Jazmin was great!! This was my first time dress shopping, I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn’t sure. Jazmin listened, read my body language, and helped me bring my vision to life! 4 dresses later I found my dress! The dress was everything I wanted and then some! I couldn’t stop smiling and didn’t want to take the dress off. She also kept me in my budget and was very knowledgeable about ways and cost to customize my dress. Thank you Jazmin for a great experience!

I had a wonderful visit to this store and I found myself lucky to have met Amber. She’s very helpful and sweet. I like that instead of pushing client to buy stuff she’s thinking from client’s perspective and try to help me save money and be practical. The team seems working together happily and manager is attentive to clients as well. Seamtress is super busy but she smiles and talks to you when you need help. I had a plan to do alteration on my bridal dress I got from them earlier and I got a nice flowy second dress for my first dance. Excited! I would definitely come back for any occasion that needs a special dress.

This is my second marriage and my wedding dress from my first marriage was beautiful, it wasn't really me or what I wanted. So this time my dress was going to be everything I wanted and envisioned. Impression Bridal was the first place I went to look at wedding dresses. I went on a Saturday morning around 10:00. There were several other brides there when I arrived, but the ladies at the check-in desk did a fabulous job getting everyone paired with a stylist in a timely manner. I was lucky enough to be paired with Cristina. She was kind, professional, and knowledgable (13+ years of experience). She sat down first thing and had a discussion with me about what my wedding will be like, what my style is, and what type of dresses I might be interested in. I appreciated this because it made the experience more personal for me. I was honest with her and told her I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. I really just wanted to figure out what would be best for my body type. We started out by looking at fitted style versus a-line style. I discovered I liked the fitted style so she collected a few different dresses. The second dress I tried on was the one. I tried on several dresses after it to see if I liked a different style, but none of them did anything for me. Cristina was incredibly patient with me as I navigated through this process. She was even so kind as to send me a follow up text and let me know I could message her if I needed anything. I had a really great experience here and I would definitely recommend Impression to a friend.

Juan was amazing, personable & overall so genuine. He made my wedding dress journey exactly what I wanted it to be. He felt like a friend rather than a dress consultant. I could not recommend Jazmin at Impression Bridal more! I actually was referred to Impression Bridal through one of my coworkers, and I’m so glad I followed her advice. After visiting another boutique and trying over 10 dresses, I was feeling SO defeated (and honestly dress exhaustion) in finding *MY* perfect dress. However from the very beginning, Jazmin made the whole process very personalized. She took the time to really understand and know me through my bridal party and myself. She is SO amazing in reading her brides and helping you find YOUR dress that fits your vision and your personality. She also is very knowledgeable about alterations and dress changes to truly make a dress one of a kind and perfect. Bought the very first dress that my daughter tried on! The store manager, Derek is outstanding! He is attentive, knowledgeable and kind. He knew the dress my daughter wanted by just looking at a random picture and pulled it immediately from the floor for her to try on. He knows his dresses! As for our stylist, she continually told us stories about her family (this day was NOT about her), she was rude when my daughter tried to show her an example of what she was looking for, I had to tell her several times to please give us some privacy so we could communicate about important private details, finally, she boldly told us that dress zippers have "a wear and tear life" and that since my daughter's dress budget wasn't high enough she couldn't try on a certain dress!!! I almost walked out! She doesn't know that if my daughter fell in love with the "out of budget dress", we would have bought it! She then tells us that SHE tried on a $35,000 dress and blah, blah, blah...I was done with her! But, Derek saved the day. I shared my concerns with the management and Derek will be working with us from here on out! This place is outstanding so don't let one bad apple keep you from going.

I had Cristina as my consultant. She was literally my fairy God mother! When I got to the shop I sat down and told her exactly what details I wanted to see on the dress. She listened and after a few minutes she went to work. She came back with about 6 dresses. She said "I want you to try this one first, it has all the things you are looking for". Babyyyyy!!!!! Let me tell you that the moment I put that dress on I knew it was the one!!!!! Cristina humored me and let me try on the rest of the dresses and then told me to try the first one again. She brought out a veil and flowers. That was it! My best friend started crying then I started crying and it was game over. I couldn't give them my money fast enough! Absolutely amazing experience!!!

