A good inventory. I found decent items on clearance during the holidays, however I’d say the discounted price was fair not a deal. The actual clearance sections were widely disorganized and hard to find things. However if you had the time and energy you could perhaps find things you like. Beauty area smelled good and typical of any high end cosmetics seller. Plenty of options there to choose from. Takeaway… high end store that for me personally is a 3. I like deals, I like stores that have sale areas organized better. Anyone not looking for a deal might rate a 4 or maybe 5

Not too busy. Enough cashiers to service the number of customers waiting quickly. Not a large selection to choose from, but enough to select a last-minute gift. Friendly staff.

Decimated shelves after Christmas sales but that’s to be expected. Otherwise found a nice pair of heels that were pretty rare, and in my wife’s size which is rare since everyone is a 9.5 these days.

The manager Kelly was one of the nicest and most helpful employees I have ever met. She really made me feel welcomed as a customer. I also feel like she represented the Nordstrom brand and values to a T as she was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the merchandise and helping me find what I ultimately ended up liking very much. 5/5, will def be coming back

I hadn't ever been in this store and finally decided to give it a try. Their shoe selection for adults is very slim pickings... but other than that, there's a variety of products to browse and shop. The sales associate that checked us out was very nice and offered for us to see if I qualified for their credit card.

Nordstrom Rack on Harbison Boulevard is kept very neat and orderly. The employees are helpful and friendly. I like the way the shoes are arranged and the bathrooms are always clean. The extra percentage off of clearance after major holidays (like Christmas) are something to look forward to.

Nice store. Much better prices than their flagship stores. I bought shoes and two pairs of pants. According to my receipt I saved $170 over their retail prices. My second visit. This store is on the opposite side of our city, about a 20 mile trip from home. Would love to have one in NE Columbia, SC.

Eh... It's OK, but I don't see the appeal. The men's selection looks like it's geared towards sleezy guys with shirts opened to show off their fake tan, chest hair and cheap gold.

Very scarce amount of items in store now. It used to be packed full of all kinds wonderful, upscale items. Now it looks almost bare. Very disappointed. If this lack of merchandise continues I see them closing soon. They now have a security guard in the store who will annoyingly hover over you while you shop to make your shopping experience here even more unsettling. The security guard was very nice and polite and we understand that he has to be there due to the amount of thievery in that area. This used to be one of the safest and nicest shopping areas in the Midlands. It is just sad watching it steadily decline.

Love the shoe section but, really don't like their clothing. I'm a plus size person and as far as I can tell their buyer thinks that an XL in juniors counts as plus size. Three stars is ONLY FOR SHOES.

This place has nice clothes with a variety of prices. We found an $8 and a $200 dress. So really there are options for every budget. We walked in 30 mins before the store closed bc of an emergent need for a dress and the sales associates were all very nice and very helpful.

Nice stuff but it's relatively disorganized so you really have to search. In the multiple times I've been in the store I've never once been greeted by an employee, no one has ever even smiled or even acknowledged me or my wife as a customer.

Nordstrom Rack is located near the Columbiana Mall near to Olive Garden in Harborson. I was looking for a black dress hat. Immediately after walking in the door I saw the section for hats and spotted my hat. I loved that Nordstrom Rack sold items my age group could relate to and enjoy.

Wipe down terminals between customers, merchandise returns and try ons are quarantined for a day, masks required, floor markings six feet apart, customers counted to monitor store capacity levels. I don't know if this is effective or correct but they're trying.

I love Nordstrack Rack! Have been going to Racks around the country for 20 years! Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Texas... we were a military familiy, so I would always search out a Rack before making the move. Prices have soared over the last 5 years. Used to get way better deals with clearance items. I'm still a fan of the stores because they offer large sizes for women's and men's shoes.
