Skip the chain stores! I got my suit from Ted’s for the big one and couldn’t have been more happy with the result. They walked me through the process, picking out appropriate suit and undershirt colors, the tailorings were included, and the suit was ready within 3 weeks. They also have a fantastic lineup of color matched shoes and belts. I went to 4 other suit stores when looking for suits, and Ted’s by far had the best customer service, competitive pricing, and also had the best lead time. Will definitely only go here for all future suit needs!

This review is long overdue but I wanted to say thank you to Ted's for doing such a great job helping me out with my wedding. I bought the suit I wore the day of my wedding from Ted's as well as all my groomsmen's suits. We had to reschedule my wedding because of the pandemic and Ted's stored our suits while we waited. They kept detailed notes on my tie, shirt, and suit choices and got in touch with all my groomsmen to get fitted since some were from out of town. They mailed some suits and ties out for me as well and everything happened flawlessly. I would strongly recommend these guys as they are very knowledgeable, helpful, and organized!

This store is straight-up awesome! Gerard especially is fantastic to work with and very helpful. I stopped in at Ted's to pick out my wedding day suit and groomsmen attire; the selection blows other stores out of the water. The tailoring is top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and knows what they're talking about. From color matching to styling options, Ted's just gets it right: Automatic. I was in this store a number of times leading up to the wedding, and I walked out feeling like a superstar every time. I was genuinely excited to go in every time I had to. Ted's service is absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly skilled, personable and helpful. They understood what I wanted in my tux and did above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Cannot wait to buy a suit from them again soon. I was a bit of a goldilocks on pant sizes and they completed some last-minute adjustments with kindness to help ensure I was prepared for a wedding. I have been here several times both for purchase and rentals. The quality of the clothing and tuxedo rentals are excellent. When you go in to try on a suit several sales people come around and give their opinion of what size they believe is best for the person trying on a suit. I have never seen that before. I was very impressed with the way several give their opinion. It reminded me of Mayo Clinic where the doctors all work together to give you the best outcome. An exceptional salesman is Gerard. I would give him ten stars if I could. He works hard and takes extra effort to make his customers happy. Even if others say it can’t be done he makes it happen. He follows thru to make sure the order is accurate and received on time, taking a lot of effort and following up on his part. He is also very friendly. The tailoring is excellent to. I thought they had the best supply of suits and quality of any place from Denver down to Castle Rock. I thought it was a very upscale place in customer service, and quality and tailoring.

Took my son for a wedding suit and once Ted saw a picture of the bride’s dress (hidden from son of course) he knew exactly what was needed and took care of my son, head to toe. Totally "Wow" from beginning to end. My son and I had been searching for a particular suit for his senior prom without luck. Fortunately, a "Google" search led us to Ted's Clothiers! I'm generally not a formal kind of guy, but I occasionally have the need to look (and feel) important. Ted's came highly recommended by other shops in the area as a place to find high quality men's suits and accoutrements, and it turned out to be exactly that kind of place. Not pretentious or snobby, this shop has the class and honesty of a hard working family business. Chris, the gentlemen who took care of me (and I believe the owner's son) was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through 4-6 different jackets, pretty quickly honing in on what I preferred. Even though I didn't spend $2,000 with them, they went out of their way to make sure I knew they appreciated my business and felt invited back. They even put up with my mostly well-behaved 3 and 6 year old boys. If you're after a great value from a family owned store passionate about their craft, visit Chris and Ted. You won't be disappointed.

We absolutely love this store!!! Every few years we go in for suits for work for my bf, who is a jeans and T-shirt kind of guy. Ted showed him how to mix and match his suits and shirts and ties, tailored everything for my thin bf so he isn’t swimming in his shirts, and the customer service is top notch! I was in a bind. It was a Tuesday and I needed a suit by Thursday. Men's warehouse told me it was not possible...to go to Nordstroms. Found Ted's online and told them about my situation. They said "no problem, come on by". Went by and got fitted, recieved the suit two days later. Will never go to mens warehouse again, will refer everyone here from now on. Thanks Ted.