She found some really unique dresses that fit exactly what I wanted. This review is long overdue. I was lucky enough to work with Ericka-- she has been with the company since the owner's kids were itty bitty and now they're grown adults. You can imagine how many try-on sessions she's seen and how much experience she brings. Impression Bridal has a wide selection of wedding dresses & accessories with all price points so they can find you something amazing that's budget-friendly or dazzle you with haute couture. The team is friendly, professional and the store itself is spacious and clean. I came with 3 of my close girlfriends + my mom to try on wedding dresses. Ericka helped me in and out of every dress and she was extremely patient, despite being a Saturday evening. She listened to my wishes and offered helpful advice. Like many other brides, you may go into your dress-shopping experience expecting to want one thing (hello Pinterest boards), but end up with a style that wasn't even on your radar. Ericka brought out dresses that were what I initially envisioned, but also included a few wild cards that she thought would flatter my body. She wasn't pushy about this and said if I put anything on and hate it that we can immediately take it off without even stepping out of the dressing room. She was not wrongI ended up liking the styles she suggested more than what I originally chose. I'm not saying that this is going to be the case for everyone, but it was nice to have a friendly nudge especially if you're like me and tend to stick with what you already know. I would love to post some of the photos from my try-on, but I will wait until after my wedding so that I don't spoil the surprise. :) For now you can see some of the other pictures from my visit. I am a plus size bride and had gone to several shops and was discouraged from my options. I had such an amazing experience with Impression Bridal, from dress try on to alterations. I was especially impressed with the alterations done by Anna T. The dress fit fairly well so I only needed minor alterations and then she went above and beyond by adding some dinosaur lace appliques on the train at my request after our alteration appointment. The dinosaurs looked like they came on the dress originally. She did such an amazing job on this and everyone loved the details on the train of my dress. If you're wondering if you should try this shop please do!!!

Juan was excellent! This was my second store and I had two dresses I loved online and couldn’t wait to try on. Well the first one I did love but they couldn’t find the second. The searched my entire fitting (while I tried other dresses) and the found it! And ironically enough it was THEE dress. Juan was great the entire time making myself and my mom comfortable. Hopefully I’ll only have one wedding dress! But I will definitely recommend him and Impression Bridal to others.

Went in for my Bridal dress fitting , staff was extremely welcoming . Asked right away upon booking appointment details of what styles I’d be Interested in . Very organized , and punctual with your appointment. I showed up 30 min early , they took care of me right away . You get a room all to yourself with beautiful mirrors all over the room to see yourself from all angles. Kristin was extremely sweet & attentive to the requirements I had for my dress along with my budget . She made sure I was comfortable during try-on process , just overall amazing ! We are so grateful to Impression Bridal! Honestly when we walked in, I had little hope. My daughter didn't really know what she wanted and with all the dresses they have to offer it kind of blurred together. Enter the amazing Jazmin!!! She sat down (which I LOVED because we didn't feel rushed and I felt like she was really having a conversation with us) and asked my daughter all sorts of questions to really get a feel for what she was looking for. Like I said, my daughter had no clue so poor Jazmin had her work cut out for her. After three dresses that my daughter liked but didn't love, THE dress was brought for her to try on. Jazmin & Derek (who is a rock star) explained how the dress could be customized to be exactly what she desired. Because my daughter has to exhaust all resources before making a decision, we went to several other stores but NONE had the experience or expertise of Impression Bridal or their team. We returned the next day to look at bridesmaids dresses and within 10 minutes found TWO perfect options thanks to Ericka. Her knowledge of the fabrics and colors was so helpful. One day later we returned to purchase my daughters dream dress, the most beautiful veil to accompany it, and bridesmaids dresses! Thank you to Impression Bridal, but especially to Jazmin, Derek & Ericka for making this once in a lifetime experience the best possible.

I loved my experience here and am in love with my dress! Best bridal wedding dress store—and I did go to several. Their selection is huge and they have options for all budgets. All the staff were friendly and seemed really knowledgeable. Jazmin helped me my first visit and was so patient—I thought I wanted a fit and flare, tried on a bunch, but then didn’t like any! I can’t remember who helped me the 2nd time but they helped me narrow down to a-lines which I really liked. Cristina helped me find “The One” almost right off the bat on my 3rd visit. Their dress selections change apparently around twice a year. The dress I ended up with wasn’t even an option my first visit so I recommend shopping early and maybe going back if you don’t find what you like your first trip. Also because they have a seamstress on-site it seems like they regularly do customizations to almost every dress! I’m changing the neckline and train of my dress a bit and the seamstress assured me it’s an easy job, so that’s super unique and cool!

Amber is a gift to brides-to-be. When I walked into Impression Bridal, I did not have a clue what I wanted. I told Amber I’m all over the place, and when I showed her my Pinterest wedding dress board, she laughed and said, “Yes, you really are, but I like a challenge.” She rose to the occasion. She put me in a few different things and was able to help me figure out what I liked and didn’t like and why. With that information, she was able to help me create exactly what I want. At the end of the appointment, I told her I had appointments at some other shops, and she encouraged me to take them. She even gave me some advice for how to find what I want, based on what we had learned during my appointment with her. She said she ultimately just wanted me to be happy, even if that means buying somewhere else. No pressure, no hard sale. I loved the candor. I’m going back this week to place my order, and I can’t wait. It’ll be a combination of several different dresses that I never would have come up with but for Amber’s patience and expertise. Beyond that, I love that their tailor is in house, so Amber knew exactly what the tailor could do to help me customize even further. Such a great experience, and I can’t wait to continue working with them.

