This place is very decent. You can make an appointment very easily and sometimes they will see you on the day that you make the appointment. They have air filters throughout the location which is nice. They practice safe covid precautions in order to keep their patients protected. They have parking here as well. Sometimes the wait time could be a little bit long during your appointment but the time goes by quickly.

Dental town is 'The' best!!!! All the staff at the front desk are polite personable knowledgeable and expedient- the girl that assists with financing is fantastic!!! She really took her time and went the extra mile to see that our needs were met - The Dentist and Her technicians are SUPERB..Doctor is so comforting, very encouraging, extremely sensitive and willing to do everything She can to alleviate pain and discomfort - She's so cool, during the procedure(Root canal) She'd Say to my daughter BRAVO BRAVO lol which was so helpful The staff here is just awesome from the moment you enter till you leave you' feel welcomed and confident that all your dental and assistance with financing 'Will be met GOOD JOB DENTAL TOWN!!! Upon my early arrival I was informed that my Dentist had switched. Prior to my visit I received countless emails/texts and neither asked if I wanted to switch. When I informed the nurse, it seemed like she got an attitude with me. Yes, I had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Not so, friendly environment and I have been a patient for a couple of years. SMH

Appointment time wasn’t honored. My son was scheduled for 2 o’clock. We arrived at 1:45pm and weren’t called into the room until 2:25pm. The receptionist was so kind and checked the delayed time twice by going back to the room to inform that we had been waiting. We were told that the room was getting clean. My son’s teeth cleaning process was faster than the wait time.

Good dental office, friendly n kind dentists. But this place texts and calls you a ridiculous amount of times to remind you on appointments, to ask how the appt went, to remind you to use your medical coverage, the list goes on and on. I had to opt out of the text messages. Yet I still get phone calls and oh boy they make sure to leave messages on your voicemail. I've had to block them and they have multiple numbers. Mind you I have not been to this office to see them in over 8 months. What appts are you talking about!? It's just too much. Tone it down two notches will you!

I really appreciate the doctor the nurses the staff in general everybody was really kind to me the doctor took her time and she explained everything she was doing and let me know if I feel any pain to raise my hand so very confident to know and I appreciate it I look forward to coming back never thought I could say that about a dental office but they made me feel like I was in good hands I've had a lot of bad experiences with other dental places so for once I was able to breathe a side relief so thank you Dental town

woke up with an impacted wisdom tooth, called around 11am, got me in at 3:30, my tooth was extracted painlessly by 5pm. i’m honestly very impressed. dr o was fantastic and front desk was cool af. thank yall again

My journey at dental Town started over a year ago after experiencing a horrific drama at UIC where I went for the first time in years to get dental care for an abscess that I had. the student cut through my gums allowing bacteria to go into my bloodstream causing an infection which eventually caused me to have a pericardial effusion caused by the bacteria that went in my bloodstream causing me to have home health Care for 6 months as well as a PICC line put in due to the fungus that was growing on my heart because of the bacteria. My son had been a patient at dental town and somehow convinced me to have faith in God and go there to get the dental care I so much you need it but was afraid to get due to that one extreme experience after several years of being scared of going to the dentist and behold there is a God after all doctor ogilibi is the best ever the staff is the best ever I have been trusted my health care too this man and for the first time in years I had told him that he didn't realize that he was actually changing my life because I was seeing a smile again and I was beginning to feel like my old self is nothing worse than when you don't have a smile and your teeth I just horrible yet you're scared to death to go under another time this man has given me back my youth has given me back this happiness I feel all the time and this willingness to just go out there and face the world every day and he's basically giving me back my life and my smile and I'm so grateful to the entire staff there since then I have referred three to four new people that are current patients and that they thank me for taking them to the best place that they've ever had experience as a dental office thank you so much

This is my regular dentist office. I go every six months for a check up/clean. The staff are excellent. The doctors are kind, caring, and efficient. I love the TVs in the rooms. They take quick x-rays to make sure nothing is wrong every visit. Everything about this place is amazing! Would always recommend. Helped me get my wisdom teeth removed finally in my adult life. Very happy I go here and will continue to.

Just a reminder to Dental Town that the patient is not always right and you need to protect/defend and value your employees as well. As for me I had a very pleasant first visit a this office.

