Everyone in this dental group is fabulous, from the front desk the dentists. They are all caring and friendly. Tracy, my hygienist, is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She is ever alert to my needs and gives sound advice. Dr. Duncan is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled dentists I know. I trust him completely to take care of my dental needs. There is NO ‘assembly line’ feeling here. Instead, it feels like home!

In the past, I have not had the best relationship with dentists but Biltmore Dental Group turned that around for me. My dental assistant, I believe her name is Julia, and Dr. Pence are amazing. Literally, I haven't been to a dentist in years. It wasn't until I broke a front tooth recently that I was forced to reach out and find a dentist due to the embarrassment. Thank the Good Lord above I was directed to Biltmore Dental Group. These people are the kindest, most down to Earth medical professionals I have ever met..Ever!! I was treated with the upmost respect and human kindness. Believe me, I was worried about the office visit because of my teeth being in such poor shape. I am so happy to have a plan to recover my smile. God bless Dr. Pence and his precious dental hygienist. They are wonderful! Each and every person at this Dental Group care. Try them. I was very pleased to find Biltmore Dental Group. I was just randomly going down the list of in-network dentists that accepted my insurance and was very frustrated because I could not get an appointment after calling about 15 offices. Then I called Biltmore and was able to get an appointment next day since it was considered an emergency. The staff were pleasant and professional and Dr. Duncan did a great job restoring my front tooth. And all of this was fully covered by my insurance with no out of pocket costs to me. I already have my next appointment and will be making an appointment for my wife today. Even though their office is an hour drive from my home in Burnsville it is well worth the trip for the quality service they provide.

I had an excellent visit at Biltmore Dental Group! After having root canal, they prepped my troublesome tooth for a porcelain crown. The colors they had in office were not a good match for my surrounding teeth. So they sent me on to the Dental Lab (Mountain Dental Lab) to have a custom color match for the crown. I went there today & it was a fantastic experience. The tech had a huge selection of “samples” & took tons of pics of my mouth in spectrum optimized light with natural light as well. They assured me that if it wasn’t correct, they would adjust. Going to the dentist is not anything one would normally relish, but I got my dental health back on track with Dr. Duncan @ Biltmore Dental Group. Highly recommend!! Mary Stark

I had a tooth surgically removed and although there is no way to have this done without pain TOTALLY I had as little pain as could be expected with this procedure and NO PAIN AT ALL within 24 hours after the procedure. Very kind staff that genuinely cares about how you feel. Very gentle and conscious of your comfort level. Had a broken wisdom tooth extracted within two hours of going in, the dentist managed to pull the whole thing out in one go (I went in because it was crumbling to begin with) and the healing process was extremely clean. To be honest it was just a pretty skilled level of operation, no bells and whistles but done exceptionally well

This all happened at like 4:45 pm on a holiday week for most so I was coming up empty on my search for someone to just look at my tooth on 12/23. I just had a root canal done by Dr. Duncan yesterday. I came in with an infected tooth and swollen cheek/jaw area that was very tender along with mild TMJ. I also have pretty severe anxiety about surgical procedures and the sedative I received helped immensely. The dental assistant was extremely kind and helped me relax throughout the process. Dr. Duncan made sure to support my jaw while drilling and find a proper sized bite block for my small mouth. I am recovering quickly and only needed Advil for the jaw pain which is not any worse than what I had before the root canal. I highly recommend anyone with TMJ/dental anxiety to request the same things. This office tries their absolute best to make it as pleasant as possible and will not be annoyed by special requests.

I live in Asheville and a cracked tooth started bothering three days before Christmas. I called my regular dentist and discovered they were closed all week. I then tried others and found the same. I guess many dentists aren't familiar with the concept employed by medical doctors (i.e. cross coverage). Anyway, Biltmore Dental Group squeezed me in and Dr. Pence and staff took great care of me. We will be switching dentists. Btw- My previous dentist had a voicemail to call if there was an emergency and I never received a call back all week.

Had a dental emergency and I didn't know who to call or really what to do. I called Biltmore Dental and spoke to Pam, the receptionist. She was very nice and helpful. She was able to get me an apt that same day. I got to my apt early to fill out new patient forms. Had to wait maybe 15mins to get called back after I arrived. The dental assistant was also very nice. I think her name was Julia. She was very gentle when looking at my mouth since it was swollen and sore. All was going well until the dentist came in, DDS Milton Poulos, he was very rough when opening my mouth and looking around. I was literally in tears when he was doing anything in my mouth. I had to pay out of pocket that same day since I have no insurance. I mean 220$ just for an xray and a simple extraction. That's alot for some people.

I had an emergency tooth issue arise which Biltmore Dental Group, Dr. Duncan and staff did a professional and quick responsive effort to repair!! Upon examination, tooth ended up having too much decay and trama to fill so a root canal or extraction were the options. Reluctantly I chose the root canal and crowning, figuring this would turn into a long drawn-out process - oral surgeons, multiple appointments and the unpleasantness of the procedures. Anna, Amanda, Dr Duncan, and Denise changed this entire situation into one of the "greatest uncomplicated and least uncomfortable/ painful" dental appointments I've ever experienced." My dentistry case started when I was 3 (currently 57), with multiple fillings every 4-6 months, extraction of 10 teeth, braces, 5 crowns, and one previous root canal; I feel my history in dental procedures grants me the ability to make these honest comments and to HIGHLY recommend Biltmore Dental Group for anyone's dental concerns.
