I have been a customer for years, and every time I have visited this store, she has been more than accommodating, polite, and very friendly. Even when they did not carry certain products I was looking for, she always pointed me in the right direction. just bought some new glass from here. service was wonderful, didn't catch her name but she was very helpful and knowledgeable, and friendly. I got a couple nice little pieces to put in a travel case.. they are some heavy hitters! I was expecting at best an average smoke out of them, but these hit like a dream. they have an attractive design and the carb is perfectly sized to maximize usage. best small pipes I've owned!

I'm always recommending this place to friends and family all the time. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and are really nice doing business with. They've answered my questions, helped me out when I didn't understand how vape mods work, answered my questions about different types of nicotine and whatnot. Their glass room is impressive and they definitely know their stuff!

Customer service above and beyond expectations! I purchased a vape unit from them and it quit working about a month later. Took it in to have it exchanged but it was past the warranty that they offer. After explaining the situation to Jim, he kindly swapped it out for me - even knowing that his manufacturer may not replace it. Excellent customer service like this really shows why they have been in business for so long. Thanks Jim! I'm glad I chose to shop here and will gladly continue to do so!

Really friendly staff. Clean shop, well lit. Nothing like the smoke shops of yesteryear. Staff had helpful recommendations regarding Vape device selection, were able to give personal recommendations based on their use. Always helpful when staff members are active participants. They even offered to give me free battery sleeves to make sure I was safe in my battery usage, I threw them off with clear wraps. One of Utah's oldest smoke shops, always a pleasure.

This is hands down THE BEST shop in the valley and I've been to ALL of them. The staff are consistently professional and extremely friendly and above all the level of knowledge each employee has on the various product lines is amazing. I want to give a specific shout out to one of their employees: CJ...I had a product issue and he easily managed and explained the warranty to me in full and was able to help me leave there with a new product in hand. So to Aztec Highway CJ is definitely knocking it out of the park and as a unit it is the best customer service anywhere in the valley. Loyalty for life!!

I literally drive 25 minutes from my home to there, and it's well worth it!! They're the only smoke shop I will go to. All the employees are so nice and definitely know all about the products they are selling. I love the variety of flavors, and how cheap the ejuices are! To give an example as to how much they care about their customers...I had driven there on my lunch break from work (which is basically right next to my house), so it took me about 20 minutes to get there, but they are always worth it! They helped me get the exact things I needed, and rang me up after about three minutes of just being in the place. Unfortunately, as I rushed to get in my car and head back to work, I had been stupid enough to lock my own keys inside my car. I ran back in the store, right on the brink of just crying my eyes out, and asked them if there was anyway they could help me get my car unlocked. The manager immediately picked up the phone and started calling around to numerous locksmiths, and she found one for me at 10 at night. She even let me use her cell phone so I could call my work and tell them what happened and that I'd be late back from lunch. The manager even hugged me and just took care of me as if I were her sister. You CANNOT FIND A BETTER SMOKE SHOP AROUND SALT LAKE <3 see you guys in a few hours!! It's time to stock up on my juice again :)

SUMMARY: I would recommend Aztec Highway for your smoking needs. Sorry this review has been long overdue. PROS: They have a lot of good-quality merchandise, which I have found to be fairly priced. Everything I have bought there has outlasted anything else I've purchased elsewhere. They certainly are not the cheapest, but they're definitely not the highest either. The biggest and main reason I come here is the customer service. The staff I have had the privilege to work with (Santino & Janae) all remember me by name and are always super friendly. A lot of other reviews say that some of the employees are rude, which luckily I haven't met someone that has been rude per say, but I could see where they get that idea. Fact is a lot of companies have a couple bad apples, so depending on how you handle the situation, that will render a different response. If I ever encounter an issue with an employee, I'd let management know and then go from there. CONS: While they do have a lot of merchandise, they lack in carrying big name brand glass there. Luckily, I haven't been disappointed with any of my purchases. I consistently get compliments on the functionality of the product, as well as the appearance. The best part is they only cost a fraction of what others do. Thanks for always providing me with superior service and help. UPDATE - 04/14/15: I only give businesses 5-Star Reviews when I feel like I've truly received superior service. I wrote Aztec's review about 1-2 weeks ago. Today, the manager made it a point to acknowledge my review and personally thanked me for it. I do not have any affiliations with Aztec or it's employees, nor did I receive an incentives to write my review or update it. To me, a company that stays current and actually shows interest in both their good and bad reviews says a lot about them. Thanks again. Cody B

I love this place. I come here for several reasons. The staff is chill, friendly, and knowledgeable. I can't tell you how many times they've helped me with my e-cig woes. Then there's the variety of e-cig flavors (giggity)! Don't waste your time with those little smoke shops they're garbage in comparison. Edit 9-23-15: after writing my review I decided to read through some of the others and felt a little perplexed. I go out of my way to come here for the flavors but mostly for the staff! I have never met anyone there who was rude. There has been a time or two where one of the employees didn't know something about my e-cig needs but there was always someone else to step in and help out.

Overpriced, for sure, but I still love it here. Knowledgable and friendly, I spend so much money here it seems like I always get $10 off Haha. They have a wide assortment of vape juice, mods and gear, as well as glass and water pipes for the counter culture. Love this place!

I walked into the store yesterday being an absolute and total vape newb. I didn't really want a vape that required a whole lot of brain power to operate. I believe it was the beautiful Janae that helped me by suggesting the Voopoo stick. This stick has NO watt programming and literally hits better than ANY other beginner vape I’ve had that is 2-3x the cost! The plume is not obnoxious but substantial and truly satisfying. She also found a neck holster and gave it to me for free. I felt so spoiled and pampered at Aztec Highway and Janae made me feel like a treasured and cherished customer. I'm definitely a customer for life! #aztechighwaylove #voopoofan
