Marina was so helpful she got us in-and-out quick and knew her job well. The Calvin Klein slim fit tuxedo was a perfect fit for our wedding!! My husband looked so amazing, can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

This posting is long overdue, my apologies to the team! I want to thanks Carisa for for amazing customer service; she was patient. I was a groomsman helping my brother in law find a suit. My BIL knew he wanted a certain color but style was not clear. I sent him down ahead of time to search and Carisa was just great at helping him. After he picked the suit it was like bearding cats to get us all down there at the same time. When we got there Carisa was ready to help us with the fitting. She made sure we looked great for his wedding. I suggest you ask for her!

Great atmosphere, was easy getting the suit I wanted to rent. The only thing is when I called them someone picked up and I asked for an update on my suit and they told me to stay on the line. I stayed on the line for 15-20 minutes and they never came back. I called again two more times and no one picked up. Hoping to get a update soon by them.

My family has been going through a hard time losing my grandfather and Chuck did an amazing job getting us dressed for the funeral. He was fast and had a great eye for the look we wanted. I walked around the store for 15 minutes and no one asked me if i needed help. Went and tried a jacket on and made eye contact with workers and no one even said hello. I had hoped to purchase either tailored suit or custom suit and even considered buying at least two. I left and will give someone else a chance to suit me up. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because there was a wide selections of clothing and dress shoes. …ok 3 stars for now. Thank you for answering phone calls and especially close to closing time 😅

I went to get my suit and it was really busy. Sheena received me at the door and was at my side for over an hour to make sure I got the best suit and was very attentive to details and great with her suggestions. I felt super comfortable with her, and she was super patient and kind, even though there were other customers entering and other employees constantly asking for her help. She made my experience at Mens warehouse superb, and definitely deserves a promotion... 👏🏽

Service was sparse, I get covid strained labor supplies but I was just picking up a rental and I waited for 45 min. If you are just picking up without trying it on, just skip the line and ask the associate in the back.

Overall great customer service helping me find a suit for a wedding. The reason I give three stars is that I was told I would receive an email notifying me that my suit was ready in a week. Three weeks past and I did not receive any emails so I went in and it had been ready for a while. Got my suit and noticed the fit over all was done pretty well except the hem on the pants is completely noticeable and there is a huge line where the hem is. Could not iron this out nor get it pressed out. Unfortunately I am out of time and now the bottom of my pant legs look very awkward. Probably won’t get alterations here anymore.

I flew over from Maui to buy my wedding tux here and I’m so glad that I did. The customer service was amazing. Michael really went above and beyond for me and helped to design the perfect tux. Our wedding is out of country and I did not have long before we were leaving. He made sure that everything was done within my time frame including overnight shipping everything to me after the final alterations were completed. Absolutely fantastic buying experience and I will be a returning customer.

They took the time to teach me a bit about their product, they got me fitted, and made it look nice. I asked for them to make a vest to go with my suit back in January, and it took me a bit to go back into the store, but they held onto it for a few months until I went in to pick it up. Melissa remembered not only who I was and what I got, but she also remembered the conversation we had about my daughters birthday. Amazing!

Ok, really busy on Sunday. I was amazed at how Mike took such great care of me and like two other customers too. I thought his customer service was excellent and ideas for different designs was great. Be patient here and they'll take great care of you. Great products and prices. Parking is easy now that the new garages are up and running too.

Went on line to get the deal of the day which was two belts for $40. The two I picked out qualified for the sale and they had my size. But when I went to checkout they came up with excuse it wouldn’t go through because they were doing inventory. Tried again later same thing. But when the sale was over I could definitely buy them at full price. Sent emails and after no response called customer service and they said so sorry but would you like to join the right fit club. Like what that’s it the nerve I would want to keep the customer happy. I call it false advertising. All this after I gave them great praise for the shoes I bought. I was a New customer and would think they would want to make you happy. Shop elsewhere. Spoke to another customer service rep and they made it right. So just need to speak to someone who knows what the right thing to do is. They put my trust back in the company.