Katherine was amazing! I went to 3 stores before coming to Impression Bridal. In all three of them they automatically started to help me find A-line dresses like I told them I envisioned. Katherine on the other hand, walked me through a detailed questionaire before pulling dresses from the racks, was impressed to find out I still hadn't tried other silhouetes, and picked up on my personality well to help me find the right details. This was my first time wedding shopping in general and since I moved further more northeast there weren’t a lot of wedding places by me. Okay so I gave my bridesmaids and maid of honors the address via tex messages. But for some reason it took them to the CVS down the street. But no worries they were still able to find it through the back roads. The parking was no so great to be honest. I had to wait to be able to find a good parking or else I would’ve had to park really far. Upon walking in the building, it was GORGEOUS! So many different choices in dress styles and colors. My stylist was Tionna! She was AMAZING! She was so helpful and so patient when it came to my group. I didn’t have an exact idea of what I wanted other than I wanted lace. She picked out several different options for me to try on and she basically did the shopping part for me lol. She made the experience really stress free! I really was grateful she was able to help me find my wedding dress. I highly highly highly recommend requesting for her. All of the staff were so supportive and nice. They even brought in extra dresses for me to try on as well! Overall WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Anna, the seamstress, and Cristina, our sales lady, were both wonderful! I had 3 bridal salon visits booked in one day to find my dress, and Impression was the first one. The others were quickly canceled after finding my dream dress (plus at a genuinely reasonable price). They had a broad selection and we appreciated that they offered 20% military discount. They didn't feel pushy at appointments- more like the right amount of attentive. Once or twice I had to wait a good bit past my appointment/fitting start time, but it was due to other customers, and the Impression employees were good about keeping you updated and welcomed still, so not something to knock them for. They were gracious about storing my gown, veil, and petticoat before the wedding and steamed them all prior to the big day. Overall I had a lovely experience working with them, and would definitely recommend them to other brides trying to find their dress!

Look no further! I have visited many bridal dress stores & nothing compares to the experience and details these guys offer! Within the first 30mins of my first appt, Lauren and Tauni found my dress, all I did was show them a couple pictures of what I was envisioning. The issue I kept coming across was not finding a simple gown w/some accents jewels and w/ sleeves. Therefore, when I tried on the dress I really liked but it did not have sleeves, they assured me not to worry and they have the best seamstress that can make anything I want....they were not exaggerating. After my first appt I told all my bridemaids to come here to find a blush dress, I wanted the dresses to be the same color but different styles. Margaret, the store manager, has so much patience, super sweet and gives amazing suggestions that helped out so much! She constantly gave me updates on all bridemaid's rush order including my custom wedding gown that was also a rush order. Margaret made the whole process go by smoothly. Once I received my dress she immediately booked me w/ the seamstress to add on the sleeves and custom make my veil. Anna, the seamstress, is truly an artist the way she set the applications on my sleeves and how she custom made my veil to blend in beautifully w/ my trail was out of this world. Their attention to details & the overall experience made me feel like a celebrity. **I attached pictures of how my dress initially looked like and how it looked after Anna worked her magic to make my dream dress become a reality.

Just got done wedding dress shopping here for my best friend. We had been to 3 other places before this stop. All of which either gave her either a dress or time limit. Impressions squeezed us in for a 5pm appointment time the same day we called. There inventory was incredible and had dresses for just about every price range. Everyone there was super kind and invested in the bride finding her perfect dress. Jazmin was who helped us personally and I cannot say how AMAZING her service was. She sat the bride down and listened to her likes and dislikes and came up with a vision, as well as let the bride try on any other dress she wanted. Jazmin had a great eye for design and went above and beyond to make sure every option was explored when it came to finding the perfect dress. She even stayed open late to help finalize the sale after spending 3+ hours assisting us! We were not rushed or pressured like at other places and they seem to be able to have dresses ordered and in within about 4 months. They have in house alterations for a reasonable price and you can even buy dresses off rack! 10/10 would recommend and ask for Jazmin!

