeted by a very nice lady who told me they would get me in as soon as possible. After a lady by the name Kaitlin took me back and did x rays and had the hygienist come in Dr Johnson came in and walked me through what needed to be done. At no time was anyone in hurry or just trying to get me in and out. They all took GREAT care of me. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental needs. And I hate going to dentist duty I will be making a special trip back for all my needs.

The Aspen dental company asked how my experience was yesterday. This is what I wrote. The secretaries are pleasant and efficient. The hygienist are pleasant and professional. I assumed the dentist is good at her job as is the insurance employee. The Dr. came in said her name to me. She went directly to my x-rays then went to check my teeth. As she left the room the Dr. said the insurance person (a lady) will take care of me. The insurance person told me what my problems are, printed out the report, told me what the cost is and asked me when I want to make the next appointment and how I was going to pay. I came in to your company because of insurance changes not because I wanted to leave my dentist of 25 years. Other than the tech. person asking my name they didn't ask who I am. The Dr. did not ask for my name, did not ask who I was as a person, did not explain what concerns she has for my teeth, dismissed me as a nobody and passed me on the assembly line to the insurance person. I asked the insurance person why she was explaining to me what issues I have and not the dentist. She became nervous and said she didn't know why. I didn't believe her. I came in to register and get my free check up. You have a management style that moved me through a system and did not treat me as a person. Your staff are professional on work but their bedside manners are not to my expectation. When I had to two separate blood clot episodes the staff and doctors treated my symptoms and cared for me as a human being. They knew I was a veteran, an adventurer, and a retired teacher and principal. Your staff does not have any idea who I am. I will be going back to my regular doctor and in fact saw them right after I left your company. They know me and my family besides knowing what I need for dental care. Goodbye.

I hate the dentist. Had horrible experiences when I was a kid and avoided it for 7 years. I scheduled for here on a whim and I was definitely more comfortable with their staff. Very friendly and willing to explain the process, diagnosis, and treatment for anything. I was expecting a lecture for not doing my regular bi-yearly check-ups, but all I heard was "We're glad you chose us to try to get back into the swing of things. Hopefully we can make this a better experience." TL;DR: Would recommend. Highly. Great staff and a comforting environment.

Manners were good, friendly staff. Just didn't like that I was lied to about getting a prescription for antibiotics. Told them I didn't have insurance but was willing to pay and the financial lady said they will still call in the prescription. I waited 2 hours and went to pick it up. The pharmacy never got the prescription. Never heard from the place. I called aspen to figure it out they hung up on me. I just needed help and after learning I didn't have insurance they didn't care what pain I was in. Won't be my main place for dentistry services.

I had my teeth cleaned on May 28th. I was greeted with a smile, well, It seemed like a smile , she had a mask on, and promptly got into the chair for a cleaning. The dental assistant was very pleasant and did a fine job. Dr. Johnson did an exam with no cavities found. All in all, my visit went smoothly. Thanks Aspen Dental.

I went in for my first time to Aspen Dental. I had not been to the dentist since 2011. The staff of this office are wonderful. They took time with my kids and I. They also fit them in for cleanings. I was told I needed to have an extraction and had some other issues early periodontal and cavaties. I was nervous, embarrassed, and anxious. They were so reassuring, warm, calming, etc. Then it was bill time. They work to calculate everything up. They included a coupon to help bring costs down. I was able to pay in full thanks to taxes. I then found out they could fit me in later in the day to do the extraction. I came back they did it and said it was a simple extraction instead of a surgical like they thought so they said they would reimburse me. They could of just said it was surgical and I would not of known the difference I am Thankful for their honesty. I am also glad that they try to do things to try to cut cost. Thank you so much for everything and I will recommend them to anyone.

(Note - I took advantage of the free exam and x-rays, had a deep clean, gum irrigation, and a cavity filled with composite) So it does seem they overbook and spread their people thin in order to maximize their profits which also leads to extended wait times, that being said as someone without insurance this was BY FAR my cheapest option after contacting other local offices for an exam, xrays, and a cleaning. My initial free exam and x-rays did take like an hour and a half which is pretty crazy, but it was free so whatevs, no big deal. After the exam I was given an itemized list of everything I'd need done and what it would cost, in some cases by the quadrant ($380 total). When I went back in a few months later to have the work done (long story), that was the exact price I paid. Actually, I paid about half that because the awesome secretaries recommended some discount plan they accept which cost me $40 to signup for bringing my total bill down to $175. I was literally able to sign up for this discount plan the night before, so that was awesome (thank you secretaries!). Facilities are nice, everything seems very up to date technology-wise, televisions at each chair, and most of all everyone I've dealt with their both front and back has been super nice. If you can handle a little extra wait time literally sitting down in a chair in order to save a pretty good chunk of money, I'd definitely recommend this place. Check their website, you can find coupons and sign up for your initial exam online which is also nice.

I was not impressed with Aspen Dental. I had to wait 35 minutes for the technician to call me to get started. When I asked if they were always late, her response was vague, at best. The four stars are for the hygienist and the dentist. Both were prompt and thorough in discussing my case.

I called Aspen Dental when I was having consistent tooth pain that was making my life miserable whenever I ate it drank anything at all. They were able to schedule me for an appointment within a few days to have the issue checked out ASAP. The quality of care and professionalism displayed by everyone at Aspen extends throughout your whole visit. They want to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible and that any questions or concerns you have are addressed so that I always am informed when it comes to what options there are. Combine this type of experience with the option to be able to finance the care that is given and Aspen Dental truly gives you the feeling that you come first as a patient.

