I had my first visit today, and I am very pleased! Patty at the front desk is so friendly and speaks to everybody with so much professionalism and had a smile on her face the whole time I was there and was always laughing! Jovanna was the hygienist I had, and she was very friendly and provided me with a lot of information regarding the issues I had with my teeth. Dr. Jarrett is also very friendly, and she introduced herself and welcomed me to their office! They listen to your concerns to help develop a treatment plan that fits your needs perfectly! Thank you all for such a welcoming visit and for being so kind! I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Jarrett is a great dentist. She has a wonderful staff also. They are very professional and take the time to listen to their patients. The hygienists do a great job. Dr. Jarrett has restored two of my teeth with composite restorations.

I have been with this practice since childhood and have been thru the first dentist that started the practice to the one he gave it to when he retired and now with Dr. Jarrett who I have seen a few times and am impressed with. The staff have always taken great care of me and my family and make me feel right at home. Patty, Jovana and Melinda are wonderful and always take care of what we need and go out of their way to make sure all our needs are meet.

For me to rate a dentist at 100 percent is a true anomaly. My experience, however, on this occasion, was that it takes an entire staff, tightly woven and chosen, to provide service excellence to a traumatized individual with prior negative experiences... At any level and/or scale ⚖️. The staff here works better than the London guard... They greet you with a sense that you have become part of a family who gets you, and your concerns. From Patty at the moment of entrance and escort through the process... To Loretta and her ability to understand and comprehend the complexity of patient care, psychology, and trauma... To the absolutely expert skill, care, and bedside manner of the skilled dentist (Dr. Jarrett) who helps with not only the physical immediate need of the patient ... But the heart of the matter as well (the need for the patient to regain trust after negative prior life trauma and/or dental experiences). In short, you'll leave with not only 100 percent excellent care in dentistry, but with the knowledge that the entire staff is a perfect working family....and that's what you felt when you entered, & is 💯 percent validated when you exit. And, as for myself, I have found my forever family dentist. They are the best in all the land .... I'm privileged to share the good news about my experience 😃😊

This is absolutely the best dental office! I am terribly afraid of the dentist & from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable by all of the staff. Patty at the front desk instantly made me feel at ease & welcome. Hygienist Tara is a treasure & made me feel more calmed than any medical professional ever has; additionally, she is a hoot. And Dr. Jarrett is extremely kind & open and does a great job talking through everything that will be done and letting you feel hears in your treatment. I actually can’t wait to go back to the dentist (which is something I have never said before)!

I have been with this dentist for several years. Even when it was Mr. Smith office. The staff is always very nice and courteous. They work with you even when you need to cancel several times. Patty the receptionist is a rock star. She is always on the ball and she knows everyone by name. Doctor Jarrett is nice. Though I have only met her a couple of times she has a pleasant vibe. So if you are looking for a new dentist give them a try.

I have been going to Dr Smith since I was a little girl. He and all of his staff are wonderful! I now have a little girl of my own, whom Dr Smith sees. They are great with scheduling us at the same time, very accommodating. Also I know a lot of children my daughter’s age who don’t like the dentist or are scared of going, but my little girl loves it. They are all so great with her! I can also say growing up I was never scared of going to see the dentist.

I would definitely recommend!! I had a dental emergency. I called their office on Tuesday and they got me in Thursday and they made sure to take care of me that day and I didn’t have to wait. Every single one of them are so professional and they relate to me so well!! I am terrified of the dentist and my anxiety is out of control the whole time she works on me!!! Dr Jarrett and her assistant talks me thru the whole procedure!! I'm never wondering what they are doing and they help me breath when I'm freaking out!! They have done allot of work on me and we have allot more to go, and now I'm actually allot calmer than I used to be because I know she will make sure I'm good and numb and they will talk me thru it!! I absolutely love each of them and I'll never go to another dentist!! I strongly recommend Dr Jarrett to anyone who needs any dental work done!!! THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! The Dentist, assistants, secretary, and entire staff are phenomenal! I am twenty five years old, one year ago I had a tumor in my jaw. I had to get a complete jaw replacement, including dental implants. Everyone there made the entire process so much easier! They are extremely caring, friendly, and always accommodating! I have a "dentist phobia". Dr. Chuck was careful, thorough and explained everything. He is very conservative, he doesn't trump up reasons to drill or fill or make money off of you when it's not necessary. Patty and the staff are great. They will give you an estimate of cost over the phone and prior to any procedures. The office is clean and new. I loved it and felt very comfortable and not at all antsy.

Great new office with amenities like comfy chairs and TVs with subtitiles designed to make you forget you're in a dentist chair! I appreciated the staff's friendliness and feel like I got a deep cleaning and that I was engaged in my own treatment. They reviewed x-rays with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I went to Dr. Smith for a second opinion at the urging of a friend who highly recommended him. The prior dentist had told me he recommended that I pull all of my teeth and get false teeth unless I had expensive procedures and implants. He had a terrible bedside manner and was insulting. Dr. Smith was very kind and his staff was very supportive and took geat care of me. He worked with me to save my teeth and we replaced broken ones (I am a teeth grinder) with much less expensive crowns. It took a while but he kept encouraging me to stay with it. Patty, the office manager is so good at what she does and and has a great personality that puts you right at ease. My dental hygenist Jaleka was the best I have ever seen. She was so gentle and she also did great work. Just today he finished my cosmetic work. My smile is beautiful for the first time in my life. Thanks to everyone for giving me that especially Dr. Smith. Even though dental worrk can be hard over an extended period of time, I never once feared my appointments because Dr. Smith does not believe in anyone being in pain. I will continue with everyone as their very happy, satisfied and loyal patient. You are all awesome. (And bless my friend Kelly for recommending I go there!)
