Great experience. Needed a dress for an upcoming event, found this shop online since I’m not from the area. Called, the lady was super nice and invited me to come as a walk in. I came in, everyone was super nice. They don’t mind if you take your time and try many dresses on. They have great tips for your body type and skin tones. They have a seamstress on site so you can literally get everything done there. They can order your exact size if needed. They also have jewelry and other accessories. They have a few fitting rooms and the showroom is organized well. Plenty of mirrors and lights to help you decide. Prices are fair but slightly higher than the average dress boutique.

My experience was reminiscent of how things used to be (before the online ordering, “check our website”, the pandemic and fast-fashion!) with boutique-shopping. I felt Bobi wanted me to find the perfect dress just as much as I did! I called and emailed ahead for their selections, because I was only in town for the day. No other boutique was willing to give me an idea of what they had before I arrived as they did. I will be back! I think Signature is worth the trip.

Gilda is awesome. I've been a customer of her shop for years. She always helps my sister find the perfect dress for her pageants and even get them in at the last minute. She absolutely delivers a winner every single time.Have never had a bad experience there. I will keep going back here for all occasions requiring formal dresses. If I could give her 10 stars I would with no hesitation whatsoever.

We needed a dress shop ASAP after finding out her dress wasn't ordered. I googled and Signature popped up first and happened to be the same store she saw online. She had wonderful experience being 18 and alone. Staff was friendly (I was on the phone) and although she got a different dress, it was was gorgeous. Definitely recommend this store and YES the website is legit.

My experience here was amazing. My daughter was able to find her beautiful prom dress here at Signature. It was many selections and styles to choose from and Ms. Bobbie and the owner (can't remember her name) was very helpful and professional. Will definitely be coming back and referring people to this store.

I have purchased my prom dress from this boutique and have had such a great experience! The staff was so welcoming and supportive, and the boutique itself had so much energy. Although it is a small store, there were so many unique dresses to choose from and the boutique provides alteration services for their dresses, which was convenient. I highly recommend this boutique for those of you who are looking for a prom dress shopping experience!

After getting blindsided by a custom dress designer yesterday three weeks before my daughter’s prom and encountering a rude boutique owner (In Annapolis) this afternoon. We reached out to Signature and Bobbi answered the phone and just the greeting on phone made us feel like the day will get better. Our experience with Bobbi was amazing from the initial phone call to completing our transaction. She picked out a dress that appeared to have been made for my daughter and picked the perfect accessories to go with the dress . After all we encountered in the last 24 hours, we were able to find the perfect dress and our prayers were answered. Thank you Signature, especially Bobbi for turning this frantic prom dress search to a beautiful experience. My daughter is still smiling and can’t wait to pick up her dress. PS. I also saved a couple of dollars. WONT HE DO IT!!!

Absolutely amazing dresses, people, and help!! Whenever I need a dress for a pageant or prom this is where I go and tell my friends to go. Everyone especially the owner is so so sweet. Everyone is so helpful and makes sure u have the right dress. It can be stressful at times but they make sure everything goes smoothly. She accommodates everyone’s needs, even I go I go with my sisters as well. Even when the store is so busy during prom and pageant season she helps everyone!! THE BEST PLACE EVER!!

This place is amazing! They have a great selection of dresses and don’t limit you when trying on dresses like other shops. They allow and encourage you to take photos and videos so you can think about which dress you like best. No pressuring to buy on the spot. All employees, especially Gilda offered help in any way they could. Seriously made prom dress shopping the BEST experience. We will be back for future events. Seriously loved Signature dress shop!!

BEST DRESS STORE! I have been competing in pageants for ten years, and this is by far the best store that I have shopped with. I have gotten a show stopper evening gown and two cocktail dresses from Gilda, the owner! All of the styles are current and so unique. I have worn Signature’s wardrobe for Miss Mississippi USA several times and have always gotten compliments. On one occasion Gilda had to ship a dress to me, and it arrived within a week and was in perfect condition. The jewelry is nice too! I highly recommend this amazing store!

