These folks were open on New Years day and were patient and great to work with. I was super appreciative to have these folks to work with when I was in a bind. My one last bad surprise from 2022 was at least a good visit in 2023. Works with Delta. Plenty of financing options and gives you good information before moving forward with doing any work.

I had been trying to get ahold of my dentist to have a tooth pulled and they weren’t getting back to me. Friday evening I started having immense pain from my ear down the side of my neck and the entire left side of my mouth was swollen from an infection. I knew I needed the tooth pulled and I knew I wouldn’t make it to Monday. I was searching online to see if any dental office was open on Saturdays and came across these guys. I scheduled my appointment at one in the morning after getting home from the ER and was able to get in this afternoon. I arrived at around 11:45 for my noon appointment and my tooth was out and I was on my way by 12:50. I am so thankful that I was able to get it removed so quickly.

Had an extremely painful acute dental event. They were quick to get me in. Front office lady and assistant were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The doc recognized this as a a high anxiety situation for me and assisted that with a RX to help me with that. He was not as verbal as I would’ve preferred him to be during the procedure. But it got done well with the minimally necessary amount of pain.

Last night I broke off a piece of my front tooth. I found Emergency Dental care online and was able to quickly schedule an appointment for 9:30 this morning! I arrived early for my appointment was quickly greeted and completed paperwork. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I left at 9:45 with my tooth looking like nothing had happened to it yesterday. The Dr did an amazing job of making my tooth look natural! Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing quick dental care! I am very happy with my results!

Had a broken wisdom tooth as well as the tooth next to it. This place happened to come up on google and had appointments open the rest of the evening. I was in excruciating pain to the point of tears, they had me in and out in less than an hour and out of pain. My insurance covered the exam, and cut a significant amount off my procedure. I highly advise you to contact the office and discuss insurance coverage first to avoid any mishaps. The entire staff was very kind, Dr. Hindley gave me 3 different options for my treatment, and gave me his honest best suggestions to fit my budget. The amazing DA (I can’t remember her name, but she was an ANGEL and held my hand through the whole thing) was so kind and made the process more comfortable. And the sweetheart at the front desk even helped me out with my budget. I highly recommend this office.

Had a dental emergency, and they were able to get me in right away and get it taken care of. Pain was easily a 10+ on a scale of 0-10, and by the afternoon after the procedure (tooth extraction), definitely a 5 at most. Dr. Sam, and Dr. Terri were outstanding and the staff were beyond courteous. They took the time to discuss my options and the pros and cons of each choice, and everything just went as smooth as possible. Very happy with the level of care I received.

I was in extreme pain with an exposed nerve and couldn't sleep at night because of it. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Lee was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I'm embarrassed to say that I've neglected my teeth and I was even more embarrassed to have Dr. Lee and his assistant see them BUT they made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. The assistant even let me hug her at the end of my visit. The only thing I didn't like is that there are no doors on any of the exam/procedure rooms but all that aside, I would definitely return to establish care with Dr. Lee and his staff.

I really wanted to take a second to thank everyone at this office!! Y’all are amazing, from the front Desk to Dr Lee and his assistant. Everyone at this office is kind and courteous and really make you feel at ease. Thank you Dr Lee!! I was in and out of there in less than 1.5 hours, free of pain!! For a root Canal and a crown, in that amount of time with extremely high quality and service, that is beyond amazing!! Both you and you’re amazing assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease. Bad tooth got worse over the weekend, I called Emergency Dental Care and got in the next day (would have been same day, but the doctor had to leave unexpectedly earlier that day). Everyone was nice, professional. Clean office, and Dr Lee was the best! He had a nice touch with shots, and the procedure (tooth pulled) was over before I knew it! I definitely made the best choice for emergency dental care.

I had been in so much pain for so long and couldn’t take it any longer. I googled them and thank God I did they were amazing. I’m a nurse and can’t get into my regular dentist and thought these places were outrageously expensive but I didn’t care because I was in so much pain. The front staff greeted me and was very pleasant. The dental assistant that brought me back was very nice and Dr. Lee was amazing- knowledgeable and caring. They knew I was in so much pain that they got me in for my root canal the next night and had found out how much I had to pay after insurance and not try to overcharge me for the conscience of after hours. So if anyone out there is suffering don’t wait definitely go here they are amazing!!!!

Everybody was so nice and the Dr took 2 seconds to remove 2 teeth! I lived 3 hours away but would go back if needed to and I highly recommend them! I haven't even been there yet, and am already feeling like this a great place. I made an appointment request online- but had to change it a couple times now due to family emergency stuff going on. Jasmine is their off-hours scheduler and she is such a joy on the phone. Also got a call from the office itself and the person I spoke with there was super nice also. I called at 9am due to my husband snapping off a back molar overnight. By 10am same morning they had the tooth pulled and him out of pain. Receptionist was kind and empathetic, which was needed after calling several other dentists in the area with no luck. Accepted our insurance and really great price considering it was an emergency. Highly recommend! My husband said the dentist was great and did a great job taking care of him in the office.

