The excellent service starts with the scheduling. They are accommodating and send all required documents needed to be filled out prior to your appointment. When you walk in it is an oasis! Very tranquil. Not what you usually see at a dentist office. I felt relaxed immediately. Raschelle is wonderful! Very informative, detailed with the cleaning and gives you realistic goals for your teeth goals. Dr. Urvi was efficient and thorough with my examine as well. I’m absolutely thrilled to be a patient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an upscale, thorough team of providers and tranquil place for dentistry needs! Can’t wait for my next cleaning!

I have been a patient of Atlanta Dental Spa for 5 years and I fully recommend their services. I primarily go to the Buckhead location but have also been to the Midtown location. Both are great, the hygienists are very thorough with their cleaning and the Dentists are excellent. I just came from the new Buckhead office office on Roswell Rd and the location is beautiful! It has the same spa like features as the former location but all brand new with beautiful windows in most treatment rooms.

I absolutely love going to my Dentist! How many times have you heard that? Here are my reasons: 1. they are extremely efficient with timely reminders as your appointment date nears, 2. they provide a thorough online pre-checkin process, 3. the office is superbly decorated creating a relaxed atmosphere, 4. and Raschelle is amazing providing a wealth of knowledge, care, and service.

10/10 experience. The consultation didn’t take long at all. I reached out to them through text, and they responded within minutes. Exceptional customer experience. Dr. Urvi, Ruth, and Jeanna had the utmost professionalism, and educated me on what would be best to improve my smile. They didn’t try to upsell me on other products/services like other dental practices I’ve been to in the area. They narrowed down exactly what I needed, and made me treatment plan within minutes. They have an amazing office with the latest technology. They made me feel comfortable the entire time, and answered all my questions, and remembered my concerns. I drove 2 hours into town because they could see me the soonest, and I’d do it again. 10/10 highly recommend!

It Wasn’t nearly as scary as i anticipated and they talked through every step of the way while in the chair and after my appointment for temps (and after final appt!). My first experience was a phone conversation with Kristina. I just called for info but because of her concise details delivered with such positive energy, I have to say that she sold me on signing up for an appointment. Fie me, she was the perfect first contact for these guys. She's wesome. Next came my photoshoot of my teeth with JoBeth who was very forthcoming with information and also extremely personable. Plus, her name is JoBeth, which is a classic name. The world needs more ladies named JoBeth. The initial consultation with Jaklyn (sp?) Who also explained the financial portion to me, was very transparent (even helping me see where they could work with me with $$ in some areas) and she, as well was VERY personable. Then there was the one actual procedure I have had so far - getting the Temps put in while they design my crowns - and this was about as comfortable as it could possibly have been for an almost 3 hr dental procedure as Jaklyn and Dr. Creesman kept checking in with me during to make sure that i was comfortable. I go back in a couple of weeks and will be more than happy to share - what i expect to be - yet another positive experience. I am so impressed so far that I believe i will start getting my cleanings here, as well. Such a professional and personable staff, I may even actually start to look forward to going to the dentist again :)

*Update - second visit was just as great as the first. Of course got the hand paraffin wax, heated neck pillow, and heated gloves. Brittany, my hygienist is very knowledgeable and does a great job with cleanings. Very professional staff, clean, comfortable, excellent patient care. They offered a paraffin wax for my hands and placed my hands in warmer gloves! They have a coffee, drink, and snack bar while you are waiting for your your appointment, too.

It's so difficult to find that great perfect Dentist office but this is the one. I love everything about Atlanta Dental Spa. The people are the nicest, customer service first, and the most knowledgeable. Because of my outstanding Dental hygienist Amanda Ball, who gives me great guidance as far as appropriate dental care, I have not had to spend lot of time with the dentist. (Thank you Amanda). But my interactions with Dr. Creasman are all positive and I feel very comfortable with him. He also gives me great guidance. I definitely recommend this practice.

