Love shopping here. I think the prices are reasonable. It's definitely not a salvation army, but however they set prices works! However, if you have a sensitive nose, especially to dust, wear a mask when trying on clothes. I have been sneezing since I left the place yesterday, even though I'd taken my allergy pill as usual.

Ariel at checkout was not only quick and courteous, but she looked fabulous. I'm trans, so going in to stores and finding good clothes is an anxious endeavor but Ariel's level of professionalism and kindness set me at ease. Plus, I came in here at an hour before closing and the rest of the staff was nothing but helpful.

I love it here! Everything is organized by style, size and season! the staff is well put together and very nice as well. I love how the dressing rooms are still open unlike most places! It’s amazing. I’ve sold my items here as well, they were very respectful and fast as well. Thank you so much.

Attentative employees,for the most part. It was uncomfortably hot , and stuffy ... Also shoe selection was kinda poorly selected,A bit dirty. You get four stars because I wouldn't buy your shoes anyways.

I was skeptical about taking my things here after reading reviews but I went and the employees were very nice to me. It only took about 35 min for them to go through my things. I had a tub they maybe bought half of my things which is fine with me. I never go in expecting to have everything accepted. I will continue to go back selling my clothing and purchasing from them.

I've been selling and buying clothes and shoes here for a little while now. Always enjoyed my experiences when it comes to both selling or buying too. They often give you a fair amount of money if you bring in the right items. I find it more worth it to sell here than online at times.

I have noticed quite a few reviews stating that this location does not offer much for clothing. I will agree with that statement, for I received $12.40 for four American Eagle items. I did not see an issue with this. I was intending on donating anyway, which I did with my remaining items to the local thrift shop. The staff was very professional and nice and I noticed the quality of items sold was good for secondhand. I will likely shop here again; however, if you are looking to get money for items I’d suggest ensuring the things taken are in season and name-brand. Overall, I had a great experience and I am pleased with my extra $12.40.

I've never sold clothes at Plato's, but I love shopping there! Great when you're on a budget but you still want to look cool. I've been a thrift store shopper my entire life and I love the variety and eclectic collection that used clothing stores offer. But Plato's is much better quality than your average thrift store. Brittany helped me get my stuff together and even scored me an extra point on my purchase, so woots all around. Great service, clean, and VERY well-organized.

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest and best organized Plato’s closet I’ve ever been to. It felt like a little second hand boutique (which I guess it is) I would say the majority of the clothes I saw were in style. The only downside is a lot of the clothes are over priced. I saw a forever 21 romper I bought brand new priced the exact same. On the other hand I was able to find 5 really cute tops for less than $25 so I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I have taken my clothing to this location NUMEROUS amounts of times!!! I was always greeted nicely and helped quickly!!! I NEVER had any issues. Hayley is an amazing store manager and she was always busy helping out the other employees, not something you usually see a manager doing, so I applaude that! She knows the value of team work. Madison was always so sweet and helpful. If they didn't take my items I'd go to another location. It's that simple. No need to get butt hurt. They don't HAVE to buy anything from you!!! All you got to do is give respect to get respect.

I've been here a couple times and i always come out with more then i expected too, the clothing items are awesome. I've sold here a couple times too and although they didn't take everything, they explained why they weren't able to take the items. I felt like when i left i knew what they were looking for the next time. I really like this place, it has cute clothing for a great price!

When you buy clothes, check if they're not ripped because I came across stuff I like but zipper was or seam was broken. Otherwise, the clothes are fairly priced. You get very little cash for your items and they don't take all clothes. I tried to sell some of my husband clothes from Macy's and they did not take it. They took the clothes from Kohl's. Clothes could be really nice but "not in style" through their eyes.

the selection of clothes has a wide variety; everything is up to date, fashionable, and name brand. sometimes i do run into clothing that has been ripped or is dirty/stained however. customer service could be better and checkout takes way longer than necessary. there is little room to stand in line and there is often only one person working a register as another person stands around until someone comes in to donate clothes. try on stalls could use better privacy and the setup is a little uncomfortable.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. Haylee Zimoski was so helpful with my daughters in assisting them with their selections. She made a usually unpleasant experience for us absolutely amazing! I wish there were more of her in the world. She was patient and kind, something we don't often see anymore. I will definitely shop there again! Excellent selection!

Mostly good stuff but some I feel like should not be on their racks because of the damage I saw on a jacket and soft jackets not looking gentley used. One of the women there had a little attitude when I asked her about editing my phone number.

Really bummer. This place is surprisingly big and decently organized but I’m really bummed about the selling. I had to wait over 2 hours for them to go through my 2 very large bags of clothing. I brought in a wide variety of clothing and I brought in casual off brand items along with designer items. Out of allllll the clothing I brought they picked 4 items and didn’t offer more than $10 for any of them!! They said the styles of everything else wouldn’t sell there. Felt like I just wasted my time bothering to go.

I don’t care what anyone says, this Platos Closet is my favorite. The staff is always super upbeat and personal and very kind and attentive. The new location is so nice! The clothes are organized so well and they have really nice things. I’ve sold here plenty and they’ve taken a ton of my stuff. My best friend and I are literally addicted to Platos Closet and we come here once a week. There’s ALWAYS new stuff to browse through and I love it. Went today and already can’t wait to go back 😂

Good store but you can only get store credit if you return your merchandise. Also, be sure to check your merchandise, it's the second time I found a hole in some of the clothes that I wanted. They don't check the clothes thoroughly.

Sales associates greet you on entering. Almost always pleasant (anyone can have a bad day). Store is clean and easy to get to. Great for second hand clothes and accessories for the family.

I love shopping at this Plato's closet. They have a good selection of clothes and all of the clothes they sell appear to be basically brand new. Haylee was very helpful and friendly as I browsed and even showed suggested a cute top that I ended up buying with the rest of my items.

Store is clean. Some of the stuff they sell is overpriced and or dingy. And sometimes they don't buy good stuff from you. Most of the items are decently priced and in good shape sometimes even brand new stuff can be found here. Staff is friendly and they usually quick about buying your items. Would be 5 stars except for the worn out items they sometimes sell

Went there to sell a few items ,I was greeted soon as I hit the door the associates were friendly and helpful even though they were already busy when I walked in. I waited about 50 minutes then received a text to tell me my items were completed and ready for pick up , I went back to the store received a decent offer for my items which I accepted, it was a pretty good experience for me .

My home store is in Reading, PA but this place had a perfect selection for the beach! I don’t even pack anymore when I travel....theres always a Plato’s with clothes that fit among the locals’s style trends. Best idea for a store, aniywhere! This store is definitely a hit. If you want to get the newest, exclusive styles for cheap then you definitely wanna go here. Platos Closet is the definition of a hidden gem. The customer service is stellar as well; the staff here are all vibrant and willing to help at the drop of a hat. Being able to come here and get a pair of official Jordan's for cheap while getting great service is a highlight of whatever day I come in. If you want to go shopping for anything definitely find time to stop by Platos Closet. And if you're lucky you'll see the smiling face of Nia at the front register ready to help you with all your needs. Platos Closet a gem in every sense of the word.