My experience at this dentist office was the best. I had never dealt with such friendly staff. I’m a nurse my self and know a lot about customer service. I have 3 kids and all of them needed their 6 month check up and cleaning. I’m bummed I didn’t get anyone’s name because I would name them individually here. When I made the appointment I told the girl I needed 3 separate appointments. Usually when someone needs to make 3 separate appointments you almost instantly see the disappointment in the persons face, some people even get mad… but not the girl that helped me. She helped me with a smile the whole time. She checked the insurance for the kids and even got me in the same day. I made the appointments in person because I live so close so I just decided to go in person. I came back later that afternoon with the kids. Everyone again was so friendly and kind. They even saw us 1 hr before our scheduled time. When we were called back the dental hygienists were so kind to the kids and were so friendly to them. There were 4 of us so they even brought extra chairs for all of us to have a place to sit. The whole time we were there we kept joking with the hygienist and she kept joking back. I didn’t mind being there for so long considering all 3 kids had an appointment. When the dentist came in I was also impressed with his kindness and patience. I also don’t remember his name. My kids hate going to the dentist but they all came out saying it wasn’t bad and for my kids to say that about the dentist… it takes a lot. One of my kids had cavities so they gave me a clear estimate of how much it would cost me and scheduled me to come back because I did not have enough time to get it done the same day. I had an excellent experience from the time I made the appointments to the time I checked out. I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience in this place. I highly recommended and would have given them more stars if I could. Now… it is time for your dentist appointment :) go and make your appointment. Have a blessed day!

I have had two overwhelmingly positive experiences at Dental Town Belmont so far. The dentists and assistants here have always treated me with respect and patience, taking the time to explain in detail any issues that came up, answering my questions, and making sure that I had a complete understanding of what was going on with my teeth. They are ready to show the xray images they take to explain any cavity situations, which I appreciate. They have been upfront about recommending a specialist when I've had issues that are outside their regular scope. Cleanings have been thorough and painless. Been coming about 5 years now. This place made me feel comfortable from day one. I’ve had fillings, cleanings done, and even a crown here and I never once felt any pain. Slight discomfort but we’re dealing with the mouth here that should be expected. Great staff, the dentists, Ive been with one most of the time but have had two others work on me and never once was I bothered by them being switched, the same level of care was still administered. This place is definitely great at what they do.

I usually give 5 stars and feel very happy after my dental appointments here. This time it felt very rushed. I’m usually asked if there is something I’m concerned with with my teeth. I didn’t get asked this time and I wanted then just the cleaning done. I would have been okay with paying out of pocket for the quick patch. I have clean teeth but not my usual smile. Still recommend the place though.

This place is amazing! Every single person I encountered there was super friendly and made me feel like a long-time patient on my first-time visit. From reception to the chair this office made me actually want to get my teeth examined twice a year. This dental staff at this office is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My family comes to this office . My 8yr old daughter had to get her tooth removed . I was feeling really nerves for her not know how she was going to be when they tried numbing her gums. To my surprise Dr. Chen did such an amazing job she didn’t flinch, jump nor did she cry when she started to numb her. My daughter has never had a bad experience at this dental office. I've been going to dental town belmont about 3 years now and the reason of this is I had tried other dentist and my kids were anxious and did not like them in dental town they made it so fun and comfortable for them to the point that my five year old says it ok momma I'll go in by my self I like them 😍 and adding to my kids experience as resent as yesterday Sept 29 2021 I went for an appointment for my self and the dentist and staff were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and at ease I seriously recomen dental town Belmont they give a great and friendly service. I have a great fear of going to the dentist. I need a lot of work and when I visited Dental Town the first time the staff and dentist were very concerned after I explained my fears. The dentist and assistant spoke to me and reassured me that everything would be okay. The fear of a dental procedure is there however they make me feel comfortable. Very nice environment and clean office. I’m paranoid if I go to a place and it's not clean. I brought my daughter here and she felt very comfortable getting the work she needed done as well. I referred a couple family members they were very pleased with the service. From working with the public, I know that pleased customers are a priority.

I am only giving this place a Five Star because of MONICA. Today was my first time coming into this dental clinic and let me say that Monica was so nice and knowledgeable. I told her the reason why I was coming in and to my surprise she knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me a further explanation. The dentist that goes by the name of Ehab G. seemed like he just wanted me in and out of that place. My concerns were dismissed. It looked like he just took a quick glance at my X rays. I had to ask him if I had any cavities because he didn’t even tell me that. More over, he proceeded with cleaning my teeth without even telling me he was going to do so. He kept talking to his assistant about some other patient. I will not be coming back. Monica I want you to know that you are an excellent worker. Keep greeting patients and easing their concerns the way you do. You are simply the best!