As shocking as this may sound, I had the most delightful experience having my teeth cleaned at Atlanta Dental Spa, because of the best hygienist around, hands down—Amanda Ball. What makes Amanda so great is that, not only does she know her craft, her keen sensibility and attention to detail enabled her to resolve an issue I was having with excess residual cement from previous dental work—without me having to mention it to her. Amanda was very gentle; my comfort was her number one priority along with making sure I walked out of the Atlanta Dental Spa having had the best cleaning ever! When you have a hygienist that can give you peace-of-mind? That’s an awesome feeling. Atlanta Dental Spa is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The experience when you walk in is so inviting and calming like a spa. The staff is always very friendly and they also have nice extras like a warm neck pillow, water and give your sonicare replacement heads rather than toothbrushes you’ll never use. All that said, the real reason I go is Amanda Ball! I’ve been going to her to get my teeth cleaned for ages and I’ve even changed offices for her. Like many people, I am a bit nervous when having dental work done, so you can imagine my anxiety when I found out that I had a tooth with a fractured root and that would need an implant, bone graft, and sinus lift. However, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Currie and his assistant Ruth! I'll be very honest on this review. I've never been treated with so much attentiveness and care as I did at the Atlanta Dental Spa. They do everything in their power to make you comfortable. My cleaning was basically painless, which is huge for me. I dread getting dental work done and this was probably my best experience ever at a dental office. Jeanna, the treatment plan coordinator, was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect dentist to get my work done and which location would best serve my needs. My actual visit was 8 hours long and I got sedated for it through an IV. They worked on 22 teeth. I didn't feel a thing thing the entire time. Dr. King did amazing work. I don't think I've ever went to the dentist and didn't feel ANY pain. That's definitely a first. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they only take lump sums. Since I paid out of pocket with no insurance, it was quite an expense and at times, during my initial visit, it felt like they were trying to upsell me on a few things, but once I communicated I wanted to stay with what I came in for, they were very nice and didn't press the issue. They do offer a credit option, which I didn't do. Ultimately, I am glad I got the work done in bulk, very pleased with the work they did, and impressed by the staff's care, professionalism, and flexibility. It would have been nice to be able to make payments instead of paying for everything upfront, but the care and expertise is second to none. If you have insurance or the finances to pay for everything in bulk, there is no better place in Atlanta.

This place is set up like a real spa! Very different from any dental office I’ve ever been to! Everyone was very sweet and I felt cared about. They gave me a blanket and a warm neck pillow so that I could relax during my procedure. I was even able to watch tv while they worked. The only thing that sucks is that my insurance didn’t cover a nice chunk of the price so Idk if I’ll be able to go back. It was a beautiful experience though!

Visiting Atlanta for work and the crown on my front tooth gave up after 30 years. I looked like a pirate. Atlanta Dental Spa could fit me in next day for a consultation. I expected a quick visit and a high quote for work to be done later but Dr. Yeung and Jeanna prepped my tooth that same appointment and had the lab turn around a perfect new crown for a realistic / reasonable price. Amanda is the absolute BEST! From my very first appointment, she has taken such good care of me, well above any dental experience in my life. She helped me to actually figure out why I've had gum issues for YEARS. Most hygienists will just stick to cleaning your teeth, Amanda actually educates you on why certain things are going on in your mouth and then explains what to do at home to help(and why those recommendations will help). Because I've had gum issues for years, I used to dread going to the dentist. I actually look forward to going now. In fact I go 4 times a year, instead of just twice, because my mouth feels soooo much healthier after seeing Amanda. I even got my boyfriend to switch to her, after going to the same dentist since he was a kid. Love love love!

Given the sensitivity level of my teeth, in the past, I had always struggled with some level of anxiety prior to any dentist appointment. There are not enough stars on the board to adequately Applaud Atlanta Dental Spa. From the greeting at the door to the end of the procedure Dr Currie and his staff are “all in” to make your dental experience calm, compassionate and caring. I am that dental patient that avoided the dentist at all cost to the detriment of my own health , had panic attacks just driving into the parking lot and put years between visits out of raw fear. In just two visits Dr Currie and his staff have changed My outlook on dentistry. I now know in the right hands good dental health is not torture, instead, that feeling of being well cared for and having your individual needs Considered. I don’t mind my twice a year cleanings, but more intense dental work can really be uncomfortable and anxiety-inducing for me. I cracked a filling, and oddly enough had the best experience today getting it replaced. Literally no pain at all and just overall a really pleasant experience. They always make sure they explain what to expect during the procedure, and it really makes the biggest difference. Dr. Urvi is so attentive, and her chair-side manner (is that correct?) is calming and reassuring. Whitney was also so sweet and accommodating. (Also big shoutout to my favorite hygienist Samantha- she is the best!) This whole team is so good- I can’t say enough good things about them!