This ended up being my one and done shopping experience for my wedding dress! Amanda sat down with me to talk about my vision for a dress, the price range, and anything specific that I wanted to try on. After she had that information, she used her expertise to pick out a couple starter dresses for me try on. Even though I tried on about 10 dresses, I ended up choosing the very first one she had me try on (she knew just what I had in mind!). While I did have a good experience with picking out my dress, I will say I was disappointed with the communication and timeline relating to receiving the dress. To their credit, I had some custom work done, which I know added time to the overall product. However, I ordered the first week of January for my wedding on June 16, and the dress did not come until the first week of June. I had been told it would come "sometime in May", which still was not very specific. I tried to schedule different alteration appointments to accommodate the delay, but that was difficult for the tailor to deal with (thankfully that worked out too). I know that it was not any one person's fault, but it was stressful for me because I did not feel like specific dates or times were communicated. I had to call a couple times to ask for updates and to see if the dress had arrived or been shipped out yet. I would have appreciated at lease one or two more updates from Impression. All that being said, my dress was PERFECT. It was everything I dreamed it would be and I am so happy I was able to find it here! I had Amber as a consultant and she was fantastic! She met with me first to pick out the things I wanted in a dress and let me look at some of the dresses she was thinking of pulling for me. Me being a picky bride there was always some detail that I didn't like on the dress but even then Amber stayed super sweet, complimentary and determined to help me find the one. One dress I tried on but forgot to take pictures of (my fault-silly me) was close to being the one (pictures of it on a model/on the hanger). I liked everything about it except the sparkle and lines on the waist and shoulder (I found out that they could take the lines out but even then I wasn't convinced that it was the one). Having some time to think about it I realized it wasn't for me-in the store receiving all the compliments I thought it was me but outside the store I realized it wasn't the one. I highly recommend going here but caution you not to get caught up in the glam of it all-take your time to decide if you are unsure. Still highly recommend Amber because she will work with you :)

On the 1st chance available, I got all of my girls together to go wedding dress shopping with me and the very first shop on my list for the day was Impressions Bridal. Ahead of the appointment, I was asked assessment questions, as well as to provide inspiration pictures so that they could see my vision. On the day of the appointment, I was assisted by Katherine, who was a darling from the minute we walked in. She sat down with me and went over everything to make sure she had a full understanding of what I was looking for and she did not disappoint! She brought out styles that resembled the ones in my inspiration pictures, and as I tried them on and told her of my likes and dislikes, her next move was to start pairing different pieces together in order to bring my vision to life. I left there to go to my next appointment with the idea in my head of what my perfect dress would look like based on that exercise alone, but with no commitment to buy. I was certain that my perfect dress existed, but I just hadn’t found it yet. Later that day, I received a call from Katherine advising that she had a dress for me and was certain it would check all the boxes, but I needed to come in the very next day. I was skeptic, but I am so glad I went back in! Let me tell you, as soon as I saw the dress on the hanger, I just knew it was the one. I didn’t even look at myself before walking out of the dressing room, but I. Just. Knew! Needless to say, I walked out of there having made a deposit for my dream dress and I could not be thankful for Katherine's patience, her ability to listen and her attention to detail.

I visited another Bridal Store before Impression Bridal. It was recommended by my Wedding Planner as well as my sister (whose 2nd dress choice was found here). I called and made a same day appointment. Tori was my stylist and personal shopper and she was amazing! First, she and I sat down for a short interview so that she can figure out what I am looking for and what I envision when it comes to my wedding dress. Tori then goes and picks out several dresses for me to try on and helps me in the changing room which is very spacious. With each dress, she takes in my critiques on what I like and dislike about the dress (as well as my maid of honor who was there with me). This allows her to narrow down searches and understand what I am looking for even more. I did not feel rushed as we looked for the perfect look and style. She was with me for about 2.5-3 hours just so we can figure out exactly what I wanted even though the original appointment was supposed to be 1.5 hours long. It was a complete change for me since I was at another bridal shop the day before and I felt very rushed there and was limited to only 1.5 hours and they left me as soon as the time was up. Anyway, because of the time Tori took with me to find what I envisioned, I said yes to the dress when she asked! I definitely recommend Impression Bridal and Tori if you are looking for a wedding dress! Price is also reasonable (you tell them your price range).

Impression was my second stop on my bridal dress shopping trip. The store is beautiful, and clean, and with your appointment you get a viewing area for you and your friends/family with surrounding mirrors, as well as a private room with surrounding mirrors to change. They also provide a robe while I’m between changes which was nice because other places did not. Cristina was my personal stylist, and it was like she knew me better than myself! I told her what I was looking for and she brought exactly what I wanted and even better! She probably brought about 5 dresses and I ended up going with the very first one I tried on. I love my dress and it was completely opposite of what I thought I wanted! Definitely recommend stopping here while on the search for the perfect dress. Staff was very friendly as well.

I bought my wedding dress from Impression Bridal in the Galleria area March of 2020. I had the most amazing experience with the stylist, Jazmin, that helped me pick my gown. As a plus size woman, I was expecting to have a hard time finding a dress, however, Jazmin was able to help me say yes to the dress with the 3rd dress she had waiting for me in the changing room. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to try on several dresses and just through conversation she got exactly who I was and what I was looking for. I was also happy that this location was willing to work with me during COVID to get my dress tailored. I live out of state and the seamstress came in on the weekend (Sunday) to complete my alterations which she normally does during the week. The overall professionalism of the staff and the entire experience I had was fantastic. When shopping for my bridesmaids dresses we also purchased here which they received a discount because I purchased my dress from here. I would highly recommend checking Impression Bridal out as they have many options for people in all shapes/sizes!

