I can't wait to visit the location in The Legends (KCKS) , because the one in Gulfport Mississippi had awesome deals. $55 for $200 shoes my yorkie received a new collar and leash around $55 , who doesn't like awesome savings. I also purchased a lanyard for $20 .

They weren't the friendliest or most helpful. I have come to expect more from a Coach store. Just to let you know... they also limit numbers of customers... but apparently based upon their staff and not Covid fears. Get more help and ratings might improve. I waited outside for 20 minutes and the store was not staffed or stocked as it normally is. And it was the staff who told me the limit on customers was due to staffing.

One of my favorite place to shop, All stores where nice, Great prices and clean atmosphere. Had my puppy with me,allow to still shop as long as I carried him. Lady at Nactica Shop very nice got water for him Super Duper nice. Thank you ! Also Under Armor was nice. Great shopping for veterans. Only if all store where that friendly to vet. God Bless America

Prices are right. The girl that was helping was very friendly, professional, and helpful. However, one staff member with short red hair, for whatever reason, would not ever reason would not even acknowledge us even when spoken directly to. She had no problem answering her peers though. Either she doesn't belong in customer service or she needs a reminder to at least smile. She may not have been happy because we were trying to choose various wallets to go with the purses I purchased. My friend apologized to her but, she remained silent and dismissive. 😠

They have pretty ladies working there. Didn't buy anything. I identify as a male. The only item in the store that I found interesting was the sales clerk. Such is life.

Very clean, elegant place. We had to wait in a line due to Covid capacity restrictions but it was worth it. The sales staff were friendly and the merchandise is really good quality. Prices were pretty decent as well.

It's Coach. Their deserving was pretty good. Many of their selection was the vinyl coated fabric. I wish they'd had more leather options available. Prices weren't too bad. At the time I went, they had a pretty decent sale going on. Not sure what their normal sale process are. But overall, wonderful.. Just because it's Coach.

Always love coach outlet and the deals you get there ...clean not crowded...but the workers was very standoffish...not very friendly or helpful...nose kinda up in the air like we was in there to waste there time but I actually brought 2 purses and 2 wallets! So boom for sterotyping me.