Signature Boutique is the best shop! I bought my wedding dress from here and they were so accommodating. No matter what size you are they make you feel so comfortable and beautiful! My mom is plus size and they asked if she wanted her mother of the bride dress from here without hesitation and made her feel so comfortable never like they couldn’t accommodate her. They go above and beyond for you and you won’t break the bank for a gorgeous gown. I would definitely recommend them!!

This place is the most magical place I've ever been! They have so many different and unique dresses in the store. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. The store is extremely clean and well-organized. I bought a dress for an event that was four sizes too big and didn't have enough time to order a new dress. Raana and Gilda were very helpful in offering alterations and tailoring at a reasonable price. Sonia did a great job making the too big dress fit me perfectly! I got so many compliments on my dress. I will most definitely be back!!!

Signature dress shop is the best dress shop I have ever experienced. I was dreading going prom dress shopping with my daughter, but as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted very nicely and the experience was the best. The professionalism, customer service and selection of dresses was great. I flew all the way from Tampa, Florida to DC just to visit Signature to purchase a dress for my son’s wedding. That is how amazing, beautiful, and unique their selection is. Gilda and her team were ready for my arrival with gowns in mind and they were so gracious and helpful in assisting me choose the perfect dress for such an important event in my life. Called ahead to make sure they had a dress, when I arrived it turns out they didn’t. However the staff were really kind and tried to offer lots of styles nearly identical for the right size and color look. They helped me search for styles that best suited what I was looking for and had a great variety of colors!! The staff really felt like family and actually ordered the dress I was originally hoping to purchase and called later to let me personally know when it should be there and it’ll be waiting for me. They felt like family and I can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful experience! We came here from Hampton Roads, VA. Great selection of dresses and the associate ( I believe the owner) had so many customers, yet she was so attentive and polite. When I found signature dress I first looked at their website. On their website I picked out my favorite dresses and came to see them in person. Unfortunately out of all the dresses I had saved on my phone (7), there was only one in store that was available. It seemed like most of their higher end dresses were online order only. I didn’t want to risk hundreds of dollars on a dress I couldn’t even try on so I opted for the one dress form their site that they did have in store. It was definitely beautiful and I’m so happy with the dress but I felt like the other dresses in the store were very different from what was online. The dress I also purchased from the store was listed as a lower price online. When I addressed this there was some apprehension to give it to me as the price was stated online. They ended up selling the dress to me as the advertised online posting and I was very pleased.

Absolutely Amazing Experience. My daughter dress maker failed us completely her prom was on a Saturday we arrived at Signature that Thursday night right before closing with tears in our eyes. We were greeted with hugs, compassion and love. The ladies at signature immediately went in to let’s get her in a dress mode . My daughter tried on a few gorgeous dresses but had her heart set on a red dress. The young lady said hold on I have the perfect dress . I am not real sure where she pulled this magical red dress with sparkles from but it was Amazingly perfect . I can’t thank them enough. Please save yourself time and stress just go to Signature 1st. Signature dresses is the best place to get your prom dress. The employees are very nice, courteous, full of energy, and are very accommodating to your needs. Even when I was indecisive about my prom dress and wanted to change it (and it was kinda against their policy to do an exchange) they went through all the trouble to go for my wishes! If you're trying to have the best prom and look original at your senior prom or any event, signature is the way to go.

We are in DC taking Princess Alexis to Howard and we decided to do prom dress shopping while here. Searched for prom dress shops near Howard (there where several) and decided to go to Signature Georgetown. So glad we did!!! They have a great selection of beautiful dresses and I’m happy to say that after trying on 5 dresses Alexis found the perfect one!!! Gilda greeted us upon arrival at Signature, told her our price range, she selected several dresses for us, and after finding the absolute perfect dress made it a lil more affordable.