I was a bridesmaid attending a friend's bridal appointment at Impression this weekend, and the experience (particularly Jazmin) was wonderful! Jazmin took the time to look at my friend's inspiration photos, ask very pointed questions, and provide a wonderful framework and structure to the appointment. Jazmin's process was impressive to watch, and from the huge store full of inventory, she pulled THE dress on the second attempt. We were able to use the shop's wifi to facetime in loved ones that were unable to travel for the appointment, and everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful!

Wow! Where to start?! First of all this review is well overdue! I started late looking for my wedding gown (3 months before our wedding date 10.10.2020), needless to say I was in a panic mode! One of my girlfriends in Houston, TX recommended Impression Bridal Galleria but I initially hesitated due to distance since I live in Dallas, TX. My fiancé Ryan asked me to start with a phone call and talk to someone from Impression Bridal Galleria and Katie answered! Wow this lady was (still is) amazing from the very first Hello! I was panicking that I was late “in the game” and that I wouldn’t find something in my size as I’m petite and usually wear a size 0 or 00 depending on where I get my outfits. She reassured me a bunch saying how I.B. has several options for me. Katie took down my information and what I was looking for in a dress. She was so attentive over the phone, very cool, calm and collected! She texted me photos of dress options based on what we had talked about earlier. Even when I wasn’t feeling a dress, she didn’t give me attitude about it… neither was she pushy like a car salesman! She kept going back on the floor to take more photos of different dresses. I was sold! Couple of days later I was on the road with one of my girlfriends to Houston! We were met with smiles and warmth upon entering Impression Bridal Galleria! The ladies at the front desk gave us an exceptional welcome! I finally met Katie in person and let me tell you… she is golden! Amazing! You name it!!! So gracious from her walk, to her speech to her entire demeanor! I love that! Coz Lord knows I needed all the grace haha! She had several dresses picked out so we got started! She gave me all her time, attention and patience! Plus several options each time I hesitated about something. She kept going back and forth with the manager and seamstress to get my vision and dream for my dress! She LISTENED and REALLY worked with my budget! Katie was good at thinking on her feet when I’d make certain requests for the dresses I was trying on! Oh plus the veil! Let’s not forget that! Her kindness and graciousness made me feel at ease during the entire process even when I got undecided and confused after hours of trying on dresses. I finally found my dream dress and gorgeous veil thanks to Katie!! Yaay I got to say YES TO THE DRESS!! I love how the rest of Impression Bridal team got involved during the process. They offered support, compliments, feedback and even worked with Katie in providing me other options within my budget beyond my expectation! Thank you Katie for the free t-shirts, follow-up text and the thank you card! Katie, Wow thank you again for all your hardwork, exceptional service and your going above and beyond for me! You truly are great at what you do! You are a great listener, attentive to detail, gracious, knowledgeable, smart, courteous, amazing, soooo kind and my goodness soooo patient!! Love how you addressed my girlfriends and I by name! Noticed and appreciated that detail! Thank you for all the attention you gave me over the phone from that very first call, to all the texts back and forth and the very day we met! Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision! You were so understanding and tried to make things work to my advantage from various angles, scenarios and all! I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for me!! I could not stop talking about you and your exemplary service! My girlfriends were blown away by you like just wow and so was/is Ryan and my Mom! From the very first call and how you handled it to the texts... Ryan’s mind was made up like yessss she totally got our business! By the way, Ryan has been curious to even see the pics of me in the dress even though he knows the drill. Other shops will limit the amount of dresses you try on and rush you but my experience at Impression Bridal was the complete opposite. When I first called Impression Bridal I talked to Derek (the store manager) and I told him how important it was for me to find my Cinderella Dress for my destination wedding at Disney World. Derek and Alyse (my stylist) managed to find the perfect dress for me. I came in thinking I may not walk out with a wedding dress at all. Alyse was so patient and kind; she’s a hoot and will make you feel like a special bride that you are. Today, I went in for my alterations. Anna was my seamstress and an excellent alteration expert. She is so magical with her work by changing my wedding dress from a caterpillar to a butterfly. I gained confidence once she made that dress for me. Our consultant Jazmin was very receptive to our feedback and was easily able to bring dresses that met my sister’s needs that fit her budget! Even though I didn't get my dress from Impression Bridal Gallery, it housed my second choice. I went to 13 different dress places and Alyse was my favorite stylist! She's like a dress fairy with a gift for picking dream dresses. The dresses in the gallery were beautiful and of good quality. The space was organized by designers (I think) and Alyse made sure to suggest certain areas she thought I would like while also giving me freedom to look around on my own. First impressions are everything and ironically upon entering Impressions Bridal at the Galleria, I was not impressed. Yes, the interior is decorated beautifully but we were not greeted and the staff simply didn’t seem welcoming. I had a 4 o’clock appointment and my mom and best friend (maid of honor) accompanied me. We all felt the same poor energy and I told them we could leave. However, when greeted by my wonderful stylist, Jazmin, that quickly took a complete 180. She made up for the awful first impression we had. She took her time to get to know exactly what I wanted for my big day and came back with the first three dresses to try on. The first dress I tried on made my mom and best friend’s jaws drop. She had an exact vision of what I had described to her and went and got it. She nailed it on the first try and although I tried the other beautiful gowns on, nothing topped her first pick. I said yes to my dress and couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jazmin for making me look and feel like the most beautiful bride in the world. I can’t wait until my dress comes in so we can alter and customize it for my special day at the end of this year. She is the bomb!!!