I had just flown into Atlanta from out of state for a very important business meeting less than 24 hours later. After I arrived, I broke my front tooth!! I was mortified! I called Atlanta Dental Spa on an emergency number for patients only, even though I wasn't a patient, but, I had to try. It was close to midnight when I called and Kristina called me back almost immediately! She was so kind and compassionate to my plight. The following morning, Ruth worked her magic and got me into see Dr. Urvi. They were completely booked at all their locations, but said to come in anyway and they would find the time and get my tooth fixed. The next morning, they got me in and it seemed more labor intensive than what they probably thought, but they did not rush and did an amazing job!! Everyone from the receptionist, to Ruth, Kristina, Whitney and Dr. Urvi, ALL were patient, kind, and professional. I have had dental work done before, but this place was hands down the best. You can hardly tell which one the broken tooth was, it was a seamless match. I may just fly back to Atlanta to see them again and become a regular patient! I had a practically life-changing experience at Atlanta Dental Spa, particularly with Dr. King. I cannot recommend Dr. King and his practice any more highly. For background, I've suffered from terrible teeth grinding for years - cracking teeth and experiencing painful headaches. Previous dentists indicated I would need veneers in a few years, yet did not help me find less extreme and expensive solutions. Dr. King, on the other hand, spent the time to explain the source and impact of my grinding and worked with me to find an affordable, surgery-free solution. It's been 6 weeks since my first visit and I've almost completely stopped grinding. My headaches are gone and my jaw has never felt better. It's such a relief. The experience at Atlanta Dental Spa is as good as their treatments. The process of getting started with their office was very smooth and every interaction made me feel safe and in good hands. The space is clean, professional and comfortable (the overhead TVs are a nice touch). All of the equipment is modern too. The staff is friendly, greet me by name and make sure I fully understand my options and any cost/insurance implications. Overall, this has been the best dental experience I've had, maybe ever. This will be my dentist from now on. 5 stars and highly recommended.

I was so very grateful to have Dr. Creasman do my veneers. I’ve been considering this for years but was always hesitant. I had also been to several others regarding veneers and never felt comfortable with either how it was explained or what my results would be like. I have been going to Atlanta Dental Spa for years. Amanda Ball has been my amazing hygienist the whole time. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and thorough always willing to share any advice she may have if she thinks it will help (greatly appreciated). Most importantly, she tells when you are doing a good job and when you need to tighten up on brushing and flossing. Amanda is a huge asset to the Atlanta Dental Spa team. They do their best to make sure you have a top notch experience from the time of scheduling until you leave your appointment. I love that it’s a judgement free environment, and they really want the best for you. I’ve never felt like they are trying to shame me for my subpar flossing skills or upsell me on services. So I had my first experience with Atlanta Dental Spa this morning. I went to the newest location in Virginia Highlands and it was gorgeous. This is by far the nicest medical office I've even seen (which is important for those who don't handle these appointments well). My hygienist was very knowledgeable and as nice as she could be. She made sure to explain everything she was doing so I would better understand my oral health. They offered spa-like treatments like dipping my hands in warm wax (which I declined), giving me a warm neck pillow (which I gladly accepted), along with two tv's in the room accompanied by Beats headphones. I'm not a huge fan of the dentist but these luxuries made it more enjoyable. Dr. Gandhi was very nice, and provided me with the info necessary to improve my teeth health. This was a wonderful experience. I'd highly recommend them. Note: This is a fee-for-service dentist. Meaning you will pay for most treatments in full during the visit and be sent a reimbursement check from you insurance provider with however much they covered.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here yesterday and from the consolation a couple of weeks ago to my surgery yesterday, I was well informed and comfortable with the staff. Ruth was very gentle and informative, walking me through the process and keeping a good conversation with me until Dr. Currie came in and explained all of my options and letting me know how everything would go moving forward. I had the surgery yesterday, still feeling a bit dazed but I am in very little pain :) Dr. Currie even called me on his cell phone a few hours after my surgery to make sure everything was okay. I have been going to Atlanta Dental Spa for a few years now for general dental care. I recently, however, had an implant surgery with Dr. Andrew Curry. This was no routine implant as I had an impacted tooth removed from the same area about a year ago. I asked for local anesthesia only, as I had work to do and didn't want to waste the entire day. Dr. Curry listened patiently to every concern I had about the surgery. He explained in detail the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable before we started. During the surgery, he kept communicating how things were proceeding and continued to check how I was feeling. The nurses made sure I was comfortable with blankets and water. Following the surgery, Dr. Curry clearly advised me on how to best care for the surgical area so it quickly heals. The surgery was painless and even when local anesthesia wore off, I had no pain and only took preventative ibuprofen. The following days, I received several calls and text messages from Dr. Curry and the nurses checkin on me. It has been over a month now and the surgical area has fully healed with no issues. I never thought I'd think going to the dentist could be a spa experience, but this is as close as it gets.

