The ladies working at Torrid during my visit were absolute gems! I was made to feel welcome and beautiful as they helped me find items I was looking for. I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Great, great customer service here. Will definitely return!

Last November my sister passed away, one of the employees went above and beyond to help me find an outfit to wear to her funeral. She was kind and so lovely! ♡♡ I like Torrid's style of clothing, LOVE their leggings and bike shorts, I like their graphic Tees a lot too, they're a good length, I like to cover my fupa and im 6'0 tall, so that's hard to find lol but they cover it nicely. My favorite though would have to be their undies! Well I dunno though, their leggings are pretty soft, and I've had a pair for 3 years, and the thighs are holding up, no rub holes or thinning! Unfortunately lately I've noticed they're pretty expensive. Maybe the prices are the same but I'm just broke right now so prices sting a little more LOL

I would give this location 5 Stars but what happened on my 2nd & 3rd visit to the store kind of left me puzzled. I mean all things considered we are living in the time of Covid-19 soooooo I'll only take one star off simply because we're living in some weird times. Here's my review. My 1st visit 7/4/2020 was EPIC. I had a clothing crisis due to another company not getting my clothes I needed for a wedding to me timely. Torrid Manager Alex SAVED THE DAY!! She was empathetic to my plight and was very helpful. Alex asked me questions to get a feel of what look I was going for and in less than 30 minutes she helped me and my mother pull an outfit and accessories together. She was THE BEST hype person and even showed interest in how everything looked together when I tried all the pieces on, Alex ran from the front of the store to hype my look. I was VERY pleased with my experience. Imagine my surprise when I returned a week later and was IGNORED by most of the staff working on a Thursday afternoon. I will say I was greeted by the store associate who was on mask/greeter duty. My 2nd visit was bland at best, no one asked if they could help me, the store wasn't busy, it was myself and another shopper. I purchased a top, leggings and some earrings. While the woman at the register rang me up she did tell me when scanning my earrings that the jewelry was buy one get one for $5. At this point I was kinda annoyed and was wondering what happened to the cool chill vibe from the week earlier. 3rd Visit came the next day. I loved my shirt from Thursday so I drove back to the mall to grab another cute top. We got to Torrid at 4.15pm, the gate was pulled and a sign said Back in 30 min. No worries there, emergencies happen and sometimes people have to close early. I did some more browsing looking for alternate tops while I waited 30 min and returned to Torrid. Forty minutes later the gate was still down. I walked around some more thinking my luck would change but it didn't. 2nd and 3rd visits bummed me out BUT Torrid is dope overall and I did receive GREAT service on my 1st visit. When I'm in Wichita I'll still drop in to browse and shop

I love Torrids employees. They are always so kind and helpful! Sometimes I feel watched and followed around, but I understand theft happens! Store is always clean and setup in a way to get some style ideas and to get in and out with that you're looking for. My issue is that their clothing can run a little short. I'm 5'9 and don't feel that's super tall, but their shirts always seem to ride a little higher than I would like.

I love Torrid. I truly do. ALL of their shoes are offered in wide width; what's not to love? This particular location was especially spacious, which was a welcome change! Some of the other locations I have shopped have been crowded to the point of claustrophobia. That isn't a good look for a store catering to plus-size women. I mean, read the room, right?? This location was cool, spacious, and had an excellent selection! Update: the good news is that nothing has changed!

Love this place! Awesome, trendy clothes for the plus sized woman!! Cute accessories, and shoes for wide feet if you need that! I just love this place! Their full price items are kind of pricey, but they are always having awesome sales, and if you get on their mailing list, they send out amazing coupons so you'll pay a lot less. If you plan on being a regular, or even an occasional shopper, it will definitely benefit you to get on the email/mail list for the coupons!

One of the employees was very rude to my mom... We walked in with masks, my mom was adjusting her glasses and briefly pulled her mask down when an employee BOLTED over and with an attitude reminded her she must wear it at all times. We AGREE! And we DO wear them at all times, and we are glad they are vigilant, but in this instance the way it was handled was very poor. There was no need for the employee to be so rude when she could clearly see she was only adjusting her mask.. Not trying to go without it. Due to this we were so shocked at her behavior we voiced we would not buy from the store, and we were both about to purchase bras. This store has lost our service, too bad because we were regular shoppers here.

I love Shopping at Torrids with my mom, they have wonderful select of clothes, if they don't have a size that I'm looking for, then they go check on the computer. I love to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for cute and styles that fit their personality. TORRID rocks, they have also have wonderful services. Oh I love Torrid because they have disney. ( which im a huge fan of Disney) TORRID IS THE BEST STORE EVER.

Absolutely love the consistency with sizing and selection. I do really wish everything wasnt cut assuming all women have huge breasts. They are the only pants that fit well on me though!!
