Nice place. Clean, professional people work there. Friendly, will treat you like you matter. Up front with all info about your visit, answers all your questions. I have never been a fan of going to a dentist. They make your visit very pleasant. I do not mind seeing them when I need dental work done. I would recommend this office/practice to anyone.

1st off, going to the dentist is not some place I like to do. However, from start to finish my experience was excellent! The gal that made my appointment the ones that took my x-rays and doctor Stewart all very kind and explained everything. What's more, when my procedure was done I didn't walk away with a sore mouth which was always a common thing in the past for me.

Cleaning and x-rays were done quickly, efficiently, and painlessly. Dental hygienist Desirae was great. Suggested procedures are explained thoroughly. Office is clean and pleasant, and all precautions against contagious diseases are being observed, including use of face masks by all staff. Thumbs up!

Got in to an incredibly friendly and bubbly receptionist who thanked me for showing up early. Next to no wait time. Talked to the incredibly adorable girl in the back about insurance and she helped me figure it out. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was seated in the back and they were beginning to work on me. As always, the dentist that I see handled everything quickly and efficiently, minimizing the discomfort I would feel. As a kid, I dreaded the dentist. As an adult, being helped by the amazing people here, I look forward to their friendliness and efficiency.

After a not so great experience with another popular dentist in town, I made an appointment with Comfort Dental. Everyone there was so kind and understanding. They explained my problem throughly and made sure I understood what was going on and what steps I should take in the future. Julie took the extra time to help my partials sit so much better and feel so much more comfortable. She also took the time to make it look natural. After seeing a few technicians before her I didn't have much faith in getting my partials adjusted but that has changed. I'm grateful considering this is also at the front of my mouth and weights on my self-esteem not to mention it effects how I speak. Going to the dentist is the worst thing for me I procrastinate so much when I know I have to go.. I am a patient of the Comfort Dental Franchise but am a new patient at this location and the minute I walked in I liked it so much better than the other C D location I'd been going to. The receptionist freaking SMILED 😃 and was very friendlyly and got me all checked in. I didn't wait long and when I was taken back all the staff were incredibly sweet and treated me very kind. Dr. Stewart came in to give me the news and explain what's going on with my toothache & what's gonna happen next. I really like when Dr's explain in simple terms what's up. I had such a positive first time experience that I recommended my honey to go there for his cleaning. Thanks everyone ☺ you're doing a great 👍 job!!

I'm very difficult to get numb. I've had multiple dentists ask me not to come back. I may have bit more than one dentist. Anyway Dr Baugh managed to get me very numb on the very first go. He not only initiated my crown but he went ahead and added some feeling while I was numb. I will absolutely be going back for my cleaning and any other maintenance I need in the future.

I really like these people. Dr. Johnson is very personable and skilled. Jessica has been so patient making me comfortable with my new dentures. They are ALWAYS on time. Reception and check out are very courteous and have a smile for you. I gave them a 5 star because they have been so conscientious about making my dentures fit and be comfortable. The only negative I have is that they could do better explaining processes and expectations. (Posting on their website ). And if your looking for opulence this is a pretty bare bones operation. I’d rather have the better price and skills than an aquarium in the waiting area.

I would rate higher if I could. Came to get a second opinion as was very sad after I left modern dental on menaul Louisiana a week or so ago. Left with no comfort measures , pain meds, antibiotics yet I was told and I saw thru the xrays two root canals needed . when asked if one of teeth could be pulled was told they don't recommend . after exam bookkeeping came and sat with me show end me 8,000 $ I would have to pay this is after insurance. I left and went a week w no comfort measures decided to get 2 and opinion w comfort dental Dr. Stewart worked me in w in a day, xrays exam friendly caring assistant ,pleasant office. Dr reviewed xrays says one tooth prob needs come our ,one he will try to rebuild if not root canal,all which should be covered by insurance. Dentist was a young man ,gentle,caring knowledgeable. Definitely a pleasant change.