Full disclosure I’m a first time patient and I haven’t had substantial work done yet although I’m looking forward to it but I must say first impression was everything and their customer service is bar none! The ambience provides more comfort than I’m used to seeing at a dentist office and the staff most especially Whitney was relatable and professionally courteous. The facility is top notch with all the comforts one would not expect at the dentist to include ceiling TVs and warm neck rolls and blankets and believe it or not the neck roll was pleasantly comforting. I came to Atlanta Dental Spa seeking a second opinion on a few dental issues. My second opinion was detailed and thorough so I decided to move forward and have the work done at the Buckhead office. Sam was my dental hygienist and she put so much effort into individualizing my care plan. She was precise and meticulous, and as a result my mouth feels better than it's ever felt. Dr King is very knowledgeable. He didn't give me any answers off the cuff. He took the extra time to take and review x-rays and a CT scan, which I appreciated. He even called my endodontist just to ask him a few questions about my previous work. The part I found surprising about my experience at Atlanta Dental Spa is that even though they offer a plethora of procedures, I never felt like Dr King and Sam were ever trying to up-sell me on any unnecessary treatments or procedures. This place is amazing! I just got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday by Dr. Andrew Currie (sp) and I never wanna see another dentist AGAIN! He was exceptional! Him, the staff, the facility it was all great. I was so scared at first! I’m 27 years old and I’ve never been sedated before. He thoroughly explained the whole procedure, they provided heated blankets and neck pillows. It was easy and painless! Save yourself the trouble of visiting any other office and just come here you won’t regret it! 💕

I went to Atlanta Dental Spa after avoiding the dentist for a number of years (9...I know, I know!), and the staff made it a shockingly pleasant experience! Scheduling appointments is incredibly easy, every member of the staff is personable and patient, and the little extra touches both in the decor and the service truly make this place feel like a spa. When you arrive you're offered beverages, and when you're taken back to your room you're given a warm roll for your neck while you watch your favorite shows on one of TWO TVs -- one to watch while you're sitting up, and one you can watch while you're lying down! The staff answered all of my questions and explained every step of their work along the way. This was the most painless cleaning I've ever had, which was surprising since it had been so long since I'd had my teeth cleaned. When the dentist determined I needed a small cavity filled, he actually asked if I could just stick around for an extra 15 minutes to fit me in to save me the trouble of scheduling another appointment and driving back over on another day! My appointment concluded with my sweet dental hygienist handing me a hot towel for my face and hands and a gift bag with, among other things, a scented candle. WHO ELSE GETS A CANDLE FROM THEIR DENTIST? I was thrilled. I'm fairly certain they also offered paraffin wax for my hands during the appointment as well, though I declined. After my x-rays, cleaning, consultation, and cavity filling, I went back to work and one of my colleagues asked me why I looked so relaxed! She couldn't believe I'd been at the dentist for the past two hours. To top it all off, Danielle sent me a follow-up card wishing me good luck on a minor surgery I'd mentioned I was having. If you go to any other dentist, you're making a mistake. These guys are the best!

I would like to start off by saying the staff and experience were all fantastic. Friendly and honestly a pleasure. The quality of the veneers I received were spectacular and I couldn’t have hoped for a better result. The reason I can not give five stars is what has transpired over the last four years since getting my veneers. When I was first getting them outfitted, I voiced a concern that the left part of my mouth had teeth that would shift if I didn’t wear a retainer every night. I was told. It to worry as they would make me a retainer for my new teeth, one made out of a fairly strong plastic. After my first year of the new set, I noticed pressure from that side of my mouth, teeth getting tight, and a taste of chemical occasionally. When I went in for the yearly, I was told this was just the teeth settling. After four years, the retainer has not kept the teeth in place and my left side has a tooth that is being pushed back. What’s more frustrating is that while I wear my retainer, I feel the pressure of that tooth being pushed back, only to go back during the day. So constant pressure on my mouth with it getting progressively worse. My left side front teeth have uniformly shifted all to the right and even bridged over the front right tooth slightly. While not immediately noticeably, that had effected the shape of the teeth. As much as I enjoyed my experience, staff, and quality of the veneers, I can’t help but feel my concerns were simply not taken seriously. What I feared could happened, did, and now I wish I had been skeptical. Every day now is feeling my teeth move with no real way to stop them with a retainer that doesn’t do much. I hope I can possibly get a response and be able to update the review. I paid a good amount for these and I really hope it won’t be thousands to fix

The team at Atlanta Dental Spa far surpassed any expectations on multiple occasions. In my experience, it’s rare to find such a competent group of people in a profession. Specifically, Dr. Currie, Kelsi, and Jo-Beth run with dignity and respect, which is always nice, especially compared to dental work at the VA. From the front of the office to Dentist’s chair in the back, one would find it difficult to find any negatives with this practice. ADS has some high-speed equipment for advanced dental issues, such as those from radiation treatment. I highly recommend them and know that there wouldn’t be anything they couldn’t handle. 15/10!

