The staff was really friendly and helpful. They didn't have the 2 bra styles I wanted in my size but I was able to prder online once I got home.

The staff were super nice and friendly; there was one product that I couldn't find at any of the other locations and when searching for two things that I couldn't find within my size, two members of the staff offered to check their back stock-they had the last ones in stock and they gave both of them to me! I've always had great experiences at the stores, but by far, this location has been the friendliest AND nicest! Thank you!

Well the name sells itself here. I've been a Victoria's Secret fan since I was a teenager. And still to this day it's one of my top 3 FAV places to shop! The price point is a little bit higher then I would like, but quality makes it worth every penny. I'm a lifer no doubt about it! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc this particular visit they were under staffed and it took forever to get anyone's attention for the fitting rooms, as well as to check out, otherwise the staff were super friendly, just not enough hands on deck!

I went to walk at the mall today. Exercising post back surgery. Stopped in the store and had 3 different clerks offering to reach items throughout the store. One clerk even communicated to another from Pink to VS to check me out at the closer pos. Awesome to be out, went home with new clothes and summer fragrance and mostly your staff are so kind! Thank you!

I rarely come here anymore but oh my god they had what I needed. Not to mention they still has their Black Friday sale going on and the lady that greeted us; pretty short dark brown/black hair, was super nice. So all my chest size is at my side not my front so I’m cursed to wear a push up but this one I got Oml it’s magic. Victoria Secret came to the rescue!

I visited this location with a loved one recently and though I didn't do any shopping I was impressed by the employees. They were very kind and professional, but also relaxed and fun. They balance work and fun creating a welcoming shopping environment for all. I would definitely recommend this place to others because it was very enjoyable talking and joking with the staff during my visit.

I decided to visit Victoria Secret. It's located in the Westroads mall. Everyone was so nice. The manager helped many times. Tall blonde manager. I fail to remember her name but she was a sweetheart. I love shopping there. I always have.

I in to get my favorite perfume. It was 2 days after Christmas AND 7 for $28 panties, so naturally the store was a disaster which is understandable. I learned from a worker that this perfume was being discontinued and there were no more bottles for sale at the store, so I went to the cash register with a bunch of the travel size body mists (all that was left) and she mentioned that she knew where there was two big bottles of this perfume hiding in the store. So she went and got a bottle for me, I could not be more grateful to her! The cashier number on the receipt is 3075231, I did not catch her name. Hopefully she gets gratification for this, because I cannot thank her enough!

You can never go wrong with Victoria Secret! My mom introduced me at 16 and I've been obsessed. I just took my 16 year old there and she loved it. Even though they were busy the staff were extremely helpful with taking their time making sure she had the right size.

I go here with my significant other sometimes and we enjoy it. We had a time where we tried to put a certain clothing item on hold overnight 15 minutes before they closed and said we would buy it upon opening time in the morning and they refused to put it on hold overnight. We were extremely frustrated because we went to two stores looking for the right size in the jacket and finally ended up getting it in the right size the next day.

I went in there to get fitted and possibly buying a bra. Elizabeth was my bra specialist and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me choose the size and style that was right for me. I ended up buying 2 bras. The cashier was friendly and cheerful.

One of the bigger stores. They have so much more new items after they expanded. Very cool product. At the checkout is where they lack. It's hard to get in and out quickly when no one notices or acknowledges you. But otherwise, I enjoy coming here.

I was shopping for my girlfriend because it was our anniversary soon so I wanted to get her something special but I am a guy that had absolutely no idea what I was doing so I asked an associate for some help and they were more than helpful making an awkward situation not one they helped me look and find the correct sizes and types of underwear which helped make the process go al ot easier they also helped me get some pretty great deals which aloud me to save about two hundred dollars which I used to take my special girl to dinner

PINK- The selection isn't the greatest in my opinion. I am not an xs or s. From my visits, that's what most the pink side is. Victoria secret- i love their bras. They are "expensive" BUT when the bras last YEARS it's worth the price.

Went here with my adult daughter she had just watched all of the fifty shades series, she told the sales clerk she needed to up her game, it was funny but the sales lady not only helped her find her everyday items at a huge savings as it was their big sale day, she found her a couple surprises for hubby.

Asks ton of questions before you can enter store about what your shopping for and for who your name etc, then constantly every 5 minutes asks if you need help.

It's your average Victoria's secret store. The only thing that annoys me is sometimes they close down the cash registers but there's no sign so you're just standing there and then they tell you that you can only check out inside of the pink store.
