My wife and I had been planning for months to visit Rustler while on our getaway to Nashville. Getting custom hats was our anniversary/valentines gifts to each other. We started following Rustler on every social media platform and loved their work after doing research and searching for custom hat makers. We did not make reservations due to we were there on a Monday and right at opening so we did not fear them being busy but they did have others first thing in the morning. Ms Stormy and another gal (whose name we can not remember) who was in training did our experience. These gals did not disappoint. They did exactly what we were both looking, have wonderful ideas and suggestions, and kept making adjustments until we were 100% happy. My wife even brought a pin that was part of her wedding dress and they where able to make it part of the hat! They did all this while they where having a new bar installed. The whole experience was wonderful and definitely will be back in the future, even if it’s to say hi or have an adjustment made. If you are looking to have a custom hat made and in Nashville TN, I highly recommend Rustler. The quality and experience is 5 ⭐️!!!

The women at this hat bar are absolutely wonderful, incredible and amazing! I brought my wife and daughter there and were waited on and catered to like we were the only ones there (it was packed). Christine made suggestions and listened to what my ladies wanted and created two amazing hats! If you’re in Nashville, I highly recommend stopping by, even if you’re aren’t in the market for a new hat, you may just find you need one! :)

I came in today on my trip from VA! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very bubbly and sweet worker. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of deciding and picking out everything, with all my questions and request being met or answered. The workers were so kind and patient as I was a bit picky with what I wanted. Morgan did an amazing job free-handing my sunflower! I’d recommend this to anyone willing to spend the money, the experience is great and the hats are amazing quality.

Beautiful custom hats! I was so impressed with the the ladies who helped me bring my vision to life - thank you Christine & Ashtyn! They were SO patient and helpful as we went through the process of selecting the right fabric and color, the perfect mold and finally accessorizing my new beauty. It’s a really cool process to watch as they craft these beauties. It felt so special walking out of there with my custom hat! Photos don’t really do it justice. Highly recommend:)

We were visiting Nashville and my friend wanted me to bring him a custom replica of John Dutton's hat from Yellowstone. We walked into the store were greeted warmly and I showed Ashtyn a picture of the hat we wanted. We were not convinced that buying a custom hat for someone else was a good idea but Ashtyn quickly reassured us and we immediately saw that she knew what she was talking about and that she had great expertise. After analyzing the pictures and asking us a few questions, she started shaping the hat in front of us step by step. To see the hat being molded by this professional artist was an amazing experience. She was able to reproduce all the details of the hat in the photo with amazing ease. She even offered to add a "distressed" look to simulate marks of age and wear. The final result is beyond realistic. During the whole process of making the hat, I was constantly sending pictures to my friend in Quebec and he was thrilled after each step! The final product is a great quality hat that is worth every penny of the investment. Thank you Ashtyn !

Had the most incredible experience with my gfs here! Don’t get me wrong the hats can be quite pricy but the experience was so fun! We pre booked appts ahead of time (highly suggest doing that if you are a big group). Start with picking out your hat (ranges from $195 USD-$500+) then you can adorn your hat with different accessories as well as stitching or burning your initials in (all at an additional cost).w

My husband is visiting Nashville, and under our conditions, he promised me he would buy me a hat. I found them on TikTok went on the website and they actually do virtual appointments so I can make my own hat and releasing that stress off my husband, it was a great experience. Rachel was so sweet, taking her sweet time and making everything perfect My hat came in about 2 to 3 days and it was everything I ever wanted.

Prolly the best experience on my nashville trip! I have decided many times if i really do wanted to do it cause its a little pricey but let me tell you. Im glad I did. The hat is so beautiful and christine helped me out make my vision possible! She was super nice and helpful and really patient. Took the time to make my hat perfect for me!!! So happy with my hat! At first, it was a bit of a weird experience because all of the stylists were busy and I didn’t realize what was going on. Once my appointment time came, they offered me a beverage and my stylist was 100% present and offered great advice on my hat. Overall, amazing experience and would recommend to anyone who really wants a special, one of a kind hat! Pro tip: the time to have a good idea of what you want! It will make the stylists and your life easier and ensure you walk out happy!

Me and my fiancé were on our vacation and made an appointment here and it was a great time. The workers were all so nice and made sure we got what we wanted. They also made sure we knew all the pricing so we didn’t go too overboard lol. Make sure you have plenty of money in the bank though! And most importantly the hats are high quality and beautiful! 10/10!