Impressions is incredible. This is the place to get your special dress for your special day. They have a wonderful selection of gowns and the staff is amazing. Cristina was soooo patient aa I tried on multiple dresses. She sat down with me and we found the perfect dress. Anna is a master seamstress and made my selection perfect. Katie helped keep us all together with fittings etc..... They really made getting my dress a beautiful experience !!!!!

The day we visited they were short-staffed and I empathize because that is hard, but there are ways the shop could better accommodate customers even when that occurs. There is no clear organization or pricing on dresses - this means that brides and friends are not able to help look/pull dresses. They tell you to "look around" but it seems completely random and no instruction on store set up is provided. Our group was shuffled to a fitting room area and then stuck there while the girl pulling dresses would only bring 1-2 dresses at a time - which was frustrating because of the staff shortage, she was also helping another bride. We spent a great deal of time waiting around when we could have been finding dresses ourselves for the bride to look at or try on. You also cannot access any accessories like belts, veils, etc. Although the shop sells those items - they are not displayed or clearly available for try-on. Wasted sale opportunities. Better store organization, customer communication, and encouraging the bride and her party to help pull dresses would probably lead to more sales and would help when there is a staff shortage.

Ericka & her manager went so above and beyond to help me find my perfect dress. While I was trying on a very few options they brought out first following my low budget yet quite several specifications I wanted on the dress, they continued searching and bringing out a lot more options for me. That was a HUGE game changer as there were some styles I didn’t even think they would suit me well until they brought them out for me to try on. They even went a little extra to help me imagine how I would look like as a bride and when I walk down the aisle. When I started my wedding dress shopping journey, I didn't expect it could be so emotional when I found "the one". 🥺 Ericka, thank you for being so patient with my indecisiveness and so understanding my limited budget. I was visiting from Miami (originally from Houston) and was there to try on Berta dresses/get a better idea of the style I wanted (this was my second of four bridal store appointments). I have now had 2 daughters find their dream dresses at Impression Bridal. They have a vast selection of gowns at a variety of prices. I appreciated that consultants listened to what my daughters wanted, but also made suggestions based on what they thought would look good on their body types when what they thought they wanted wasn't thrilling them in the fitting room. In both instances, my daughters bought different styles than they had planned and LOVED their dresses. Having a fabulous seamstress, Anna, on site is an added plus. The dress didn't leave Impressions until it fit perfectly, which is the stage we are currently in with my second daughter. My 1st daughter wanted her dress customized quite a bit. That made me very nervous, but Anna is a perfectionist and the results were amazing. This week when we went in for my second daughter's fitting, they even suggested a dress for me, which I loved and bought! Not a style that I would have even tried on, but it was much more figure flattering than what I had previously purchased. Glad I can return the other! We are so thankful for Impression Bridal!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and Alyse. I am usually super indecisive and for that reason I had several appointments lined up in the area for the weekend; with Impressions being the first one. I tried on dresses once before this appointment a few months back and had a bad experience, and I wasn't sure how to feel because I was still unsure 100% on what I was looking for. I did know that I liked long sleeves and netting with appliques but other than that I was lost. I told Alyse all of this and she was on her way to shop for the perfect dress. Everything she pulled looked exactly like the dresses I have saved in my pinterest (which I did not even show her beforehand) so I was really excited to try on. The first one she put me in was amazing and I loved it from the moment I saw it, but I still wanted to try on other things and she did not make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. After trying on several others and being unsure, she had me put the first one back on. She then had me close my eyes, put a veil on me and handed me some flowers and had me imagine my wedding and walking down the aisle to my fiance, then told me to open my eyes. Everyone with me was shocked that I cried a bit, but she really helped me find the perfect dress and gave me the "bridal moment" that they talk about on all the bridal shows. Alyse was also super thorough with the dress sale agreement and alterations process that I did not leave with one worry or second thought (which would be pretty normal for me.) I came in and Alyse helped me. I had an amazing experience here and found my perfect dress. I had only 64 days until my wedding and was on a very strict and low budget (less than 1000) for my gown. I called ahead and told them my budget and timeline and they were very helpful and told me that I could find something. I arrived at my appointment and was worried about the price once I walked in. This place is really nice and most of the gowns were thousands of dollars over my budget. Then Alyse came over. She was amazing and had my dresses picked out and ready to try on. I don't know what kind of magic she wielded but she found 6-7 dresses UNDER my budget. Now, they are floor samples that were discontinued but that didn't matter since I would have had to purchase a floor sample regardless due to my date being so soon. The place and most of the staff were great. The dresses were beautiful however there were a few issues I did not appreciate from my consultant. It was my first time looking for my wedding dress. I informed them of my budget and did look around and showed Erica the dresses I was interested in within my price range. She brought me completely different dresses because it “wasn’t on my size or my price range”. I saw a dress on a maniquíe and made a comment of how beautiful that dress was and again the Erica said something about “oh honey don’t even look at that one only millionaires can afford that dress “ and mentioned something about JJ Wats wife wearing that dress. I kept trying dresses and she kept pushing me to say yes to the dress to a dress that didn’t fit me so she just pinned it and held it So that I could get an idea of how it would look on me. My 10 bridesmaids Were told they had about 3 weeks to order their dress before it got discontinued and money was non refundable. she stated she wasn’t going to order bridesmaids dresses even though they had already payed until after I ordered my bride dress so that they could get a 10% discount and how she would be sad if the dress did get discontinued even after bridesmaid had payed...my bridesmaids dresses are blue and moh is red Due to personal reasons my MOH and my sister were going to switch dresses which was the same size just different color. Some of the other consultants told me there was no issue since both of the dresses were the ordered with the same size just different color and Erika kept insisting otherwise, called her “manager” and told a semi different story and said no! My MOH and sister couldn’t switch although they had both payed. Did not like my experience with this specific consultant however there were other times I did speak with other consultants there that were super nice.