This was probably the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff is very friendly, and will work with from understanding what you want to financing. Great service! Ongoing review - wasn't happy with the fact that at my appointment yesterday the dentist took about one minute to look at my teeth and as she was getting ready to leave the room, I asked if I could point something out to her. I had noticed a dark spot on one of my teeth not visible before but now that I have braces and my teeth are getting spaced out, I noticed it. Turns out it is a cavity. Now for the amount people pay for dental care even after insurance, shouldn't that be something the dentist notices, and I should not have to point out? Even the hygienist didn't see it!

At 56 years old, I've seen 10+ dentists over the years. ATTENTION ALL PEOPLE THAT ARE AFRAID OF NEEDLES! This is the only place where I DID NOT feel the needle poke me or inject in my whole life. Dr. Johnson has hands of gold. She injected me in two different places and aside from her hands in my mouth, I didn't even know that she had done it. I have never had the kind of care I received at Aspen. The entire staff from the front desk to the dentist were absolutely amazing. Dr. Johnson, while she looks young, has the most steady and precise hands ever. It's almost as if her arms are robotic. I l looked up her school, and it turns out that it is one of the more modern dental schools in the country. She is well educated and as up to date on the most modern dental practices as a dentist can possibly be. She's also extremely kind, non-judgmental, very calming, and fun to be around. Pricing is great, staff is excellent, office is clean and modern, it could not have been a better experience. I will shout to the high heavens to every person I know to give Aspen a shot, as far as dental offices go, it's that good!!

I am 54 yrs. Old . after 45 yrs. of neglect and disregard for my teeth, I could no longer stand the pain my teeth were causing me. Seen an ad on TV for Aspen Dental, I decided to go and check it out. From the moment I walked through the door the very first time, I was treated with respect and dignity and true concern over my well being. All the anxiety and apprehension I felt inside was made to disappear. Kara(psr)& Hailey(psr) immediately put my mind at ease. By saying they would take care of me there. And everyone I met there after from Samantha the dentist assistant and Sheila the dentist assistant, showed me nothing but compassion and straightforward understanding, explaining every part of the process of what I would go through to ensure that my dental needs were met. Dr. Krista Johnson, was amazing. I needed a lot of work, from extracting 15 teeth or more and being fitted with a full set of dentures. And when I stood up from the exam she looked up at me and said we will be like family by the time we're done. After that I I went to see Melinda the office manager , who like all the others took me under her wing , again walking me threw the whole process from picking out dentures to payment options. She talked to me like somebody she knew and not just someone who she is selling dentures to. She help me formulate a good plan , from starting out small and working into the top.. which was perfect for my budget situation . Like a good mechanic that you trust to work on your car, I trust the associates at Aspen Dental in Fargo to work on me and get the job done right . I THANK YOU for being there !

The staff here are EXCELLENT. Equipment is of the latest, most modern technology and makes your old painful dentist visit a mere memory. I would recommend everyone to try them out. They have awesome deals and coupons. If you don't have dental insurance, your exam and x-ray are FREE. Can you really rate a dentist 5 stars? This dentist, Dr. Krista Johnson, you can absolutely do just that! she is an incredibly personable dentist, she takes the time to talk to you as though she cares, in which, I’m pretty sure she really does care about your wellbeing. The staff was very professional even though they were struggling with a brand-new computer program and some minor staffing challenges, that didn’t interfere with the care I received. I would certainly recommend Dr. Krista Johnson to anyone who needs to see a dentist for any reason: Cleaning, repair, extraction or even dentures. I had even expressed to her that I didn’t really trust Aspen Dental because I’ve never been a fan of large corporate dentist offices, I’ve always gone to hometown dentists, but Dr. Johnson made me a believer in Aspen (so much so, that my wife had made the switch from her dentist and scheduled an appointment at Aspen, it’s my hope that she’ll get to see Dr. Johnson as well) if I had anything negative to say, I would say it about a hygienist, I wasn’t impressed with her brashness towards me, I understand that is just some peoples demeanor, however, when you’re in a customer service field, you should be slightly more friendly than that. Overall, an amazing dentist!

Depends what your looking for. The staff is friendly and personable. They take lots of xrays. Treatment seems typical of non-personalized medicine and dentists that want you to have a perfect smile. I wasn't impressed with that but I also only go to the dentist when something hurts.

Not super impressed. I usually like going to the dentist. I waited in the lobby over an hour prior to being seen. Then took 18 X-rays with larger than normal X-ray equipment which was very uncomfortable in my mouth. Then waited 30 mins to have my gums looked at and another 30 mins until I saw the dentist. I booked this appt as a cleaning appt (I know I’m a new patient so I have to have the new patient exam, I just didn’t know I wouldn’t be getting my teeth cleaned at this Appt). I have a cleaning appt a month from now and didn’t feel great about this place. Not sure if I will keep that cleaning appt or not yet

There process is different but very efficient. I was a little late getting in but I understand that sometimes things take time and events outside of the control of others can create delays. Therefore I won't hold it against them. I will recommend Aspen to friends and family members.

I had to do an emergency extraction.Although customarily you go for an assessment visit then come back for your actual procedure my job as a truckdriver makes it difficult.I needed to get back on the road asap.I was able to get an appointment that fit my driving schedule and get my extraction in the same visit.The staff were very accommodating,respectful of my needs,nonjudgmental of my poor dental practices, and even called me about my bike which I had left behind after my visit because it was raining when I left(they wanted to ensure I had not forgotten it,I left it there for 36hrs till I could make it back to retrieve it).I'm more than very pleased with quality of care I received and would recommend this office wholeheartedly for dental care.Dr Schneibel and the rest of the staff I dealt with there all get 5 stars.
