Love the store, been here multiple times and staff is always so friendly and helpful, I see a lot of reviews where it says their items are pricey and yes they are but their stuff wears like iron and I feel is worth every dollar. The only downfall is the parking.

The staff were very nice and friendly, they made sure that I was finding everything I needed, and were able to tell me more than enough information on the products that I was interested in. Very nice staff. Very helpful no matter how dumpy you look (had my husbands dirty coveralls on and his large snow boots, have been shoveling all day). I needed new mittens after giving mine to a homeless person. The staff looked all over for the ones I had. I bought them the year the store opened in SF.. SADLY, no one could find the same pair.

My favorite clothing store. Great selection all with easy returns if needed, however I've never used returns myself. Pants and shirts never seem to wear out. I have jackets in 3 different weights and don't go out without them. Parking is on a very crowded street and difficult to find.

Incredible brand, great store, helpful staff and top notch clothing. The store is always immaculately clean and very well staffed. This particular location is divided evenly between a men's and women's side. In addition to the clothing, they've also got soaps, candy, work gear, axes, knives, and a bunch of other accessories. I've been buying my work gear here for years and wouldn't spend my money anywhere else. They're obviously more expensive than a cheap pair of jeans from Walmart and but they're worth every single penny. Between comfort, durability, design, and functionality there is no equal. Go buy a set of Duluth Trading Company fire hose pants today. If you're in the trades it'll be the best purchase you make this year.

I was visiting Sioux Falls from Tennessee and was welcomed and waited upon "hand and foot" with Midwest hospitality as nice as any in the South. Great early black Friday specials and an outstanding inventory. Full sets of size ranges in stock. I'm instantly a fan of this store after one visit.

Genuine products that last! You always get what you pay for so the prices are a bit much but you won't be disappointed. I recently purchased a garment and it fit everywhere perfectly. I wouldn't change it at all. Again good quality stuff and the employees really seem to love the company the represent! Great time at a great store.

They are downtown so parking can be a pain. However, they have great quality clothing. Prices can be a little on the high end but quality is worth it.

This is the greatest place for work or play attire. Prices are very reasonable. They stand behind them as well. I had a pair of pants that failed while wearing them. I brought them back, and the gave me a new pair.,no hassle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here.

I love shopping here, and I hate shopping. They help you find what you want and aren't pushing a bunch of things you don't want or need. Prices are high, but quality even higher. And returns are a non-issue. Excellent recommendations for dealing with real-life issues such as wet underwear on the job, lol. They get it. Our whole family loves their clothes.

Duluth Trading Company, has, in my experience some of the best clothing out there. The sheer quality of their goods is refreshing in a world of low quality napkin-level clothing. High quality clothing, at high prices. The old phrase "you get what you pay for" holds true at this retailer. They offer a pair of pants for every job or activity. From lounging to canoeing to digging a well, the clothing they offer covers it all. I've owned a few pair of firehose work pants and have zero complaints. My favorite pants right now for everyday wear and casual dress are their quick dry pants. They are light weight and look nice enough for the office setting. My only complaint with Duluth Trading Company is there no bull guarantee, read the fine print, there is a little bit of bull...

First timer here. Asked if they had winter coats and they said there were some "coming in next week". It's the middle of October!!! Then they said they would be limited as to selection vs online but I could order from store to have it delivered to my house. Isn't that what happens anyways? So if you need a $28 Pair of underwear or socks...this is the place. I will say I've heard the quality of their garments is better than average, but I just can't pull the trigger on a purchase. Maybe I'll hit the lottery.

The Duluth Trading No Bull 100% Guarantee is truly that! I called customer service hoping to get help filing a claim with the USPS because they basically delivered the package to my dog on the front porch, so he destroyed two pair of boxers. The customer service representative quickly submitted an order to replace the 2 items which FAR exceeded my expectations.

I love Deluth Trading Company. The products are very high quality albeit a little expensive. I recently moved to Sioux Falls and have had a chance to shop in the retail store. The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. We take guests/visitors to the store when they come to visit to turn them on to Deluth products. I think my favorite thing about Deluth other than the great products is the No Bull guarantee. I’m disabled and have to shop online a lot so it’s tough to know exactly what your getting until it arrives. As a result I have to make more than the average amount of returns. The staff make that process easy and painless. If you need to make a return it is super simple and I never feel judged or hassled in anyway. I buy their products knowing that they will stand behind them for life. Deluth does a good job of keeping things fresh. They offer new products all the time. The Deluthflex Firehose Pants are my favorite pair of pants. Their socks are awesome and I hear that the underwear are great too but I don’t own any. Deluth stocks just a few products from other manufacturers when there’s a hole in their inventory covers or if another company just has a superior product. If your lucky enough to have a retail store in your town, go check it out. If not you can shop online with confidence knowing that they will take returns with no hassle at all. Thank Deluth, we own a lot of your clothing and we enjoy doing business with you!

Helpful staff, and one of the few places that sell women's pants in a 35in inseam. They have the most comfortable jeans, and Duluth Trading makes the absolute best undies money can buy. The only drawback is not all of their pants are available in long lengths.