I have been going to this office for ten years for my dental care. Nothing more than fillings and cleanings. WELL now I need a crown. So the anxiety-producing event was basically a non-event as everyone made me feel very relaxed, the doctor's needle in the gums was so smooth, and everything was explained along the way. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. I went to Comfort Dental around September. I waited way too long to go, and had already lost one tooth at home and had another one falling into that hole. ALSO around that tooth I had 2 more that were loose. I was in unbearable pain. I came in as a walk in, they took me back in about 15 minutes. I was super scared. I cried. 😭 Julie was very reassuring and comforting. I thought for sure they were going to rush through it and have some sort of attitude towards me because I didn't have an appointment AND NOW I was crying and having a panic attack. That did not happen at all. Julie and the doctors there helped me through EVERYTHING. They took care of ALL my needs. I kept going back and now I have a beautiful replacement flipper for my teeth. Thank you guys so much!!!! 💕

Dr Baugh is phenomenol! He took a look at my teeth and went straight into what needed to be done. He had a game plan and knew how to work with my insurance so I could get the most out of what I put into it at a lower cost for me. In a couple months, I'll have all my upper dentures in and looking to work on lower teeth with dentures set in a few months. I'm impressed by Dr Baugh's expertise and bedside manners: very knowledgeable, no hidden costs, told me the way my insurance works and exactly what will be done with the costs. Wow! The Dental Techs were also very helpful and kind. Dr Baugh and Comforts Dental on Juan Tabo deserve the highest rating there is!

Honestly, I’d give more stars but the receptionist wasn’t very friendly or clear about what all a new patient needs to fill out. It wasn’t until I was with the dental assistant and dentist that I felt welcomed. So 5 stars to the dental assistant and dentist! I really don't like going to the dentist, having people poke around in my mouth is really annoying to me.. however, this is one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. It was just an exam and a cleaning, but they were fast and efficient. Got it all done and got me out with my teeth feeling clean! WOULD RECOMMEND

Can’t say enough about how professional and easy to work with Neal Baugh and his team are. I called with a some tooth pain. Despite being booked they found a way to get me seen. When I arrived they were professional in the manner they worked with me from the first person collecting my insurance info to the technician that took the x-rays. Felt like they took the time necessary to truly diagnose what was wrong as well as to make sure I had my questions answered. I had severe breakdown on all my teeth due to a previous serious illness. I went in somewhat scared, though within a few minutes felt very comfortable. My first appointment was scheduled only a couple days after the initial phone call to their office. Though the waiting room was busy, I was promptly seen for a consult by Dr. Johnson, and then quickly taken back to have xrays and the exam done. Dr. Johnson was more than gentle and courteous, as each and every staff member and assistant that I have encountered there have been. I have had the "pleasure" of returning for more appointments this week (4 appointments in all), and every single time, it has been a comforting experience. Dr. Johnson is very gentle, and takes appropriate measure to ensure the patient is comfortable and not in pain. He is very informative, and answers every question asked patiently and thoroughly. I have to say that these 4 visits (1 remaining), have been, hands down, the best dentist appointments I've ever had. Of course, they aren't fun, but he and the staff there have done everything in their power to make the best of this experience. And the work done has been absolutely phenomenal, and looks wonderful! This Brentwood location is not only closer to home, it felt like home. No lies, no scams, just purity, truth and caring people. Nadia the assistant was adorable and friendly and Tif at the financial desk was a dream to deal with. I have half a mind to call dental association and BBB on the other location. They quoted me over $800.00 for 6 cavities I DO NOT HAVE! Dr. Yang even told me to stop eating candies! I dont eat candy, Dr. Johnson asked if I had braces in my youth and explained that the stains I have are from the glue where my brackets where from my braces. If something feels "off" go somewhere else, get a 2nd opinion. I'm so relieved I did! So is my savings account as I'm a cash paying patient, my dental insurance basically covers nothing. I'm a new patient at Comfort Dental and I couldn't be happier. They have technicians as good as it gets. They are so pleasant and very eager to make me comfortable. I would recommend Comfort Dental to anyone. I don't know what happened to my 1st attempt at this. Anyway, we were having a difficult time because I have an unusually shaped mouth. They put Juli on the case and BOOM! It takes a minimum of 3 visits to complete this procedure and Juli did just that! And mind you, they are perfect! Juli is a jewel, for certain. If I should have to go back, there for some reason, I'll be asking for Juli.

My gums had started bleeding late one evening. I get my Primary care at the VA. I woke up around 3AM and was seen at the VA ER. It was quiet at that hour so I was seen right away. They did tests, and said I was otherwise good-but get to a dentist. I called around on an early Friday morning, but some were closed, or with reduced hours. I called an office nearby, and spoke with the receptionist. She said they were busy and could maybe work me in the next day, which would be a Saturday. I explained my concerns, so she encouraged me to come in. I was seen quickly, X-Rays taken and had a quick consult with the DDS. He discussed my condition, and gave me the essential meds I needed. I was a new patient, no prior appointment, and I was able to see a Dental Professional. I will be back. I do recommend. 4 1/2 stars is super high rating. 👍