Going to the dentist gave me anxiety, but Atlanta Dental Spa has totally changed my opinion. You can tell they have put genuine thought and effort into making their patients comfortable. The decor and general ambiance makes you feel like you're in an actual spa instead of the cold, hard dentists offices I've experienced in the past. They also offer patient perks like TV's and headphones in the exam rooms, paraffin hand waxes during cleanings, and even LaCroix in the waiting room. And that's just on the surface... From the front desk, to billing, to management, to my awesome hygienists, and finally the dentist, the staff at ADS were professional and accommodating. They fielded all my questions and walked me through the various options on how to improve dental health and smile. I had my regular check up done about a month ago and Dr. Kirby set me up with 2 veneers earlier this week. I initially went here after receiving false results from Pure Dental Spa a few years back. Brittany was the kindest and most knowledgeable hygenist I have ever encountered. She loved educating her patients and always had encouraging advice on how to improve your oral health based on the latest research. During my most recent visit, I had to bring my toddler son along who was less than thrilled about the experience. Instead of getting annoyed or making me feel bad, one of the staff members (Brooke I believe) came into the room and asked for permission to take him until I was finished. Today was my first visit, or should I say treatment, at ADS!!! I AM WOWED! I've never experienced a luxury dental office with paraffin hand wax, a warm neck wrap, and a goodies bar! I had to do a double take for a minute to remember where I was at- THE DENTIST! I cannot rave enough about my experience; from making a last minute appointment to coordinate with my orthodontist appointment the same day, the interior design with waterfall, to my excellent cleaning service with Brittney! It was all the BEST. I would have settled for a good exam, but I received a whole lot more. I love them and told my friend, and all the staff at my following orthodontics appointment about it. If you are going to splurge for cosmetic dentistry, I highly suggest going to this practice. Anytime an issue with the temporaries came up I would reach out to Debbie and she would get me scheduled immediately or have Dr. Creasman text me. The staff at Atlanta Dental Spa is fantastic! My daughter was injured while tubing behind a boat on a holiday weekend. It broke off half her front tooth. Not only was she humiliated, but she was also in pain. Atlanta Dental Spa got her an appointment right away when other dentist offices couldn’t. Then, the dentist did a phenomenal job with the temporary repair and the implant tooth. He was so detailed and thorough about matching the color and tooth measurements perfectly to the rest of her teeth. Being a teenager in college she had anxiety about the whole ordeal, but the Dentist and team were so comforting to her. Atlanta Dental Spa is an outstanding group of professionals.

Atlanta dental spa is the best dental center I have ever been to in my entire life. They are so knowledgable and talented and really care about their patients. Dr Boulden is amazing and always does the best thing for his patients and truly cares about the results. I have emailed him on a number of occasions off hours and he responds within minutes and makes sure I get an appointment ASAP it's an emergency. Once he was not even in the office and he drove there to meet me and fix my tooth that had chipped! He's the most caring dentist ever. I am so happy to have found Atlanta Dental Spa to get the beautiful crowns that I have wanted for so long. Dr. Creasman and his staff are just wonderful, and I tell them that they have dentistry down to both an “art and a science.” I wanted only all porcelain crowns (which is not done in some dental offices) and started with my lower teeth. I was able to do financing through the Lending Club which gave me a year to pay with no interest. I then completed the crowns for my upper teeth which again gave me another full year to pay with no interest. One of the best things about Dr. Creasman is that I experienced NO pain during the dental procedures. He is gentle, considerate and has many years of experience. Easily the best dentist experience I've ever had!! Right when you walk in, you feel like you are at a spa! There is a soothing sound of water running, welcoming atmosphere, plus iMacs and a drinks in the waiting area. By far the best dental visit I've ever experienced! Such a serene and inviting atmosphere, and the entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hygienists and doctors are very informative in explaining every aspect of the procedures. The flatscreen tv on the ceiling was a nice bonus, so you can watch and listen (with headphones) to the station of your choice while in the (very comfortable) dental chair. If it wasn't for the dental work being performed on me, I could've very easily fallen asleep in the chair due to how comfortable it was and how relaxing the environment is. Highly recommended!

