When I was being measured he just looked at my neck and knew what size I was going to be. No matter what you want, something more luxurious or something on the cheaper side, they have what you need and are willing to help you.

Right away my experience was different here. I felt valued as a customer and got help right away. The store was welcoming, and cozy and the selection was great. I sent a note to Chris at 9:15 PM on a Tuesday and he said to come in the next day and he will take care of me. He is a man of his word. I got an amazing suit, gave me a discount, free shoe shine, and free socks! Not to mention I got a shirt, tie, and three belts all discounted by him on the spot. I came to Pinpoint Resource needing a suit for a job interview. I have a smaller frame and it is usually very hard for me to find clothes that fit and make me feel comfortable. On top of that, I needed a suit in under two weeks. Chris and his team helped me drastically and found a suit in under two weeks and also had it tailored to fit better. Repeatedly stopped listening to me to talk to people in the background. I have no idea where to start with a custom suit as I have never purchased one before. if youre like me and need guidance and have little expereince with tailored suits I would not recommed this place. This seems to be a place for the more experienced suit wearers. ill update this comment with were I landed once I do a little window shopping today. re: Update!! Very quick response from Chris about my complaint and I will be calling him in hopes of getting a suit from Pinpoint. We went to 5 different suit places before finding Pinpoint on google and deciding to give it a try! We were looking for light grey suits for our wedding party and every other place we went to either said they couldn’t help us because the grey we wanted was too light and they didn’t have it or it was too expensive. As soon as we walked in Chris was unbelievably helpful and with the simplest description pulled out the exact suit we had been searching for. From there he took the time to personally fit each and everyone of our grooms and groomsmen, trying them in as many suits as it took to find the perfect size. They also found the most beautiful leather suspenders I had dreamed of having on the groomsmen for the wedding and only thought I’d have to order online somewhere. I cannot recommend this place enough or say thank you enough to Chris for everything he did for us! If you are looking for suits, dress shoes or anything go here!!!!

I have visited Chris at Pinpoint Resources a few times now and every visit has been great! His prices are always reasonable and his selection is fantastic. I am getting married this summer and went to him to get my suit and my groomsmen's outfits. He worked with me to make sure my suit fit perfectly and that it was in a price range I could afford. He also made sure I was getting the right stuff for my groomsmen at a decent price. He works hard to make sure I have everything I need to look my best. He also has a great selection of shoes, socks, ties, and other accessories. He isn't pushy like other salesmen, and is considerate of my needs, time, and wallet. Chris was able to help me understand the differences in the incredible array of suits he has in my (very rare) size and he made sure that I got the most bang for my buck when investing in a suit. Chris event went so far as to give me advice on how to pair the suit that I got with a shirt and tie and how to keep it in good condition for years to come. If you are in the market for a suit, dress shoes, or any formal wear, Pinpoint Resources in Oklahoma City is definitely worth the trip. I brought the full setup. 3 piece suit, several shirts, ties, pair of shoes, handkerchiefs, and their tailor hemmed my pants perfectly. Pimpoint had two pairs in my size of pants that exactly fit my needs. Chris worked with me on the price so that I could afford to buy both pairs. He was so helpful. I live in Norman and don't get to 50 Penn Place very often, which is a shame. I'd like to make Pinpoint Resource a regular shopping stop for my clothing needs.