I can't say enough about how awesome my experiences (plural) at Ted's have been. It started after a horrific experience a 'national' store where I was attempting to find suits to rent for my groomsmen. Let's just say everything went wrong - horrible customer service, overpriced/low-quality products, pushy salespeople, and on and on. After leaving the store totally dejected and ready to give up, my fiance (now wife) suggested that I search Google for the highest rated suit rental places - which I should've done in the first place! Long story short, Ted's was a dream come true. They do EVERYTHING right. From their trustworthy advice, to their competitive pricing, to their high-quality products, I cannot find any reason to rate this business any less than 5/5. I'm sure there are others out there who had similar experiences with the 'national' stores, and I can assure you that Ted's is a breath of fresh air. In August 2019 I came to Ted's in need of a suit for my sister's wedding. I had recently gained a lot of weight and had nothing that fit. At Ted's, they were respectful and prompt. I had a new suit in under a week. Unfortunately, one month later I had to return to Ted's for a suit for my cousin's funeral. Again, Ted's was respectful and had me looking respectful in under a week. Two saves thus far. Last month I returned, having lost enough weight that I needed another suit. Ted's complimented me on my success and had me in and out in under a week with another fantastic looking suit for a friend's wedding. Three times Ted's saved the day. Love these guys.

The service at this store is the best I've ever had shopping for clothes, and that is coming from someone who doesn't like shopping. I'm not a frequent reviewer, but must share the great experience that is Ted's Clothiers. Chris and his team are absolutely top notch. The friendly customer service alone is worth stopping in for a chat. You'll be welcomed like an old friend. The quality of their offerings is so far above the retail chains and it's apparent when shopping and shows over time when the retail clothing fades, tears, and becomes worn. The prices are not mass retail chain discount, but as with just about everything these days, you get what you pay for. In the case of Ted's, you'll get far more!

I've been a customer of Ted's for years. Two 1/2 years ago I bought a number of suits and trousers. As always, Ted fit them to make me look great. In the last 2 years I've lost considerable weight (about 60 pounds), and Ted has diligently refitted my suits to fit my new frame. (Some of the tailoring was significant due to the amount of weight lost.) Other stores would just try to sell one another group of suits. If you want old-time service and attention to detail, go to Ted's.

I've bought quite a few articles of clothing from them in the past and have been a satisfied customer. However, I recently moved to a different part of town so I checked out nearby suit places for the sake of convenience. I checked out Suitsupply, Macy's, etc. That's when I realized how much superior this store is. For me, I care more about the experience of buying something and being 100% happy with the purchase than the price. I'm obviously not going to go out of my budget but I'm happy to spend money on something that I see is worth my money. This store provides exactly what I'm looking for. Ted and his son Chris provide superior customer service in which they go above and beyond to make sure that I'm satisfied with my purchase. Whereas their competitors are what I'd consider more transactional, Ted and Chris position themselves more as trusted and expert advisors who take the time to get to know who you are and what you want then proceed to make recommendations, which is exactly what I prefer. Overall, even though this store is a bit out of the way from my new place, I will make the extra drive to give them my business. 5 stars

This store is pure gold. Forget about the fancy department stores. If you want to experience the long lost art of customer service and fair prices look no further than Ted's. I had a last minute need for a tuxedo which I was more than a little nervous about. The moment I walked into Ted's, Ted himself immediately started handling my problem and I in turn calmed down. The rest of the experience was a total joy as all the staff and their superior expertise made buying a tux at the last minute fun. They even had my alterations done early and any other alterations I need will be free for a year! Wow this is a rare experience in the impersonal online world. A family-owned business that treats you like family. Whether you get the pleasure of working with Ted and Chris (father and son), any of their help in the store, or the seamstresses/tailors in the back, you will see the care and attention they give every customer. I've bought suits, sport coats, dress shirts, slacks, a tuxedo, and casual wear. I've also had them alter/tailor pieces I didn't buy from the store and I've even rented formal wear from Ted's. The quality of products is significantly better than even the nicest of department stores. The tailoring and fit is absolutely perfect, every time. I have high standards and Ted's exceeds these standards in all regards.

Quite frankly this is the best menswear store in the City. The store is ran by Ted and his son Christos, and they are two of the most knowledgable clothiers I have ever came across. These guys know fashion and know how to make you look your best. What's more is that they own the building they are in, and they are dogged bargain hunters. More than anything, they are committed to giving you the best product at the absolute best price. There are places where you can spend more money, but there is no place that you will get better products or service. They have everything you need to look your best. I have bought three suits from Ted's and I have been absolutely thrilled with all of them. I bought two incredibly nice coats at a fraction of what I would pay elsewhere. They have a fine selection of shoes, and if I weren't flat footed I would buy shoed from them. Their prices are slightly higher than say a Men's Wearhouse but the quality is that of Niemann Marcus. I encourage every man in Denver to shop here and I encourage every woman in Denver to buy gifts for the men in their lives here. I can't possibly say enough good things about this store. Just shop there, you'll thank me later.

