They were so busy and the manage, I'm assuming, made sure everyone know where to go to check out and what sales were available and kept the social distancing in order while making sure the line was moving. The team worked well together. It was really busy and I was only in there about 20 mins. So I'm sure the entire day was crazy, and it looked like they handled it well regularly at that time.

I love shopping at Old Navy and can always find a great piece for my wardrobe for a great price. I usually stop at this location in Westroads mall when I'm bringing my kids to nearby JCPenny for pictures. I especially like their selection for women's clothing. Their boy's section is a bit skimpy, but the girl's section has more to choose from. The Old Navy cash and rewards definitely make it worth it to shop here.

Visited a week ago, not really the best Old Navy, the fitting room is odd because there is no one there to tell you which room to go into and such. And when I visited their were only 2 workers, one stocking and one at the cashier.
