My mother is the patient at this practice. We chose it because of it's good reputation serving individuals are 65 years and older and the fact that many staff members and dentists speak Spanish. It has been a slow process to get my mother the dental care that she needs and it seems like communication between professionals within the practice is lacking. We will continue to attend the practice in hopes that the communication will get better and the care that mother needs will get completed to satisfaction. I will point out that a specific dental assistant always treats my mother with kindness and when getting x-rays became a bit challenging, she did not give up and got the images that were necessary.

Top notch care and treatment from front desk workers to my dentist. Spotless environment. Dr Simon, with adept expertise extracted my wisdom tooth, then took the time to suture the affected area. Dr. Simon exhibited a high level of patience, numbing me until I was able to manage the pressure from the wisdom tooth extraction. Once I was ready, I was amazed at how little time the procedure took once she went to work. Now I know where to go to get a high level of care, expertise and future dental work done.

I recently visited Dr Nore’s office. (I am a long, longtime patient) As usual (90% of the time) things went off without a hitch. Once in a great while things will be a little slow………..there can be emergencies, or procedures might take a little longer than expected, but those are rarities………& it comes with the territory. But the reliability of the appointments is just one factor that keeps bringing me back to Dr Nore, decade after decade. As a young man, I saw one bad dentist after another!………I dreaded going to the dentist! My mouth had become a disaster!…………then a friend recommended Dr Nore! He saved my teeth…..& restored my smile!😁 (I love to laugh & smile, & I had reached the point where I was embarrassed to do so anymore) Dr Nore is a “miracle worker!” He’s not only highly talented, he has a great way of putting you @ ease! He always explains to me exactly what he is going to do……..& also gave me advice on how to avoid future problems, such as………Floss, Floss, Floss!!!🤓 I recommend Dr. Nore to all my family & friends (my kids see him)! Everyone in this place is super nice and helpful, plus they have a Saturday for service, and will take you if an emergency is needed. Today 8/19/2020 the dental hygienist spent extra time with me on ways to improve my self-care with Weldental water flossing and circular brushing technique. I’m always looking for ways to naturally whiten my teeth and eliminate issues with annoying bleeding gums safely between cleanings. My tip is ask for advice! You’ll love going to this dental office. Everything went smoothly as usual going by my past experience with Dr Norr and his associates! And as usual and expected dr. Raphael was great he has the expertise and well experienced with all his patients and me being one of his prime examples! I'm no stranger I guess I've been with this department for several years now. And they do take their profession extremely serious! And dr. Raffaele finished up my final crown on my upper tooth without using Novacane or any type of gas or painkillers and it was a complete success! So back to the usual see you in March for my cleaning! His kindness and patience in explaining each process is great. In addition to the fact that almost all the team speaks in Spanish, that makes you feel even more comfortable because you understand all the explanations (at least for people like me whose English is limited). I will definitely continue my treatment with them.
