My visit was one of the best visits I’ve ever had at a dentist office. The staff listened to my concerns prior to getting started, during, and after. Rose was heaven sent. I went in with a bit of anxiety and she made me feel at ease. She explained each step that she took including the use for the tools and she was gentle yet effective. The Dr. was thorough in explaining my dental health to me and made sure I understood what was going on. The front desk was friendly and I did not feel pressured when going over cost and follow up visits. The office is super clean and I’m excited to have found an office that cares about their patients.

Dr. Yelisetty and his staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Unlike other practitioners in the area, the practice is not focused on attempting to “up-sell” you on services you neither want nor need, but do offer advanced procedures. Up-to-date technology employed by the office make visits quick, easy, less messy, and less stressful. Insurance paperwork is handled quickly by the practice manager, too. Five stars!

I’ve been going to Harbison Hill for approximately 4 years and have always had a quick, pleasant experience. The staff are highly competent and the doctor really seems to care about your dental hygiene, taking time the time to discuss concerns and recommendations. They also have every tool, gadget, and treatment available, but are still in network with BCBS, which means they can do everything in house and most of it is covered by insurance to some degree. 5/5 highly recommended.

Emily is my hygienist. I enjoy seeing her and I followed her to this location. She is extremely attentive to her patients: making sure they understand what she is doing, telling them what she needs from them, telling them what to expect, telling them how their oral health stands and what measures can/should be taken. She is careful with her tools. Sometimes getting your teeth cleaned can be painful regardless but I like how clean she gets my teeth and I like knowing that a sometimes uncomfortable process doesn’t always have to be miserable.

Approximately one year ago, I sprained my jaw and decided to visit a number of places...Dr Rama K. Yelisetty, along with his highly professional staff, were the only people to actually take the time to help me. Dr Yelisetty sat down, listened to my pain issues, and actually cared about my health. After his referral, when the other doctors office wouldn't answer my calls, his staff helped and ended up calling themselves to ensure I was seen that very day as they knew the severity of my pain. I'm my opinion, very few places in general take the time to care so much about people on such a compassionate level. I have never met so many wonderful, professional people in a medical environment; don't think about it; this is the only place to get all of your Dental Work done!

If you're like me and get really nervous about going to the dentist, Harbison Hill Dentistry is THE place to go. Their staff is very friendly and will always make sure that you're comfortable and well taken care of. They're very up front with pricing and procedure and are always incredibly helpful. If you ever want/need more information on anything you're thinking about having done, don't hesitate to ask them. My hygienist today was Rose. She was very thorough and gentle and I really enjoyed chatting with her during my visit. Stacy at the front desk was also super sweet and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. All of their staff have amazing attitudes! The overall vibe here is professional and warm, facilities are always spotless, and my experiences have been nothing but pleasant. Plus they play really good music 💁🏼‍♀️🎶 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Y and his staff are phenomenal. He takes the time to explain everything and ensure you are comfortable. Neff assisted with my fillings and was so sweet and helped keep my anxiety down, I do not do well at the dentist especially when it comes to fillings. My very first visit was great! The front desk staff was very helpful and caring. The office itself was very clean. The dental tech Dee was great she took very good care of me. They gave me a blanket because it was definitely cold in there lol. She took my xrays and explain everything to me. And of course Dr. Yelisetty there's not enough words to explain how great of a man he is. Very great bedside manners, explain everything in detail. They all took very good care of me. Our dentist visit today was outstanding. We met with Dr. Adams and she was very thorough in explaining what we need to do going forward. She was very professional and welcomed any questions or concerns we had. We are looking forward to being a regular patient with Dr. Adams.. I was not pleased with today’s visit, 12/21/2022. My son had an appointment for X-rays and a cleaning. When he returned to the lobby, I was asked to step forward and I listened to someone, I didn’t know who she was, and she explained that another appointment would be needed for more work to be done, prior to getting a cleaning. I would have appreciated speak with the dentist. I will not return. Thank you.

Harbison Hill Dentistry is fantastic! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of your financial situation. I have never been so comfortable with a dentist before! They are great. I personally recommend Lynn, my hygienist, and Dr. Ifraitekh. They really made the experience so much better than all my previous experiences. Would definitely recommend! Update: Lynn retired and Dr. Ifraitekh moved to Texas. Dr. Adams is the new resident dentist. She is quiet, stand-off-ish, and doesn’t really engage with you in a meaningful way. It could be because I do afternoon appointments and she is an absolute joy in the morning. However, if you don’t care one way or another, she does great work on my teeth. Update to the Update: Dr. Adams is gone and there is yet another dentist there. He is super friendly and welcoming. I am not a huge fan of his work yet but I'll talk to him about it more next time I go. I think Harbison Hill Dentistry is still trying to recover from COVID changes.

HHD is the best. Clean environment, fun and friendly staff, and they offer great guidance. My teeth always feel so fresh when I leave. I have experienced a lot of billing issues at past dentist offices but I have not had a single issue with HHD, and I have been going there for about 3 years. Its amazing how many providers do not understand billing/ insurance. So weird. They also laugh at my jokes, and my jokes aren't even funny. I appreciate that. 5 stars.

I went back to Harbison Hill Dentistry and their welcoming, friendly staff today (1/13/21) for multiple x-rays, exams, cleaning by their fantastic dental hygienist, in addition to an exam + procedure by hygienist Dee who made me extra comfortable and professional, precise dentist Dr Adams who performed the procedure for helping me on the way to having a better set of teeth and smile! Dr Adams was excellent in her service for me. In fact, everyone in the entire office was so warm and welcoming from the receptionist to everyone who works there. Only had one visit as a new patient annual cleaning exam. Staff was very polite and professional. A lot of state of the art equipment. Love that they have tvs in each dental exam room and that they let you know about optional treatments that may not be convered by your insurance so you can opt out before they provide a service that you will most likely have to pay for later.