LOVE THEM!! Spent a week in Nashville, went to this shop 3 different times, until I ran out of people with me to purchase hats! :) The staff is awesome, the experience is fun, and the hats don't look too bad either, lol! Overall, Rustler Hat Co was a very cool experience and it was what I was most looking forward to on my Nashville trip. I had made an appointment so I could for sure get my own stylist to help me through the process since I am new to the hat world. It was very crowded at my appointment time and it took a good 10min of just waiting before a stylist finally came to help me (even after checking in with an appointment! Other people without appointments got to go ahead of me) She didn’t help with fitting or help me find the right size. I was told we’d get a free drink but was never offered any. The store was very chaotic and unorganized. I had to wander all around to find what I wanted. Customers kept taking hat bands and ribbons off the walls to the counter, making it difficult for other people to find what they wanted. My stylist didn’t help with any suggestions or even let me know what all I could do. I also didn’t receive any care tips. Rustler is a super cool concept and idea. They just need to iron out a few problems yet and become better organized with the process.

The wonderful ladies who work there really make sure you have first class service!!!!! We were also able to speak with the owner who is absolutely AMAZING! This place is awesome!!! Made my hat on a Thursday and ended up having the best weekend ever. Kicked things off perfectly. Stormi was a dream to work with and the other girls in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable (and trust me I needed all the help I could get). Rustler Hat Co couldn’t have been more accommodating! We have already gotten so many compliments on our hats! Our girl (I wish I could remember her name) was fantastic! We were able to walk in, look around with no pressure then decided on purchasing a new custom hat. Rachael was the best to work with. She made sure we picked the best hat, made it fit exactly how I wanted and then customized it for us. This is a must do in Nashville. It was our best experience here.

Axle and Skylar were absolutely amazing. Both gave much time and detail to our party of 4. My hat I wanted touch-ups too and Axle took care of it immediately. It's a total experience. And worth the time to book the reservation for $75 goes towards your hat if you are definitely buying one. We had drinks served, and total attention to detail. Highly recommend. Axle also said that he had made a hat for Cole Hauser from Yellowstone not many weeks before. I'm a Beth Dutton fan so I wanted something that she'd wear. I don't know much about hats and pricing but hats range from 195 and jump to 475 before having anything added for details.

If you are in Nashville from Nashville or even near Nashville you have to visit this place. I’ve been to Kemosabe in Aspen and it does not compare to Rustler Hat Co at all. Not only is the experience so fun and special, the staff could not be any nicer or make it more fun for my family and I. Gracie, Stormi & Skylar were so hospitable and made the experience so amazing. I loved creating a hat at Rustler!!! Wow what an amazing experience. I know it’s a little pricy and that can be a little off putting at first, but I’m big on experiences and this was an amazing experience!!! You can easily add a lot of cute add ons to your hat affordably (adding on branding, feathers, ribbons) they have 2 main starter hats that start at $195, a cream colored and a mocha. I had a wonderful time working with one of the gentlemen there, he helped me build my hat and gave a lot of recommendations for my hat and was very patient! The experience is personalized and it was my favorite part of my Nashville trip!

Found this shop online after two days of searching every boot and hat store in Nashville. Walked in 20 minutes before closing and at no point felt rushed. The staff was super supportive - offered me a ton of suggestions and options (which was amazing as I was very indecisive). Had my family with me and they were all welcome and included in the process. A MUST DO FOR ALL BACHELOR PARTIES Definitely one of the best experiences of my whole trip, Christine and Kelsey ensured that the whole process was incredibly enjoyable, well tended, and no BS! I had an appointment at Rustler and placed a deposit; unfortunately I had a family emergency the day of and had to cancel. I expected to forfeit the deposit due to being within 24 hours. However, the employee connected me directly to the manager, Stormy, who was extremely accommodating and was able to apply my deposit to another day and time of my choosing. I haven't been in their location yet, but was extremely impressed by their customer service, and am looking forward to my experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Rustler Hat Co! I had called 45 minutes before closing to see if I could come into the store with a few friends. The manager Stormy was SO kind - she said that they would stay open late to accoomdate us, since we were leaving Nashville the next day! The entire staff at the store was incredible! It was such a fun experience and everyone's personalities made it that much more memorable. They stayed open over 1 hour late for us and never rushed us or anything!!