Flo is the man, what a great experience! I walked in there with zero knowledge on how to really dress nice and with a wedding right around the corner. The very first suit he pulled off the rack fit near perfect and looked amazing. He then got the shirt, shoes, belt, tie, and all that matched it and my style flawlessly! That, and I was able to get the fine tune tailoring done the next day!!! I can't speak highly enough of this place, great experience. And definitely ask for Flo when you go in there.

I walked in without an appointment and asked for help. I was immediately introduced to Marina who gave me her undivided attention and with her keen eyes, sized me up very handsomely. I must say, she made me look "real good." She made me look like "a million bucks." She was very professional and knew her craft. The materials and colors of the suits, shirts, ties & accessories were well chosen and selected by her. She's wonderful! Even the tailor was so fast and sharp in resizing my outfits. I didn't get her name. She was done and gone before I knew it. This store sure has that "WOW FACTOR!"

I had a great experience there. I went there to get my measurements for my brothers wedding. Matt really helped me out , he was extremely knowledgeable,meticulous, and very passionate about his work. He answered every single question i had,was very patient and always had a smile on his face. Overall, he really cares about the customers, Matt provided great customer service throughout the duration of my time there. I would definitely come back again, and recommend for all my friends to go there and ask for him.

My first experience and it is a super positive experience. The minute you walk in (please observe COVID protocols), you are treated like Ohana. Melissa is phenomenal! Super kind, professional and knowledgeable. Will patiently answer all your questions and offer sage advice. Prices are the best around and the quality is absolutely superb.

Decent MW branch, the salespeople knew their stuff and the tailor did good work on my suit. Not as personable as other MW stores I've been to, but if you get their attention then they'll help you out quick. However, if you drop of a suit to be tailored, don't wait for them to call you when it's ready - they won't "because of the volume of suits they tailor". They'll give you a good estimate of when it'll be done, and you have to just show up then or call ahead.

I have been shopping at Men's Warehouse for years. I always recommend it to friends and family. Their staff members are helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. They know what they're doing. The stuff you get at the outlets is not the same as buying from the boutique. This is the real McCoy. Their selection is high end but affordable. The quality, the selection, day and evening wear and for special occasions you can either buy or rent your tuxedo. If you're looking to upgrade or update your style, they're the ones to see. There's always something discounted or on sale. Bravo!

Noelani was the absolute best!!! They are slammed all day. We went in 3 times (our appointment was at 6 but we randomly were in the area sooner that day so tried to get in sooner.) First time we went in the guy was nice but said it wss prom season we can try to wait they were busy, I said that's fine we will go eat and come back. He said great! I came back another guy told us rudly they're too busy that's why they have appointments. Okay, that's fine. I also ask the guy can I reschedule our appointment for tomorrow if they have anything open. He says no without checking anything. They're slammed prom season again. we go to leave and a customer walks in (suit rental also) and has no appointment and another guy tells them go look around and someone will be right with him. We were frustrated for sure! They take walk ins but because we had an appointment couldnt walk in! So we came back our normal time and Noelani made up for everything. She was kind, patient, professional, personable, multitasking with other customers and co workers. She was amazing!!! I will never forget her. She went over and beyond. My fiance's suit is perfect! I'm so happy with her service! See Noelani if you can she really cares!!

When I got my rental tuxedo shipped from PHX I was extremely disappointed but these guys jumped in and put me in a suit that didn't empty my wallet. I am so grateful that Anthony Steves became fully aware of my situation(literally in minutes after trying on my rental that didn't fit at all.) and went beyond my expectations to help me purchase a suit for my wedding in 2 days. Thanks to Michael Rayo for his expertise, patience and the ability to put me in a suit I can be proud to wear on my wedding day.

Men's Wearhouse was great for getting all of my groomsmen fitted and ready for my weddings, especially since we all live in different parts of the US. I got a suit for having all of them rent theirs through the store. It is really pricey though.

really great customer service I have recommended friends and family members to go. One of the managers named Bruce helped me my first time there and now he's my personal dresser. I make everyone go and see him he knows his stuff and let's me know when new things will be arriving.