Dr Boulden rocks! He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He and the assistants (especially Jenny) are knowledgeable, down to earth, and have great bedside manners. They are all so caring with the work they do and with me as a patient. I can really feel that they love what they do. Never would I have imagined I'd actually look forward to going to the dentist. This place is amazing. The decor is nice and modern, and the exam rooms have two TVs: one on the wall and one on the ceiling for you to watch during the exam. The whole place has a very tranquil feel about it. The staff is absolutely amazing. My insurance company is a real bear to work with, and this place's billing staff bends over backwards to work with them. My hygienist Brittany is hands-down the most awesome dental hygienist I've ever had, no competition. She's super nice, never makes me feel bad about anything, and very gentle when doing the cleaning. She's also really informative, explaining exactly what's going on, and getting into the science of dentistry. And she's really cute, which doesn't hurt at all either. :) Before I came here, I went to more of a budget dentist. They had a Groupon for a whitening, and the first time I went to that place was great -- hygienist was nice, no problems other than some minor gingivitis. 6 months later after making sure to take really good care of my teeth and coming in for a cleaning and exam... somehow I had 3 cavities that were in active decay. I smelled bull, so I asked friends for dentist recommendations and one of my best friends recommended this place. I am so very, very glad I took her recommendation. I made an appointment, got checked out here, and guess what? No cavities! The other place was _lying_. Atlanta Dental Spa's basic services might be more than a budget dentist, but believe me when I say that they are far cheaper in the long run, with much better service.

First Dental Cleaning since the short time I've been in Atlanta. Awesome experience! The Atmosphere: The asthetic feels very clean and calm. Mostly white in the lobby from what remember. Chairs are super comfortable and the mini waterfall thing they have going is really calming. My Dental Hygenist/Assistant: Whitney was my Dental Hygenist/Assistant. She was great! Super friendly, good conversation, was always asking how she could make me more comfortable and she answered all my questions and kept me educated throughout the whole process which I liked. Free Perks: I'm not going to lie i felt super extra in my blanket and warm neck pillow lol. It's not mandatory because i was given a choice and asked before hand if I wanted these things. I figured why not take advantage of the complimentary stuff they provide. I was comfortable 👍. The Doctor: I got to meet Dr.King at my visit today. He was a very professional laid back guy. I came into this visit with some concerns about TMJ and grinding my teeth. He listened to all my concerns and also gave me several solutions/tips for me to decide on. Whitney also gave me a estimate of those things discussed as well for me to take home. Overall I loved you guys and the fact my bill was so low with my insurance.. I'll definitely be back. 🙌

I have been a patient of Atlanta Dental Spa for almost two years now but what happened recently will make me a patient for life and why I am writing this review. Last year when I went in for my biannual cleaning and exam they informed me that they did not accept my HMO dental insurance but did accept the PPO version (I had recently gone off my wife's plan). I decided to wait until I could enroll under the end of year change period and was very excited to go visit ADS in January. When I got there, however, I was told that they still showed me as having the HMO (probably due to the horrible new government run insurance going into effect and screwing everything up!) Amanda Ball (Maiden name) the Dental Hygienist took it upon herself to shepherd me through my dilemma including giving me her email so that we could keep in touch to rectify the situation and, most importantly, take care of my teeth! She checked on me frequently and when my insurance issue was resolved made sure that I was able to get a convenient appointment quickly. The service I received from ADS and specifically from Amanda was above and beyond what I would have expected from a Dentist but it was awesome and greatly appreciated... Thanks Amanda!

Overall, I'm happy with my cosmetic work at Atlanta Dental Spa. The pros: highly rated, lots of patients, lots of experience from the dentists, accessibility to the assistants and dentists. My biggest concern was that I always feel rushed when I go in... whether it's to correct something, ask a question or voice concerns, I always feel like they're trying to rush me out of the door. For instance, I had an issue with the back of one tooth being uneven. The "fix" was less than 5 minutes, with a very quick "That feel ok now? ... Ok bye." When in reality, I'd like the time to feel the changes and address concerns. So know that going in. Even after spending $20k there, I never felt the "spa" experience. Feels like a very busy dentist office that's good, but certainly not 5 stars.

OMG let me just say this is THE best experience I have had in a dental office. It’s not called a dental spa for no reason 😉 The interior decor is so gorgeous and inviting. My hygienist Charissa was awesome as she took her time to explain the procedure. Now mind you she is just the hygienist and she took so much time with me explaining the procedure and making me feel at ease, I actually thought she was the doctor. Dr. Andrew was just great with his pleasant attitude .He made sure all my questions were answered. What stood out is they are not just interested in the oral health of your mouth but also take the time to know what else is going On in your body. From my hygienist to Dr. Andrew and their sweet assistant, Britney, they all did a phenomenal job!! When we first got in, my husband and I saw Dr. Andrew wheeling a person to their vehicle which shows how far they will go to make sure their patient’s needs are met. I promise you, if you are debating if you should try this dental office... DONT THINK TWICE! You will not regret it. We live 40 minutes from the office and it is so well worth the trip!

