Customer service matters a lot to someone like me who owns my own business, so I felt really honored to work with them. The tailor was ... FANTASTIC! He redesigned an evening gown for me that I bought online... it fit like a glove!

I called on Tuesday night to see if they had a suit rental available for Saturday, they got me in first thing Wednesday morning and I was able to pick my tux up Friday night. They even allowed me to come “after hours” as I worked until they closed! They were willing to stay a couple minutes late to make sure my suit fit and all my needs were met. I worked with John who was amazing as well as the other employees who were all welcoming and helpful. Best place in CT/Mass for suits, especially if you’re on a time restraint! Will definitely be a repeat customer here

They're more than my go-to for suits, they're my go-to for everything formal. I typically don't post reviews online but I just want to thank John, Tony and Max for their help. I have used JT Ghamo for suits before for a friends wedding and my own. They have always been very professional and I love that their products come directly from Italy. Just recently, I went in for a suit, and it needed to be altered within a small time frame. Their turn around time was incredible. Max was so helpful and his attention to detail was spot on. He got me into the perfect suit and got it done so quickly and professionally. I recently got my wedding suit at JT Ghamo and had a fantastic experience. I worked with Adam, who was able to put together a suit that looks incredible. I had a vague vision in my head of what I wanted the suit to look like, and despite my inability to describe it, Adam somehow got in my head and knew exactly what I was looking for. He helped me through the entire process of picking a suit, shirt, tie, belt, socks and shoes, and through the process of having the suit altered to fit just right - which the tailors did a great job with. Almost the entire team chipped in at various points with valuable input and affirmations. These guys really know the business and understand style. They are extremely professional and provide a level of service that can't be beat. I highly recommend JT Ghamo - they will help make sure you look great for whatever occasion.

HIGHLY recommended. Across the board, they are absolute pros. I was a complete pain in their behinds for months leading up to my wedding--which required 12 suits, custom-made suspenders, and a complicated mix of purchases and rentals--yet they were awesome the entire time. Adam, our rep, was professional yet fun and relatable, and understood our varying stylistic needs right away. All of the other employees engaged with us and were a blast to spend time with. I just recently rented a tuxedo here as part of a wedding party, Adam was our go to person and he was extremely professional and top notch when it came to taking measurements and double checking mine and the other groomsmen's fits when it came time to try the tuxedos on for the first time. Overall the service was great and it amazed me to hear that the pocket squares in our rentals were custom made to go with the ties that had been picked out to ensure we had the full package for the event. This is without a doubt the most friendly tux place I've been. I had to rent a tux for a wedding a called in my measurements a couple week before. When I went in to get fitted they had everything waiting. They were able to do on the spot alterations in a couple minutes and in less than an hour I was in and out with a perfect fitting tux.

Phenomenal Staff! At the time I went to JT Ghamo to rent a tuxedo, my high school senior prom was about a week and a half away. I walked into the shop with an idea of what type of suit I wanted, along with some accessories, and an employee by the name of Sal exceeded my expectations of customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that my suit was comfortable, stylish, and fitting. To a further extent, when I came to pick up my tuxedo, not only was Sal such a help, but his brother, Michael, and their father, Tony, ALL gathered around me, gave their final opinions, and collaboratively worked together to make final adjustments for my suit, FIFTEEN minutes after the store had closed. To Michael, Tony (and his wife), and especially, Sal, I want to say 'Thank you!' You helped make my senior prom a night to remember, and for your services I am very appreciative; and also fortunate to have such a unique and family-orientated business so close to home. We ordered tuxedos from another place in Manchester mall. They destroyed the whole order 2 days before my wedding date. We were frantic and upset and didn’t know what our next move would be. There comes a point when you take a hard look at your wardrobe and think "There must be more than the standard navy blue/black/grey suit". That "aha moment" for me came while walking through London last summer... There was hardly a navy blue suit in sight. As soon I was Back in the US of A (sorry Ringo, George, John, & Paul) I *knew* I had to expand my horizons and knew a trip to JT Ghamo was in order. I swear it was if Joe read my mind as far as what color, cut and lining of the suit appealed to me (a blue 3-piece Lambretta with a killer lining). The whole process of fitting and picking accessories (shirt, belt, tie) was effortless. In a week's time I had an outfit that literally turned heads at the wedding we were attending. If you've read this far, you've probably come to the conclusion that it's time to update your wardrobe. Why are you still reading? Get in the car and get over to JT Ghamo.... Bought a jt ghamo suit last month, I did not try it on in the store, so when the time came to wear it , the pant waist was a little tight. I called them and they said no problem just come on in and the tailors can fix it while I waited. I enjoyed a nice cup of expresso as i waited too. I recommend them if you need anything regarding mens clothing. I also bought a nice pair of shoes while i waited.

I am a therapist by profession and can usually tell how genuinely I'm treated as a customer wherever I go. I know that when I go in to find a suit, a shirt, or even a tuxedo I A) am not wasting any employees time B) am not going to pay any more than necessary (simply put...amazing value) and C) am going to, most likely, be walking out laughing my butt off from the incredibly friendly employees (who for whatever reason seem to love their jobs!). J.T. Ghamo is a small business I support and will support for the rest of my life. I don't just write these reviews for anyone, unless I truly feel they deserve it. These guys truly do.
