⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What can I say? DXL has been my go to for years now. The Brentwood location has a great variety of clothing to choose from. I really like the Vineyard Vines collection! That’s not why I’m giving 5 stars. The staff and customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and sometimes entertaining. There’s never been an issue I couldn’t get help with. From lost receipts, to recommendations on a tailored suit, to what’s on sale, to having an order shipped to the store Shannon (store manager) has always taken care of me with no fuss. I feel like the crew here actually enjoys being at work, at least when I’m there they do.🤷🏾‍♂️ To the store manager Shannon and staff thank you all for always making me feel like a valued customer. 🙏🏾

I had to get a suit for a wedding. The wedding was in 2 hours. Tanner suited me up in 30 minutes. I rolled into the wedding fresh from DXL with compliments all around. The big and tall guys in the St. Louis area, forget everything else and just shop here. Your life will be easier. Also, give Tanner a bonus. Seriously.

My total time in store was somewhere under 10 minutes. I told the wonderful associate (whose name I don't recall currently) my general issues with dress clothing, and the sizes that tend to fit fairly well and within 45 seconds she had a shirt for me to try. It was exactly what I needed. Then we grabbed a second one of a different color of the same brand and checked out. I will for sure be shopping with you guys again but probably online since I don't live near the location. Cannot recommend enough.

I went in looking for a sport coat. Hadn’t bought one in years. I was greeted as I walked into the store by Zach (St. Peters, MO). Let me tell you, customer service was on point. I explained what I was looking for. He helped locate my size within store, selecting multiple options. I ended up with a great looking suit. Great experience. Not easy to find dress shirts in a 19 neck that fit me right, but DXL had them. Reasonable prices, found a couple on clearance, extremely tidy and well-kept store, and very helpful staff!

This place is great, good selection of clothes, inventory presented well... Shannon was the one who helped me out. She was great, she looked up my purchase history & measured me up for everything I was looking for (just to be sure). The only bummer was the crazy Brentwood tax rate.

SOS... Simply Outstanding Service!!! Today was my first visit to DXL. I am having a dinner function in CA next week and needed a newer sport coat. When I walked in the door, I was great immediately. The incredibly nice sales woman asked my name and took my size and pointed me in the right direction. She stopped by a few times to see how I was doing. It was clear pretty quicllkly that she would not have to sell me a sport coat, the selection and price did it all for me. She offered her opinion and shown me some of the colors in the coats and also reminded me of what the weather in CA will be this time of year. I will be a frequent shopper because of today's experience. The cost fits great, looks great and was priced great.

I went in to return a shirt that didn't fit, thinking I might just get my money back or maybe exchange it. The sales clerk immediately identified that I needed a 'tall' version of the shirt, did the exchange and re-bagged it all within 5 minutes. Excellent service!! Highly recommend!!!

This place would normally be 5/5 for service, selection, & friendly staff (albeit a bit pricey). The store's posted hours, website, and Google say that they're open, but the doors are locked and nobody is inside. I'd normally go for a lower rating than 3/5 when this would happen but they've had a good track record until today.

My son and I had been running around for hours trying to find him some size 14/15 dress shoes. He's tall but athletic build. He has no trouble finding athletic shoes, but finding dress and casual shoe is a nightmare. DXL had a pair of Stacey Adam's that are perfect for his outfit. Betty was great from the moment we walked in. We will shop with them again. It will be a bonus if Betty is at work on our next visit.

My size is in between the size at a big box store and this one. Mo and the seamstress helped me make sure i had a suit that fit me and wasn't out of my price range and got it back to me altered faster than I have ever gotten a suit altered. I will be going back for the service and the alteration. I always thought I was a little to short at six six for this runs and a little to light at two seventy but I was wrong. They had my size jeans anof suits.

My husband found exactly what he was looking to wear for our daughter's wedding. Gal who measured him listened and directed him to the items. Everything fit first try. In and out in a flash. I wish I'd found my dress that fast!

Great store for the "large and in charge" individual. Great selection of business casual attire, pants and t-shirts. Keep in mind: Most of their items are expensive, but quality(and extra fabric) cost. Have yet to buy something here that wore out or tore quickly. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Two recommendations: •Sign up on their newsletter to get discounts and and a great birthday coupon. •See what you like in the store, try it on, then buy it online.

As a big guy, this place is perfect. No worrying about getting stuck with poor fitting Hawaiian style shirts and pants that split their stitches. Only the highest quality items in styles that make you feel good about yourself.

It's funny... as I've lost weight, I find that the selection and fit here just doesn't work for me anymore. I find myself shopping here less and less, even though they carry my sizes. I just don't want to buy baggy-fit jeans, and slacks with pleated fronts anymore, and it seems that that's what's popular with the plus-size customer.
