As always, this location is peaceful, warm and welcoming! Asked one the associates if they had a black Jean jacket similar to one I was wearing that I bought from there two years ago. They found a great color match but I wasn't feeling the wide arm style. I also found some actual 'high waisted' jeans! Super giddy in the dressing room when I tried them on. One for $18 and another pair for $44 (which were suspiciously prompt up next to the jeans on sale with no big price sign). Their clothing can be super pricey and rack up that total if one isnt paying attention, overall they always have great clothes.

Would have given 5 stars if they carried the tall big mens clothes and if their customer service was a little more focused on. I got help when I asked for it tho by some friendly associates, just didn't like that I couldn't tell who was working and i had to go looking for someone for help

I love shopping here because the clothes are cute and affordable! Whenever I go, the store is nice and neat. They take care to keep it presentable. Employees are always welcoming and knowledgeable about current promotions. Only issue is that sometimes there aren't enough cashiers when the line gets really long. But besides that I like this location a lot.

Found most of what I wanted, did not have black jeans in my size but that was ok, still pick up over $150 worth of items. The ladies on the floor were an excellent help. There was a male cashier, tall black guy, well he needs a happy pill. I got in his line and automatically felt miserable because he seemed so miserable cashiering, however all to him, me being a first in this store the overall experience was great.

Two floors Old Navy store that has it all. The location is superb. Prices are reasonable and customer service is efficient. The store didn’t have the size of a shirt I requested so they made sure to book it from another ON store and ship it to my apartment.

I tried the order online pickup in store option for the first time. Everything worked out great. Although it was a Wednesday evening so the store wasn't busy. I would like to see how effective and efficient it is during busy hours and there are lines.

Nicest old navy in the area. Clean, well lite, well stocked and ALL the associates are wonderful!! Very pleasant and extremely helpful. It's hard to get good let alone great customer service nowadays but the associates here are GREAT!!

The selection or merchandise availability was ok. However, the team members did not apprar to be as friendly as they could have been. Also no one acknowledged or greeted me and my husband when we entered different parts of the store. The cashier upon check-out did ask if I found everything ok. Location is good but Their needs to be more people on the registers and Old Navy needs to work on the selection things that were advertise were not there or out of stock this can be very frustrating. Plus let's say you have a money off coupon online from using your old navy card but you wanna use that money off coupon you must use your old navy card you cannot use cash this has to change also

Love their Jean's there is no other store that Jean's fit me any better also has great screen t's for the boys. And denim jackets for the whole family. Always have a clearance area and give u old navy cash every time u spend 25 or more. You get more than what u bargain for your buck here.

Old Navy I visit the store every once in awhile and when you looking for a jeans outfit pants and jacket matchable that's just all you go into old Navy and the customers shop there every day the stores they stay crowded dab prices is unbelievable and the cashier will work with you but you have in your pocket to spend that's what I love about old Navy if you see an outfit and the price is $59 and all you have is $35 they would give it to you for that price love myself in old Navy