Had terrible toothache pain in one of my wisdom teeth and was able to call at 8 AM and get an appointment for 9 AM same day and an hour later got the damaged wisdom tooth extracted. This was something that other dentist I saw earlier in the week would not do. Was my first ever tooth removal as an adult and the dentist made me feel comfortable so that the process ran smoothly. Price was affordable and definitely will come back here again!

It was late on a Friday afternoon and I started experiencing severe pain in my mouth. I stopped in to the office and they were able to get me an appointment right away. A quick exam and X-ray later I was given a plan for a tooth extraction that I needed and they were able to take care of it right away. Had a great experience and was lucky they were able to get me taken care of during a time when most other offices had already closed.

The staff here are fantastic. Friendly, up front on costs and necessary work or what can be held off on. Flexible and extended hours are a godsend for anyone with a difficult schedule, and they do quality work. I couldn’t ask for a better experience- and I’m usually terrified of dental work. In need of an emergency tooth extraction I went to 4 separate places where they advertise "Emergency Walk-ins". All of which turned me away or asked me to make an appointment the next day or later on. EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE was my last stop for help. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted. They told me an estimated wait time. When I mentioned my problem, they gave me an upfront price. That was the maximum it was going to cost. If things went smoothly, the cost would go down. It did. I saved over $100 on the original quoted price. Once I agreed to it, they wasted no time getting things prepared to start. They all were professional, happy, and cared for the customer. They took care of my problem quickly and easily on my end. I would highly recommend them to someone needing emergency dental care. Don't visit other places that advertise what they can't provide. EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE does and will.

A head chipped my tooth on a Friday night and I was going crazy crying and crying and crying I told my boyfriend I don’t know how I was going to get my tooth fixed then I looked on Google and research emergency dental. Honestly I didn’t even know emergency dental was a thing until I called Saturday morning and they got me in there as soon as possible no they did not take my Medicaid but they did take cash or a card and they did x-rays on me and immediately fixed my tooth for $500 . Yes I know it may sound like a lot but teeth are expensive and that dentist man made me feel comfortable had me smiling the whole time and did my teeth better than I ever had it done with my insurance. I would def refer anyone that need emergency dental done

Love dr Lee! He did an amazing job on my crown today! He talks through step by step what is going on and what he is doing so I always knew what was going on! Would highly recommend him! The only downfall was when a couple of the techs tried to take an x Ray of my back tooth and they had to try like 10 times to try to get the right picture! But overall love this place! Gets you in and out as quickly as they can but also they do amazing work!:)

I’ve had 3 extractions here and didn’t feel uncomfortable or any pain whatsoever. The lady I live with broke her tooth yesterday morning. We went here and they extracted the tooth, 392$ and 1 hour and 15 minutes later we were on our way. Due to COViD I was unable to accompany her inside, however from the lot the place looked to be fairly well maintained. All of that said, if you have a dental emergency, I would recommend this place.

I started having intense pain in my upper wisdom tooth on Saturday evening (when most dentists are closed). I had my lowers removed but never got around to the top due to Covid. I called their office at 9am and they got me in at 11:30. I wasn’t expecting this at all but my tooth was removed and I was out of their office at 11:55. I thought the dentist was still making sure that my mouth was numb and all of a sudden he said “ok you’re all done!”. I am so impressed. The entire staff was wonderful, explained the entire process/cost, and treated me so kindly. I wish I had gotten my dentist & assistant’s names but I would recommend this place to anyone!

My first Time there today and my insurance Iowa Total Care didn’t cover so call ahead to see if your covered the receptionist was nice welcoming professional the dental assistant was very positive caring and educated in her position explaining step by step details the dentist and nurse were very caring and quick with the procedure of removing the last tooth In the upper back that was a cavity and he gave me a next day follow up which shows they care about you ! They give you the cost of service ahead of time but there’s a possibility it will be much less and it was by two hundred dollars I recommend them for your emergency needs and any other service needed.

There are no words to express my gratitude to the entire staff here. I had a nasty abscess and was in extreme pain today, which is Saturday, of course. My hubby remembered this place and called this morning. To our surprise, they got me in at 6:00 pm and I was out by 7:00 pm all fixed up!! The staff was warm & friendly, quick & professional. Seeing how it was a Saturday & an emergency, we thought for sure the bill would be astronomical even with my insurance. But nope, less than a tank of gas! This office was absolutely wonderful. I was able to make an appointment online when i realized i needed to be seen as soon as possible. The dentist that I saw was doctor solinger i believe. He was patient and kind. I had a really bad infection and had the choice to root canal or extract. He made sure that I was informed about both options and let me choose what I thought was best for my situation. With the infection as bad as mine was I needed a lot of painful numbing. He did everything that he could to make me as numb as possible and then extracted the tooth. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and to be reassuring since he knew how painful it was. The office staff made sure to go over all of the costs with me so I was fully informed, and when the extraction was done the hygienist made sure to explain all of the aftercare and answer any additional questions i had then they checked me out quickly when I was done. As a side note I also want to add that I have severe anxiety and they allowed my friend to stay in the room with me which doesn’t normally happen and also allowed her to comfort me as much as possible. This office was amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else or to even go back myself.