I went into Ted's to look for a tux for my sisters wedding and had a great experience there. There wasn't any awkward-ness being a female looking for a tux as the brides maid. I needed a sport coat last month and started out looking at places like The Men's Warehouse and Joseph A Bank. I wasn't happy with the selection either of them had in my size which is probably a little thinner than average. I decided to keep looking and encountered Ted's Clothiers. It's in downtown Englewood CO and the front is so nondescript that it seems I have been driving past it for years and never even knew it. Ted and the rest of the staff made me feel immediately at ease. They actually listened to my needs and preferences. I ended up buying a sport coat and two pairs of slacks and probably spent more than I would have at the chain stores, but am extremely happy with fit and quality of what I got. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality mens clothing.

I've purchased suits and shirts from Ted's Clothiers for the past few years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want first-class service, a wide selection and a quality suit, you need look no further than the knowledgeable staff at Ted's. It's the only place I shop for suits, even though I have to drive from out of state to visit. Once I had a slight tear in my suit pants and all I had to do was send it back to Ted's and they re-wove the fabric to make everything as good as new. There's no need to look anywhere else for a great experience when purchasing men's clothing.

The guy took my measurements and I started to grab my wallet and I asked how much for everything and he said, 'No charge.' He didn't have to do this at all, yet he did. Ted's has a lifetime customer here. I always dread shopping for clothes.I'm a bigger guy and not the tallest either. This makes it hard to find clothes that look good. I procrastinated on buying a suite for a big event I had coming up. I always had an uncomfortable experience at Mens Warehouse and knew something better had to be out there. I found Teds online and came in 2 weeks before a big event and was shocked that not only would the suite be ready in time but I had 7 different color options to choose from. Chris and his father both helped me find the right suite and made sure it would be tailored to perfection. My suite was rushed for a minimal fee and once i tried it on it was perfrct right off 1st meausurement. I couldnt believe it. It was such a relief to know not only do I have someone to help me look good when I need it but I was shocked when I walked out with a tailored designer suite and shirt under $300! I came back in 4 months later for a tux rental and the exact same experience.. fantastic service, great fit and fantastic price! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

I went to Ted's today to check out a suit or tux that I need for work in NYC. I was blown away by the friendliest, happiest, accommodating staff and owner ever! They have a customer for life. Whenever I have the opportunity to recommend a suit or tux or custom tailor, you can be assured I will recommend Ted's with 5 GOLD Stars. Ted brought out two tuxes and a suit for me to try. We decided the suit would be best for the occasion and best for my needs; what? A shop that cares what I need/want? Yes Sir! After trying and liking the suit, Ted brought out a french cuff shirt, bow tie, and pocket square to make the suit pop. He marked the places that need attention and sent me on my way. Visit Ted's if you want to step back in time to when there were real tailors and real men's clothiers - excellent selection, sound advice, great prices and absolutely perfect fit. I got outfitted and then started exercising and went on Paleo, lost 35 lbs and Ted adjusted everything perfectly. My advice: go in and ask questions then listen to the depth and knowledge behind the answers. Ted even moved the top button on my shirts for a perfect fit, adjusted the back loop on my ties so they held fast and even ticked the inside of the suit pants to mark where the suspenders clip so I always have it just right. Tell me anyone else in the city who suggest that they do that for you and then does it perfectly.

This place is amazing. It is one of the few shops that you can still go into and feel so well taken care of. The owner, Christos, is an awesome guy. My husband told him what he was looking for; a 1920's style outfit for a party we were attending later that evening. He found him everything that he needed from his hat all the way down to his shoes. He tailored his pants, and steamed and pressed his shirt, vest, and hat (all for no additional charge). He had the entire outfit ready for him to wear in less than thirty minutes. He was not pushy; in fact, he was the exact opposite. When my husband found a pair of $300 pants that he liked, he asked him if he would like him to find something less expensive (what an honest, nice guy he is). I showed up at Ted's at 9 am the day of my brother's funeral. I had been overwhelmed with all the things that had to be handled by my brother's death and I had completely forgotten to get a suit. When I walked in I had 2 hours before I had to be at the services and I fully expected to get any suit that remotely fit me. The service that I received at Ted's went above and beyond anything I could of expected. Ted quickly found a suit that almost fit me and then insisted that I allow him to tailor it. I was apprehensive because I thought I didn't have time for that. I was wrong, I walked out of Ted's with a tailored suit 26 minutes after I walked in the door. I can't thank Ted, his family, and staff enough for helping me at the lowest point in my life.

They successfully suited me up with my body type. I am short (5' 5"), heavy framed, stocky. Traditionally, suits never really worked out for me. They found the right combination for me very quickly. The service was top notch and they were able to squeeze in custom tailoring at an expedited rate for an upcoming executive meeting. I just got hired as an engineering consultant and these guys suited me up efficiently. The prices were very fair - you can get two pairs of suits and slacks for under a grand.
