I love going to Old Navy stores. You can always find great deals in any of their locations.

The definition of average which I guess is to be expected of an outlet store. The deals are just okay but not great. Nothing to run out for. Inventory is decent. Store is neither really clean or dirty. Employees are nice enough. Plenty of dressing rooms. It's location is in the worst part of the mall IMO. Again not bad but not great this location falls right in the middle.

Love that I can go to 1 store and buy for the whole entire family, especially with the prices they have too. Loaded up with Christmas clothes for my kids and also myself too. The worker's we're extremely helpful,kind , patient concidering that I spent about $800 in there . Their clothes are well worth it the quality. Highly recommend this store for anyone.

The prices are great, location is in Philadelphia mills mall, also known as( franklin mills mall), the quality is here for a great price, they always have some kind of promotions or sale's going on, if you have kids that are rough and tuff on cloths, old navy cloths stand up to the wear and tare of children of all age's.

Low prices Great deals, excellent discounts friendly employees Beautiful environment, great conversation with employees. Felt welcomed all over Not a long wait in a line that day. They have all age clothes including baby clothes. They are selling winter and summer clothing great for getting prepare for warm weather.

I usually find something i like and in my size..they seem to have more variety then a regular store..and i do love their flip flop colors! My motivation today was some basic t-shirts. And having a gift card helped! There always seems to be a line forever but the cashier was pleasant. One of my all time favorites, brings back memories

I had to return an item for my daughter at Old Navy in Phila. Mills Mall. Problem was my daughter nor I knew that there were two Old Navy stores in the mall. Long story short I was redirected to the one I needed by an exceptionally curtious staff member. When I got to where I needed to be I had the same experience with the staff. Polite, friendly and eager to help! Outstanding!

I love Old Navy, but so do many others. It gets kind of crowded, and some of the stands aren't organized as well as they could be (due to people throwing them around, no fault to the store though). It's still a great place to get cheap, fashionable clothes. Particularly, their graphic tees are awesome.

Sticker shock. Sweatpants for $25. Leggings for $35... I had a gift card and signed up for coupons right before I walked in the store so I saved 30... very nice, very clean staff was excellent

I love Old Navy I try to look for the discounts. And when I was in there when winter was ending they had a lot of clearance stuff for my daughter. I just enjoy going there cause they always have something on sale.

The store can be disorganized. I was in line for the fitting room and a couple went in the room together and the employee allowed it, even with children around. I prefer other Old Navy locations but will come here if I'm in the area.
