They are not the Ross I'm use to. I always go to the one in Tampa Florida. The one at Easton doesn't have to much of a choice of anything and the prices has triple. But I guess that's every where. Regardless I still say that out of State is much better. Plus Florida is not the only State I've visit Ross. What ever State that I shopped at is still better then Columbus Ohio. Next time I'll take pictures.

The staff and the service was great. But they didn't have the men robes and hat set that I wanted. I guess I was to early for those items to be out.

Nothing in here that I would buy. They had dome decent stuff but not for my size. It was almost impossible to find anything in.my size and the stuff they did have in my size was horrible. Also.yhe prices weren't clear on a lot of items. It was a short and unsuccessful trip for me to come here; a waste of time.

We love to stop in to see what they have to offer and a great place to stop in to get cheap swimming trunks and some quick dry outfits for hiking i got these pairs for $3 each this is un heard of. And my wife got a top and bottom for $5 each and our towels were $5 each. This is cheaper than Walmart.i hope this helps you out and have a great day.

Lived in L A so Ross is not new to me. This one in Columbus seems to have something missing. Appears unkempt & unorganized. Only visited once so I'll return. Pleased with prices & several name brands in the mix. Purchased a lovely outfit for baby.

The store is not 5 starts but the employees are. When I went in there there’s was one girl at the register doing it all and she was fast, I also needed to use the restroom and since it was closed as well the fitting rooms one of the employees let me in without question. They’re short staffed but everything is mostly organized. Appreciate your employees, they do all the hard work.

I read about the great bargains for pet toys and treats on a Facebook group. There was only one aisle for pets and the selection of goods was sparse. Very disappointed, but may return as stores of this nature are generally hit-or-miss from store to store.

Fitting rooms are closed. Bathroom was locked. The racks were a bit of a mess. I think it's the location. I'm going to find another Ross..

They have some cool finds in here if you really look through. The store can be a bit messy so you may have to search hard. The prices are amazing. This location is also nice because there is a Marshalls and TJ Maxx right by it if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Today I shopped at Ross and left my credit card. Another customer USED it, and Ross team member Joy was able to intervene and recognized this was my card. She refunded me for the purchase! I appreciate her stopping someone from charging a purchase on my card and her customer service doesn’t go unnoticed.

Crazy, cheap designer merchandise. How do they do it? I have no idea but I'm glad to hear that they're opening up a store on Chagrin Blvd in Cleveland. If it's anything like the one that I visited in Columbus, Ohio it won't disappoint.

This is the closest Ross dress for less to me. So I really have no other choice but to go here if I'm looking to go save some money on clothing. I've never been in the store where they have not been completely packed with a line stretching all the way through the store. The line does move somewhat fast so the staff there is extremely busy and working hard. I would not call the store extremely clean because it never is. Probably to do with the overwhelming amount of people just there.

Store was busy and only 2 registers open with a long line of customers waiting to check out. After about 10 minutes they opened 2 more registers to get people checked out quickly. They have some really good deals.

I've been a Ross fan after loving down south where Ross is a big deal at. (Fyi- Ross is like a Marshalls) This Ross didn't let me down, much. Although the shelves were kind of empty after the opening, which was 1.5 weeks ago, I was still able to find quite a bit of great stuff and of course at good prices. I do feel the prices a a few bucks over the prices down south, everything is still really cheap. Employees match the price of the stuff there so don't expect no above average customer service but they weren't rude to me at least lol. This store was clean and well organized, hope they keep it up.

Ross has a wide variety of items for shopping for inexpensive name brand merchandise. From clothing, shoes, makeup, purses, jewelry, and household items. Inwould recommend this Easton Market Location for a few reasons....The staff are all have wonderful personalities & are helpful. This is a nice location with multiple stores just like it (TJ Maxx, Marshall's) are all in the shopping center. I think Ross ja the cheapest for merchandise out of the 3 and is one of my favorite places to shop at for Art Supplies.