Great service! I had a bad root canal done by Thomas Lyle. He used no numbing injections. I ended having to go to the ER due to a severe infection. Now I’m on strong antibiotics. Anyways, this place fixed the problem and used several injections until I could not feel anything. Love the doctor and his assistant!

Very friendly and very fast! I went in for an abscessed tooth and was out within an hour. I ended up getting the tooth pulled and I have never been a huge fan of the dentist. The dental assistant held my hand and the dentist was talking to me trying to get my mind off of the pinch from the novacaine needle. They made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. Great service!

I've had many poor experiences with dentists in the past but I was pleasantly surprised after getting a tooth pulled here yesterday. They got me right in the same day l contacted them. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They were not at all rude or condescending as I've experienced at other dentists. Because of my insurance (delta dental) it was incredibly cheap ($75) as well!! Sitting here the next day I'm in no pain whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Emergency Care Dental is absolutely amazing! I had never had any type of major dental work bedsides a cleaning before so I was extremely scared! They made the process not only completely painless, but they made me laugh to ease my anxiety about the procedure. I had a infected tooth causing a lot of pain that needed to be extracted. I called late on a Saturday and was able to get in the next day (a Sunday) to be seen. From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was very professional. They were very informative and made sure the tooth area was numb before even attempting to remove the tooth. Unfortunately, I managed to crack a tooth last night while on a date night with my husband. I spent all night in the worst pain I've ever felt and didn't sleep a wink. Of course, today is a Saturday and my regular dentist and most others are not open. My husband called Emergency Dental for me first thing this morning and explained the agony I was in. They booked me immediately for an appointment at 11:30 am. We reside about an hour away and ended up walking in 45 minutes early. The front staff was exceptional, as she helped filling out paperwork and filing my insurance for me. I ended up in a room with the dental assistant immediately after paperwork for x-rays and exam. The DA was absolutely amazing and caring. She understood my issue and worked to make me comfortable and provide reassurance in my situation. Pretty soon the dentist came in- He was fantastic!! Numbed me and fixed me right up. No pain at all during the procedure and walked me through everything with kind words. I did not expect this type of experience and in the end I even told my husband that if we didn't live out of town I would consider making this my "home" dental office. So many thanks for fixing me and taking away all of my pain.

Husband had a tooth that needed pulled, but it was a Saturday. I googled Saturday Dentist Des Moines, knowing I wouldn't find one closer. Found this office, called them about 2pm. They squeezed him in for a 6pm time. We're about an hour away. Left home at 4:30 and was back home at 7:30! Tooth pulled, no more pain. Happy husband, happy wife! Awesome staff, nice office. They explained what they would do and what the cost would be. AND, because dental insurance is nearly non-existent, we have Care Credit accounts and this office takes Care Credit! That made our day! So, I went in today with an abcessed tooth. I am generally very afraid of the dentist, and have had really bad experiences in the past. My tooth needed to be extracted, I was terrified but the whole staff really helped me be calm, the nurse(assistant?) Was so sweet and comforting, and the doctor did everything he could to make me comfortable. I got my tooth out and feel better already. I am really glad i chose this place!

I had a severe toothache from a botched root canal that ended up with an infection. Aspen Dental looked at it and simply referred me to an endodontist. Pain got much worse so I went to Emergency Dental USA. The dentist there recognized the infection and prescribed antibiotics and pain killer. Very nice people here and will be going here for normal.cleanings, etc from now on!

I went there while visiting Des Moines this wasn’t my regular dentist but, they got me in the same day I called! The Doctor and dental assistant/hygienist were all great. My only complaint is the woman at the front desk. She was extremely rude and unpersonable. Prices are pretty competitive with other emergency dentist which isn’t cheap obviously.

WOW, awesome team at Emergency Dental Care USA in Des Moines!!! I got an appointment on Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm, tooth pulled and out before 2:00pm on Sunday afternoon!!! By later that afternoon I was in Vinton, Iowa at the stock car races and swelling had completely gone down, no more pain!!! I had an awful tooth ache. The pain was so bad it would wake me up in the middle of the night. It was literally debilitating as all I could do is wait in agony until the pain reliever kicked in. When I called Emergency Dental, they were able to make an appointment with me the same day. Within minutes I had a diagnosis and a prescription. The dentist was very nice and clearly explained exactly what was going on with my tooth. Plus, the cost was WAY less than I was expecting given the impromptu service that was provided. I felt foolish for waiting so long to go see them.

I was in severe pain because of a broken tooth with an exposed nerve that wasn't worth saving. Dr. Lee was able to remove it quickly with little pain. The most painful part was the numbing shots but even those were very tolerable. It was very clear that Dr. Lee is skilled at what he does. He explained the entire process as he went along. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I may never have a need to visit Emergency Dental Care USA again (my dentist was on vacation) but if I do, I will not hesitate to utilize their services again.
