I went in to have a wisdom tooth pulled this week at Billings Oral Surgery & Dental. The whole staff was phenomenal from the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist made me feel at ease immediately. The nurses went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Bryce was excellent. He made sure to have an extra x-ray done to see how close my nerve was to my tooth. He is super thorough, explains the procedure and all the possible effects, and the follow up care. I'm grateful of their care towards me. I highly recommend Billings Oral Surgery & Dental.

Yesterday I got all four of my wisdom teeth out at Billings Oral Surgery on the west end! I had Dr. Boyce and he was great! He told me everything that was going to happen and possible risks that could arise. As well as Dr.Boyce being very nice so was the receptionist and nurses I had. If I have any other teeth problems I will definitely be going there. One of the best parts was they give you a free t-shirt and wilcoxins ice cream to eat later! I was referred by my Dentist for a professional exam of an unknown mouth condition. The office was easy to work with to schedule an exam as I would be coming in from out of town. I didn't have to wait long in the lobby nor in the exam room. The Doctor was very friendly and informative. His opinion was straight forward and descriptive. I have always had great, positive experiences here. This is my second implant with them. I highly recommend using them if you need implants. This is where it's so important that the provider has experience doing implants. Versus your local dentist that does "a few implants" Versus someone who does implants as a major part of his/ her practice.

If you need any oral surgery this is the place to go. Both of my kids went here to have their wisdom teeth removed so when i needed some pretty extensive surgery I came here. I have had some issues in the past not being able to open my mouth after a procedure. Dr Boyce is great, listens to concerns and has the ability to put you at ease.

So impressed with the surgeon's skills and very user friendly. Anytime I have had extractions, I would need to be sedated. This surgeon let me know I could be sedated or he could make me comfortable enough to have the local anesthesia. He did just that saving me over $500.00. Very talented!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The procedure was quick. They were always making sure I was comfortable and without pain. They also prepared an estimate for the implant I will be getting in 3 months. Several times Dr. Tracy, his helpers and the person at the desk stated I could call the number on the pamphlet at any time if I had questions or experienced problems. It was a very positive experience.

I really appreciated Dr. Boyce’s professionalism and empathy. I have horrible anxiety (needle phobic and anxious toward dentists, doctors, or hospitals) that made me feel really self conscious whenever I talked to medical personnel but he had a demeanor that made me feel trusting and accepted. He never brushed off any of my concerns or feelings, and spoke in reassuring ways. Great experience despite the tooth extraction! The IV sedation was also definitely a great choice for me.

My 17 y/o teenage son had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Boyce. He spent time with my husband, myself, and my son thoroughly explaining the procedure, any possible adverse effects, and treatment and activities afterwards. My son is on his 2nd day out of surgery and is doing great, no pain using the higher dose ibuprofen only, very little swelling, and feeling great. The procedure took only around 30 minutes. We couldn’t have asked for it to be any better! Thank you, Dr. Boyce, for your professionalism, bedside manner, and treatment!

It would have been very helpful if the doctor would have talked about the pain might be pretty severe and having medication on hand would be very helpful instead of taking four and one half hours to get a prescription filled. I called two times and talked to someone, the third time I called I got a busy signal when I was transferred to a doctor. My husband made three trips to the pharmacy before he was able to get the medication,

I am TERRIFIED of dental work, and always have major anxiety. The staff at Billings Oral Surgery is phenomenal from the time you walk in the door. Everyone was friendly and smiling and put me completely at ease. Dr. Boyce did a fantastic job. I had no issues healing and have been told by many that my timeline was very fast. I had zero pain just keeping up with the ibuprofen, and never even needed the stronger meds. Highly recommend this facility!!

My twins had their wisdom teeth removed. The minute we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile. Dr. Boyce and his Staff were super friendly and made all of us feel at ease, on what could have been a very stressful day. The staff were awesome making sure the kids were comfortable, gave them each ice cream and helped them out to the vehicle. I was incredibly nervous before going in to get my wisdom teeth removed but Dr. Tracy and his nurse were both wonderful about everything, and also very accommodating when it came to my p.o.t.s. The I.V. was dang near painless and I was under before I could have any more time to freak out. 2 weeks later and I'm completely healed up, with 0 problems to speak of!! They did an awesome job and I definitely reccomend going if you need your wisdom teeth removed.