With no appointment agreed, I called Impression Bridal from Galleria yesterday at noon to see if just in case they had availability. Cristina answered the phone and told me that there was a bride that was late and that maybe she could receive me. At the end, when I arrived, the other bride was already there, so I spent the whole time looking at all the dresses they have and taking notes of the ones I wanted to tried. It is important to mention that they have a lot of variety in design and prices. Besides, all the personnel was very nice and friendly. I felt comfortably there since the first moment! When it was my time to start trying dresses, I had to leave because my husband was waiting for me to go to our puppies training. But I asked if they could receive later the same afternoon. And they said yes. Finally, I met Cristina again and she asked me to sit down and we started talking about my wedding reception, the place, at what time of the day it would be. And also, about what were my expectations, what I was looking for regarding design, and also, how much I wanted to spend. She was very transparent and communicative. I felt comfortably talking to her since the very first moment. Cristina started bringing to me the designs I choose, and also, another ones that were similar to the ones I selected. But I couldn't feel that none of them were made for me. I think I tried at least 10 dresses and no matter that some of them fit me perfectly, they didn't look on myself how I thought. Finally, Cristina made her own mind and after analyzing my feedback about the previous dresses, she brought me one that was not similar at all to the dresses I requested earlier. What do you think? She FOUND FOR ME THE DRESS THAT I ALWAYS DREAMED. It was simply perfect. I can't explain how receptive and patient Cristina was. She made the difference for me to buy my dress the first day that I started looking dresses for my wedding. Cristina is professional, passionate for her job, she is empathetic with the people and she doesn't get upset when she bring you several dresses and you don't like how they look on you none of them. When she met me, she told me that "I will help you to find your wedding dress today". And she did. I am so excited to meet you next year to continue working on my dress! She’s personable, a great listener, and is clearly very knowledgeable about dresses, fit, fabrics, etc. I never felt pressured but rather that she was along the journey with me. While I did not find a dress (that was on me, not her), I plan to come back to Impression Bridal to use her again!

Oh my goodness I can’t believe I found my dress here! I just thought I’d start the process I’d shipping because I’m super picky! I even flew to Chicago to try “the dress” on and it was a total flop! After making an appointment at Impression Bridal with Alyse she spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone learning about my vision and what I wanted. Later I found out, stylists are suppose to only spend about 5 minutes but she went above and beyond! She begins pulling dresses and in honestly in my head only seen ugly dress 🥴 I was like hmmmm this will clearly just a little try on and I won’t find my dress. Long story short, Derek was apart of the process by reassuring me of the dresses I was trying on. Eventually I found THE DRESS on the SECOND try on! Great customer service! If you want your experience to be magical, you need to come to this place. I booked my first appointment to try on wedding dresses at David's Bridal, we arrived there 30 minutes before our appointment and nobody guided us about what to do or if we should wait for somebody. So we decided to look around. Finally a stylist showed up and asked me briefly about what I was looking for, I showed her some pictures and she grabbed a few dresses for me to try on. After the third dress I just wanted to leave, my experience was horrible. The stylist was rude, she never got me a dress on my size. Another customer recommended me Impression Bridal, we called in that moment to booked an appointment and we were welcomed. We waited a few minutes for our stylist, the ambience was different, better. Lauren was so nice with me, she took the time to sit with me, asked me a few questions and to take a look to the ideas I had for my dress. She got the idea immediately, she didn't ask for my size, but she guessed correctly. I finally smiled with the dreses she picked for me. I highly recommend you to aked for her, she will make you a happy bride.