This office is very professional from the front desk to the assistant all the way to the Doctors. As soon as I walked in Cindy welcomed me and my family in and helped me with the registration process very quickly. I didn’t wait too long before they called me back, the assistant are very polite and answered all my question that I had. Dr Amina is a great dentist, my 1 year old was scared and she helped calmed him down and did his exam and cleaning. My kids really did love this office and we will be returning here for all of our cleaning and exam.

I moved to Lincolnwood but I still make the trip to Dental Town to see Doctor Jabar, he is so gentle and professional with his work, and will do everything possible to make things go smoothly. My 9yo just had her procedure done on Saturday and she was nervous for the last week or so but Dr J was excellent and now she is not scaredtogotothe dentist anymore. I would recommend him.

I went last Thursday worried , concerned and ready to hear I need oral surgery since Ive been told that before about these teeth. The tech was awesome she made me feel comfortable and the dentist took xrays and said he can extract both teeth without an issue same day.... very very very good no unusual pain afterwards professional and had me in and out in under an hr. THIS WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE FROM NOW ON EVEN THOUGH ITS AN HOUR AWAY!

I have to say this is a great place to go if you need work done on your teeth!! They make you feel welcome from right when you walk in. Then once you get in and see the doctor they are kind and very friendly explaining everything they do. Really puts you at ease if you dont like going to the dentist like I do. Once they took all the x-rays they come in and explain all work that needs to be done as well as the cost of the procedure that needs to be done. They really care about you and not about making a buck!! Once they start the work they talk with you thru the whole thing as they work . I would recommend this place to anyone. I have never had such great service anywhere else like I did here thank you Dental Town you guys are the best!!!

Dr. Chen, and everyone from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists’ are simply fantastic; not to mention patient, helpful, and empathetic. One of the dental hygienist even held my mother’s hand (on more than occasion), during her dental procedures. This is the epitome of what dental healthcare should be and what is should be modeled after, if one is striving to provide the best care for their patient population. I absolutely love this place!!! I have atrocious teeth and was embarrassed to go in because of that. However, upon experiencing a massive toothache, I called and scheduled an appointment. I have been suffering with a tooth infection for a few months only treating it with antibiotics due to the expense. It came to a point where it was unbearable and the lovely staff member Ms. Gloria recommended I come see Dr. Chen for some help. She assured me that I would be happy with the end result. I was extremely nervous about being in pain and feeling the extraction that I couldn’t put off any longer. I am so happy to say that I did not feel one bit of pain! I was very skeptical at first, wondering how I would be treated because of my insurance. Doctors treat you different by your insurance, & I know because I worked in various medical field. The wait was a little long. But my dentist surely made up for it. Great guy, very nice, & patient person.. Even though am older now am still scared of the dentist, but he was making sure I was comfortable at all time, & he kept explaining every single detail of what he was doing to me. Next thing you knew I was done, that was the fastes extraction I ever got , that was my last wisdom tooth. I actually felt he cared for the well being of my oral hygiene & not my insurance. I woke up dreading bringing in my six year old in for her check up. Not like it's easy for any six year old, but mine had a recent and very traumatic experience at another dental office and she has autism. So sensory issues on top of a major dental phobia: recipe for an awful day. The lovely receptionists turned on the video game in the waiting area for her while we waited. The first hour in her visit was awful because she was simply petrified. Every single one of the assistants and staff members kept their cool which was not only wonderful for her sake but for mine as well. I ended up literally having to drag her out of the office because she so badly wanted to see the dentist but was terrified. Cue half an hour later. Everyone's tears were wiped off and the office still decided to allow her to come in for the visit. The assistant got her to take her x-rays with a smile (AND put on My Little Pony after seeing my daughter bring in her beloved Twilight Sparkle). She put the fluoride treatment on my daughter's new brush and had her show her how she brushes her teeth. And even better, Dr. Rad (bless him and his patience) did an oral exam with my daughter standing up. In other words, without being how most people react when dealing with this, the staff here went above and beyond. They understood, told me to stop apologizing, and they made it WORK. It isn't easy with my daughter (physically or emotionally), but they provided a calm and compassionate environment. This is why we will continue our family care at Dental Town on Belmont. To Dr. Rad, Annie, Christian, Jenny, the lovely receptionists and office manager, and honestly the other patrons who didn't say a word to us (since my daughter doesn't wear a sign that says: I HAVE AUTISM): thank you. You make life a little easier and less anxious for parents like me and my husband by providing a safe and caring environment for children like my daughter.