I owe a great debt to the people at Atlanta Dental Spa. I came into their Buckhead office a sobbing and blubbering disaster. After years of neglect and abuse, my teeth a rotting mess, I had to make a change. It took cracking one of my front teeth in half to get me in the door. I have a severe dental phobia. The sound of the drill and the suction sends me into a panic, and up until a few months ago simply calling in to schedule an appointment would result in an hour of hitching sobs. Before July of 2019 I hadn’t stepped foot into a dentist for more than five years. Five years of chewing only in that one spot because those teeth weren’t cracked, of feeling the pain and throb of infection in a badly neglected cracked tooth, five years of soft foods for fear of breaking another tooth... Dr. Currie, Dr. Kirby, Ms. Lacy and Jeanna and the whole team at ADS have been nothing but supportive and kind throughout months of work. I had two extractions, three crowns, and a massive descaling and deep cleaning. Never once did they make me feel bad about bawling all over the exam chair. They held my hand. They told me it was going to be okay. I got a hug from Jeanna every time I walked through the door because she was always there to meet me. I told them out of the gate that I would need to be sedated, and they made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process and listened to my every concern. I know I still have a long way to go, but thanks to them I can smile again and recently I got through a cleaning with only nitrous. That’s huge for me. Y’all don’t even know. I am so grateful for the team at ADS.

I was referred to Spa Dental by a high school associate. Boy, was I in for the experience of a lifetime! Within my 1st visit, Spa Dental proved themselves to be as professional, innovative, and educated as the website and word of mouth that had preceded them. From the initial call to schedule, Kailee was thorough, patient and accommodating. My first visit and interaction with Brittany was delightful, we discussed future plans for my mouth. She eased my anxiety about seeing a dentist regularly, now. The team gathered a full glimpse of my health and dental needs, and not with just photos, solely. I could still relax and watch "The View" in silence. My appointments have been on-time, I basked in a warm vanilla scented hand -wax (its waaay better than it sounds, trust). Dr. Creasman was quick, yet efficient with his treatment examinations. He answered ALL of my questions and advised of various options, as well as, his recommendations. I could feel the expertise and teamwork working together like a machine. Debbie was also a valuable resource, with full knowledge of dental procedures and what portions are insured, etc.. Let me start by saying I suffer from extreme dentist phobia. So much so, when eventually faced with the inevitability I must have my teeth checked, my legs turn to jello upon entering any facility. Often leading to collapse, but I digress. I was referred to this location with the hopes an environment change might help. Guys let me tell you! This place looks/smells like something out of a dream. I was given paraffin hand wax with handwarmers paired with 24k eye masks. Yeah, read that again. Absolutely spa like experience. Smells NOTHING like a typical dentist office, but a decadent mix of essential oils. My hygienist was so lovely and patient, and my dentist was incredibly kind and patient as well. It often takes quite a bit with severe dental phobia, but they were willing and with me each step of the way. Safe to say I found my safe haven. Worth it in every.single.way. Phenomenal place.

The customer service I received here from the staff, Victoria & Brittany in particular, was second to none and the customer experience was very detail oriented. They treated me as if I was their only customer. Sat down with me and thoroughly went over what insurance would cover/not cover; which apparently is a mixed bag. They informed me about their process and took their time to educate me on dental hygiene along with the terminology. Excellent experience! I was leaving for a vacation and had chipped a back molar while chowing down on far too many of those delicious Blue Diamond Wasabi almonds and they gave me an appointment immediately. I was concerned that I might have to have the tooth bonded but Dr. Ghandi reassured me that an even simpler fix was possible and then painlessly proceeded to smooth the rough edges of the cracked tooth, and in less than an hour I was happily on my way! And best of all, at a cost including full x-rays that was far less than what my vet charges to x-ray my cat! (Next time she swallows an unknown object and starts hacking away, I may simply bring her over to him instead!) Highly recommended!