Dr.Boyce was amazing. I was very nervous when I first came in and he was so calm. I had never had any sort of major work done to my teeth and needed my wisdom teeth removed. The nurse and him struggled with inserting my iv for my anesthesia. My veins kept rolling but finally they got it! That was probably the worst part. My insurance only covers so much a year so I was going to go back in January to get my top 2 wisdom teeth out. Because of the whole iv situation, Dr.Boyce didn't want to put me through that again, and took my top wisdom teeth out at no charge! That's service to me! My healing experience was great. I had minimal swelling and hardly any bruising. Hands down amazing place! If I had to get more work done, I will be coming back!

We just went in and went under anesthesia then woke up what felt like a minute later and it was over. We received ice cream & a T-shirt too! Billings Oral Surgery really went above and beyond for me. I not only had a great overall experience but I also had great results. I was greeted with friendly staff during check in and didn't wait more than five minutes before I was seen. The nurses put me completely at ease from the first moment and Dr. Boyce, my surgeon, did a wonderful job of explaining everything that would happen. I have had numerous other dentists and surgeons avoid extracting my wisdom tooth because it was close to the nerve but he paid extra attention to my case and had xrays done right before the surgery to verify everything. The surgery was quick and I was sedated so I don't recall anything but I did wake up right after and felt completely normal and had barely any pain. They sent me off with a cool T-shirt, a pint of my choice of ice cream, and a big smile on my face! I will recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery in the future!

Because I had an issue pop up suddenly, I needed to get them out as soon as possible, but had to drive down from Lewistown. They worked with my schedule and got me in the same week! When I got there, Dr. Boyce outlined the procedure and all the anesthesia options clearly. I didn’t feel pressured to make any particular choice. I greatly appreciate doctors who keep you in the loop about what they’re doing. They also sent me home with great after-care instructions (and ice cream!), and I felt genuinely cared about. Of course, I hope I don’t need oral surgery again anytime soon, but if I did, I would certainly go back to this practice.

Dr Boyce is nothing short of amazing. In June 2017, Dr Boyce was tasked with removing (manually and surgically) 18 teeth in order for me to accept my new upper and lower dentures. During the procedure, he had also installed posts for my lower implants. The surgery went very well. Dr Boyce and his staff did a great job calming my nerves, and ensuring that I was comfortable and taken care of during the entire procedure.Although the surgery went very well, I was now concerned about my post-op experience. I went home afterward truly expecting a lot of pain and discomfort. To my amazement, after this complex procedure, I had zero pain, and the discomfort wasn't enough to even talk about (after one dose of ibuprofen, the discomfort was gone). To this date (11/17/17), I have had no issues with the procedure performed by Dr Boyce and his crew. Dr Boyce is a miracle surgeon and I would recommend him to everyone. The worse part of the entire procedure, was my own fear, when in fact there is nothing to actually fear when you trust your oral surgery and dental implants needs to Dr Boyce. I just cant say how good Dr Boyce is. Thank you.

So I knew that I needed to get my teeth fixed going to the oral surgeon was the last thing I wanted to do but it needed to be done. Not only was the staff and my dentist very confident in their ability to take care of me without the least amount of pain was very reassuring. A toothache is something to not mess around with. I don't do well with pain and my dentist was assuring me that he would be able to get me numb. Putting the novocaine in my mouth I've never been that numb when getting my teeth worked on before, not being able to feel any pain was amazing. He did an excellent job, after my experience it has made me want to go back and get further work done and getting my other two wisdom teeth out and getting my teeth cleaned and getting braces. Having an abscessed tooth is no fun, it can make a person really sick, and can be life threatening, if not taken care . The help I received from Billings Oral Surgery was awesome. I am still a bit weak from being sick, but slowly getting better. I did wind up with a dry socket, from what my dentist told me, in Lewistown, Montana, on the May 9, 2019, while he checked my teeth and reset the temperary crown that came out. My dentist asked me, if I any pain with from the dry socket. "I told him I didn't feel any pain what-so-ever, was I suppose too." I did the instructions, of what was needed, to bring the swelling down, and finished my medication as directed and used the warm compresses as directed and swished with salt water. May be that kept me from having that pain. That others seem to have from dry socket. Who knows!!!

Went in for a consult for two implants for my son. After review of X-rays, doctor did not recommend implants due to bone being very thin and unable to hold bone graft to support implants. Doctor gave an honest opinion and wasn’t just out to make money off of us. He recommended either keeping the spaces with a retainer or having bridges done. Staff and doctor were very nice and visit was done in a timely manner and with great communication. The front office woman was very nice too. Overall and great visit! Thank you!

My 14 year old got all 4 of her wisdom teeth out. The staff was caring kind and considerate. They gave her a T-shirt and cookies and cream ice cream afterwards. They were able to reschedule quickly when my daughter was sick and we had to reschedule I highly recommend.
