As soon as we walked in door we were blown away with the clean environment, the professionalism, and a very well organized wide variety of dresses. Would highly recommend!!!

I had such a positive experience at Schaffer's, I think I assumed it was going to be incredibly expensive and have a limited range of sizes (I do not fit a sample size) but I was pleasantly surprised by the many different prices points represented in their selection and the wide assortment of sizes to try on. Our sales person was Jeneka and she was great to work with. Very professional, encouraged me to try on additional dresses, and super low pressure. I found the process to be somewhat overwhelming and I appreciated that she had a calmer personality. Jeneka was able to advise me which size to get when I was inbetween sizes and when the dress came and didn't fit initially (and I was freaking out) she kept calm and helped to navigate the alterations process. She was completely right in her advice and when my dress was finished it fit exactly as it should have. I highly recommend Schaffers and their sales and alterations team.

Can't say enough good things about Schaffer's! From an amazing experience trying on dresses with Kimberly, who had the perfect mix of forcing me to be a bit decisive while making sure I felt like a queen, to ripping out the zipper to put in a new one and add real buttons, to making sure it was absolutely perfect when I picked it up the day before, I have no complaints! The dream dress experience! Veil was also from there and was amazing.

I loved my experience at Schaffer’s! I had a shorter engagement (8 months) and was nervous about finding a dress in time. I also had some ideas of what I liked but didn’t really know what I wanted. Their professional, patient, and knowledgeable staff helped answer all of my questions as well as helped me navigate the whole process. They were up front about prices of various dresses and helped me stick to ones in my budget. I ended up finding a dress off the rack that I loved!

Had such a wonderful time shopping at Schaffers for my weddings dress today! Was worried going into it since I'm more midsized and was concerned about dress sixes being smaller. My consultant was so much fun and really helped me be comfortable and worked so that I knew what the dresses would look like on me. I had such a great experience at Schaffer's! My consultant, Kimberly, was so kind and helpful. She helped me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on, and helped me find my dream dress! I loved that I could go and pick out which dresses I wanted to try on and I was very happy with the wide selection of dresses! Kimberly listened to what I wanted, what I didn't want, and just made the whole dress shopping experience so much fun! I highly recommend the team at Schaffer's to any bride that is looking for her dream dress!

I love that they have dress racks sorted by price! That way you don't accidentally fall in love with a dress you can't afford. My representative was amazing. She patiently watched and helped me try on dresses over an hour. When I ready to quit and leave empty handed she offered a suggestion based on my feedback of the other dresses. IT WAS THE ONE! And waaaaay under budget ❤ I went to a local business for alterations because Schaeffer's is waaaay too much. They start/average around $500. My lady everything said and done plus tip was $200. They have a location in Iowa and Arizona but they don't ship free between stores. It was a bit of a hassle picking out bridesmaid dresses. When I called ahead they said they had tons of selection in store. When I got there they only had 1 dress out of 6 we planned to look at. Highly recommended for bridal gowns. I suggest elsewhere for bridesmaids gowns.

I had a great experience at Schaffer's with Mikaila! She was extremely professional, but friendly in that I felt like I was searching for a dream dress with a close friend. She did not pressure me in to anything and was so patient when I came back to try on a few more dresses. Although I did not end up getting my dress here, it was not due to lack of service or quality.

I absolutely love Schaffer’s! I’ve been there many times (got my wedding dress there) and each time I have had such a great time. I worked with Taylor for each wedding dress try on appointment and she was so patient with me and stuck in there until I found the one! I think she pulled it for me to try too! When I found my dress, it was the fun “is this your dress?!” experience and I loved it! All of the consultants I’ve worked with have been so fabulous! I seriously cannot recommend them more!

Best Bridal experience I've had! I had Jeneka helping me and she was amazing! She helped pick out beautiful dresses, was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted! Great experience coming in with my friend, the bride-to-be. Low pressure, it felt much more leisurely than an experience at another shop. I forget our women's name, but she was warm, professional, and helpful. Of the two, if I needed a dress, I would probably go here. Their rhythm matched mine.

Cannot say enough positive things about my stylist, Mikaila!! She was extremely helpful, pulling styles I asked for and ones I wouldn’t have thought of but loved. I had her for an initial appointment and a follow up, and she was so patient while I debated back and forth between dresses. She went above and beyond to help, and made my dress experience 10/10!