I never have to wait for more than a few minutes to be called to the back. I had a new hygienist today. You stay with the same one each time you go which I love! I had a new one today because the one I used to have changed jobs but I loved my new one! She had a great personality and was great with my daughter whom I had to take with me. The dentist is great. I'm so glad I found this place. Earlier today I came in as a new patient, and they took excellent care of me - they walked me through my dental issues, explained all the treatment options thoroughly and disclosed all costs of procedures without any "funny business." Really short wait time after checking in compared to any other dentist office I've been to. The dentist and his assistant were both very kind and personable, even offering me a blanket when I mentioned feeling cold (I wish I could remember their names). After the exam, instead of pushing treatment to another appointment, they started the treatment plan immediately - and spent almost 3 hours total with me to set me up with a temporary crown. If you want outstanding dental services (rather than horrible experiences at Aspen Dental, like me) you need to hit these folks up.

I have always had a good experience with this facility. I have not taken care of my teeth the way that I should have, but never feel judged by Dr. Ifra or his staff. They work with you financially and let you do things at your pace. They have a good system for navigating patients. And, it is just an overall aesthetically pleasing facility. They also offer warm blankets, water, and coffee. I had family come from out of the country and my grandmother wanted them to get a cleaning, because that’s what grandmas do, and they were able to fit all four individuals in and provide them with awesome service as well.

Dr Eaves was really impressive. She's kind and really thorough. I kid you not I did not feel one single shot she gave me. She took her time and didn't jam needle and meds in quickly. She set up a payment plan, just totally made me feel like while she was with me I was the priority. I'm not even scared to go back Monday. I wish I'd switched to her a long time ago. She's my new favorite! I hope that she'll be around I'd like to have her as my dentist for the long haul. Dr Eaves thank you for making me feel like I mattered. Now about Dee. She assisted Dr Eaves and spent time with me prior answering questions and making me feel comfortable. I rarely strike up conversations with strangers, but was she easy to talk to, and she made it so easy to feel a connection with her on that human personal level. (I loved speaking with you Dee your an asset there). She also knew every single time I really needed to swallow or to just breath. I could speak to her without saying a word. Girls at the front were also so kind and informative and made sure I didn't have to come back the next day by getting everything I needed in that day, by moving stuff around. I wish I knew their names. Update: I've gone back to complete more work and still had a great experience!

I had to visit Harbison Hill dentistry in Jan 2019 due to tooth pain due to infection and wisdom tooth. I got appointment quickly. They also work over weekend. There was not much waiting time. In 1st appointment they gave prescription to take care of infection and after 1 week I had to go for tooth extraction. After My insurance i had to pay $199 which is bit more compared to my previous tooth extraction at aspen dental in Oct 2015. Overall this is very good dentistry. And I recommend others to give a try.

The immeasurable pain I was in kept me in tears and the lack of sleep was becoming life altering... when I called today, It was only because I simply couldn't stand the pain anymore...It was crippling. I am very sensitive about my teeth. I went through a year of heavy narcotics due to some extreme pain that required surgery a year before, due to this my teeth suffered from heavy narcotic use. I didn't use the meds for fun, I was in alot of constant pain which impacted my life tremendously. So now that I have a chance to start to get some repairs done I am told that my teeth are a total loss, very coldly by the Dr. I understand that facts are facts, but it could have been handled differently, maybe listening to why my teeth are that bad and not just dismissing me. The staff was nice, but some understanding and compassion from the Dr is needed. I wouldn't be so upset if I had taken meds for fun, but I didn't, I was in pain, begging my husband to cut my arm off every night pain. And now to be very coldly told that the result of my attempted pain control means that I loose my teeth, is extremely devastating and could have been handled better. Then after telling me the options he went on to insult me by implying that I don't have the means to pay for the work needed "dentures are your best option as ceramics are a bit expensive and require more upkeep".

I have been going to Harbison Hill for over a year and I see Dr. Ifraitekh. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about both procedures and insurance coverage. I had to have a crown due to a crack in my tooth that was unable to be repaired and the staff not only showed me the x-ray but explained why the crown would be the best option. Also I have difficult insurance as it is a 2 part insurance and they have always been able to properly bill when my other dentist did not. HoneyB100- most dentist do additional x rays, to make sure the ones you brought are up to date especially if you are seeing them for the first time. I find your experience not to be an accurate portrait of the staff. Every time I have been I received excellent service and care. Anton your comment makes no sense because if you have unhealthy teeth, any dentist would want to offer a solution to fix the cavity or replace the tooth with a crown. I have not once had them tell me a healthy tooth needed work.

Recently went there to look into getting an Invisalign treatment plan. After their consultation I decided to go with them and it was worth it. Their services were excellent! In the beginning, I made it pretty clear that I wanted to have Invisalign the least amount of time possible and the staff and dentist worked with me. They gave me a couple different options that would satisfy my time frame. As it turned out, they were able to cut my treatment time even more with their knowledge of the latest technology. I had complained for two years to my previous dentist about pain and sensitivity in a tooth. The former dentist told me everything was fine. When the tooth cracked in half, I decided to try Harbison Hill. Dr. Triola was fabulous in fitting my tooth with a crown and pointing out another tooth with hairline cracks (They take photos so you can clearly see the cracks). She did not suggest that we crown that tooth immediately but suggested we keep an eye on it. My husband saw his former dentist three times in 6 months complaining of a tooth with no relief. Finally he went to Dr. Triola and, after an extensive root canal, is now pain free. My entire family now goes to Harbison Hill.