This was the first place I looked and I chose the first dress I tried on. I was in town visiting my parents and my mom suggested we go look at styles to get an idea. I honestly did not plan to find “the dress” my first time looking. I called ahead and asked if it was okay if we dropped in and we were told it was perfectly fine. I didn’t want to book an appointment because my intention really was just to look. We came in around 7 PM (an hour before closing). Jazmin was my consultant and she was fantastic. She spent about 15 minutes with me asking what I liked, details I’d like to see, and even what kind of venue I was looking at. She said if I didn’t like anything she pulled it would be okay and we could set aside time for a proper consultation. Seriously, ask for Jazmin, she has a background in theatre costume design. She understands different styles and what looks great on a woman’s body. She chose dresses that were within my budget and explained the costs for alterations. I never felt pressured to go above my budget. She brought 5 dresses for me and all of them looked great but she nailed it with the first one. We loved it so much we went ahead and bought it. Overall, this was a great experience and super easy. I honestly thought this would be the most stressful part of planning. I didn’t come with an entourage or take a ton of pictures but she offered to do that for me if it was really something I wanted. 10/10 would do this again. Shop here and ask for Jazmin, she’s the best.

Due to the previous bridal shop wasting my time I was 30 minutes late because of course I do not know the area. They still took me in. I was so Thankful. The atmosphere is breath taking. All the staff was perfect and patient, especially Christina. My daughter is still talking about how nice she was from 2 weeks ago. The Berta collection is to die for. BEAUTIFUL. Let's just say that I said " Yes to the dress".

Shopping for a wedding dress is very exciting and fun but can be very stressful too. We picked a bunch of dresses on our morning appointment yesterday that we thought my daughter would love. By the time we went to our second appointment in the afternoon at Impression Bridal, I was overwhelmed and I didn't feel like picking a single dress. I was so relieved when T T Taylor informed us about her style on picking the right dress. She interviewed my daughter and asked about the venue, decoration, and my daughter as a person. After that she had the “dress” in mind that would be perfect for my daughter. She also gave us an option of picking out dresses that we wanted her to try on which none of us wanted to do after seeing the ones she had picked out. The first dress Kristine tried on was breathtaking and we all loved it.

I had the pleasure of working with Nora- she was helpful, had a lot of insight about the styles and colors there (for bridesmaids). I trust her to give an honest opinion. Then there was Ashley (sp?), the manager. She always had a warm greeting whenever I saw her. She would check up on me, and was so caring... Both ladies were professional, warm, comforting. The dresses there are absolutely Lovely. Absolutely Stunning. I recommend this place if you're looking for The Right dress- as well fantastic customer service.

Just found my wedding dress here! My stylist was Amanda and she was so sweet and amazing! To start with she sat and asked me questions about me as a person, my style, and I showed her pictures of what I had in mind. She had me close my eyes and describe how I saw myself as I walked down the aisle, I had never even thought to do that so it was a nice way of figuring out what I really wanted. I tried on a quite a few dresses and she was so patient and was so helpful with helping me stay focused on what I really was looking for. This was my first time looking for dresses so I really went in not wanting to settle anything so I could really know what I wanted, but Amanda couldn’t have picked more perfect dresses for me to try on and I left saying YES to the dress!

Anna Tran is the seamstress at impression bridal galleria location and she is truly a miracle worker! My dress (was ordered from the Baybrook location) came in and was waaaaaaaay way way too small. It was also way too long and needed a bustle. Anna made my dress fit PERFECTLY. And you can’t even tell it was altered- which is impressive because this dress has a TON of detail. It looked amazing. It was perfect. Anna does amazing work.

When you first walk in, you'll see all of the amazing beautiful bridal gowns! At first you will think they will be too expensive, but I found out that they have a lot that was in my price range! The manager there was the one to help me at first and she really knew what she was doing. I picked a few dresses first, and then I explained to her what I like, and she brought out three more beautiful dresses but exactly what I was looking for! My dress was $1,296 a beautiful gown that could have easily been $3,000 or more. Loved my experience there. I have been to 2 bridal shops before coming here. 3rd time is definitely the charm!