I had my first wedding dress shopping appointment at Schaffer's and it was a WONDERFUL experience. Even though I did not find my dress there, my consultant Mikaila was EXTREMELY helpful at narrowing down my interests and preferences, and she helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for, even after it became clear that I would not be saying "yes" to any of the dresses that day. She was really knowledgeable and kind; I never felt pressured and she found me a really lovely selection of dresses that fit my price point, timeline, and incorporated aspects I was looking for. I was even able to find the PERFECT veil with Mikaila's help, which I bought without even having a dress because I was so excited about it! Highly recommend Schaffer's and give major kudos to Mikaila specifically.

Schaffers was amazing! I have worked with several different consultants--one for me, one for my bridesmaids, one for alterations, and one for tuxes, and all of them have been amazingly easy to deal with. And they are all really nice. I walked in initially, and Kimberly fit me into her schedule so I could try on dresses that same day; I ended up buying my dress at my second appointment, and she was very helpful throughout. She got a sense of what I liked, and pulled a few dresses that she thought would be in my price range and with my taste, and I really liked them. She suggested veils to go with, and wasn't pushy about accessories at all (which I super appreciated). Margaret helped with our bridesmaid dresses and pulled about 20. She even suggested the dress they ended up loving, which we ended up choosing, after figuring out what both of the girls liked/disliked in the other dresses. So great!

Mikaila helped me find my wedding dress last weekend. She was super positive, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me items that were in my price range, nothing above. Everyone was very professional. After only trying on 8 dresses, I found my dress! Their off the rack section is great and I found many contenders for half of the price. I will most likely be returning for my bridesmaids. I would highly recommend Schaffer’s, and ask for Mikaila!

I had an amazing experience here! My stylist was Kristina W and she helped me “Say YES to the dress”!!! She was very knowledgeable and she remembered all the details from my previous appointment. She picked out exactly what I was describing and even brought me a few she thought I might also like! She listened to my vision for my day and I ended up with a dress I would have never thought to select! I am SOOOO excited to strut down the aisle in my stunning dress! The variety of dresses to select from is impressive! With a wide price range, they have something for almost anyone! I highly recommend.

Have had several encounters with this shop and all have been fabulous! I did not find my wedding dress here but the consultants I worked with were patient, friendly and very professional. I ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses and tuxes through them! The process was easy and well organized!

I had a great experience at Schaffer's. It was my first time out trying on bridal gowns and it went really well. The store is very organized and the staff seemed chipper to help out. I had an appointment set for 10 a.m. on a Saturday and was one of the first customers there. Immediately upon my arrival, one of the consultants took my party and me back to a room to get comfortable. Then she showed me around the store, asking what my price point was and only showing me dresses in that range. My consultant (Sam) was very helpful and fun while we were trying on dresses. She could tell when my face lit up and when it didn't. She never tried to convince me away from a particular dress, but was honest about the reaction she saw in me. When I had chosen a sale dress, but wanted to still attend my other appointments, she told me to just call if I wanted to come back and pick up the dress. I ended up going to David's Bridal, felt unimpressed, then returned to Schaffer's to get my dress. Great experience!

My consultant made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. I actually shopped at a consignment shop first because of my tight timeline and budget. My family and I were SHOCKED that shopping of the rack at Schaffer's offered much more beautiful and even more affordable dresses. My sister expected to be out of her price range when she booked a bridal appointment. This was not th case at all. They had three huge areas of dresses from $1-2K. We focused on dresses closer to $1K and were not disappointed. Our attendant, Taylor, was professional, cheerful, and most importantly, very intuitive and helpful. She never bawked at our budget. She listened to the bride's preferences and picked some great dresses. We had enough space and interaction with her. Highly recommend! It looks super fancy, but the staff are so sweet and very helpful. We never felt like we were being oversold or swindled. Very unique for the industry that's for sure!

Hands down an amazing place to find a wedding dress! I am so indecisive and went into the process very nervous that it was going to take me so many tries to find "the dress." Schaffer's was the very second place I looked and if I would've went there first, it would've been a one and done! The overall place is very professional and clean, and the staff was great! I had Sydney as my consultant and she was wonderful. She showed me everything within my budget and knew if I didn't like it, move on. Although, I could've chosen multiple wedding dresses because there were so many beautiful ones that I loved! My budget was to stay under $1,000. I was shown dresses in that price range, along with the ones "off the rack" that were clearanced, and then half the clearance price. I ended up actually buying the dress right off the mannequin at the front door that was originally over $4,000 but was on clearance for $600! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I'm sure we were there longer than our scheduled appointment, but the sales staff went above and beyond and were more than accommodating. She didn't rush us at all and was very helpful and professional the entire time we were there. The bride found her perfect dress and looked stunning on her wedding day!

