They made sure I was greatly taken care of and that I understood everything 100% and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, while educating me in the process. I am very pleased by my experience here. Everyone there works so efficiently and were polite. I thank all the ladies working here, from front desk to assistants and doctors. I specially want to thank Dr Margareta Qirko and assistants working with her. I haven’t gone to a dentist in years and the ladies here were very professional and not judgmental which was very important for the experience. I am very happy I have this place a chance and will definitely be going back here regularly. I will recommend this to friends and family. I will say though for the sake of feedback and room for improvement is to provide pricing for imaging and procedures with no insurance and to charge customer before anything is done. It feels a little odd going back out to pay after getting numbed.

Pros: easy to schedule and they have Sundays available. Cons: they are extremely pushy about leaving a review. I suppose that most of the reviews here are not only from the happy clients but from people who were forced to leave one. I’ve been to the office about 4 times and every single time they would tell me to leave a review. Once I even said that I don’t want to do it yet and they said that I should because otherwise I will forget. Had to leave a 5 start review so they give me a break and later just deleted it. I had a root canal done. Now it’s been about 11 months since then and the filling has changed its color to dark grey and feels very unsmooth. They just probably used the low quality material since it’s the back side of the tooth and I can’t really see it. Also they found a “really bad infection” in my other tooth that needed an “immediate treatment”, but that infection magically disappeared after I went to another dentist. Response: You can’t find me in your system because my legal name is different.

I have been bringing my two boys here for a few years now and everyone is always so patient with them. Especially now with a 3rd child in the room their professionalism really shows. The Dr. and assistant always walk us through what they’re doing step by step which I really appreciate. The best part would have to be there is usually only a few minute wait time max. Amazing Dental Office! My mother broke her tooth and the office took her in same day. The front desk is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. We have an uncommon dental insurance and they called to acquire all the necessary information. On our second visit, the front desk already recognized my mother did what they could to make it a please to one. The dentist and dental techs have been great in explaining the process to my mother and I. We're extremely satisfied with our choice and would recommend to everyone. :D

I am very happy with my visits at Precision Dental Care at Diversey. I am not the best patient when it comes to dental care but the staff here is amazing! The front desk staff are able to squeeze me in for my treatment at such a short notice. Dr Fadi Kreisheh is an amazing doctor at what he does and I really thank him for being patient with me especially during X-rays LOL. This is the reason why I drive over an hour to come to this clinic specifically :)

I spent weeks looking for a good dentist and after failed attempts at a few other places I stumbled across this place. This place is amazing! I've never been to a dentist that has shown so much care for the patient like this one. My family and I were not just dollar signs, we were patients who needed some real care and we got it. My son had (past tense, because after his visit here I think he will do great) fear of dentist since he was so little. Today he got treatment with zero percent of my help or intervention. The receptionist was very polite and gave my son an appointment for Sunday morning. My son saw Dr Sami Abdelrahim and he was very professional. Explained everything he was doing. Just got my wisdom tooth removed here. I was waiting to see another doctor for my appointment later in the future but my tooth started hurting and giving me neck and shoulder pain. So I looked for urgent dental care and they popped up. They were able to get me in for consultation on the same day and also were able to extract my impacted tooth on the same day as well! I saw Dr.Fadi, he was very professional and very informative. He explained the procedure and the side effects you may have and what to expect afterwards etc. any question I had was answere very thoroughly. They also did an awesome job with the anesthesia, I usually have a bad experience with dentists not numbing me enough, but I didn’t feel anything except some pressure. Funny enough I almost fell asleep with all the things in my mouth while they were working on me. The girls in the front seat and the assistant, they were all very sweet and polite. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good dental care! They literally saved me from suffering from pain, I called to almost 10+ places and they all weren’t able to see me on the same day. Also even without insurance, I feel like the price was very fair.

This is by far one of the best dental clinic I have taken my Son that is nine years old. The dental assistant Luz Mari really helped my son remain calm and happy not nervous nor scared. I didn't have insurance during this visit. What I did have was a need for root canal therapy (after years of neglecting the dentist from life), which was quite expense without insurance (~$1000). I settled for getting my (2nd Molar) tooth removed, in which the dentist had brought other things to my attention (I have more than one problem). I did let him know (Dr.Jai Cho Den) that I was only interested in the removing the tooth was giving me pain. I went to dentist the day before, which I made him aware of. Considering the events, I had two options (get it pulled, or spend $$$ for the root canal) so I went through with the affordable option. The procedure took about an hour, costing around $80 for the examination, and $320 for the extraction. The assistant was also pretty down to earth for the most part. Frankly? I'm satisfied because my tooth doesn't hurt anymore, its gone.; albeit, I do need dental insurance because America, and well, Illinois sucks when it comes to dental health benefits. Also, I do appreciate the gesture for first-timers, having pay the examination fee grants you 6 months of check-ups, just so you're aware of your dental situation. Do I recommend? Yes. I also recommend others to have insurance, and if they do, remind themselves somehow to always get check-ups every 6 months.