Dr Currie, JB and the team were phenomenal during my recent visit. It was a long one. Double arch implants. I could rave about their service all day, but here are summer highlights. 1 Going to the dentist had changed from my most despised thing to my most favorite. It will for you too sometime during your second visit, if not sooner. 2 I felt more pain sitting in my car in traffic going home than I did having 28+ teeth removed and implants installed. No lie, car butt hurt worse. 1 week later, same deal. 3 If you're a fan of great all-time teams, the '85 Bears, the '96 Bulls, the Yankees, Packers, etc. you'll love watching this team in motion. It's choreographed to perfection each visit. I think they cheat and practice a lot. That's not just theory, I overheard the end of a team meeting one morning when I snuck in early with the first appointment of the day. Just like those teams above, this one practices and it shows. If you're like me and uncomfortable going to a dentist, then STOP GOING TO DENTISTS. The folks at ADS are on another level. Just like the '85 Bears are on a different level than your average Friday varsity game. No comparison. Book a visit (now) and THEN watch some video of the next level stuff services they perform. ADS makes your varsity-level dentist look more like a civil war hospital by comparison. No wonder you don't want to go, right? That's not unnecessary anxiety, it's common sense. After your first visit, compare your experience with your old dentists. Then compare it with your ideal experience. You'll find there's not only nothing missing from your ideal experience, but probably a few things ADS does that you couldn't even think of. For example, my dental surgeon and I have texted everyday for seven days since my surgery. Ok, let's break that down. We texted (it's 2016 after all). Everyday (including off days and weekends). Since my surgery (I hated cleanings, with these folks I looked forward to surgery, which is a breeze BTW). None of those would've been in my ideal vision. Now, they would be requirements that I can only imagine very, very few would honor. ADS offered! Huge difference. Make an appointment. Watch videos. Experience it. Then watch as your vision of a perfect dentist gets a makeover. Oh, and your smile will, too.

Really disappointed in the dentists. When I began to first see them years ago I had one large tooth in the back that had a silver filling. They told me it had cracked and I needed to get it replaced. I inquired when or the urgency and was told it could be anytime from one month to 10 years. The importance was not stressed A couple months later I was eating and half my tooth broke off. I then saw them and they put an onlay on it. I remember when I got it that Dr. Creaseman let the technician do almost all of the work After that visit I never saw Dr. Creaseman again. I went in for regular cleanings and X-rays and other doctors always double looked at the tooth where the work was done and I was told there was a void there that they were watching. It should have been redone. It was not put on my tooth correctly. I had that done about 3-4 years ago. I was eating yesterday night and the onlay broke off with a little more of my tooth. I cried all night long. I called the emergency line and went by their office. Every single office was closed on Mondays but one that was open a half day. The receptionist said they could see me tomorrow. They were having an employee meeting today but I was disappointed she didn’t call a dentist to take a look or try to work me in as an emergency at the one office that was open 1/2 a day. Today, I went to a competitor that all the doctors I work for go to. She looked at the broken onlay, took several X-rays, and really checked me thoroughly. She could see staining on this tooth where it had been leaking out. It was recemented on today and she took an X-ray and thank G I have no hole there anymore!! It was meant to be that I had this redone. I was charged $1300 for this only a few years ago. I spent hundreds of dollars every visit. I absolutely loved the way they made me feel, the look of the office, and I will miss the hygenist Brittany. She was so nice. I’m just very disappointed in the doctors. I wish they were more proactive with my tooth and I’m disappointed the void was left in my tooth multiple visits. The office is beautiful but the priorities are misguided. Hope they don’t make this mistake with other people

At last--I can now associate GOOD things with the word "dentist!" Atlanta Dental Spa is a dream for anyone who has come to dread going to the dentist. Dr. Estep, Sara, and Amanda will take such good care of you and make you feel at ease immediately. They listen to your personal health history and then design a treatment plan based on your concerns and needs. For example, if you have had health problems, they explain the connections between healthy teeth and gums and a healthy body. Treatment plans emphasize preventative care. Recommendations are not solely focused on products for teeth and gums, but include dietary tips and supplements (probiotics and antioxidants). I can't say enough good things about this practice, I just know I'm relieved that they've become part of my healthcare team.

I decided to give this place a try a couple years ago as the dentist I was going to told me I needed a full crown on a tooth that was cracked due to a previous filling. The original filling failed over time as I am rough on my teeth. I mentioned I thought a partial crown might be better than a full crown and the previous dentist said, did you read that on the internet? He proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. I thought to myself how can someone who doesn't provide partial crowns, as this requires additional training, know if this is a valid option. I found Atl Dental Spa on the internet and saw they provided onlays. I had my initial consultation with Dr Creasman and he agreed that an onlay would be appropriate as he said it is important to retain as much of the tooth as possible. I scheduled my appointment and it turned out the tooth was in better condition than he expected and the onlay was a success. Since then I had the same procedure completed on another tooth and will have a third done next week. Had I taken the advice of the other dentist I would probably be on my third full crown at this point and would have had unnecessary work completed. So the next time a dentist tells you that you need a full crown ask them if they even perform partial crowns before accepting this diagnosis. When I visit a doctor I am placing my health in their hands and I expect no less than the minimum of being provided a referral if they are not qualified to assist my specific condition. The 4.9 stars do not lie. I promise if you visit this dentist you will never want to use another.

That's the word! Dental craftsmanship of the highest order, a beautiful fresh clean facility (love the computer/snack/drink lounge), and state of the art equipment.