The Staff Was Incredible! My bridal consultant Margaret was lovely and kind and made me feel comfortable and well tended to. Chelsea at the front desk was amazing and welcoming and Sally, the head of alterations made me feel at ease about the alterations my dress would need. I found my dream dress and had the dream experience finding it! All this and I was under budget!

I had the BEST experience at Schaffer's. I had gone to a couple of other shops and none of them were as nice as Schaffer's. They have a huge selection of beautiful dresses and the people who work there make the experience so fun and rewarding. I did my alterations there as well and the dress fit perfectly! If i would have started my search at Schaffer's I wouldn't have needed to go anywhere else. I recommend everyone go to Schaffer's.

Some people say that once they buy their gown, the customer service goes downhill. I have never had bad service at Schaffers though. The staff has been so friendly and fun with each of my visits. I was really, really happy with my experience with them and would definitely recommend this store to any bride looking for her perfect gown!

I can't say enough great things about everyone at Schaffer's!! They were absolutely wonderful. Kristina helped me find my dream gown. I tried on dress after dress multiple times :)-- and she was very patient with my family and me. I really appreciated that. I am pretty indecisive and I never felt pressure. She ultimately encouraged me to retry on a dress that I ended up choosing. As for the alterations, they turned out so much better than I could have imagined. I knew I needed some work done to my dress to make it my dream. I trusted Jeneka and Chi and I am so glad I did. They were worth every penny. A special thanks to Jeneka as she made me feel so special and important every time I went in-- that's how every bride should feel. My dress was not an easy one to bustle but I literally cried after seeing how wonderful of a job they did. Not to mention, all of their accessories are stunning. I loved my earrings, veil, and hair pin. Love these guys! I feel like I gained friends in the process. They were professional yet so much fun! If you are looking for the perfect wedding gown experience, Schaffer's is a MUST go. Thank you so much for everything ladies!!

A wide selection, reasonably priced, associates were great to work with. Only downside is they wouldn't let me take photos of the dresses I tried on for me to look at to decide later. But ended up buying my dress here and I love it!

I loved my dress. They met with me multiple times to find the perfect dress. They checked in throughout the process and did multiple fittings. I was impressed. They were very responsive. We had a small snafu where my veil ended up missing. The error was on my side, but they searched the whole store and offered to have an employee bring a replacement. Luckily, I found it...but that kind of service it rare!

Meghan provided exception customer service. I am in Boulder, Co. and was calling across the country looking for a specific Tara Keely dress in a sample size 12 to buy off the rack, if they would sell it. Not only did they have it (ecstatic rejoicing!) but Meghan was so sweet and kind, she had someone put it on to model it, took pictures and sent me the pictures so I could see that the dress was indeed in great condition. The dress was boxed up beautifully in a protective plastic garment bag and she included the breathable fabric garment bag as well. I absolutely LOVE my Tara Keely 2705 dress and am so grateful the staff was able to send it to me in such a timely manner. I only wish I could have been there in person to say "Thank You!"

Best experience ever, and I don’t say that lightly. We went here on a Thursday late afternoon for a last minute prom dress for Saturday. Meghan Was awesome and made the whole experience so easy. Moe came out measured my daughter and had the Alterations done the next day. The whole staff was awesome. We will go here first next year!!

Very friendly staff. Very professional and accommodating. They answered all of our many questions and went above and beyond in helping us prepare for our wedding. Hal was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful as we picked out suits, ties, shirts, and shoes. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of a good suit and tie.

My kids' dad passed away recently, which left their half sisters on their own at the ages of 18 and 16 since they never knew their mother. When the youngest called me and said she found this great dress here. I have to admit I was skeptical... Then she sent me a pic of her in the dress she wanted and wow! It didn't just look good, it was absolutely breathtaking This went much further than making a young lady happy on a big day. It showed her that the little things do matter and that during our darkest moments, heroes come in many forms... thank you for being that hero to this young lady. This is a place that actually cares about their customers. She and her sisters said despite the fact they were young, everyone was amazing and treated them with absolute respect, compassion and understanding. Highly recommend.
